다문화 청소년과 비다문화 청소년의 안전하지 않은 성관계 경험의 비교 (Comparison of Unsafe Sex Experience between Multicultural and Non-Multicultural Korean Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare unsafe sex experiences of multicultural and non-multicultural adolescents. Methods: The study analyzed the data of 3,029 respondents who responded that they had sex in the Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey of 2018. Weighted percentages and simple and multiple logistic regression were conducted using SAS 9.2. Results: As a result of univariate analysis, the odds ratio of unsafe sex was significantly higher in multicultural adolescents, but the difference between the two groups was not significant after controlling for the related variables. Among the covariates, the odds of unsafe sex were significantly higher in boys (AOR: 1.34; 95% CI: 1.08~1.66), those who did not live with their family (AOR: 1.68; 95% CI: 1.17~2.39), those with low academic achievement (AOR: 1.33; 95% CI: 1.02~1.73), binge drinkers (AOR: 1.61; 95% CI: 1.29~2.02), smokers (AOR: 1.37; 95% CI: 1.06~1.78), and those who did not receive sex education (AOR: 1.59; 95% CI: 1.20~2.11). Conclusion: There was no significant difference in unsafe sex experience between multicultural and non-multicultural adolescents. This study also shows the positive effect of school sex education on safe sex in teenagers. It is necessary to strengthen sex education for male students, students not living with their family, students with low academic achievement, binge drinkers, and smokers.

과학 긍정경험 구성 변인 간의 구조방정식 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Equation Model Among Components of Positive Experiences about Science)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 과학 학습 관련 정의적 특성 간의 상호작용을 종합적으로 이해하기 위하여 '과학 긍정경험' 구성 변인들 간의 유의미한 경로모형을 규명하는 것이다. 여기서 과학 긍정경험이란 과학학습에 관련된 학생들의 정의적 성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 경험의 총체를 의미하며, 과학 긍정경험에 따른 학생들의 정의적 성취를 구성하는 5개 하위 변인은 '과학 학습 정서', '과학관련 자아개념', '과학 학습 동기', '과학관련 태도', 및 '과학관련 진로 포부'이다. 전국 17개 시도에서 4학년, 6학년, 8학년, 10학년에서 각각 1개 학급 학생들을 임의로 표집하여, 총 1841명을 대상으로 '과학 긍정경험 지표검사(TIPES)'를 사용하여 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 주요 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 선정하고, 최종 구조방정식 모형의 경로계수가 집단 간 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위한 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 과학학습 긍정 정서와 부정 정서는 모두 과학관련 자아개념을 경유하여 과학 학습 동기, 과학관련 태도, 과학관련 진로 포부에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 배경 변인에 따른 집단 간 과학 긍정경험의 5개 하위 영역의 평균 차이를 t-test 검증을 통해 비교한 결과에 따르면, 과학 긍정경험의 5개 하위 영역은 성별, 학교급, 지역규모, 과학관련활동 참여 여부에 따라 평균값이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 학생의 배경 변인에 따라 구조방정식 경로모형에 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위해 실시한 다집단 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 성별과 학교급별에 따라서는 집단 간에 경로계수의 차이가 유의미하게 나타난 반면, 지역규모와 과학관련 활동 참여 여부에 따라서는 집단 간 경로계수 차이가 유의미하지 않았다. 결론에서는 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 학습자의 정의적 성취를 돕기 위한 과학교육에의 시사점을 논하였다.

교육환경이 주거용 오피스텔의 가격에 미치는 영향 : 서울 전월세거래를 바탕으로 (Effects of the Educational Environment on Studio Apartment Prices : Focusing on Deposit and Monthly Rental Rates in Seoul)

  • 2010년 이후 분양되는 오피스텔은 관련법령 개정에 따라서 주거공간으로 활용이 되며 교육환경 면에서 소비자들이 선호하는 지역의 주택에 대한 대체재로 역할을 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주택의 가격형성 요인 중 하나인 교육환경이 주거공간으로 할용이 되는 오피스텔의 전월세 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 2015, 2016년에 거래된 서울시 소재 오피스텔을 분석대상으로 하고 오피스텔에서 가장 가까운 중 고등학교의 전국단위 학업성취도 평가와 특목 자율고 진학률을 주요 독립변수로 가지는 분석모형을 헤도닉가격모형과 인공신경망기법을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교육환경 관련 변수의 값이 증가할수록 전월세 가격에 정의 영향을, 학교와의 거리는 멀어질수록 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다른 독립변수 또한 주택 관련 연구와 유사한 결과를 보였다. 이 연구는 오피스텔이 업무용보다는 주거용 부동산 성격으로 변하고 있으며, 이를 주택가격에 내재된 특성 중 하나인 교육환경을 통해 분석하였다는데 의의를 가진다.

청소년 자녀의 건강관련 삶의 질에 대한 부모와 자녀의 인식차이가 청소년 우울에 미치는 영향 (Correlates of Depression and Perception Gap of Adolescents' Health-Related Quality of Life between Parents and Children)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the correlates of depression and perception gap of adolescents' Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQOL) between Parents and Children. Methods: Research targets are all students and their parents who are enrolled in from 1st~3rd grade of middle school to $1^{st}$ grade of high school which was selected intentionally. The survey was conducted from May $16^{th}$ to June $9^{th}$ in 2014 by research staffs equipped with structured questionnaire. $PedsQL^{TM}4.0$ Generic Core Scales and Korean form of the Kovacs' Children's Depression Inventory were the main tool for measuring the HRQOL and depression. Data of 985 respondents, both of parents and children, was used for analysis of this study. Results: In terms of gender difference of depression, 5.8% of adolescents, 3.2% of male and 8.5% of female (p<0.001), are shown depression symptom. Depression rate of the low level students of academic achievement was 11.0% which is the lowest rate to compare to 4.3% of middle level and 2.6% of high level students (p<0.001). The case that parents overestimated their children's overall HRQOL is 3.699 times more likely to have depression symptom than the case which is in concurrence between parents and children. Especially the overestimation in social, emotional, and academic area of HRQOL promote depression 3.918 times, 3.371 times, and 2.258 times more than the agreement occurred of each areas. In contrast underestimation in physical area of HRQOL reduce depression 0.266 times less than the agreement occurred of the area. Conclusion: The perception gap of adolescents' HRQOL between parents and children is the most influential factor to adolescents' depression among all variables which was evaluated in this study.

배움·성장 평가를 위한 특수교육 기본교육과정 학업성취도 평가 실태 (The real state of the learning achievement assessment of the basic curriculum of the special education for referring learning and growing of children)

  • 본 연구는 개개인의 배움과 성장을 지향하는 개별화교육의 관점에서 특수교육 기본교육과정의 학업성취도 평가의 실태를 조사, 분석하고 그 결과에 근거하여 정책 지원 방안을 논의한 것이다. 연구대상은 기본교육과정을 적용하는 B광역시 특수학교 교사 129명이었으며, 측정은 특수교육 학업성취도 평가 도구와 관련된 문헌연구를 바탕으로 FGI 및 전문가 검토를 통해 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 실태분석 결과, 평가의 계획, 준거, 방법, 시기에 있어서 개개인의 배움과 성장을 평가하기 위해 특수교사들은 상세하고 면밀한 질적 접근을 하고 있었고, 교육과정의 연장선상에서 다양한 방식으로 평가결과를 안내하고 활용하고 있었다. 또한 측정도구 각 영역의 하위요소에 대한 인식은 교사의 성별, 연령별, 경력별, 학력별, 학교급별, 설립유형별로 차이를 보였다. 실태분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 교육과정 성취기준 작성 및 평가 체제의 자율성 확대, 학업성취도 평가 영역 및 체제의 개선, 교사의 배경변인별 특성에 부합하는 평가역량강화 지원체제 수립 등을 정책적 지원 방안으로 제언하였다.

Latent Profile Analysis of High School Students' Fire Safety Awareness

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of latent profiles of high school students' fire safety awareness and to identify the characteristics of related variables. For this purpose, a survey was conducted from March 22 to May 25, 2021 for 1054 high school students (male; 569, female; 485) in 3 cities, in Jeollabuk-do. The latent profile was analyzed using a scale consisting of 4 sub-factors: 'fire prevention', 'fire preparedness', 'indirect fire response', and 'direct fire response'. It was checked whether there were differences according to the inter-individual differences of the latent group. As a result of the analysis, fire safety awareness of high school students was classified into three latent profiles. The three groups were named 'High Perception Type', 'Moderate Perception Type', and 'Low Perception Type' according to their types. In fire safety awareness, there is a significant difference in the individual differences according to the gender and academic achievement of the latent profile. These results are meaningful as the first study to analyze the latent profile of high school students' fire safety awareness, and it is also meaningful to provide a useful basis for the contents and methods of customized fire safety education by identifying the tendencies of spontaneous groups and their fire safety awareness.

신증후군 환아의 극복력과 우울의 관계분석 (Relationship between Depression and Resilience among Children with Nephrotic Syndrome)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to describe the relationship between depression and resilience and to identify variables associated with depression among children with nephrotic syndrome. Method: Data was collected from 45 children who were registered at one hospital in Seoul. The criteria for sample selection were 10 to 15 year-old children who were diagnosed at least 6 month prior. The instruments included a self-reported questionnaire on resilience by Kim, CDI by Beck, and MBRI by Kwak. Descriptive, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses were done. Result: The mean score of depression was 11.44 (range:0-54) and resilience was 97.47 (range:32-128). There were significant positive relationships between depression and age (r=0.302, p<.005) and academic achievement (r=-0.318, p<.005). In addition, negative relationships between depression and maternal attitude (r=-0.412, p<.001) and resilience (r=-0.649, p<.001) occurred. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that maternal behavior (${\beta}$=-0.421, p<.005) and resilience (${\beta}$=-0.639, p<.001) were related to depression. Conclusion: Children with higher resilience and with an affectionate mother were less depressed. Thus, it is important to identify strengths of children and help them to increase resilience and implement parenting and counseling programs for parents' of these children. Similar studies with children with other chronic illnesses are needed.

초등학생의 비만 관련 요인에 대한 진단적 연구 - PRECEDE 모형을 근간으로 - (Diagnostic Variables Related to Elementary School Students' Weight Control - Based on the PRECEDE model -)

  • With the aim of diagnostic research on health education. the health promoting behaviors related to elementary school students' weight control. life satisfaction. health state. self-efficacy. parent's interest and knowledge about weight control and school health education of weight control were investigated on the basis of the PRECEDE model. The data for this study were collected from a sample at an elementary school in Chongju for 5 days in July. 2004. In analyzing the data. t-test. one-way ANOVA. chi-square test and multiple regression analysis were done by using SPSS 10.1 The results were as follows : 1. The elementary school students' level of life satisfaction was above half of the full point. The score difference of life satisfaction was statistically significant by grade and academic achievement(F=4.646. p=.010. F=16.042. p=.000). 2. The perceived level of health state was moderate for all students. Normal weight students' level was significantly higher than obese students' (t=3.667. p=.000). 3. The perceived level of health promoting behaviors related to weight control was above the moderate. The perceived level of health promoting behaviors related to weight control in the obese students was significantly higher than that in normal weight students(t=-2.225. p=.027). The students used computer for 1.48 hours and watched TV for 2.52 hours a day. 4. The score of health promoting behavior self-efficacy in this subject was 70.61. 5. The parents' level of interest in the obese students' weight control was significantly higher than that in the normal weight students(t=-4.86. p=.000). 6. Sixty-six percent of the students learned about weight control education in school. 7. The health promoting behavior self-efficacy among the educational diagnostic variables was the most influential variable in students' health promoting behaviors related to weight control. This research diagnosed the needs of weight control education in elementary school by assessing various factors related to weight control behaviors. The research findings suggest that we can enhance the prevention of childhood obesity by strengthening the related factors such as parents' knowledge and interest, health promoting behaviors and self-efficacy related to weight control in school health education.

융복합 시대 준비를 위한 국내 간호대학 교육에서의 비판적 사고 연구(1996-2014) 동향 분석 (A literature Review (1996-2014) on Critical Thinking in Korean Nursing Education for the Era of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 융복합 시대에 중요한 능력인 비판적 사고와 관련되어 국내 간호대학 교육에서 연구된 논문(1996-2014) 75편을 분석한 문헌고찰 연구이다. 고찰 결과 2006년을 기점으로 비판적 사고 관련 연구가 크게 증가하였으며, 연구 설계는 관련 요인을 탐색하는 수준에서 경로모형 구축까지 진행되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 비판적 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학력, 연령, 교우관계, 학업성적, 임상실습 기간, 전공만족도, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 학습방법 등이 확인되었으며, 비판적사고 성향이 높을수록 임상실습 스트레스, 인지된 스트레스가 낮아지고, 문제해결 능력, 임상수행능력, 감정조절, 의사소통 능력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고는 단기간에 획득, 향상되기 어려우므로 지금까지 연구에서 확인된 비판적 사고와 관련된 원인 및 결과변수를 바탕으로 간호교육과정에서 장기적이고 체계적으로 비판적 사고를 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.

노인의 기억수행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of the Older Adults' Memory Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of personal characteristics, social support, depression, and metamemory on the older adults' memory performances. The subjects of the study consisted of 95 older adults over the age of 60 who are living in Busan. Some data were collected by means of the interview method, using questionnaires for metamemory (MIA questionnaire by Dixon, et al., 1988), and depression(GDS by Yesavage and Sheikl, 1986), social resoueces(Duke university, 1978), family support(Hyun-Sook Kang, 1985). The other data were collected by the testing method on the memory performance such as the immeadiate word recall task, the delayed word recall task, the word recognition task(Elderly Verbal Learning Test by Kyung Mi Choi, 1998), and the face recognition task(Face Recognition Task tool developed by Hye-Sook Min). The results of this study were as follows; 1. The level of metamemory is 3.4 points in the 5 point scale, the grades of the task and the achievement are relatively high and the grades of the change, the control, and the anxiety are relatively low in the sub-concepts. 2. Metamemory have significant relation with age(r=-.44), educational attainment(r=.46), depression(r=-.58), family support(r=.20), social resources(r=.20). 3. The significant variables to predict older adults' metamemory are educational attainment(22%), sex(11%), age (8.3%), depression(4.7%), and illness state(3%). 4. The strong variables to predict memory performances are metamemory, age, depression, social resources, educational attainment, illness state, and limitation of daily living activity related to illness. In conclusion, the enhancement strategies of metamemory and the social support and the prevention or reduction of depression are necessary to increase older adults' memory performances. Ultimately in this respect nurses' roles are very important in developing and performing some intervention programs for old adults' memory improvement, which have significant meanings in the field of nursing science.
