It seems that a primary concern of the project-based company, which provides a large scale product or service over long term period, is to run a successful project through systematic project process control and control costs. One of the typical project control methods is Earned Value Management System(EVMS) which analyses the precess through performance measurement. Even though the EVMS is a highly efficient tool in the managerial aspect, it cannot easily determine the Planned Value(PV), Actual Cost(AC), or Earned Value(EV) due to the indistinct criteria and extensive data. The accurate calculation of AC in particular, is the basic of project management, but most companies record direct personnel expenses or direct expenses only. Since they calculate indirect expenses based on the estimated ratio, it limits the systematic project management that reflects changes in profit and loss of a company. This study introduces a EVMS for project management and its actual case based on EVMS and ERP system which some additional modules are installed for performance measurement. It is expected that this new method enables a company to save time and effort, and also to improve transparency by specifying expense items in detail and to switch quarterly settlement to monthly by reducing the time of calculation.

공간 상관관계를 갖는 무선 센서 필드에 센서들이 임의로 분포하고 있을 때, 효과적인 센서 측정스케쥴링 기법을 본 논문에서 논의한다. 즉, 전체 센서들을 k개의 부분집합으로 분할하여 각 부분집합을 순차적으로 측정하는데, 가급적 측정시마다 유사한 양의 정보를 획득할 수 있도록 센서 부분집합을 구성하는 것이다. 이는, 센서들의 제한적인 에너지 수명을 고려하여 k개의 센서들을 돌아가며 측정하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 상호정보 (mutual information)를 측정하고자 하는 계량으로 선택하고, 각 센서들의 Shapley value를 계산하여 가급적 Shapley value의 합이 유사한 센서들끼리 부분집합을 구성한다.

We have developed the hybrid prototype load cell structures. These developed load cell structures may increase the reliability of the load sensing by deriving the load values through the double sensing method through the vertical maximum deflection and bending stress of the simple beams. For this purpose, the structure design was performed so that the load value, the deflection and stress value could be output to the same value through the optimal structure design. The structurally designed dimensions reaffirmed the accuracy of the design through the structural analysis program and the matching of the load value and the deflection value. Based on the designed structural dimension, the prototype form was constructed through laser cutting and production using hot rolled steel materials. The developed prototype load cell structure can be used as good educational material in various subjects such as material mechanics, steel structure design, measurement engineering, and mechatronics engineering. It is also believed that the measurement system ideas can inform the occurrence of errors in the event of a problem, and if a major accident caused by a sensing error is predicted, it will show good utilization to prevent accidents.

건설프로젝트는 불확실한 요소들로 인해 많은 위험을 가지고 있다. 그래서 프로젝트의 다양한 측면에서 현장 수행사항을 계속해서 측정관리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 그러나 건설공사는 주로 결과에 초점을 맞춰 수행되어지며 게다가 비용과 일정은 통합 관리되었을 때의 효율성이 뛰어남에도 서로 분리되어 관리되고 있다. 최근 EVMS(Earned Value Management System)에 대한 관심 때문에 많은 연구들이 발표되고 있지만 실제 건설현장에 적용할 수 있는 예를 찾기가 쉽지 않다. 이 논문의 목적은 비용과 일정의 통합관리에 의한 EV개념을 기반으로 한 건설공사 진도울 산정의 개선방안을 도출함에 있다.

Purpose - As society continues to develop and the economy grows, consumer participation in sports activities and consumption of sports-related goods are steadily increasing. Nowadays, Spyder, the sporting goods company has achieved great success in the Korean market. In the launching, Spyder tried to communicate the sport authentic brand value to consumers as successful sporting goods brands did. The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors influencing the successful branding strategies of sporting goods retailers. In the process of value trading to the consumer, the concept of authenticity which includes 'originality', 'truth' and 'genuine' is considered as one of the most important factor for branding. This study tries to define the brand authenticity in sporting goods retailer and to develop measurement scale. This study suggests a new paradigm for sports brand research and implications for management of domestic sporting goods retailer that is losing the direction to develop brand value. Research design, data, and methodology - This research consists of two parts of study. The first study is a qualitative research to define sport brand authenticity and measuring items through expert interviews. The second study is the development of scales to the authenticity. And reliability and validity of the scales are verified by quantitative methods. A total of 500 respondents were surveyed and the statistical tests were conducted by dividing two groups. Results - This study defines the authenticity of sports brand which is divided into four dimensions; behavioral authenticity, performance authenticity, spiritual authenticity and virtuous authenticity. And this newly defined four dimensions measurement tool is proved statistically in this study in terms of reliability and validity. Conclusions - For the success of sporting goods retailers, it is important to understand the value of sport and to communicate it with customers effectively. This study suggests a tool for sport brand authenticity and also significant implications for brand strategies. In addition, every entity which is related with sport can apply the measurement scale of this study to understand their position and find direction in terms of authentic sport value.

RC 고층건물에서 발생하는 기둥축소의 예측 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 계측결과를 이용한 해석보정에 대한 변수연구가 수행되었다. 해석보정의 변수는 해석보정 시행기준, 해석보정 값, 계측 위치이며, 변수에 따른 해석보정 모델을 41층 규모의 RC 건물의 시공단계해석에서 적용하여 변수에 따른 보정 효과를 비교·분석하였다. 보정 횟수와 전체 보정량에 따른 층별 오차 값의 감소율을 비교하였으며, 해석보정의 시행기준은 일정한 간격을 기준으로 해석보정 할 경우, 해석보정 값은 오차 값만큼 보정할 경우, 계측 위치는 매 층 계측이 될 경우에 오차가 최소화되는 경향을 확인하였다. 이로부터 실제 해석 모델에 대하여 여러 해석보정 모델을 적용함으로써 가장 적합한 해석보정 모델을 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

In Korea, Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) is suggesting to the alternative of Korean Medical Fee Schedule. This study developed to methodology of RBRVS applicable to Korean situation and applied to services of internal medicine and general surgery. Our methodology of RBRVS is basically same to Hsiao's. But there are some differences between our method and H냐매's because Korean medical situation differs to American. The first difference is method of measurement of work. The Unit of work in our study is total work including intra-servic work and pre-/post-service work. Secondly, in extrapolation, we use primary data gathered to small group of physician. Tertially, in measurement of practice cost, we directly survey to budget data of hosptials and analyse practice costs by service. Some results are presented in a companion article.

The widened Seoul-Bridge is the first continuous 8-span prestressed concrete(PSC) girder bridge in domain. The construction sequence of the bridge consists of S steps in a large way. The measuring in construction stage includes the determination of the allowable fluctuation value of beam stress in each step and the measurement beam stress during prestessing. The measured tendon prestress force was compared with the design value. When it was compared with the analytic result, the difference between the measured stress and the analytic stress was below allowable error. The friction loss and the anchorage slip loss of the tendon prestress force was lower than the design loss value.

Mobile telecommunication service is one of the most competitive and rapidly growing industries in Korea. In competitive environments, it is essential to measure and improve customer satisfaction(CS) levels. However, there are a few problems in existing methods of CS measurement. First, sacrifice such as price is not included properly. Thus, the CS is not expanded into the value concept which is important to customer's behavioral intention. Second, CS measurements are not benchmarked with other competitive companies and CS index cannot reflex it properly. AT&T experienced these problems and suggested customer value added (CVA) for CS measurement. In this study, we try to introduce the CVA concept into our mobile telecom services. CS attributes were constructed, an survey was conducted for 5 mobile telecom companies, CS survey results were presented, and the validity of CVA concept was discussed.

The purpose of this research is to study security of $CO_2$ exhaust at night in indoor air quality purifying system using plants. For this purpose, two same units for experiment were built, and difference of $CO_2$ exhaust by existence and nonexistence of plantation were measured. To reduce error by entrance of people, automatic measurement system were developed and used. At first, baseline were measured to check standard value, and next, $CO_2$ exhaust by plantation were measured. As a result, in baseline experiment, values of all spaces were steady as 400~500 ppm. When plantation was set-up, value of $CO_2$ at night was measured high as 150 ppm, and maximum value was around 600 ppm. This result is a lot lower than maximum standard of $CO_2$, 1000 ppm.
