온라인 Social Shopping 사이트 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing Acceptance of Online Social Shopping Site)

  • The market structure and consumer characteristics are changing dynamically according to internet shopping industry developing based on Web 2.0. But, there is absent typical online service after 'Cyworld.' The social shopping sites based on social networking reflect to present phenomenon that collective intellect, information sharing, participate in making information. The social shopping sites are not limited in particular shopping sites but include all of sites in online. So, consumers can copy various products and display on their own blog provided from social shopping sites and make some purchase reviews and any comments about products can lead transactions among social shopping sites. So, it might be a one of meta-shopping mall like 'Naver.' As the social shopping sites are new form, we just applied to TAM theory to figure out acceptance factors using SEM. The perceived enjoyment affect to usefulness, ease of use and using intension. The perceived ease of use also affect to usefulness and the usefulness affect to using intension positively. But the perceived ease of use was for nothing in using intension. Finally, we provided managerial implications to activate domestic online shopping industry and theoritical meaning using extended TAM.

소기업에서 IT 사용 만족도에 대한 연구 (A study of the information technology satisfaction in a small business.)

  • In this study we tried to measure the user satisfaction with IT in small firms. Though the number of small firms is not negligible, most studies on the IT satisfaction focused on medium and large-sized firms. Using Palvia's model in 1999 we measured If satisfaction of the employee in small firms in the manufacturing and telecommunication industry. We included seven constructs such as S/W pertinence, information content and accuracy, information format, system usefulness, system continuance, and system support to measure IT satisfaction. The result suggests that the If users in small firms are generally dissatisfied with the information technology and the areas of deep dissatisfaction are system usefulness and system support. Type of business, the gender and education of the users are found to affect the level of satisfaction.

애플워치 만족도와 지속적 사용의도에 대한 실증연구 : 중국시장을 중심으로 (A Study on the Apple Watch Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention : Evidence from the Chinese Market)

  • 본 연구는 애플워치 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 만족도와 지속적 사용의도 사이의 관계를 조사하였다. TAM모델을 기반으로 시스템 품질, 정보 품질 및 자기효능감을 독립변수로 설정하여 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성 및 만족도를 매개변수로 선정하고 지속적 사용의도를 종속변수로 최종 연구모형을 구성하였다. 본 연구는 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수집한 256부 데이터로 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 요인 분석, 타당성 분석, 경로 분석, 가설 검증 및 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 소비자의 향후 애플워치 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하였다. 요약하면 만족도는 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용 용이성도 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인했다. 하지만 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 자기효능감 세 가지 요소 중 자기효능감은 지각된 유용성에 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 않는다 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에 시스템 품질, 정보 품질 및 자기효능감이 애플워치 사용 과정에서 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 만족도 및 지속적 사용의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Web 2.0시대를 맞이하여 다양한 플랫폼으로부터 기업의 수많은 정보가 쏟아지고 있다. 그러나 셀 수 없이 많은 정보의 홍수 속에서 대중들의 호응을 얻기 위해 기업들은 각각의 플랫폼의 특징을 이해하고 이에 적합한 마케팅 전략을 구사해야 한다. 그러나 최근에 급격히 성장하고 있는 소셜네트워크(Social Network Service)에 관련한 연구는 많이 진행되었으나 특정 매체에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 소비자들에서 인스타그램 게시글 정보가 어떻게 받아들여지는지 분석하여 인스타그램 게시글 정보특성이 수용의도 및 구전효과에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 정보유용성 매개효과를 통해 살펴보았다. 이 연구문제에 답하기 위해서 인스타그램의 주요 이용자인 한국과 미국 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 정보유용성은 인스타그램 게시글 정보특성과 수용의도 및 구전효과 사이에서 주요한 매개효과 역할을 하는 결과가 도출되었다.

Assessing the Success rate of e-Learning Systems Aadoption in Saudi Higher Education Institutions during COVID-19 Pandemic: Student Perspective

  • In response to the significant COVID-19 outbreak, countries have enforced the use of E-learning systems as an alternative to traditional learning; to contain the virus and minimize the infection rate while maintaining the continuity of the learning experience. However, the effective adoption of E-learning systems requires a well-understanding of critical factors, especially in times of crisis. In this regard, this study intends to assess the success of the E-learning system adoption by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) during the crisis of COVID-19 by utilizing the Information Systems Success (ISS) model. This study's adopted model consists of nine interdependent dimensions, namely: Technical System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Learner Quality, Perceived Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness, System Use, Intention to Use, and System Success. An electronic survey was distributed among higher education students from different universities in Saudi Arabia to explore each model's dimension. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been applied via SmartPLS software to test the causal relationships between dimensions. This study's main results revealed that students' Service Quality, Learner Quality, and the Intention to Use by students are essential drives for E-learning System Use during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the Intention to Use the system is significantly influenced by Perceived Satisfaction and Perceived Usefulness dimensions. Further, Perceived Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness, and System Use are interdependent, and all three have a significant positive impact on E-learning System Success.

외식 영양정보 표시의 이용과 속성에 대한 소비자 인식 (Customers' Use of Menu Labeling in Restaurants and Their Perceptions of Menu Labeling Attributes)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine restaurant customers' use of menu labeling and their perception of menu labeling attributes. Further, the study investigated relations of menu labeling use behavior, and perception of menu labeling attributes with behavioral intentions toward menu labeling. Using a self-administered survey conducted for 2 weeks from the 2nd week of October, 2015, data were collected from restaurant customers who were exposed to menu labeling over 3 months at the time of the survey. A total of 426 respondents completed the survey. Respondents were asked about use of menu labeling, usefulness, ease of understanding, accuracy, and demographic information. There was a difference in menu labeling use behavior according to age, whereas respondents aged 50 years or over showed significantly higher use of menu labeling than those in 20s (P<0.001). Perceptions of menu labeling attributes positively affected behavioral intentions towards menu labeling. While all three menu labeling attributes, 'usefulness', 'ease of understanding', and 'accuracy', were positive factors for behavioral intentions towards menu labeling, usefulness was the biggest attribute explaining behavioral intentions (P<0.001). The study findings offer implications that can be applied to academics, the foodservice industry, and government in an attempt to nurture a healthy eating environment through provision of nutritional information at restaurants.

모바일 관광 앱 서비스특성이 지각된 가치, 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mobile Tourism App Characteristics on Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention)

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between the priorities of information, usability, mobility, reliability and empathy, which are the lower dimensions of mobile tourism app service characteristics, on the perceived value and satisfaction of tourists. Research design, data, methodology - Data collection was conducted from June 10, 2019 to June 20, 2019, and a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to collect 352 copies. Factor analysis, reliability verification, and covariance structure analysis were carried out using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for 321 parts for statistical analysis. Results - First, information, mobility, reliability, and empathy have a significant effect on perceived value. However, usefulness did not appear to have a significant effect on perceived value. This analysis results can increase the reliability of the tourism app, it can be seen that the accurate tourist information services are used in the tourist app or in the place required. Second, information, usability, mobility, and empathy had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, reliability did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it had a significant effect on information, empathy, and intention to use. However, the usefulness, mobility, and reliability did not have a significant effect on the behavioral intention. Lastly, perceived value and satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Conclusions - The analysis result is that the tourism app that is being used is provided with a reliable and accurate tourism information service, it can be seen that you are using the tourism app in the place or on the go. Therefore, it is relatively difficult to use the tourism app, and it is easy to understand the contents of the service and timely information. Therefore, it is possible to communicate with other users and provide customized services according to needs and desires. The study has the following limitations. This may influence the progress of the research because the respondents' responses to the mobile tourism app service are from different experiences. In addition the accuracy of providing accurate information, the usefulness of using the mobile tourism app, and the ease of communicating with other users can be understood as being relatively satisfactory.

How to Forecast Behavioral Effects on Mobile Advertising in the Smart Environment using the Technology Acceptance Model and Web Advertising Effect Model

  • This paper proposes and then verifies a model that can be used to forecast the effects of behavior on mobile advertising based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Web Advertising Effect. The objective of this research is to probe the relationship between the cause and effect of the entertainment, informativeness, usefulness, capacity to accommodate smart-environment technologies, Hedonic Adaptation Model (HAM), etc. that mobile advertisements provide, as well as the attitudes toward advertisements in general. In order to accomplish this goal, the research was verified using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the results are as follows. First, the informativeness of mobile advertising has a positive effect on the recognized ease of use. Second, the entertainment and informativeness of mobile advertising has positive effects on the recognized usefulness. Third, the recognized ease of use has a positive effect on the recognized usefulness. Fourth, the informativeness of mobile advertising causes a positive effect on smart-environment technologies. Fifth, the entertainment and informativeness of mobile advertising cause positive effects on the HAM. Sixth, smart-environment technologies cause positive effects on the HAM. Seventh, the recognized usefulness causes a positive effect on the value of mobile advertising and the intention of use. Eighth, the HAM has a positive effect on the value of mobile advertising and the general attitudes toward it. Ninth, the value of mobile advertising has a positive effect on the attitudes toward advertising. Tenth, the attitudes toward mobile advertising have a positive effect on the intention of use.

  • 온라인 소비자 리뷰는 만족과 불만족 측면에서 고객 측면의 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 부정적 감정표현은 리뷰 유용성의 잠재적 선행요인이면서, 동시에 잠재 소비자의 태도와 의사결정에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 또한, 국가문화는 개인이 세상을 바라보고 행동하는 관점을 제공하기 때문에, 부정적 감정표현은 문화에 따라 차이가 발생할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구는 국가문화와 부정적 감정표현 간의 관계를 인상관리 이론을 기반으로 탐색하고 궁극적으로 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 서울에 위치한 140개 호텔의 리뷰 16,076개를 수집하여 PLS-SEM 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 권력거리와 남성성 문화 차원은 리뷰어의 부정적 감정표현에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 불확실성회피 및 장기지향은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 부정적 감정표현은 리뷰 평점을 통제한 상황에서도 리뷰 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

그룹웨어 활용의 영향 요인 분석 (A Study of the Factors Influencing the Utilization of Groupware Technology)

  • Being able to adopt new information technologies into an organization is very important and critical in the rapid changing, competitive environment. In this research, existing papers related to the information technology acceptance of the 1990s have been studied and analyzed, and the components that affect the use of groupware have been studied by setting up an evaluation model to find the emotional status of the individuals that use groupware. Based upon the survey of 218 groupware users, this study utilized path analysis with LISREL8.12. The major results are as follows: First, perceived usefulness was influenced by training, perceived ease of use. Second, training, groupware self-efficacy, organizational support were determinants of ease of use. Third, training, task ambiguity, task interdependence, organizational support influenced subjective norm. Forth, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm had positive effects on present usage.
