음영기복 알고리즘을 활용한 한반도 촬영 위성영상에서의 지형그림자 탐지 (Terrain Shadow Detection in Satellite Images of the Korean Peninsula Using a Hill-Shade Algorithm)

  • 최근 지구관측 위성이 급격히 발전함에 따라 사용자의 수가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 지구관측위성위원회(Committee on Earth Observation Satellites, CEOS)에서는 분석준비자료(Analysis Ready Data, ARD)라는 개념을 제안하고 분석준비자료의 요구 조건을 CEOS ARD for Land (CARD4L)로 정의하여 사용자 친화적인 위성영상을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 분석준비자료에는 육상분석에 불필요한 픽셀이 식별된 마스크(Unusable Data Mask, UDM)가 영상과 함께 제공되어야 한다. UDM의 종류는 구름, 구름 그림자, 지형그림자 등이 있다. 지형그림자는 지형기복이 큰 산악지형에서 발생되며 지형그림자가 생긴 지역은 복사조도가 낮기 때문에 분석 결과에 오류를 야기시킨다. 기존 지형그림자 탐지연구는 지형그림자 보정을 위해 지형그림자 픽셀을 탐지하는데 목적을 두었지만, 이것은 지형보정 기법으로 대체 가능하다. 따라서 지형그림자 탐지 목적을 확장할 필요가 있다. 산림과 농업분석을 목적으로 한 차세대중형위성 4호(CAS500-4)의 활용을 위해 본 연구에서는 지형그림자 탐지 범위를 태양의 영향을 적게 받는 지역까지 확장하였다. 본 논문은 남북한을 대상으로 지형그림자 마스크 생성을 위해 지형그림자 탐지 가능성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 지형그림자 탐지를 위해서 태양의 위치, 지표면의 경사와 경사방향을 이용한 음영기복 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 한반도를 촬영한 5 m급 공간해상도의 RapidEye 영상과 10 m급 공간해상도의 Sentinel-2 영상들을 대상으로 참값과 비교하며 최적의 음영기복 임계값을 결정하였다. 결정된 임계값을 사용하여 지형 그림자 탐지를 수행하고 결과를 분석하였다. 정성적 결과로는 전체적으로 참값과의 형상이 유사함을 확인하였다. 정량적 실험결과는 F1 score가 대부분 0.8에서 0.94 사이인 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 남북한을 대상으로 자동적인 지형그림자 탐지가 잘 수행됨을 확인하였다.

사용자 수요 기반의 재난 상황관리 지능화에 관한 연구 (Research on Making a Disaster Situation Management Intelligent Based on User Demand)

  • 데이터 활용을 통한 지능형 행정서비스 정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 정부 기조에 따라, 재난안전관리 분야도 신종·복합재난에 효율적으로 대응하기 위한 데이터 기반의 상황관리시스템을 구축·운영하고 있다. 하지만 재난 상황 발생 시 현장 상황 파악에 어려움이 있고, 방대한 데이터의 표출만으로는 상황판단 및 수습·대응에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 데 여전히 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 재난안전상황실 근무자의 상황관리 업무에 대해 지능정보기술을 활용하여 지능화 및 효율화에 필요한 구체적인 기술 도출을 목적으로 한다. 중앙재난안전상황실 근무자를 대상으로 개별 면담 및 조사를 통해 재난 상황관리 업무 범위와 GIS 통합상황관리시스템의 활용 상황 및 시스템에 구축된 데이터의 용도와 특징을 조사·분석하였다. 그리고 상황관리 업무의 지능화 및 효율화에 필요한 기술을 도출하기 위하여 신속·정확한 현장상황 파악, 데이터 기반 상황판단, 효율적 상황관리 업무 지원을 전략으로 하여 실행과제를 정의하고, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) 분석을 통해 실행과제의 중요도를 평가하여 우선순위를 결정하였다. 그 결과 상황관리 효율화를 위해서는 영상 및 센서 데이터에 대한 수집·분석·관리와 사람이 수행하는 경우 많은 시간이 소요되거나 오류가 있을 수 있는 작업, 즉 상황관련 자료 수집 및 보고서 작업에 지능정보기술 활용이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 상황관리 지능화 전략 가운데 중요도가 높은 신속하고 정확한 현장상황의 파악과 효율적 상황관리 업무 지원이 우선적으로 상황관리 지능화 기술 개발 대상으로 추진할 수 있을 것이다.

디지털 유방 토모신테시스에 대한 국내 사용 현황과 인식에 관한 설문조사 연구 (Patterns in the Use and Perception of Digital Breast Tomosynthesis: A Survey of Korean Breast Radiologists)

  • 목적 국내 디지털 유방 토모신테시스(digital breast tomosynthesis; 이하 DBT) 사용 현황 및 영상의학과 의사들의 DBT에 대한 인식 및 사용자 요구조건에 관해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 2021년 3월 대한 유방영상의학회 회원들을 대상으로 DBT와 관련한 26개의 객관식 문항과 1개의 주관식 문항이 포함된 온라인 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문 문항은 기본 정보, 유방촬영술 및 DBT에 대한 진료 현황, DBT 인식, 관련 연구 경험 및 관심도를 포함하였다. 결과는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 총 257명의 회원 중 120명이 응답하여, 응답률은 46.7%였다. 응답자 중 67명(55.8%)이 현재 DBT를 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. DBT의 전반적인 만족도는 5점 척도를 사용하여 평균 3.31점이었다. DBT 검사의 장점으로 가장 많이 응답한 것은 소환율 감소(55.8%), 병변의 명확도 향상(48.3%), 유방암 발견율 향상(45.8%)이었고, 단점으로 많이 응답한 것은 환자의 추가비용 부담46.7%), 불충분한 미세석회화 검출(43.3%), 불충분한 진단능 향상 효과(39.2%), 방사선량 증가(35.8%)였다. DBT가 더 널리 사용되지 못하는 원인으로는 영상의 저장 용량, 판독 시간 증가를 주요 요인으로 응답하였다. 결론 DBT 사용이 보다 보편화되기 위해서는 사용자 불편사항과 피드백을 반영한 향후 기술개발이 필요하겠다.

자기노출 요인이 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 노출행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effect of Self-Disclosure Factor on Exposure Behavior of Social Network Service)

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크 기반으로 하는 인터넷 기업의 등장은 빠른 성장세에 있으며, 다양한 소셜 미디어 서비스 출현으로 e-비즈니스에 혁신적인 변화를 일으키고 있다. 웹(web) 상에서 지인(知人)과의 인간관계를 강화시키고, 새로운 인간관계를 형성할 수 있도록 지원하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 소셜 미디어 영역 중 하나이다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 시장의 급속한 성장과 이에 따른 수익창출, 미디어 분야의 새로운 성장 동력으로의 인식으로 많은 글로벌 IT기업들이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 가장 강력한 소셜 미디어로 인식하고 있으며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한 다양한 비즈니스 모델 개발에 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보에 대한 자기노출을 다룬 중요한 요인인 프라이버시 침해의 미인식, SNS 사용목적, 개인정보의 중요성 인식을 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 노출행동에 대한 영향력을 검증하고자 한다. 또한 개인의 특정 행위, 감정적 반응을 기술하기 위한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있는 합리적 행위이론 (Theory of Reasoned Action)을 바탕으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서의 자기노출에 대한 영향요인이 TRA의 행위에 대한 태도(Attitude Toward Behavior)로서의 부정적 태도(Negatude), 주관적 규범(Subjective Norm), 행위의도(Behavioral intention), 그리고 노출행동의 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 위 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 서울 소재 Y대학의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 총 198부의 표본을 수집하였으며, 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과, 프라이버시 침해 미인식이 부정적 태도. 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미하지 않게 나타나 가정된 경로모형에서 프라이버시 침해의 미인식의 영향력은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. SNS 사용목적이 부정적 태도, 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미하게 나타났으며, 개인정보의 중요성 미인식은 주관적 규범, 행위의도, 노출행동에 미치는 영향력은 유의미하였으나, 부정적 태도에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 그리고 부정적 태도와 주관적 규범이 행위의도에 미치는 영향은 유의미하여, 부정적 태도가 낮을수록 행위의도가 높게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 행위의도가 노출행동에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 자기노출 과정을 이론적 논의를 토대로 심리적, 사회적 변인들을 통합하여 살펴보았다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

SNS상에서 프라이버시 침해의도: 가해자 관점으로 (Privacy Intrusion Intention on SNS: From Perspective of Intruders)

  • 요즘 보편화된 SNS 사용은 사용자들로 하여금 보다 더 쉽고 빠른 개인정보의 교환을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이에 따라 SNS상 프라이버시 침해문제가 대두되었는데, 본 연구에서는 프라이버시 침해 의도와 그 의도에 영향을 미치는 동기 요인들에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 지금까지 진행된 프라이버시 연구는 대부분 피해자 혹은 피해사건의 분석이었으나, 본 연구는 프라이버시 침해행위를 작성과 유포라는 좀 더 세분화된 개념으로 나누고, 동기이론을 바탕으로 프라이버시 침해의도에 영향을 미치는 외적 요인(반응비용)과 내적 요인(인지된 즐거움, 침해 피해경험, SNS 징벌행위, 침해 가해경험)이 각각 작성과 유포 침해의도에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴본다. 연구결과, 프라이버시 침해 의도에 영향을 미치는 외적 요인인 반응비용은 작성과 유포침해의도 모두와 유의미한 관계를 가졌다. 내적요인은 대체적으로 외적요인보다 더 큰 상관관계를 가졌는데, 그 중 가해경험은 작성과 유포 침해의도 둘 모두에서 가장 강력한 영향력을 보여주었고, 인지된 즐거움 또한 작성과 유포 침해의도에 모두 정적상관관계를 가졌다. 피해경험은 작성과 유포침해의도에 모두 유의미한 상관관계를 갖지 않았으며, SNS 징벌행위는 유포침해의도와 약하게 정적 상관관계를 가졌다. 이를 통해, 지금까지 구분없이 표현되어 온 프라이버시 침해 가해자들은 정의감이나 과거 관련 피해를 입었던 사람들이 아니라, 침해 가해행위 자체에 즐거움을 느끼고, 또한 과거에 가해경험이 있는 사람들이라는 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 개인정보침해에 관해 보다 더 뚜렷한 기준과 의식 변화가 필요하다는 구체적인 방향을 제시하였다.

매개 중심성 기반 지하철 역사 재난 대피 취약성 분석: 광교중앙역 사례연구 (Betweenness Centrality-based Evacuation Vulnerability Analysis for Subway Stations: Case Study on Gwanggyo Central Station)

  • 지난 20년 동안 전 세계적으로 지하철 역사와 지하 구조물의 수와 규모가 급증하면서 지하철 이용자의 안전에 대한 중요성도 지속적으로 증가하였다. 지하철 역사는 구조적 특성으로 인해 재난 상황에서 시야 확보와 탈출 경로가 제한되어 인명 피해와 경제적 손실의 위험이 높다. 이에 따라 기존 지하철 시스템뿐만 아니라 GTX와 같은 대심도 지하 시설에 대한 재난 대피 취약성 분석이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 광교중앙역 사례를 중심으로 매개 중심성 기반의 대피 취약성 분석 프레임워크를 적용한 사례 연구를 제시한다. 구체적으로, 역사의 공간 구문론에 기반한 네트워크 모델을 구축하고 매개 중심성 분석을 통해 병목 지점을 평가하며, 이를 통해 재난 대피 취약성을 평가하였다. 이는 공간 네트워크에서 높은 매개 중심성을 가진 지점은 전체 공간 간 연결구조를 중개함을 시사하며, 재난 대피 상황에 있어서는 대피 인원이 집중되고 전체 대피 흐름을 통제하는 공간으로 해석될 수 있기 때문이다. 광교중앙역 기본 모델 및 재난 발생 시나리오 별 분석결과, 대칭적인 광교중앙역 공간 구조에 따라 매개 중심성 분포는 대칭성을 띄며, 지하 1층 및 지하 2층의 중앙구역에 매개 중심성이 집중되어 있음이 발견되었다. 이들 구역은 평균값에 비해 약 220 % 이상 높은 값을 보이며, 이는 재난 상황 시 대피 흐름이 교차되며 병목 현상의 발생 가능성이 높음을 시사한다. 이러한 광교중앙역의 재난 대피 취약성을 개선하기 위해서 중앙구역에 집중되는 재난 대피 흐름을 분산시키기 위해 가장자리 구역의 재난 대피로로써의 활용성을 증대시키도록 계단실을 연속적으로 연결하는 구조변경을 시나리오로 제시하였다. 이러한 이동통로 변경이 고려될 경우, 매개 중심성의 분산이 감소하며 제안된 대피통로 추가가 광교중앙역의 대피 흐름 분산에 효과적으로 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이 사례 연구는 지하철 역사 사용자 안전성 향상에 있어 제안된 대피 취약성 평가 프레임워크의 효과성을 입증하며, 주요 지하 시설물의 재난 대응 및 관리 계획에도 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보인다.

유통업체의 위치기반 모바일 쇼핑서비스 제공에 대한 소비자 반응 : PAD 감정모델과 정보의 상황관련성을 중심으로 (Consumer Responses to Retailer's Location-based Mobile Shopping Service : Focusing on PAD Emotional State Model and Information Relevance)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 지각하는 유통업체의 위치기반 모바일 쇼핑정보 서비스에 대한 정보의 상황관련성과 정보자극에 대한 PAD 감정변수들(환기, 지배력, 즐거움) 간의 상호 인과관계와 이용의도에 대한 이들의 효과를 실증 연구 하였다. 미국 내 모바일 이용자를 대상으로 무작위 표본추출법에 근거하여 추출되었고, 총 335명의 사용가능한 응답이 수거되었다. 분석결과, 환기와 상황관련성은 즐거움에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으나 지배력은 즐거움에 유의한 영향력을 나타내지 않았다. 즐거움은 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 본 연구를 통해 위치기반 모바일 서비스에 대한 소비자의 인지적 반응과 감정적 반응을 통합적으로 살펴보았으며, PAD 감정차원간의 체계적인 관계를 규명하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 모바일 쇼핑서비스 개발자, 유통업체, 그리고 마케팅 실무자를 위한 시사점을 논의하였으며, 연구의 한계점과 더불어 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. On this base, we composed of the radial pulse diagnosis system in korean traditional medicine. The system composed of a radial pulse wave detection system and a radial pulse diagnosis system. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
