더블기어 자동 시각 검사 시스템 실계 및 구현 (Automated Visual Inspection System of Double Gear using Inspection System)

  • Mini Double Gears Frame is critical part of PDP and also produces couple hundred thousand every month. In the process of mass production, product inspection is very important process. Double Gear, one of the part of machine, was inspected by human eyes which caused mistakes and slow progress. To achieve the speed and accuracy the system was compensated by vision system which is inspecting automatically. The focus value is measured based on the fact that high contrast images have much high frequency edge information. High frequency term of the image is extracted using the high-pass filter and the sum of the high frequency term is used as the focus value. We used a Gaussian smoothing filter to reduce the noise and then measures the focus value using the modified Laplacian filter called a Sum modified Laplacian Focus values for the various lens positions are calculated and the position with the maximum focus value is decided as the focused position. The focus values calculated in various lens position showed the Gaussian distribution. We proposed a method to estimate the best focus position using the Gaussian curve fitting. Focus values of the uniform interval lens positions are calculated and the values are used to estimate the Gaussian distribution parameters to find the best focus position.

  • This paper suggests blending time adjusting method of braking command characteristics management and Set value test for optimizing of braking deceleration to enhance the precise position stopping. This method minimizes pneumatic-braking degree deviation by characteristics management, and secures braking stability at braking. By Set value test method, braking blending characteristics are analyzed accurately. And by optimal timing tuning at braking blending, It enhanced the precise position stopping with stabilization of deceleration To demonstrate the usefulness of these suggestion, I modeled for Deajeon Line #1. And through comparison with case of related companies, the proposed method which this paper suggested is proved to be superior to others.

FCAW 용접부의 인성에 미치는 Root Gap의 영향 (Effect of root gaps on toughness of FCAW weld metal)

  • Both impact and fracture toughnesses were investigated with root gaps in FCAW weld metals at room temperature and 0.deg.C. The maximum impact value was obtained at the root gap of 16mm for 1G position weld metal, and the impact value of 3G position weld metals also showed the maximum impact value at the root gap of 12mm. However, the fracture toughnes(CTOD)values tend to decrease with increasing root gaps at both temperatures in 1G weld metal. Bending test also showed satisfactory results with all of root gaps investigated. Based on this result, it becomes possible to apply wide root gaps in real projects in both aspects of toughness and bending resistance.

  • This paper researches location estimating method in CDMA system. Previously proposed positioning algorithms are difficult to estimate accurate position in indoor environments, and possible to limited position. This paper proposes enhanced algorithm using received PN pilot signals from base stations to enhance previous algorithms. For estimating position, we set the threshold value and use over the threshold value in received signals. After selecting signals, we estimate position using TDOA algorithm. And the cases which TDOA algorithm cannot use to estimate position, we use Pattern Matching algorithm. The proposed method system showed the improved performance in estimating parameters and locating positions by computer simulations.

  • There are several potential error sources that can affect the estimation of the position of an object using combined vision and acceleration measurements. Two of the major sources, accelerometer dynamics and random noise in both sensor outputs, are considered. Using a second-order model, the errors introduced by the accelerometer dynamics are reduced by the smaller value of damping ratio and larger value of natural frequency. A Kalman filter approach was developed to minimize the influence of random errors on the position estimate. Experimental results for the end-point movement of a flexible beam confirmed the efficacy of the Kalman filter algorithm.

  • The paper aims to study how to describe the rigorous position on which semantic elements are laid, within the visual space. This purpose is, first of all, for the construction of visual syntactical semantics of the visual space. For this aim, the preliminary research begins with some definitions on : 1) visual space, visual design, visual syntactical semantic meaning, 2) position, sequence of position, 2-dim. sequence of position, and 3) 2-dim. numerical series of position, harmonious dynamic values. Here, The main issue is to define the position in general. To solve this problem, the researcher surveyed the positions on which the sets of pixemes are set up. The results are as follows ; 1. As far as the positions in visual space are concerned, they are the possible locations permitted in the visual patches. They are not the factual but the possible positions. 2.The position value that the sequential point has is not arithmetical but harmonious-dynamic, for it is not permitted for its own sake, but for the person, that is to say, for the viewer's visual perception. 3. The harmonious-dynamic value of positional sequence can be composed of the 2-dimensional successive numerical series which is, in turn, composed of the primordial 3 values x0, $\mu0$, y0. Here, the $\mu0$ is the harmonious mean value of x0 and y0. The x0 and y0 are, therefore, of the mutual dynamic relationship. 4. From this, the 2-dim general $\Delta-TABLE$ of the numerical series of position in visual design could be acquired through development of the primordial 3 values into the $X_i,\;Y_i$, orbit values.

2018년 한국 보건의료의 상대적 위치와 추이: 경제협력개발기구 국가와 비교 (Position Value for Relative Comparison of Healthcare Status of Korea in 2018)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the healthcare status of South Korea and other member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) using OECD health statistics 2020. We employed the position value for relative comparison index to measure the healthcare status in five following components: demand, supply, accessibility, quality, and cost. The Mann-Kendall test was used to analyze for increasing or decreasing trend of the position value for relative comparison values from 2000 to the recent year. Results showed that Korea was positioned above than the OECD median values in most of components, but lower than the median values in certain indices including healthcare employment, primary care, and mental health care. This study sheds some light on healthcare issues to be improved and the policy-makes can take into account for prior setting process.

좌측 유방암의 방사선치료 자세와 선량인자의 상관관계 분석 (Correlation analysis of radiation therapy position and dose factors for left breast cancer)

  • 목 적: 방사선치료의 가장 기본적인 조건은 정상조직의 불필요한 피폭을 방지하는 것이다. 유방암의 경우는 폐와 심장에 조사되는 선량이 중요하게 평가되는 인자이다. 따라서 유방암 방사선치료 자세에 따른 정상조직에 조사되는 선량을 비교하고 그 연관성을 상관관계 분석을 통하여 결과를 확인하여 보다 효과적인 유방암 방사선 치료방법을 모색하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 본원을 내원한 좌측 유방암 환자 30명을 대상으로 Supine, Prone Position에서 CT image를 획득하였다. Eclipse Treatment Planning System(Version 11, USA)을 이용하여 전산화치료계획을 수립하였다. DVH(Dose Volume Histogram)을 통해 Position 별로 정상조직에 조사된 선량을 비교하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 SPSS(Version 18)을 이용하여 각 정상조직의 선량인자를 통계분석하고 항목 간 상관관계 분석 및 독립표본 t-test를 통하여 그 연관성을 알아보았다. 그리고 MIRADA RTx(Version Advanced 1.6, UK)를 이용하여 HI(Homogeneity Index)와 CI(Conformity Index)를 Supine, Prone Position에서 값을 구하고 비교하였다. 결 과: 유방암의 전산화치료계획의 결과 폐의 경우는 Supine Position에서 V20은 $16.5{\pm}2.6%$, V30은 $13.8{\pm}2.2%$, Mean dose는 $779.1{\pm}135.9cGy$(Absolute value)를 보였다. Prone Position은 위 순서대로 $3.1{\pm}2.2%$, $1.8{\pm}1.7%$, $241.4{\pm}138.3cGy$를 보였다. Prone Position이 전반적으로 낮은 선량을 나타내었고 평균선량 537.7 cGy가 더 적게 폐에 조사되었다. 심장의 경우에는 Supine, Prone 순서대로 V30은 $8.1{\pm}2.6%$, $5.1{\pm}2.5%$, Mean dose는 $594.9{\pm}225.3cGy$, $408{\pm}183.6cGy$를 보였다. Prone Position에서 평균선량 182.6 cGy가 더 적게 조사된다는 것을 확인하였다. 통계분석 결과 신뢰도 분석지표인 Cronbach's Alpha value는 0.563이였고 변수간의 상관관계분석 결과 치료자세와 폐의 선량평가인자는 대략 0.89 이상으로 그 상관관계가 높았다. 반면 심장의 경우는 V30은 0.488, Mean dose는 0.418로 상관관계가 다소 적었다. 마지막으로 독립표본 t-test 결과 치료자세와 폐, 심장의 선량평가인자가 신뢰수준 99 %에서 모두 유의하게 나타났다($p-value{\leq}0.05$). 결 론: 현재 방사선치료는 최첨단 선형가속기와 다양화된 전산화치료계획 기술이 개발되고 있다. 이 발전의 기본전제 조건은 PTV(Planning Target Volume) 주위의 정상조직 보호라고 생각한다. 물론 유방암 환자를 Prone Position에서 치료하면 Set-up의 재현성 문제와 다소 많은 시간이 소요되지만 이 실험결과에서 보듯이 Prone Position에서 폐와 심장에 들어가는 선량을 줄일 수 있으며 그 연관관계도 의미가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 Prone Position에서 충분한 치료시간을 확보하고 정확한 치료부위 확인이 이루어진다면 환자에게 보다 좋은 방사선치료를 제공할 수 있다고 생각된다.

  • In this paper we will deal with a calibration method for low cost motion capture system using psd(position sensitive detection) optical sensor. To measure the incident direction of the light from LED emitted marker, the PSD is used the output current ratio on the electrode of PSD is proportional with the incident position of the light focused by lens. In order to defect the direction of the light, the current output is converted into digital voltage value by opamp circuits peak detector and AD converter with the digital value the incident position is measured. Unfortunately, due to the non-linearly problem of the circuit poor position accuracy is shown. To overcome such problems, we compensated the non-linearly by using least-square fitting method. After compensated the non-linearly in the circuit, the system showed more enhanced position accuracy.

선루프용 BLDC 전동기 홀센서 위치 오차 보상 기법 (Position Error Compensation Method of Hall Sensors for Sunroof System using BLDC Motor)

  • This papers propose a Hall-effect sensors position error compensation method in a sunroof system using a BLDC motor with a low-cost MCU. If the BLDC motor is controlled with this wrong position, the torque ripple and operating current can be increased and the average torque also decreases. Generally, sunroof system has characteristics that operate at constant load for several seconds. It is possible to find the minimum operating current value while changing the position of the Hall-effect sensor during the sunroof operation by using these characteristics. Therefore, propose a method to change the Hall-effect sensor position and find the minimum current value. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified through experiments.
