A real-time monitoring of immersed antenna type inductively coupled plasma (ICP) was done with a homemade 2 dimensional voltage probe array to check the uniformity of the plasma. Measured voltage values with a high impedance voltmeter are close to the floating potential of the plasma. As the substrate carrier was moving into a magnetron sputtering plasma diffusive from a $125mm{\times}625mm$ size cathode, measured results showed reliably separation of plasma into the upper and lower empty space over the carrier. Infra red thermal imaging camera was used to observe the cross corner effect in situ without eroding a target to the end of the usage. 3 dimensional particle trace model was used to analyze the magnetron discharge's behavior.

As visual surveillance systems gain wider usage in a variety of fields, it is important that they are capable of interpreting scenes automatically, also known as "human motion analysis" (HMA). However, existing HMA methods are too domain specific and computationally expensive. This paper proposes a general purpose HMA method that is based on the idea that human beings tend to exhibit erratic motion patterns during abnormal situations. Limb movements are characterized using the statistics of angular and linear displacements. In addition, the method is enhanced via the use of the entropy of the Fourier spectrum to measure the randomness of subject's motions. Various experiments have been conducted and the results indicate that the proposed method has very high classification accuracy in identifying anomalous behavior.

The purposes of this study are to confirm the applicability of the unobtrusive evaluation to Korean libraries, to develop survey forms, check lists and evaluation criteria appropriate for Korean libraries, to analyze the relationship between the test variables and the performance level, to find out the causes of poor service if any, and to propose measures for improving the quality of reference services. The main results of the analyses are as follows : $\cdot$ The accuracy of answers was correlated to appropriateness of search process, way of providing answer, usage of language, approachability and use of second materials in the order named. That is, there was a strong correlation between accuracy and the variables related to librarian's behavior. $\cdot$ There was no statistically significant relationship between accuracy and the environmental aspects of reference department such as number of professional librarians, self-evaluation of reference collection, etc. $\cdot$ The main reasons for failing to give accurate answers were found to be weaknesses in understanding questions. developing search strategy logically and relating the querries to available information sources.

국내 유무선 인터넷은 세계 시장과 통신트랜드를 주도할 정도로 이용자 규모, 서비스 다양성, 서비스 수용성 측면에서 커다란 성과를 나타내며 이는 선순환 구조를 통해 단말기, 장비, 콘텐츠 산업의 경쟁력을 강화시키는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 국내 통신시장은 와이브로와 HSDPA로 대표되는 광대역 무선인터넷 시대를 선도할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 글에서는 전국 일반인을 대상으로 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 유무선 인터넷의 이용행태를 파악하고 광대역 무선인터넷에 대한 니즈를 탐색하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 국내 유무선 인터넷 시장은 10~20대의 학생층뿐만 아니라 30대 이상의 화이트 칼라로 이용층으로 확대되며 이 계층이 광대역 무선인터넷의 핵심 이용자군으로 잠재력을 지닌 것으로 나타났다.

This survey was carried out on 256 smallholder farmers of the Jeonbuk Province to analyze their current behavior in pesticide usage and the use of protective clothing during spray work. The interviewees were at the age of about 50's in both males and females: they performed spray work mainly for their own farms. Many of them were not very well aware of the danger of pesticides and the adequate methods of pesticide handling. Water drinking and smoking during break time were the endangering factors of pesticide intoxication, reaching to 30-60% sprayers. Most of sprayers had experienced the exposures to pesticides during spray work and appealed some subjective clinical symptoms to the exposure, but they seldom sought medical treatments. More than 70% of respondents had not been wearing protective equipments during spray work. The results will be used as basic information in designing the improved protective clothing more acceptable by pesticide sprayers.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the characteristics between group that has only one credit card and group that has multiple credit cards in each stage of purchase decision making based on the literature in consumer behavior. Results indicated that (1) The number of credit cards that consumers has was affected by internal factor and reference factor, (2) depending on the number of credit cards, usage frequency, amount, and duration were differently showed and (3) inertia, point accumulation, and convenience were founded as determinants of using credit cards. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed.

All technology has both intended and unintended effects, we have said, and information technology is no exception. Information technology offers a number of challenges: those of computer education, computer literacy, the ethical and societal impacts of computing and communication systems. Current computer education focuses primarily on the history, parts and usage of a computer, and programming, it does not fully include the moral standards or ethics that help guide behavior and conduct for citizens of Information society. The purpose of this study is to review of the theoretical issues and societal impacts of computers, communication systems and computer ethics; then, to nalyse current curriculum and content of school computer education in Korea: finally, to develop a possible course in computer ethics containing a goal statement and aspects of computer literacy. Contents in computer ethics covers issues of nettiquette, privacy, health, copyright-related software and network piracy, computer crime and viruses. Six suggestions are made for the computer ethics of Information Age in the conclusion.

Numerous studies showed that safety and serviceability of many concrete infrastructures and buildings built in 1970's have capacity less than their design capacities and thereby require immediate retrofitting. Currently, these aged concrete structure are being repaired using many repair and strengthening methods developed in the past. Therefore, in this study, a repairing and strengthening method for retrofitting high strength concrete columns that can effectively improve the performance of high strength concrete columns is developed. The square high strength concrete column's cross-sectional shape is modified to octagonal shape by attaching precast members on the surface of the column. Then, the octagonal column surface is wrapped using Carbon Fiber Sheets (CFS). The method allowed the maximum usage of confinement effect of externally wrapped CFS, which resulted in improved strength and ductility of repaired high strength concrete columns.

A survey analysis of children's home video usage was carried out for 659 parents who have four to six year old children. Descriptive analysis and chi-square tests were used to answer research questions. The results showed that 90% children enjoyed watching video and parental mediation of children's video programming selection and coviewing was differed by children's age and birth order. Children's preferences for video programming were also differed by their sex, age, and birth order. For example, male children enjoyed violent video programming most, on the other hand, female children enjoyed non-violent video programming most. Furthermore, children's imitation behavior after watching video programming were differed an sex and age. For example, male children imitated video programming more than female children did. Implications are discussed.

Recently various pressure vessels like an atomic reactor and plant facilities become more larger and are needed to bear in both very high temperature and pressure condition. And in making such a high pressure vessels the amount of annual usage of 2 $\frac {1}{4}$ Cr-1Mo steels which are predominant to resist high temperature high pressure and corrosive circumstances are increasing. But despite of this advantage of 2 $\frac {1}{4}$Cr-1Mo steel. when PWHT(post welding heat treatment) is carried out lots of reheating cracks are occur. In this reason it is strongly needed to study and examine the mechanical behavior of welded joints through welding to PWHT process. So in this study welded nozzle of pressure vessel where reheat cracks are frequently occur are selected for analysis the crack-occurrence mechanism.
