  • ent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing schools. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of relocated school sites, using the trial case of 'A' elementary school in Eun-pyeong gu, Seoul. 'A' elementary school has happened transfer plan due to the urban development project of the redevelopment area, Eun-pyeong gu in Seoul. Firstly, it studies the land use categories and the development methodologies of 7 relocated school sites happened in Seoul. In addition, it analyzes the land utilization after relocation, development principals, area, building usage and changes in land use regulation. Finally, it proposes the commercial exploitation of school site targeting 'A' elementary school site. Throughout the profit analysis, this study concludes that it is available to exploit the relocated school sites by the variety of development methodologies, especially in a metropolis like Seoul.

연결성 분석을 통한 성남시 미집행 공원의 조성 우선순위 선정 (Applying Connectivity Analysis for Prioritizing Unexecuted Urban Parks in Sungnam)

  • An urban ecosystem is a complex system that includes social, economic and ecosystems. Therefore, it is important to consider its environmental capacity while developing a city plan. Most of the plans, however, consider only the social aspects, which fragments the green spaces and disturbs the movement of species. Sungnam has approximately 100 parks with unexecuted development plans and with great potential to contribute towards urban ecosystem enhancement. Therefore, this study applied network analysis to prioritize the development of city parks and contribute towards improving the green network, with Parus spp. as the target species. To compensate for the drawbacks of binary and possibility-based network analysis, this study included two indices, namely $BC^{PC}_K$, $BC^{IIC}_K$, $dPCconnector_k$ and $dIICconnector_k$. These indices make it possible to find patches that could play an important role in green network enhancement. The urban park with greater value gets a higher priority to be transformed into a park. Thus, our methodology could prove to be very useful in prioritizing the undeveloped parks, thereby supporting decision-making.

경기도 일부 도시 및 농촌지역 여고생의 영양섭취, 식행동, 체형인식 및 철분영양상태 비교연구 (Comparison of Nutrient Intake, Dietary Behavior, Perception of Body Image and Iron Nutritional Status among Female High School Students of Urban and Rural Areas in Kyunggi-do)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the nutrient intake, dietary behavior, perception of body image and iron deficiency of high school adolescent girls. The subjects were 463 high school girls in Inchon. This cross-sectional survey was conducted by questionnaires and data were analysed by SAS program. Nutrient intakes collected from 3 day-retails were analyzed by the Computer Aided Nutritional Analysis Program. The following anthropometric measurements were made on all participants height, weight, body fat (%), skinfold thirkness, subscapular skinfold thickness, mid-upper arm circumference and waist-hip circumference. Blood samples were obtained and analyzed for iron nutritional status. The mean obesity index of rural students were highest among students. However, over 18% of the urban and rural students belonged to the low-weight group. Proportions of skipping meals were most high in urban vocational students and the main reason was lack of time for meal. Most nutrient intakes of the students were below the RDA, in particular calcium, iron, vitamin A and vitamin B$_2$. Most of the students were concerned with body image and weight control. Also they were not satisfied with their body image. The mean fell hemoglobin and transferrin saturation of rural students were lowest among students. The total binding capacity of urban vocational student\ulcorner were Invest among students. Prevalence of iron deficiency was most high in urban general students when judged by Hb, MCV and serum ferritin. In conclusion, this study indicates that nutrient intake in the female high school students was considerably lower than RDA. They should also be notified that severe weight control is very harmful for health. And they had lower self -satisfaction for their body image and undesirable flood habits. Therefore, prefer nutrition education is required to maintain desirable flood habits and improve their iron status in female high school students.

버티포트 이착륙을 고려한 지면 효과를 받는 UAM 항공기에 대한 공력소음 해석 연구 (Aeroacoustic Analysis of UAM Aircraft in Ground Effect for Take-off/Landing on Vertiport)

  • 도시 교통 혼잡과 환경 문제에 대한 대안으로 차세대 비행체 Urban Air Mobility(UAM) 항공기 개발이 주목받고 있다. 이를 위해, UAM 항공기가 수직이착륙할 수 있는 플랫폼인 버티포트(Vertiport) 역시 논의되고 있다. 버티포트로 인한 지면 효과는 UAM 항공기의 공력과 소음 특성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. UAM 항공기는 인구가 밀집된 도심에서 운용되므로 엄격한 소음 규제가 예상되므로, 설계단계에서 공기역학적 현상과 공력 소음의 정밀한 예측이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 Lattice-Boltzmann Method(LBM) 시뮬레이션과 투과면 기반의 Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings(FW-H) 음향상사법을 이용하여 지면 효과에 대한 공력, 유동장, 원거리 소음 방사 특성을 분석하였다.

도시숲의 환경거버넌스 현황과 방향성에 관한 연구 : 지자체 담당자의 인식 분석을 중심으로 (Study on the Current status and Direction of Environmental Governance around Urban forest in Korea : With a Focus on the Recognition of Local Government Officials)

  • 우리나라는 사회 경제적 성장과 함께 삶의 질을 추구하는 국민들의 수요가 점차 증가하고 있다. 도시숲은 시민들의 생활환경의 질을 높여주는 대표적인 요소로서 이에 대한 적극적인 조성 관리가 요구되고 있다. 또한 도시숲 조성 관리에 있어 정부, 주민, 기업, 시민사회 등 다양한 이해관계자의 참여가 기대되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시숲을 둘러싼 환경거버넌스의 핵심 주체라고 할 수 있는 행정을 중심으로 앞으로 요구되는 거버넌스의 방향성에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 행정의 담당자들은 다양한 파트너십을 통한 도시숲의 조성 관리의 필요성에 대해 인식하고 있으며, 이것이 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하는 협의체의 구성과 지원시스템이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 기업이 도시숲 조성 관리에 참여하는 것에 대해서 호감을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

도시계획단계의 에너지 수요예측 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Urban Energy Consumption Estimation on the Urban Planning Stage)

  • This study suggested an improved algorithm of urban energy consumption estimation on the urban planning stage which concerns calculation accuracy. The results are as follows. (1) Urban energy consumption was estimated and managed per unit space using E-GIS DB which contains facility information per mesh. (2) Urban energy consumption was reflected by the urban facility classified and standardized by the characteristics of energy use. (3) Calculation accuracy of energy consumption was approached by separately suggested as summer algorithm reflecting urban heat island on summer energy use and winter algorithm reflecting heating system normally used in Korea.
