After the Corona 19 pandemic in the first half of 2020, the business environment has been changed in a very different way. The convergence in digital device would be the keyword of the future business. Due to the Corona 19 incident, the ability to utilize digital media devices has emerged as an important topic as people are focusing on online. The Corona incident has reminded us of how important digitalization is at all points of contact. This study analyzed the effects of digital media device and communication utilization capabilities on entrepreneurial intention by reflecting the mediating effect of risk-taking and proactiveness. For this study, a survey of 250 ordinary people was conducted and finally 212 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical techniques were analyzed using Amos23. The analysis of the collected data showed that digital media device utilization and communication utilization did not directly affect entrepreneurship intentions, but it was confirmed that entrepreneurship risk-taking would have an intention to start a business. Through this, it was suggested that the development of start-up programs based on entrepreneurship and digital media utilization capabilities should be strengthened in a smart society centered on information and communication to expand job creation for the digital generation.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to find the effect of the determinants on the Big data utilization in industry. The determinants of Big data utilization were deduced by reviewing theoretical background and discussions on Big data related researches. Research model and proposed hypothesis were constructed from TOE framework and UTAUT model. Design/methodology/approach The research was conducted to collect a sample data from the experts involved in the Big data projects in industry. In addition, interviews and online survey were performed to get sample data. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and confirmatory factor analysis was done to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Finally, research hypothesis was verified and theoretical and practical implications were proposed for further studies. Findings The results show that the technical factor have a significant effect on the expectancy factor and the behavioral factor. The organizational factor have a significant effect on the behavioral factor. In addition, the expectancy factor was significant on the behavioral factor and the intention-to-use of Big data system.

Introduction : This review aims to introduce an intention-to-treat analysis(ITT) method and demonstrate the importance of rigorous utilization of this method to researchers in Korea. Discussion : ITT analysis includes all data as results in randomized control trials (RCT). Thereby the result of RCT is high validated to adapt in the real-world so that the result should be expected at clinical practice. Therefore, many RCT quality assessment tools include the question of the utilization of ITT analysis in individual trials. However, many researchers omit to report ITT, not utilize ITT or use ITT incorrectly. Conclusion : Through this review, more Korean researchers may understand and utilize ITT which is expected to enhance the quality of RCT papers.

This study examines consumers' perception of agricultural products using nuclear power plants waste heat. This study surveyed 348 consumers and found that presenting information about safety of waste heat utilization increased appropriacy of waste heat; after providing the information, the percentage of respondents in favor of using waste heat increased 27.5% point from 38.3% to 65.8%. The most important reason against using waste heat was because it threatened the safety of agricultural products, and the most important reason for its support was to reduce farm production costs. The purchase intention for agricultural products using waste heat had risen by at least 10% point after providing the information about safety of waste heat. Those means that it important provision of accurate and reliable information on the safety of waste heat to encourage the utilization of waste heat from nuclear power plants. Purchase intention for flowers using waste heat was most, followed by vegetables, fruits (including fruits and vegetables).

We question whether Korean IT managers consider real options to reduce risks of cloud service implementation. This work investigates the impact of technology risk, relationship risk, economy risk, security risk upon the intention of IT managers to utilize abandon & expansion options. We also analyze moderation effect of centralization level of decision making between these risks and the utilization of real options. Using the survey questionnaire, we empirically find that technology risk, relationship risk and security risk have significant effect upon abandon option and technology risk, relationship risk, and economy upon expansion option. We also find the evidence that centralization level moderates some risks and the direction of moderation effect is to offset the effect of risks on intention to utilize real options.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the association between the satisfaction of Korean Medicine users and their intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Methods : This study conducted frequency analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 1,010 male and female Korean Medicine users aged 19 or higher in the country using data from the 2017 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the facilities in Korean Medicine clinics, the results of treatment, and the attitude of nurses and medical staff were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the attitude toward medical treatment of Korean Medicine doctors and the satisfaction with an explanation of the treatment procedures were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting kind attitudes of medical staff.

Methods : This study conducted the frequency analysis, Rao-scott chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 927 people, who answered that they had been diagnosed with a chronic disease, using data from the 2020 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the attitude of medical staff, and the treatment results were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the medical expenses were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting friendly attitudes of medical staff. In addition, it is necessary to actively utilize korean medicine to guarantee patients' medical options.

The purpose of this study is to provide information to Efficient utilization of human resources management by studying the factors influencing the turnover intention of employees working in the Hospital. The study, the area of medical institutions located in more than 30 hospital-grade medical workers engaged in the collection of data aimed at the September 2010 and October 1 days and 1, 794 were used for the analysis, data processing and analysis package, SPSS 18.0 was used. The findings are as follows: First, the study found that age, job position had a significant and negative effect on turnover intentions. The turnover intention rates were highest among nursing staffs, followed by medical technicians and healthcare supporters and then administrators. Secondly, high degree of autonomy, job skills recognition and less job satisfaction in a positions have been identified to affect the significant. It also has turned out that job suitability and emotional commitment have influenced the turnover intentions.

This study is aimed to evaluate the satisfaction level and effective value in acquiring the coffee-related private certificates for purpose of development and growth of the coffee industry in Korea. Analysis had being made to investigate on which parts of the vocational competencies designated by National Competency Standard are developed by the coffee-related private certificates implemented in Korea and the effect of such certificates on the job satisfaction and intent to utilize are further elaborated. While technical ability, self-development ability, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on overall job satisfaction. Further, job satisfaction of vocational competencies had a positive (+) effect on the utilization intention. Through this study, it is found that the coffee barista private certificates have a considerable effect on the development of vocational competencies, improve the job satisfaction and are utilized as a material evaluating ability scales for recruitment and employment.

Recently, following the development of FinTech technology that combines finance and information and communication technology, the need and social demands for a block chain technology-based trading system have increased significantly. In this study, a research model was developed and hypothesized through literature research on the concept of block chain technology, the technology acceptance model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The research theories were tested by collecting data through surveys and analyzing the collected data. This study conducted empirical research to identify the factors influencing the user acceptance intention and utilization behavior of the block chain technology in introducing the block chain technology. First, factors affecting the acceptance intention of the blockchain user were performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and blockchain transparency variables. Second, the facilitation conditions and stakeholder confidence variables were analyzed as factors that did not affect the acceptability of the blockchain users. Third, variables such as blockchain transparency, stakeholder trust and intention of acceptance are factors that affect the usage behavior of the blockchain. Fourth, it was confirmed that the acceptance intention had a very high explanatory power on usage behavior of Blockchain technology.
