A remote user authentication scheme is a two-party protocol whereby an authentication server in a distributed system confirms the identity of a remote individual logging on to the server over an untrusted, open network. In 2005, Liao et al. proposed a remote user authentication scheme using a smart card, in which users can be authenticated anonymously. Recently, Yoon et al. have discovered some security flaws in Liao et al.'s authentication scheme and proposed an improved version of this scheme to fix the security flaws. In this article, we review the improved authentication scheme by Yoon et al. and provide a security analysis on the scheme. Our analysis shows that Yoon et al.'s scheme does not guarantee not only any kind of authentication, either server-to-user authentication or user-to-server authentication but also password security. The contribution of the current work is to demonstrate these by mounting two attacks, a server impersonation attack and a user impersonation attack, and an off-line dictionary attack on Yoon et al.'s scheme. In addition, we propose the enhanced authentication scheme that eliminates the security vulnerabilities of Yoon et al.'s scheme.

Currently, various discussions are underway to establish a more advanced management system for public rental housing. Also, it calls for improvement methods for problems arising in management of the current rental housing system. In this regard, this study aims to evaluate determinants that affect user acceptance intention of blockchain technology to implement a new system that complements drawbacks of the current public rental housing system. The study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as a theoretical model; the study model utilizes three UTAUT variables -performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions-, applies security, availability, and reliability that are perceived from blockchain technology as external parameters to facilitate understanding of user acceptance intention of blockchain technology, and evaluates whether innovativeness can regulate the influence of performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions on user acceptance intention of blockchain technology. Based on the significant survey result where 274 IT technicians participated, the study applies structural equation modeling to explore structure of user acceptance intention in the blockchain-based management system for public rental housing. As a result, security-reliability and availability are found to factors as determinants for user acceptance intention, affecting implementation of the public rental housing management system, while innovativeness shows no significant statistical results related to regulation effect. This study has implications in that it understands characteristics of blockchain and empirically analyzes the relationship between the characteristics and acceptance intention to enable blockchain's contribution to activate the public rental housing management system in the future.

Although user satisfaction and activation are noting new, factors related to user emotion have been a part of the important subject shared by most people for management. But few studies have known in culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. The samples were collected through self-completed a questionnaires, a total of 322 users data were identified by SPSS 25.0 and frequency and descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The main results are as follows: 1) General user satisfaction of culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools reach a total or 8.52 points(out of a total of 10 points), 2) significant factors related to user satisfaction are comparative satisfaction, recognition of contribution to the local economy, age, job. A key insight from these results is that most users are satisfied with the culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. And relationship between user satisfaction and a variety of variables indicates the essential for differentiation and utilization of services. It is necessary to implement several practical and political strategies taking the context and the needs of users as a way of enhancing the urban and rural welfare services.

The greenhouse control system is designed by personal computer. This system should observe and control the growth conditions for crops in both plastic film and glass greenhouses. In this contribution puts emphasis on graphical user interface for greenhouse control system by personal computer under the aim of creating safer, more effective and more economical services. This system is developed for the requirements of the intelligent greenhouse control system and gives a lot of convenience for farmer who is not familiar with pc technique. The GUI and control system are programmed by Visual C++ and Visual Basic.

In this paper are described design of hardware and GUI(Graphical User Interface) for a PC based Weighting System. Conventional Weighting System is adapted microprocessor system for measuring and controlling. This system should have big memory for the management of measured data and is difficult to operate. For such reason a new Weighting System based on PC is proposed. In this contribution is handled these problems.

Apparel design is an economic activity to create values for users over the value chain of a product. In this paper, the contribution of apparel design is defined as the enhancement of users' perceived values by improving users' experience of products. In this context, the value of a product corresponds to compensation for experience or a promise for experience of a product. Experience can be sensory or psychological benefits to users. To evaluate the value of apparel design, the researcher identified and analyzed the apparel design parameters affecting users' experience and benefits of products such as macro-, micro-environmental factors, value chain factors, apparel designer factors, and user factors. For an analytical modeling of the values of apparel design, this paper introduces the concept of a utility function from economics. In economics, utility is a measure of desirability or satisfaction that can be correlative to need or desire. The measure of value can be found in the price which a user is willing to pay for the fulfillment or satisfaction of need or desire via the experience of a product.

As information technology rapidly develops and the period required to enter new technology shortens, there emerges a wide variety of alternatives for consumers. When there are many alternatives in the market, users choose after making comparisons. This process of making comparisons is our research key. We established a research model to find a mixed effect that comes from new attitudes to technology adoption and alternative's continuous usage intention. The effect is revealed through a relative attractiveness (RA) factor to explain a user's process of comparison. We empirically test our research model in the new media services, such as mobile TV, web TV, and mobile IPTV. According to our research results, a continuous usage intention of an existing technology is an important factor to explain the adoption of a new technology. So, the contribution of our research is in finding a role for the RA factor in research in new technology adoption.

Health Monitoring System is a sophisticating technology and another way to the normal/regular management of the health of the patient. This Health Monitoring Mobile Application is a contribution from our side to the public and to the overall health industry in Pakistan. With the help of Health mobile application, the users will be able to store their medical records, prescriptions and retrieve them later. The users can store and keep track of their vital readings (heart rate, blood pressure, fasting glucose, random glucose). The mobile application also shows hospitals that are nearby in case the user wants to avail of any medical help. An important feature of the application is the symptoms-based disease prediction, the user selects the symptoms which he has and then the application will name certain diseases that match those symptoms based on relevant algorithms. The major advances and issues have been discussed, and as well as potential tasks to health monitoring will be identified and evaluated.

With rapid development and contribution of IT technology IT fushion healthcare service which is a form of future care has been changed a lot. Specially, as IT technology unites with healthcare, because delicate personal medical information is exposed and user's privacy is invaded, we need preperation. In this paper, u-healthcare service model which can manage patient's ID information as user's condition and access level is proposed to protect user's privacy. The proposed model is distinguished by identification, certification of hospital, access control of medical record, and diagnosis of patient to utilize it efficiently in real life. Also, it prevents leak of medical record and invasion of privacy by others by adapting user's ID as divided by user's security level and authority to protect privacy on user's information shared by hospitals.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the differences of user´s satisfaction of development elements of natural recreation forest(NFR) developed by public and private bodies in order to answer the research question: What is the differences of user´s satisfaction of development elements of NFR\ulcorner After reviewing the literature, mechanism of outdoor recreation, and development elements in NRF, we constructed the conceptual framework and have formulated the hypothesis of this research. We had obtained data through a questionnaire, which surveyed 584 visitors at 10 of the 72 natural recreation forests in Korea in 1999. We have analyzed the data using he descriptive statistical method, the mean difference test, and logistic regression method. We have found that 1) all the development elements have turned out to be significantly different from the mean difference test, 2) the two elements of atmosphere and activity have turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of NFR developed by public and private body in logistic regression analysis while user´s satisfaction in recreational resources, facilities and service make no differences between public and private NRF, 3) the higher the degree of user´s satisfaction in atmosphere and activity at NFR, the more the NFR developed by private body, and 4) their relative contribution of atmosphere and activities on whether the NFR is developed by public or private body have been turned out to have 0.258 and 0.242 respectively, which have a similar importance. The research results suggest that a guideline for the creation of marketable NFR by public and private developer, and development of use-programs and recreational atmosphere be recommended in the planning and development process of NRF. The approach and anlaysis method adopted by this research is highly useful for an evaluation of NRF developed by the tow bodies and development of devices for increasing user´s satisfaction and marketing positioning of NRF by the tow developers. It is recommended that more empirical study on individual development elements affecting user´s satisfaction be performed in the future.
