  • Assuming that life of urban transit signaling is about 20 years with the flow of technology development, Seoul urban transit will be required to prepare for improvement soon. The highly developed countries preceding several levels rather than Korea are faced with commercial service, which uses RF, ATC and ATO in Train Control System. European highly developed countries in the field of railroad have been progressing standardization and technology development of signaling associated with related manufacturers for direct operation between nations. For that, a effective train control system with radio beyond control levels by the existing wayside-onboard communication is in a developed and used stage. The systems, which advanced countries have been progressing, seem to be applied to domestic within 5 years from now. At present, there are no countries using CBTC for service throughout the world. So, this is investigated to focus on the routes ready to be installed with completed CBTC and trying to introduce the technology. Especially, considerations for economic aspect are mainly reviewed about controlling ability of headway, flexibility, extension aspect and construction cost on the basis of paper examined in NYCT.

머신러닝기반의 사물인터넷 도시기상 관측자료 품질검사 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of quality control algorithm for internet of things (IoT) urban weather observed data based on machine learning)

  • 본 연구에서는 기상청에서 수행하는 기존의 기상 관측에 대한 품질관리 절차 이외에 향후 스마트시티 등에서 활용될 수 있는 머신러닝 기반의 Internet of Things (IoT) 도시기상 관측 자료에 대한 품질검사 기준을 제안한다. 현재 기상청에서 종관기상관측(Automated Synoptic Observing System, ASOS)과 방재기상관측(Automatic Weather System, AWS) 기반으로 설정한 기준이 도시기상에 적합한지 확인하기 위하여 서울시에 설치된 SKT AWS 자료를 기반으로 사용성을 검증하였고, IoT 자체의 데이터가 가지는 특성을 고려하여 최종적으로 머신러닝 기반의 품질검사 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 품질검사 방법으로는 IoT 기기 자체에 대한 결측값 검사, 값 패턴 검사, 충분 데이터 검사, 통계적 범위 이상 검사, 시간값 이상 검사, 공간값 이상 검사를 먼저 수행하고, 기상청에서 제시하고 있는 기상 관측에 대한 품질검사인 물리한계검사, 단계검사, 지속성 검사, 기후범위 검사, 내적 일치성 검사를 5가지 기상요소에 대하여 각각 수행하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 검증을 위하여 인천광역시 송도에 위치한 관측소에 실제 IoT 도시기상관측 데이터에 이를 적용하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 기상청 QC로는 확인할 수 없었던 IoT 기기가 가질 수 있는 결함을 확인할 수 있고, 알고리즘에 대한 검증을 진행하여 향후 스마트시티에 설치될 IoT 기상관측기기에 대한 품질검사 방법을 제안한다.

  • u-City는 효율적인 도시 관제를 위해 통합운영플랫폼을 활용함으로서 IT 및 GIS 기술이 접목된 u-서비스를 효과적으로 제공하고 있으며, 도시 생활의 편의증대와 삶의 질 향상에도 크게 기여하고 있다. 도시관제시스템은 u-City에서 제공하는 다양한 u-인터페이스 정보매체로 각종 정보의 유기적인 연계 및 확장을 위해 반드시 필요한 핵심부문이다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 u-서비스 실현을 위해 도시관제시스템 기반의 GIS 서비스 모듈을 구현하였으며 이를 통해 u-City 서비스 중 돌발상황 처리, 대기오염 감시 및 비상도움에 대한 GIS 서비스 시나리오를 성공적으로 수행하였다. 이는 향후 실제적인 u-City 서비스의 설계 및 활용에 대한 기초자료로 충분히 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

구 청주읍성 일대 도시공간구조의 변용 양상 (Transformation of Urban Spatial Structure around the Old Castle in Cheong-ju City)

  • This study aims to clarify the transformation of urban spatial structure around old castle in cheong-ju city. The urban spatial structure is composed with road system, block division, and lot system with original cadastral map in 1913 and 2011 GIS. Transformation of road system is classified into control of road line, construction and extension of road. Construction of arterial road was divided into Nam-juro and Mang-sunro with 2 blocks and lot system was destoyed. Transformation of block has not been developed except 4 blocks. The 4 blocks were divided into east-west or north-south direction and became 8 blocks. Transformation of lot system is classified into maintained, subdivided, and destroyed lots in shape and size of lots. Maintained lots were found in large lot in size for public office and park. Subdivided lots were mainly represented with the existing main road, an active alleys, and so on. Destroyed lots by road construction and extension were showed in Nam-juro. Although all these transformations are used to enhance urban spatial structure. The old systems have remained around old castle in cheong-ju city.

  • 본 연구는 철도안전관리체계 기술기준의 11.7 철도관제를 중심으로 철도교통관제사의 다양한 측면에서 업무를 이해하고 실무적 제언을 하고자 한 논문이다. 분석방법으로는 시스템다이내믹스의 소프트적 방법인 인과순환지도를 작성하여 11.7철도관제의 업무를 분석하였다. 그리고 4개 철도운영기관 별 11.7 철도관제를 비교분석 하여 운영기관 별 관제업무의 특징들을 비교하여 철도관제업무의 중요성과 향후 실무적 개선안을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 도시형 자기부상열차 실용화사업에 적용된 유도무선루프방식 열차제어시스템에 대하여 최상위 레벨에서 전체 시스템에 대한 시스템 분류, 기능 분석을 시행하고 차상신호설비, 지상신호설비로 나누어 신뢰도, 가용도, 유지보수도 및 안전도를 수식을 통하여 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. RAM 분석은 신뢰도 블록도(RBD)를 각 장치별로 적용하여 시스템 서비스 가용도를 산출하였고, 안전도 분석은 PHA(예비위험원 분석), FMEA (고장모드영향분석), HAZOP을 통한 각각의 정상사상(Top Event)의 FTA(고장트리분석)을 시행하고 그 결과를 제시하여 RAMS 목표 값에 도달함을 수식을 통하여 증명하였다.

국토계획법에 의한 농촌 토지 이용관리의 실효성 평가 (Effectiveness of Rural Land Use Control by the National Land Use and Planning Act)

  • In 2003, "The National Land Use and Planning Act" (NLUP Act) was enacted unifying two old laws; "The Urban Planning Act" enacted in 1962 and "The National Land Use and Management Act" enacted in 1972. One of main reasons of unifying two acts was to extend urban planning-based development systems to rural areas for preventing uncontrolled urban sprawl in rural areas and enhancing or settlling plan-based land use system in rural areas. This paper is conducted with the following specific objectives: i) to critically review the contents of NLUP Act in terms of rational rural land use planning; ii) to evaluate plan-based land use practices in rural area by NLUP Act; iii) to appraise performance level for prevention against unplanned development activities in rural areas by NLUP Act. To accomplish these objectives, we surveyed actural state of rural land use and development system by the new act in two case study areas. Ansung city in Gyeongi province as an urban sprawl region and Hamyang county in Gyeongnam Province as a remote rural area. Study results ascertained that the new act can not effectively control rural land use and not prevent over-use of agricultural land in the positive and effective ways because of followering three points.

무인 자동차를 위한 기하학적 특징 복셀을 이용하는 도시 환경의 구조물 인식 및 3차원 맵 생성 방법 (Geometrical Featured Voxel Based Urban Structure Recognition and 3-D Mapping for Unmanned Ground Vehicle)

  • Recognition of structures in urban environments is a fundamental ability for unmanned ground vehicles. In this paper we propose the geometrical featured voxel which has not only 3-D coordinates but also the type of geometrical properties of point cloud. Instead of dealing with a huge amount of point cloud collected by range sensors in urban, the proposed voxel can efficiently represent and save 3-D urban structures without loss of geometrical properties. We also provide an urban structure classification algorithm by using the proposed voxel and machine learning techniques. The proposed method enables to recognize urban environments around unmanned ground vehicles quickly. In order to evaluate an ability of the proposed map representation and the urban structure classification algorithm, our vehicle equipped with the sensor system collected range data and pose data in campus and experimental results have been shown in this paper.

  • The blending brake is mixed brake system which is operated by electrical and mechanical brake simultaneously. Most of urban transit system is used with blending brake unit. In order to train is align at the stopping position. The blending brake shall be presicely operated to the train. Many parameters are influence on the train when train is stopped on presicion position by blending brake. It is considered such parameters as decceleration, variable load, jerk, friction cofficient, etc. Therefore, This paper consider the parameter and describes the blending control for standard EMU. The control algorithm of it is proposed and simulation of it carried out by using MATLAB. Also Electronic control unit is manufactured with micro procesor which is configured fot blending control and is verified by performance test.

  • Using AF(Audio Frequency) track circuits to control block signal automatically. ATC(Automatic Train Control) system employed in urban transit 3/4 line, Gwacheon-line, Bundang-line and Ilsan-line pursues the safety of train operation. ATC is employed as important means for the safety. in which the distance between trains is controlled to satisfy the safety requirement. In this paper, we analyze the control algorithm of ATC and investigate the improvement plan of urban transit driving control mode to guarantee the automatic driving function.
