도시농업 활동 유형화 연구 (Segmentation and Characteristic Analysis of Urban Farmers Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to segment and examine urban farmers behavior by applying a two-step cluster analysis and multi-nominal logit model. The data were collected by a telephone survey with two-staged stratified random sampling in the cities around the country for the purpose of acquiring representative data. Respondents were asked to describe their awareness of urban agriculture, their agricultural activity, and sociodemographic characteristics. Among 2,000 cases, 381 cases(19.1%) which were of participants in urban agriculture were analysed in SPSS. From the findings, 27.3% of respondents had heard the word 'urban agriculture', and 25.5% of them regarded themselves as urban farmers. Four different clusters were derived from two-step clusters based on motive, place, companion, area and hours. They were 'Large scale hobby farming(cluster 1)', ‘Weekend farm/ hobby farming(cluster 2)', 'Land/ Self-supporting farming(cluster 3)', and 'Small scale hobby farming(cluster 4)'. The result of multinomial logistic regression showed that there were significant differences among these four segmented groups in terms of age, city size and housing type. In other words, there is quite a possibility that urbanites select different urban farming types according to their socio-demographic profiles. Therefore, the urbanite profiles can be used as the basis for promoting policy of several urban agriculture types. According to the result, policy directions for facilitating urban agriculture were presented.

지역주민들의 행복수준에 영향을 미치는 도시환경특성에 대한 실증분석: 서울시를 대상으로 (The Influence of Urban Environment on the Happiness Level of the Residents: Focused on 25 Boroughs(gu) in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 개인의 행복수준에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 도시환경 특성요소를 추출하고 실제 주민들의 행복수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 보다 행복한 도시환경을 조성하기 위한 도시정책과 도시계획 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 개인의 행복수준에 영향을 미치는 도시환경 요소를 구성하기 위해 도시환경 특성(물리적 환경, 자연적 환경, 사회적 환경) 변수와 개인 특성(개인의 사회 경제적 특성) 변수를 구성하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시의 물리적 환경이 개인의 행복수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 인구밀도가 낮고 보행환경만족도가 높을수록 개인의 행복수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도시의 자연적 환경이 개인의 행복수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 1인당 공원면적이 넓고 녹지만족도가 높을수록 개인의 행복수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도시의 사회적 환경이 개인의 행복수준에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 사회적 신뢰가 행복수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

도시지역 침수예측을 위한 유역특성과 한계강우량에 대한 상관분석 (Correlation Analysis of Basin Characteristics and Limit Rainfall for Inundation Forecasting in Urban Area)

  • Flooding in urban areas is caused by heavy rains for a short period of time and drains within 1 to 2 hours. It is also characterized by a small flooding area. In addition, flooding is often caused by various and complex causes such as land use, basin slope, pipe, street inlet, drainage pumping station, making it difficult to predict flooding. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of each basin characteristic on the occurrence of flooding in urban areas by correlating various basin characteristics, whether or not flooding occurred, and rainfall(Limit Rainfall), and intends to use the data for urban flood prediction. As a result of analyzing the relationship between the imperviousness and the urban slope, pipe, threshold rainfall and limit rainfall, the pipe showed a correlation coefficient of 0.32, and the remaining factors showed low correlation. However, the multiple correlation analysis showed the correlation coefficient about 0.81 - 0.96 depending on the combination, indicating that the correlation was relatively high. In the future, I will further analyze various urban characteristics data, such as area by land use, average watershed elevation, river and coastal proximity, and further analyze the relationship between flooding occurrence and urban characteristics. The relationship between the urban characteristics, the occurrence of flooding and the limiting rainfall amount suggested in this study is expected to be used as basic data for the study to predict urban flooding in the future.

도시공간의 특성 및 이질적 이미지 분석 - 부산광역시를 대상으로 - (Analysis of Characteristic and Disparate Image of Urban Space - Focused on Busan Metropolitan City -)

  • 도시공간은 거주민들의 행동과 체험, 생활방식 등을 나타내는 장소이며, 지역적 속성과 자산과의 조화에 의해 그 도시만의 고유하고 독특한 이미지가 반영된 공간을 창출한다. 따라서 도시의 발전을 위해서는 각 공간이 가진 차이에 의해 생성되는 그 공간만이 가진 정체성을 적극적으로 반영하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공간이 가진 이질성의 측면에 착안하여 도시공간별 특성을 밝혀내고, 공간의 이질적 이미지에 대한 심리요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 부산시의 14가지 유형의 도시공간의 이미지 특성은 공간별로 차이가 나타났으며, 크게 자연성-인위성, 동적공간-정적공간으로 분류할 수 있었다. 또한 개인의 선호군집을 살펴보면 사람들은 자연성, 개방성, 완만한 경사의 비교적 정적인 공간에서 긍정적인 이미지가 높게 나타났다.

베트남 하노이시의 주상복합아파트 계획특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of the Mixed-use Apartments in Hanoi)

  • Since the 21st century, major cities in Vietnam faced housing shortage and there was a lack in office spaces. As a result, construction companies from over seas provided mixed-use apartment as a new type of urban housing. A large number of mixed-use apartments are built in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho-chi-minh City. However, research on mixed-use housing in Vietnam is insufficient. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of mixed-use apartments and have an effect on the development of urban housing in Vietnam. This study focuses on examining the planning characteristics of mixed-use apartments in Hanoi. The research will be based on 10 mixed-use apartments that are already built or expected to be built in a few years. Therefore, this study starts by looking into the history of the Vietnamese urban housing. The study focuses on the transformation of urban housing since 2000. Then, the study will mainly focus on examining the mixed-use apartments in different aspects, in order to analyze the planning characteristics.

대구지역의 기상조건에 따른 도시열섬강도의 계절별 변화특성 (On the Seasonal Variation of Urban Heat Island Intensity According to Meteorological Condition in Daegu)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristic of urban heat island intensity in urban area formed at a basin. Thermal environments for basin-type cities are influenced by significant topographic relief winds. In this study, we analyzed the diurnal variations of the heat island intensity according to meteorological condition and season using AWS(Automatic Weather observation System) data in Daegu Metropolitan area for 1 year(3/April, 2003 $\sim$ 2/April, 2004). In this study, we defined the urban heat island intensity as the air temperature difference between two points, the downtown and the suburban area. The suburban area is located at valley mouth around the western tip of Daegu. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The maximum heat island intensity was recorded at early morning under the meteorological conditions, calm and clear 2. The heat island intensity was strong in the order of winter, fall, spring and summer. 3. The heat island intensity came out minus values in the afternoon. This phenomenon is known as a com mon for basin-type cities. 4. The heat island intensity was twice or more in clear and calm than not so.

  • The agricultural population, the farming, the agriculture of our country has been decreased more rapidly than those of other countries. Also, the changing speed of the rural village in Korea has shown a similar trend. By considering the urbanization process and migration state caused by the economic growth and the increasing level of relative poverty in comparison with the urban area, it has been necessary to go through the impoverishment and slum-orientation of the rural area. In our country, the rural village became old age. So, the collapse is predicted to a population shortage if such trend is continued in the village society. according to investigate, Many urban peoples have opinion that migrates to a farm village. but those not migrate to rural community. The mainly reason is low life environment. therefore it is need the plan that the urban people migrates to a rural village, and must have the plan to be engaged in the agriculture. lt was the rural-fishing New Town development project that started in 2009 for 30~40 years's urban people. This study is about characteristic and improvement of Rural-Fishing New Town development project.

서울 가회동11번지 도시한옥주거지의 필지형성과정 연구 (A Study on The Process of Land-dividing of Urban-Hanok Area in 11 Gahoe-dong, Seoul)

  • Urban-Hanok emerged as a result of urbanization of Hanok in the modern period. In particular, Urban-Hanok has been mass-produced from the early 1920s, when the population is concentrated in cities, until the middle. Large-scale development by the professional developer has been developed in large-scale land rather than individual client because housing shortage was serious problem. 11 Gahoe-dong was made in 1935-36 is representative Urban-hanok area of Bukchon. It was formed through division of large-scale Land in 1930's. In the 1930's, the large-scale development projects of Urban-Hanok was triggered by the two events. One is Land Investigation Project performed by the Japanese government to capitalization of property, another is the pro-japanese bought the large scale-land in Gahoe-dong at bargain price from The Japanese government. Each lot has still a topographical characteristics such as land-dividing quality, the way of development, characteristic quality of urban-tissue. 11 Gahoe-dong, Urban-hanok area was developed two ways. First, development have been adapted to the topography. The lots have reflected topographical conditions such as land cutting area, a retaining wall, land-diving was maintaining the original topography almost. Second, it was street oriented development. The lots have developed sequentially along the street. So, the lots's shape and size is different each. For this reason, this area distribute various type of Hanok.

TOD(대중교통중심)형 도시개발 특성 및 발전전략에 관한 연구 (Characteristic and Strategy of Urban Development focused on Transit Oriented Development)

  • 본 연구는 국외 TOD형 도시개발의 사례를 분석하여 대중교통중심형 도시개발의 특성과 발전전략을 도모함으로서, 국내 도시개발의 미래적 계획방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, TOD형 도시개발을 실행 할 수 있는 법 및 제도적 지원이 우선되어야 하며, 특히 밀도완화를 통해 민간의 참여를 유도하기 위한 지자체의 조례개정 등이 수반되어야 한다. 둘째, 자금력이 있는 민간사업자의 참여는 중요하지만 공공의 역할이 축소되어서는 안 되며, 계획과 집행, 운영을 견인하는 정책리더와 부서가 존재하여야 한다. 셋째, 대중교통과 토지이용을 통합하는 도시계획체계가 중요하며, 역세권에서 복합기능의 집중개발이 요구된다. 넷째, 관민의 협력체계를 바탕으로 공공재원을 통한 도시기반시설의 확충이 요구되며, 사업시행시 투자비용에 대한 수익성도 검증되어야 한다.

국내 도시지역에 적용가능한 저층고밀 소형 공동주택 계획안 (Planning of low-rise high-density small-scaled urban housing complex)

  • Recently, we have seen the change of population and family structure, population growth has slowed and family differentiation was constantly done. A rapidly increase of single and couple household. So small-scaled house demand will be increased. Therefore this study planned to solve recent collective housing problem and to satisfy new housing demand. The purpose of planning was that low-rise high-density small-scaled of urban housing complex. This study used for two methods. First methods were literature analysis for domestic collective houses's present conditions and issues. Other purpose was to confirm change of household. Second method is case studies. It went through two phases to select the cases. The cases selected domestic and foreign each eight, total sixteen. The cases analyzed to twelve elements characteristic of housing complex, unit and community facilities. This study applied one area of Seoul to the low-rise high-density small-scaled housing complex.
