간접가열 유화설비에 의한 폐멀칭비닐의 연료유 특성 (Fuel Oil Characteristics of Mulching Waste Vinyl by Indirect Heating Emulsion System)

  • This paper describes the fuel oil characteristics of mulching waste vinyl by indirect heating emulsion system. For the emulsion experiment of waste vinyl, the system is composed of melting furnace, the 1th pyrolysis furnace, and the 2nd pyrolysis furnace. The mulching waste vinyl is used for the fuel oil characteristics analysis of mulching waste vinyl. The refined oil, gasoline, and diesel oil are extracted and quantified to analysis the fuel oil characteristics. From the results of experiments, it has been shown that the production of fuel oil from mulching waste vinyl is possible using the emulsion system.

Studies an the Effect of Vinyl Mulching on Pleurotus Cultivation - Control of Mushroom Diseases on Pleurotus ostreatus(II) -

  • Perforated vinyl mulching technique was performed on oyster mushroom beds for controlling mushroom diseases. Mycelium under vinyl sheets were safely protected from outside undesirable microorganisms. One of two mushroom farms showed 75% of disease incidence, the other 40% and National Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology(NIAST) 13% in the conventional growing method, whereas 12%, 14%, and 5% in the vinyl mulching cultivation method. Waterlogging caused mushroom bed worse, and Trichoderma spp. were infested on the conventional mushroom bed. Disease incidence investigated in other case was 25% to 30% in the conventional growing method, whereas 5 to 9% in the vinyl mulching cultivation method. Yields in conventional method were 6.5 to 7.2 $kg/m^2$ and those in vinyl mulching method were 7.6 to 8.1 $kg/m^2$. So it was suggested that vinyl mulching technique was good for prevention from disease and elevation of productivity.

  • 남부지방의 목화 재배체계 및 안전다수확을 위한 지초자과를 얻고자 Vinyl 피복과 무피복 재배아래서 재식밀도 차이에 따른 생육, 수량 및 면모의 발생등을 검토하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 경장, 결과피수, 삭수$m^2$당 삭수 등의 모든 형질이 Vinyl피복구에서 우수하였으며$m^2$당 삭수는 Vinyl피복구에서나 무피복구에서나 70${\times}$10cm재식에서 가장 우수하였다. 2. 실면수량과 1삭실면중 역시 Vinyl피복구에서 높았으며 실면수량은 Vinyl피복구와 무피복구 모두 70${\times}$10cm재식에서 가장 우수하였다. 3. 섬유장, 섬유비율 모두 Vinyl피복의 결과가 인정되었으며 섬유장은 주문거리가 넓을수록 길었다.

  • 남부지방의 재배 체계 확립을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 vinyl 피복과 무피복재배하에서 재식밀도 차이에 따른 생육과 수량을 조사했던바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 경장, 경직경, 분지수, m$^2$당 내수, 내당립수 등의 모든 형질이 vinyl 피복구에서 우수하였으며 m$^2$당 내수는 vinyl 피복구에서나 무피복구에서나 60$\times$15cm 재식에서 가장 우수하였다. 2. 천립중과 종실수량 역시 vinyl 피복구에서 높았으며 종실수량은 vinyl 피복과 무피복 모두 60$\times$15cm 재식에서 가장 우수하였다. 3. vinyl 피복과 무피복 상태에서 재식밀도 차이에 따른 농업형질들의 분산분석에서도 유의성이 인정되었다.

느타리버섯 비닐멀칭재배법에 의한 노동력 감소 (Reduction of labor in oyster mushroom cultivation by vinyl mulching on mushroom bed)

  • Labor required for managing and harvesting the oyster mushroom bed was evaluated. Although vinyl mulching cultivation method needs more hours for spawning, it saves more than 50% of labor for harvesting and managing of the mushroom bed. Harvesting hour of 1st-3rd flush in vinyl mulching method was 48~50% for Plerutus ostreatus and 36~41% for P. sajor-caju. Labor for bed management after harvesting in vinyl mulching method was also 38~50% for P. ostreatus compared to conventional method, and 20~35% for P. sajor-caju. Vinyl mulching is believed to be a very efficient method for saving labor in oyster mushroom cultivation.

단삼의 재식밀도와 피복재료에 따른 생육 및 수량특성 (Characteristics of Growth and Yield by Planting Density and Mulching Materials in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the variation of growth and yield using different planting densities and vinyl mulching in S. miltiorrhiza cultivation. Top plant growth was observed in the $30{\times}30cm$ planting density of S. miltiorrhiza;, plant height, leaves and branches were larger than in the other treatments. Root length, root diameter, and supporting roots of underground part were increased as planting density was wide, and dry root weight was increased in $30{\times}30cm$. However, yield was highest at 294 kg/10a in the planting density of $30{\times}10cm$. The use of 30-31cm white and black vinyl mulching had no significant effect on the plant height of S. miltiorrhiza, as compared to non-mulching. However, the highest volume of leaves and plant weight was observed in plants using 24.7 black vinyl mulching. Dry underground root weight was highest in black vinyl mulching at 21.7 g compared to 17.0 g for non-mulching. Yield per 10a increased by 28% using black vinyl mulching compared to non-mulching. Based on the results of this study, planting density of $30{\times}10cm$ and black vinyl mulching are the most suitable in the cultivation of S. miltiorrhiza.

  • Perforated vinyl mulching technique was performed on Pleurotus sajor-caju beds to assess fruitbody formation. Individual fruitbody of P. sajor-caju was transformed into bunch type on vinyl mulching bed. It was effective to grow the mushroom without waterlogging and abortion of small pins on the beds as well as hygienical bed management. A bunch showed 79 fruitbodies and 225 g of weight. Available site for fruiting was reduced up to 20% in comparison of 100% for conventional bed. The color of fruitbody turned on brownish white from treated vinyl mulching bed.

  • The appearances of growth and yield according to the cultivation types were investigated in chalok 1. The days to harvest under double vinyl house, open mulching and open cultivation were 87.7, 95.8, and 101.8 days, respectively and significantly different in each cultivation types. The branched ears of open mulching, double vinyl house and open cultivation were started at 7,8, and 13 days after silking, respectively. The frequency of branched ear per total plants to double vinyl house, open cultivation and open mulching were 10%, 13%, and 19%, respectively. The ear weight of open mulching and open cultivation was superior to branched ear weight. The yields (kg/10a) of double vinyl house, open mulching and open cultivation were 755.7kg, 740.7kg, and 530.0kg, respectively. The yields(kg/10a) of double vinyl house and open mulching were significantly different to that of open cultivation and LSD(5%) was 133.42. Thus, early cultivations in double vinyl house were more beneficial than other cultivation types because of the highest yield and the lowest branched ear.

  • 비닐피복(被覆) 고추재배(栽培)에 있어서 토양수분(土陽水分)과 증발산량(蒸發散量)의 변화(變化) 그리고 물이용효율(利用效率)이 어떻게 달라지는가 하는 것을 구명(究明)하기 위하여, 흑색 및 투명비닐을 이용(利用)하여 피복(被服)정도를 달리하면서 1982~83 2년간(年間) 사양토포장(砂壤土圃場)에서 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. 1. 근권(根圈)의 토양수분(土壤水分) potential은, 일반적(一般的)으로 비닐피복구(被覆區)가 무피복구(無被覆區)보다 높게 유지되었으나, 한발(旱魃)이 약 25일(日) 정도 지속되면 반대(反對)로 투명비닐피복구(被覆區)가 무피복구(無被覆區)보다 20cm깊이까지의 토양수분(土陽水分) potential이 낮아졌다. 2. 흑색비닐피복구(被覆區)의 토양수분(土壤水分) potential는 한발(旱魃)이 6주(週)정도 지속되었어도 투명비닐피복구(被覆區)나 무피복구(無被覆區)보다 전생육기간(全生育期間)동안 높게 유지되었다. 3. 사양토(砂壤土)에서 한발(旱魃)이 계속될때 무피복구(無被覆區)에 비(比)하여 투명비닐피복(被覆)에 의(依)한 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm 및 50 cm깊이까지의 토양수분보존효과(土壤水分保存效果)가 지속될 수 있는 기간(期間)은 각각(各各) 2주(週), 3주(週), 5주(週) 및 6주(週) 정도이었다. 4. 한발기간(旱魃期間)동안 무피복구(無被覆區)에서는 토심별(土深別) 물소모량(消耗量)이 큰 차이는 없었으나, 비닐피복구(被覆區)에서는 한발(旱魃)이 지속될수록 표층토(表層土)보다는 심층토(深層土)에서의 물소모량(消耗量)이 더 많았다. 5. 증발산량(蒸發散量)은 건기(乾期)에는 투명비닐피복구(被覆區)가, 우기(雨期)에는 무피복구(無被覆區)가 더 많았으며, 흑색비닐피복구(被覆區)와 무피복구(無被覆區) 간(間)에는 별 차이(差異)가 없었다. 6. 포장재배기간중(圃場栽培期間中) 비닐피복구(被覆區)와 무피복구간(無被覆區間) 평균(平均) 증발산량(蒸發散量)(mm/day)은 큰 차이(差異)가 없었으나, 물이용효율(利用效率)은 비닐피복구(被覆區)에서 크게 증가(增加)되었으며 부분(Top) 피복구(被覆區)에서도 같은 경향이었다.

  • 땅콩의 초형, 재배양식에 따른 생육특성을 구명하고저 Virginia 소립, Virginia 대립, Spailish, Valencia, Shinpung type의 5초형에 속하는 10품종을 공시, 재배양식 2수준(피복, 무피복)으로 하여 시험을 실시하였든 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 주경장은 피복, 무피복 모두 Valencia, Spanish, Virginia 소립, Shinpung. Virginia대립 순이었으며 피복재배를 함으로써 무피복재배보다 주경의 최고신장기를 20일 단축시켰다. 2. 분지수는 피복재배에서 Virginia소입 28개, Virginia 대립 27개. Shinpung 15개, Spanish 13개, Valencia 7개이었으며, 무피복재배의 경우 Virginia소립 22개, Virginia 대립 21개, Spanish, Shinpung 12개, Valencia 5개로 재배양식은 물론 초형간의 차이를 보였다. 3. 최장분지장은 피복, 무피복재배에서 Valencia, Spanish, Shinpung, Virginia대립, Virgnia소립 순으로 Valencia type 이 가장 길었다. 4. 주경절수는 초형이나 재배양식을 막론하고 대개 20∼30절로 비교적 안정된 생육특성이었다.
