Despite innovative efforts to accommodate changes in the payment environment, the new types of settlement risks that are emerging require preemptive and proactive responses. Therefore, Korea should complement and develop large-value funds payment system operation and risk management policies by introducing international standards and linking with advanced financial institutions. This study examines the major issues such as the development process and characteristics of the large-value funds payment system of the two countries, the operation policy of the central bank, and the risk management policy by comparing the US Fedwire with the Korea Bok-Wire+. In addition, policy implications are suggested for efficient operation and development of Bok-Wire+.

In recent years, the demand for green buildings is growing fast due to legislative and social pressures. Construction organizations, which play an important role in promoting building industry growth, are facing with challenges on how to adapt themselves to enhance sustainability of the buildings. In this paper, the green value chain and system frameworks, an extend application of Porter's value chain and system models, are introduced. Based on deep analysis of the green value chain and system frameworks, a revolution model for construction organizations towards green building is created. Management factors critical for a successful green building project, at the firm and project organization level, are extracted. Furthermore, external critical relationships are also identified. Fully understanding of these management factors and the model can help and enable practitioner to know what new capabilities should be deployed and developed in the long run for maximizing sustainability.

In this study, set values of PICV(Pressure Independent Control Valve) were simulated according to the pressure distribution and velocity. The higher the set value and the open rate, as the lower the pressure in the neck. On the contrary, the lower the set value and open rate, as the higher the pressure in the neck. When the set value was small, the pressure was distributed sufficiently and confirmed that the pressure was generated by the VOF, confirming that it could generate a vapor pressure. When the set value 100 %, the lower corn open rate of the differential pressure was 46 % to 29 %, set value 100 % was 29 % to 19 %, and set value 6 % was 12 % to 6 % for the lower corn open rate percentile, it was limited to within 50 %. Thus, the results of this study on the correlation between open rate and differential pressure of the set value of the PICV will be beneficial to improve performance of flow control valves and contribute to their efficient operation used for a hydronic system.

The Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of new generation adolescents' clothing consumption values on their evaluation of clothing products. In the positive analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Particularly, based on Sheth's (1991) theory, a focus group Interview was performed to develop the questionnaire on adolescents' clothing consumption values. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, young consumers have different values and clothing purchasing behavior from adults. To be specific, adolescents tended to appreciate fashionable and sensual values among clothing consumption values. Second, it was found that adolescents'personal values and their group-wise clothing consumption values affected their evaluation of clothing products. Such a finding may explain the relationship between value system and purchasing decisions. Namely, adolescents' evaluation of clothing products is affected by their value system. This finding supports the consumer value system suggested by the "expectation-value" theory. Thus, values and clothing products evaluation are neither separated from each other nor unrelated, but they affect each other in an abstract hierarchial structure. After all, through the route model, personal values affect clothing consumption values, which in turn affect clothing products evaluation. Besides, the clothing consumption values are affected by gender directly or indirectly. All in all, some specific indices regarding the abstract and hierarchial consumption values could be offered by analyzing the effects of adolescents' consumption values on their evaluation of clothing products in reference to the external clues of price and trademark manipulated, and thereby, the effects of consumption values on the positive clothing products evaluation could be determined in general.n general.

The ongoing debate over IT productivity has revealed paradoxical effects of IT. This study proposes that IT business value is paradoxical structured. IT impacts are not easy to generalize according to one perspective or paradigm. This study assumes multiplicity in the phenomenon of IT value and explores effects of these multiple interpretations. The study seeks to understand organizational performance. Hypotheses are developed to test the relationship between competing interpretations of IT value and organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not senior managers perceive IT value on the basis of divergent managerial value frames.

This study was intended to point out the limit of existing digital content-centered studies, or approaches from the viewpoint of the supplier and in the aspect of business profit model and find ways to assess the quality of digital content, considering the characteristics of digital content. For this, the study is to apply value innovation strategy to digital content assessment, to analyze the applicability, and to propose a new and practical framework for digital content assessment method. To this end, this study selected the global No. 1 search service provider Google and local portal site Naver search service. The study on assessment factors by value innovation strategy was based on existing literature, while user-value elements in that respect were confined to information quality, interactivity, communication, interactive storytelling, and usability. This study objectified the relation with the value innovation strategic analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analyses on value elements of search service users.

This study was investigated to know the effect of Cu addition on austempered ductile cast iron at various temperatures and times. Test results showed that the volume fraction of retained austenite and the carbon contents of retained austenite showed the greatest value at $400^{\circ}C$. Also, in case of specimens having more Cu contents, the volume fraction of retained austenite and the carbon contents of retained austenite showed the lower value. After austempering treatment, tensile strength and Impact value increased, but elongation decreased. With increasing austempering treatment temperature, tensile strength, elongation, and impact value decreased. In case of specimen having more Cu contents, tensile strength showed the higher value, but elongation showed the lower value. Damping capacity was decreased by austempering treatment and was not affected on austempering temperature and time. In case of specimen having more Cu contents, damping capacity showed the higher value.

This study was investigated the effect of subzero treatment in austempered ductile cast iron. Retained austenite transformed to martensite by subzero treatment and strain. With decreasing subzero treatment temperature and increasing strain, retained austenite transformed more to martensite and transformed 30% above by subzero treatment at $-196^{\circ}C$. With decreasing subzero treatment temperature, the value of strength and ratio of increasing of strength, hardness and ratio of increasing of hardness increased but the value of elongation and ratio of decreasing of elongation decreased. With decreasing subzero treatment temperature, impact value and ratio of decreasing of impact value decreased. In case of subzero treatment at $-196^{\circ}C$, hardness value increased about 18% and impact value decreased above 20%. We could find that in subzero treated specimens had a little of effect on the tensile properties but had very much effect on the hardness and value of the impact.

The authors map some of the current Business Models in the Massively Multiplayer Online Player scenario. These maps represent Value Creation Systems by resorting to Value Net constructs and notations, and are offered here as a proof of concept and utility. The authors claim that these mappings can enable readers, managers and IT experts, to build new insights onto such Business Models and develop requirements for Information System infrastructure. When approaching the Value Creation System as a Value Net the goal is to think outside the conceptual box of Value Chains and understand how the different activities interact, by exposing the multiplicity of value types and flows. In doing this study the authors are attempting to synthesize a new Business Model proposal that could underlie the development of an infrastructure for the collaborative creation, distribution and exploration of online massively multiplayer games, beyond the traditional producer-consumer roles.

Bidding systems in the domestic public construction work have been amended many times since the lowest-bidding system was implemented in 1951. However, this hasn't had much success. Competition in technical development among companies has declined as the contracts for buildings are given to company which submits the lowest price without considering traits of projects. In addition, as the construction market turns to the limitless competition system due to FTA(Free Trade Agreement), advanced techniques are needed to promote the national competitive power. Considering the needs of the times, Korean government announced that "Best Value Contract (Design-Bid-Build)" and "Bridging Contracts (Design-Build)" are included to 4 existing bidding systems in October 2007. Thus this study aims to suggest devised the evaluation criteria including major items for evaluating bidders, in order to establish and revitalize the best-value bid system successfully.
