Joint mobilization refers to techniques that are used to treat joint dysfunction such as when there is stiffness reversible joint hypomobility, or pain. Currently there are several schools of thought and treatment techniques that are popular in the United States. and leading practitioners and educators are attempting to blend common points to yield more uniform treatment from the various approaches. In order to effectively use joint mobilization for treatment, the practitioner must know and be able to evaluate the anatomy, arthrokinematics, and pathology of the neuromusculoskeletal system and to recognize when the techniques are indicated or when other stretching techniques would be more effective for regaining lost motion. Indiscriminate use of joint mobilization techniques when tot indicted could lead to potential harm to the patient's joints.

Contemporary culture of consumption has been transferred from physical satisfaction in the past to the "pleasure" culture of consumption that satisfies emotional needs, generating a new design category - emotional design. The current study analyzes various environmental design techniques of the theme parks, which recognized early the importance of the "pleasure" culture of consumption and used the techniques for sales and as profit-making tools. This study also examines a trend of emotional design in environmental design techniques of the theme park and proves that the design techniques can be applied to a variety of interior design areas, as well as commercial facilities.mmercial facilities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate gather as decoration techniques of clothes. In this study, we defined 21st century as the modern fashion. And analyzed design that applied gather concerned with Milan, New York, London, Paris, Tokyo Woman's Collections. Data were used from Fashion News and Gap Press Magazine (2001-2004). The results of this study were as follows: 1. Gather was the most original techniques among decoration techniques of clothes and formed three-dimensional space. 2. There were many kinds of gather such as cluster gather, all gather, shirring, smoking, frill, flounce, ruffle. and it gave a different impression with Fabrics, cutting method, sewing method, parts that were used. 3. Gather had practical functions providing enough space in activity and was presented as new shape by three-dimension body motion when it was put on. 4. After analyzing design that applied gather showed in collections, there were various appearance according to designer's sensitivity.

본고에서는 VOCED 데이터베이스의 정보검색기법을 살펴보았다. VOCED 데이터베이스를 직업 교육 및 훈련, 그러고 성인교육분야와 관련된 국제적인 정보를 수록하고 있다. VOCED는 CDS/ISIS 소프트웨어를 통해 구축되었으며, 레코드는 APSDEP 시소러스를 사용하여 색인되었다. VOCED 데이터베이스의 정보검색시에는 여러가지 검색기법들을 사용할 수 있다. 다수용어, 구문, 불리안 논리, 용어절단, 제한탐색 및 인접탐색기법 등을 통해 원하는 정보에 신속히 접근할 수 있다.

The application of LCC-techniques is being introduced at the on-going procurement programs of various techniques. LCC-techniques have the common characteristic that all are designed to motivate contractors to design, manufacture and deliver equipment with lower life cycle costs. You may believe that savings may be in the acquisition cost component of life cycle costs. However, primary emphasis is generally on reducing and controlling operating and support costs by transferring more responsibility to the contractor for equipment operating and support cost performance. It has been found that life cycle cost procurement provisions must be individually tailored to each program. In this study, the currently identified LCC procurement techniques including a variety of LCC incentive provisions are introduced. Moreover, verification method, a procedural issue and incentive to application of LCC-techniques are examined.

Current techniques of residential planning are based upon planning theories and experiences which have evolved over time. These techniques are prerequisite conditions in establishing a firm foundation upon which residential sites can be developed. Residential planning techniques, which have been introduced to Korea from such areas as Western Europe, North America and Japan, have been changing as a result of attempt to properly acculturate these foreign influences into a traditional, yet rapidly progressing Korean society. It has been this objective of Korean planners, of considering domestic conditions while incorporating planning experiences of other countries, that has spearheaded Korea's phenomenal development in recent times. In this study, the changes and perspectives of residential planning concepts are examined from a historically comparative point of view. This approach allows for a macroscopic perspective on the various theories of residential planning which are constantly changing.

Since human errors are being recognized as one of the primary issues in railway safety, there is a definite need for human error analysis techniques that can identify the types of errors and their causes and derive effective countermeasures to help reduce their future probability. But, for some reasons, there are not yet systematic procedures or techniques for analyzing human errors in the Korean railway industry. This paper introduces several techniques that have been developed and utilized for analyzing human errors in Korean and overseas nuclear power aviation railway, offshore oil industry, etc., and summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of each technique. Based on the Investigation of the techniques, the paper also discusses the implications for the development of a human error analysis system for the Korean railway industry.

Since the introduction of The Product Liability Law, effective since July 2002, more and more companies and end-users have been giving their attention to the safety of products. A number of existing risk analysis techniques are being implemented to manufacturing sites. However, they have certain restrictions such as incurring different techniques that are to be implemented at each stage of the product development. This is due to their domain of the analysis differing from one to another. Moreover, the results of these analyses are not specific enough, and are subject to further revision. This study proceeds to look at various examinations undertaken on the existing risk analysis techniques. Through implementing them on certain products, investigations on the strengths and weaknesses were ascertained. This has allowed improvements on the existing techniques to be achieved as tell as the development of a new risk analysis technique, 'HuBRA(Human Behavior Risk Analysis)'. Finally the new technique was implemented on products to confirm its effectiveness.

Nowadays, many people enjoy playing games in computer. In this kind of game, people often meet NPC (Non Player Character). It is the virtual character in simplified form of real player and exits in most of current computer games. Various NPCs add the reality and atmosphere of the game as well as help players. There are several techniques to embody NPC, but developers generally use AI technique. This paper discusses some artificial intelligence techniques used in game contents. Especially this paper focuses on the AI techniques used in computer games in terms of the two main approaches, symbolic approach and sub-symbolic approach.

중금속으로 오염된 토양을 복원시키기 위한 여러 가지 기술들이 개발되어지고 제안되어져 왔다. 그러나 다양한 기술들에 대한 단점은 실제공정에 대한 적용을 어렵게 했으며 새로운 기술들에 대한 필요성이 대두되어지고 있다. 그래서 본 본문에서는 최근에 새롭게 개발되어지거나 실용화되어지고 있는 국/내외 기술들에 대하여 소개하고자 하며 특히, 자성체를 이용한 중금속 오염토양 복원기술에 대해 중점적으로 고찰하고자 한다.
