The flexible solid state device has been widely studied as portable and wearable device applications such as display, sensor and curved circuits. A zero-bias operation without any external power consumption is a highly-demanding feature of semiconductor devices, including optical communication, environment monitoring and digital imaging applications. Moreover, the flexibility of device would give the degree of freedom of transparent electronics. Functional and transparent abrupt p/n junction device has been realized by combining of p-type NiO and n-type ZnO metal oxide semiconductors. The use of a plastic polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film substrate spontaneously allows the flexible feature of the devices. The functional design of p-NiO/n-ZnO metal oxide device provides a high rectifying ratio of 189 to ensure the quality junction quality. This all transparent metal oxide device can be operated without external power supply. The flexible p-NiO/n-ZnO device exhibit substantial photodetection performances of quick response time of $68{\mu}s$. We may suggest an efficient design scheme of flexible and functional metal oxide-based transparent electronics.

By using LED optical devices and improving the efficiency of optical devices as well as lighting apparatus for humans, LED lighting industry puts the purpose of manufacturing the main products related with information, electric, large-sized LCD BLU, automobile, shipbuilding, agriculture, medical treatment, environment, and telecommunications, etc. Moreover, the main products and the industrial lighting products are manufactured with fusion, as the result, LED lighting industry provides various effects as well as sources of technology based on practical use of LED technology in order to develop the industry from the perspective of the lower price, the higher efficiency, the higher function, the deeper reliance. In the future, not only the development of new LED technology but also the fusion and combination of digital IT technologies using wire-wireless communication, sensor, controller, and artificial intelligence will be expected to create new industrial fields.

The utilization of NFC has been continuously increasing due to the spread of smart phones and the development of short-range wireless communication networks. However, it has been suggested that stability and security of convenient NFC short-range wireless communications can be unstable and problematic. The unstable causes for NFC are the lack of security technologies for NFC, the controversy about personal information infringement, and the lack of social awareness on security breach against data settlement. NFC service can be conveniently used by simply touching other NFC devices and NFC tags through the NFC device. This thesis analyzes that NFC authentication technology, which is convenient for user are one of the unstable causes of security of NFC. This thesis suggest that ministry should research countermeasures and promote how users can use NFC safely. It also suggests that users should have awareness when they use payment and authentication service through NFC to prevent from security threat.

Since the world entered the age called "Smart Revolution", there has also been a lot of changes in the field of education. In educational environment, there is a growing interest in smart learning based on mobile contents, with the development of Smart Devices and ubiquitous technology. This paper is about a research on what effects smart learning has on leaner side when learners make active use of mobile contents in this age of Smart Revolution. First, we embodied teaching plans for some practical classes in forms of mobile contents using M-bizmaker. After the learning process based on the embodied contents for students, we analyzed the survey results on 4 sections-their use of apps, screen composition, technical support, interactions. We also studied the results of a questionnaire on 4 sections-contents, information offering, feedback systems, learner assessment-to evaluate their satisfaction. The research suggests that learner satisfaction can be improved with smart learning based on mobile contents embodied for leaners.

As users of mobile devices such as smart phone are rapidly growing owing to the development of information technology, interest for information retrieval and a variety of services using mobile devices is gradually increasing. Users want to get the tourist information service through the use of mobile devices and accordingly, Korea local governments are trying to provide a variety of services on the mobile tourist information via smart phone. As more interest and requirements on mobile tourist information service, researches on types and preferences of mobile tourist information, measurement of the quality of service, the user's satisfaction and re-use is currently being done. However, meanwhile, the research on the content analysis classified and investigated a wide variety of numerical rating scale such as research topics of research papers, research methodology is wholly lacking. Thus, in terms of the research need on a systematic study of the domestic mobile tourist information, this study presented the research tendencies and implications of yearly research trends, research subjects, statistical analysis techniques, research methods, research models and theories related to the mobile tourist information focusing on journals listed on the National Research Foundation of Korea.

The digital copying and digital transmission are rapidily Increasing with the innovation of information technology and the development of networking technology. But It Is Inevitable to limit copyright for the public benefit and cultural development In the digital environment in like manner with the analog environment. First, this study examinated the international trends and legulations relating to the copyright limitations In the U.S. and Japan for the fair use. Second, it dealed with the problems of the digital copying relating to the temporary storage In RAM and screen display that are recently becoming international issues. Third, it concretely explored and analyzed the problems according to the application of the fall use of the private copying, the library copying, and the copying for the purpose of school education in the network environment. In conclusion, to solve these problems that Is occurred from legulations In the analog environment Is needed the revision of the existing copyright law in Korea. Finally, this study suggested 'the copyright collecive management system' and 'the private copying levy system' as the systemic devices to control the digital private copying.

The server system of digital contents has to how the context information about client devices to provide the appropriate contents for each device effectively. CC/PP standard specification is an agreement for describing and transmission of the information related with a client device. In this case, the information on device hardware and software, networks and user's preference is included here. In the mean time, WAP forum defined W-HTTP protocol to transmit the CC/PP profile information of a client device to a server system. However, the client devices which use existing HTTP protocol to transmit their information cannot provide the CC/PP profile information to a server. In this paper, we propose an effective method to create and provide the CC/PP profile in the clients which use not only HTTP protocol but also W-HTTP protocol to transmit device information.

Recently, important information related with smart work such as office and video conference are handled in smart device quite a lot compare with before. Also, execution environment of smart devices is getting developed as open software environment. It brought convenience to download and use any kind of application software. By that, security side of smart devices became vulnerable. This paper will discuss characteristics of smart device security technology based on virtualization that is a mobile device platform with isolated secure execution area based on TEE (Trusted Execution Environment). Also, this paper will suggest an implementation method about safe smart device security platform based on domain separation for application software which can be executed in smart devices. The domain separation based smart device security platform technology in this paper blocks unauthorized access and leakage of sensitive information in device. Also it will be the solution can block transmission and execution of malicious code in various area including variety of IoT devices in internet rather than just smart devices.

Entering the convergence education era, the emergence of smart devices removed the constraint of time and space for study, so if we use smart devices appropriately for education, it will strengthen students' abilities and cultivate creative human resource. Therefore the current study analyzed the general application condition of the smart devices through surveys targeted to students and proposed a measure in applying the smart device as an educational information. In relation to information application, a test was proceeded after carrying out education targeted to experiment group students by naming the group information search, communication, cooperation, sharing, report generation, data storage, online assessment and project management activity. Through the test and survey analysis, it was discovered that the experiment group students displayed higher self-efficacy and ability in applying the smart device as information compared to the control group.

This study identifies the concept of a digital convergence paradigm, which deals with the relationship among convergence and consumer participation, digital contents services, and the culture of consumption (web 2.0). This research was conducted using a quantitative method involving focus group interviews (FGI) and literature reviews. This research examines the relationship between convergence and consumer participation and the adoption of a concept of "convergence culture", which is categorized as "collective intelligence" and "intellectual community participation". The role of the consumer has changed from one of a "consuming consumer" to that of a "collaborating consumer" and finally to the concept of a consumers as the originator of a new consumption culture. In the study, the consumption culture of web participants indicated the characteristics of funology, self-expression, life-catching, quick-tempered, immersion(arousal), sharing culture, multitasking, and cyber justice. The recognition level of networking on the "digital convergence" of the consumer was identified as that of the combination of IT(information technology); product and multi-services or alliance of industry groups(telecom, broadband, IPTV service); or the use of one source with multiple devices.
