디지털 프린팅 방식 3차원 프린터의 출력 시간 및 재료 사용량 예측 방법 (Printing Time/Material Usage Estimation of 3-D Printer Using Digital Printing Method)

  • This paper describes a method of precise estimation for printing time and material consumption which are directly related to the 3D printing cost. Printing process and head motion of 3D printers using digital printing head, which is analyzed by its digitized steps, is rapidly simulated without slicing to calculate estimated printing results. Using this method, printing time and material usage of 3D printer were estimated quickly and precisely and compared to the real printing result. Applying compensation using the printing parameters, transferred from the 3D printer to the printing estimation system, even more accurate estimation is achieved. This method is used in the 3D Sprint software.

2005년 산업연관표를 이용한 우리나라의 방사선 이용의 경제규모에 대한 추정 연구 (Estimation for Economic Scale of Radioactive Usage in Korea using Input-Output Table 2005)

  • 본 논문은 공표데이터들(산업연관표, 관련미시통계)을 이용하여 2005년 우리나라의 방사선이용의 경제규모를 추정하였다. 방사선이용의 경제규모는 방사선 이용이 국민들의 후생과 복지 중진에 기여하는 부분적 정량적으로 도출한 것이므로 경제체제 내의 방대한 분야에서 다양한 형태로 사용되는 방사선이용의 전체 모습을 보여준다. 추정결과에 따르면 2005년의 방사선이용의 경제규모는 6조 2,971억원이며, 이는 GDP(851조 9,822억원)의 0.74%에 해당한다. 이는 미국 또는 일본의 방사선이용의 규모와 비교하면 낮은 수준이다. 분야별 방사선이용의 경제규모는 공업분야에서 5조 7,753억원(GDP 대비 0.68%), 농업분야에서 1,705억원(GDP 대비 0.020%), 의학 의료분야에서 3,513억원(GDP 대비 0.04%)이다. 공업분야에서 방사선이 가장 활발하게 이용되는 것으로 추정되었다. 그러나 우리나라의 연구구조의 변화를 고려할 때에 의학 의료분야에서의 이용이 보다 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라의 GDP에서 방사선이용의 경제규모가 차지하는 비중이 0.74%에 이른다는 추정 결과는 방사선이용이 국민생활에 기여하고 있는 정도를 새롭게 인식시킨다. 방사선이 이용되는 분야를 규명하고, 방사선이 국민의 후생을 향상시키는 것에 기여한다는 것을 명확하게 하는 것은 국민들이 방사선에 대해서 갖고 있는 부정적 이미지를 경감시키고 수용성을 높이는 것에 기여한다.

RNN을 활용한 도시철도 역사 부하 패턴 추정 (Estimation of Electrical Loads Patterns by Usage in the Urban Railway Station by RNN)

  • For effective electricity consumption in urban railway station such as peak load shaving, it is important to know each electrical load pattern by various usage. The total electricity consumption in the urban railway substation is already measured in Korea, but the electricity consumption for each usage is not measured. The author proposed the deep learning method to estimate the electrical load pattern for each usage in the urban railway substation with public data such as weather data. GRU (gated recurrent unit), a variation on the LSTM (long short-term memory), was used, which aims to solve the vanishing gradient problem of standard a RNN (recursive neural networks). The optimal model was found and the estimation results with that were assessed.

농약물질 중 살충제 관련 농업 종사자들의 직무-노출 매트릭스 구축을 위한 기초 자료 조사 연구 (III) : 과일류 (Fundamental Research for Establishing Job-Exposure Matrix (JEM) of Farmer Related to Insecticide of Pesticide (III) : Fruit)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to estimate domestic usage amount of insecticide for fruit cultivation to suggest job-exposure matrix(JEM) regarding farmers treating agricultural insecticide. Materials and Methods: The domestic usage amount of insecticide for fruit cultivation was investigated according to two research methods. The former method is to use agricultural pesticides published annually from Korea Crop Protection Association(KCPA) and the latter method is to apply cultivation area of fruit provided officially from Statistics Korea(SK). Results: It was found that its domestic usage amount has decreased gradually from the first sale to presence(2012). However, there is a significant difference of annual usage trend of insecticide for fruit cultivation between shipments and estimation. The annual usage trends of insecticide for fruit cultivation based on regional classification were different from those based on total aspect. Conclusions: The region which used insecticide for fruit cultivation the most in Korea was as follows: Gyeonsang-do, followed by Jeolla-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeju-do, Seoul/Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. An averaged ratio of usage amounts of insecticide based on shipments and those based on estimation by cultivation area was $980{\pm}186%$, which means that usage amounts of insecticide estimated by shipments are ten times higher than those based on cultivation area.

  • Objectives: The principal aim of this study is to investigate and analyze domestic usage amounts of insecticide in rice cultivation in order to provide fundamental data for establishing a job-exposure matrix(JEM) related to farmers working with agricultural insecticides. Materials and Methods: An investigation of domestic usage amounts of insecticides rice cultivation was performed through two methods. The first method utilized information on agricultural pesticides published annually by the Korea Crop Protection Association(KCPA). The second method made use of area of cultivation of rice as officially determined by Statistics Korea(SK). An estimation of domestic usage of insecticides in rice cultivation through the second method was determined by multiplying the total cultivation area of rice($m^2$) by the optimal spray volume of insecticides for rice cultivation per unit of cultivation area($kg/m^2$). Results: As a result of the analysis of public data regarding insecticides in rice cultivation, it was found that the domestic usage amount has decreased sharply from the first year of market sales(1969) to the final data year(2012). There is little difference in the annual usage trend of insecticides in rice cultivation between shipment and estimation. Also, the annual usage trends of insecticides in rice cultivation based on regional classification were nearly similar to those based on the overall aspect. Conclusions: The region which used the largest volume of insecticide in rice cultivation in Korea was the Jeolla Provinces, followed by the Gyeonsang Provinces, the Chungcheong Provinces, Seoul/Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Province and Jeju Province. Substantially, the mean ratio of usage amounts of insecticide based on shipments and those based on estimation by cultivation area was $96{\pm}29%$, which indicates that the domestic usage amount of insecticide for rice cultivation corresponded to the optimal spray standard per unit area.

  • Software safety is a key issue in embedded system of automotive and aviation industries. Various software testing approaches have been proposed to achieve software safety like ISO26262 Part 6 in automotive environment. In spite of one of the classic and basic approaches, stack memory is hard to estimating exactly because of uncertainty of target code generated by compiler and complex nested interrupt. In this paper, we propose an approach of analyzing the maximum stack usage statically from target binary code rather than the source code that also allows nested interrupts for determining the exact stack memory size. In our approach, determining maximum stack usage is divided into three steps: data extraction from ELF file, construction of call graph, and consideration of nested interrupt configurations for determining required stack size from the ISR (Interrupt Service Routine). Experimental results of the estimation of the maximum stack usage shows proposed approach is helpful for optimizing stack memory size and checking the stability of the program in the embedded system that especially supports nested interrupts.

팩시밀리 이용에 따른 교통대체효과 분석에 관한 연구

  • There has been increasing attention paid to the influence of fascimile type of technologies on transportation costs. This attention is noticeable in large business companies, as fascimile become widely available in Korea. The importance of the fascimile usage is that it might effectively substitute for transportation, thereby reducing transportation costs. This paper presents an analysis of cost saving resulting from fascimile usage for substitutable trips. Data were collected from business companies on various aspects of the fascimile usage patterns, with particular emphasis on usage behavior substitutable for trips. Although by no means comprehensive, the analysis revealed that significant benefits can be derived from the usage of fascimile for substitutable trips in business settings. The results of benefit estimation show that net benefits turn out to be 7,608 won and 5,055 won per one usage for large and small companies respectively. If traffic congestion were to be considered, total social benefits would be higher.

  • 인구의 고령화와 국민의 소득증대에 따라 정보통신기술을 활용한 새로운 형태의 보건의료서비스인 유헬스케어에 대한 관심과 보급이 증가되어 가고 있어 이러한 용도의 유헬스 의료기기의 안전성 확보를 위한 사용환경을 고려한 안전성 및 성능 평가방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유헬스의료기기와 관련된 국제규격(IEC)과 국내규격(KS)을 참고하여 유헬스케어의료기기의 사용환경에 대한 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 기준 및 방법과 전원문제등을 고려한 필수성능을 평가할 수 있는 기준 및 방법을 개발하였다.

수문상황을 고려한 하천에서의 농업용수 사용량추정 연구 (A study on estimation of agricultural water usage in river consider hydrological condition)

  • 농업용수는 우리나라의 용수사용량 중에 61%를 차지하고 있으며, 효율적인 수자원관리를 달성하기 위한 핵심적인 관리목표 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 댐과 저수지 등을 관리하는 실무자가 수문상황에 따른 하천에서의 농업용수 임계사용량을 간편하게 추정하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 4대강 권역의 주요 27개 하천유역을 대상으로 하여 유역의 유출량과 하천수 사용실적을 수집하였다. 하천에서의 농업용수 사용과 예년대비 유출율이 유의미한 상관관계가 있음을 나타내었으며, 분위회귀를 이용하여 농업용수 최대사용을 대표하는 임계곡선으로 제시하고 27개 하천유역에 적용하였다. 최종적으로 예년대비 2개월 유출율에 따른 농업용수 최대사용량대비 사용률로 표현되는 두 가지 임계곡선과 식을 제시하였다. 또한, 유역특성을 비교하여 삼림면적 대비 농지면적의 비를 기준으로 임계곡선 유형을 결정할 수 있도록 하였으나, 추가적인 자료 수집과 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 하천 농업용수 임계사용량을 간편하게 추정하고 활용할 수 있으므로 수자원관리 실무에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
