The Advertising Effect of Internet Advertisement of Wedding Dress : Structure Equation Modeling (웨딩드레스 인터넷 광고의 광고효과에 관한 연구: 구조방정식 모형을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among advertisement attitudes, brand attitudes, and purchasing intention in wedding dress Internet advertisement, using SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). Two hundred two unmarried women participated in this study. For this study, banner advertisement stimuli was developed. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, AMOS were used for data analysis. The results are as follows: First, advertisement attitudes affected positively brand attitudes. Second, brand attitudes influenced positively purchase intention. Finally, advertisement attitudes affected positively purchase intention. It appears that advertisement attitudes influenced purchase intention directly or indirectly via brand attitudes. Based on these results, fashion advertisement promotion marketing strategies would provide for wedding dress marketers.

Risk Factors Related to Musculoskeletal Symptoms in Electronics Assembly Line Workers (전자제품 조립작업관련 근골격계 증상호소율과 관련요인)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine prevalence and related factors of musculoskeletal symptoms in electronics assembly line workers. Method: A questionnaire survey was performed on 350 workers in In-chon city. The questionnaire consisted of questions on the general characteristics, work duration, working hours, hobby activity hours, housekeeping activity hours and standardized descriptions of NOISH on musculoskeletal symptoms. Result: Complaint rates of musculoskeletal symptoms by anatomical site were as follows: shoulder, 67% : neck, 40.4% : waist, 28.7% : wrist and hand, 27.1% : foot and leg, 14.4% : arm and elbow, 11.2%. Significantly higher prevalence of shoulder musculoskeletal symptom was found women than men, married than unmarried, less than 1hours housekeeping activity than over 1hours housekeeping activity. Multiple logistic regression analysis identified gender, marital status and housekeeping activity as the main affecting factors for shoulder musculoskeletal symptoms. Conclusions: The most prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was shoulder site. It was higher in married women and over 1hours housekeeping activity in a day. It is recommended that married women should be reduce housekeeping activity time.

A Study on the Effects of the Reduction of Working Hours on Female Workers' Fatigue (근로시간 단축이 여성근로자의 피로도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: This present study has been conducted on female workers' shorter working hours in order to look into their fatigue level and the correlation between fatigue and working hours. Method: We surveyed 237 respondents using a questionnaire from June 1st to June 20th, 2005. Results: The means of total fatigue complaint was 3.45. The fatigue level was significantly higher in the lower age group, unmarried group, manager group and shorter working duration group. And the fatigue level was significantly correlated to working hours and work intensity. In the results of stepwise multiple regression, factors affecting the fatigue level were the change of work intensity, age, regular diet habit, working hours and the type of occupation. Conclusion: It is necessary to prepare the health promotion programs, which can reduce female workers' fatigue level and relieve the intensity of their works.

  • This study was attempted to investigate the relationship between fashion leadership and self-confidence. Self-confidence was measured with Kim's Personality Scale, and fashion leadership was assessed with Hirschman and Adcock's questionnaire. These questionnaires were administered to 412 unmarried women in Taegu. For statistical analysis, the Pearson's Product-moment correlation coefficients, F-test, and Scheffe test were used. The results were as follows: 1. There was highly significant relationship between fashion opinion leadership and fashion innovativeness. 2. There was significant positive relationship between fashion leadership and self-confide-rice. 3. There was significant difference in self-confidence between innovative communicators and non-innovative communicators.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the wearing condition according to different basic slacks'patterns and to provide fundamental data on structuring slacks' pattern using the multi-dimensional measuring method. 3 different kinds of basic slacks' patterns (A, B, C) were used and cross-sectional measurements of 6 parts were analysed. The results were as follows; 1) It revealed that the girth of waist, hip and thigh effected the degree of ease amounts. 2) Moira pattern shape fully supported that the considerable body parts affected the change of ease amounts. 3) Basic pattern A was usually expected to be suitable for standard-sized or unmarried women who had not experienced body-type change. 4) Basic pattern B and C were suitable for large-sized or married women whose body·type had changed. Therefore the crotch length and depth, gredient of center back line has to be set up accurately.

Predictors of Driving Cessation among Older Adults in Korea-Using a Comprehensive Framework for Mobility- (포괄적 이동성 모델을 적용한 노인운전자의 운전중단 예측요인 연구)

  • This study aims to identify predictors of driving cessation among Korean elderly. Data from 2011 Elderly Survey conducted by Ministry of Health and Welfare and Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs were used for the analysis. Based on Webber, Porter, Menec(2010)'s comprehensive theoretical framework for mobility, the model of this study tests five major determinants of driving cessation including financial, psychosocial, environmental, physical and cognitive factors. Results of logistic regression analysis showed that economic status, marital status, contacts with relatives and friends, residential location, taking medication, muscle strength, age, gender, and job were significant predictors of driving cessation of older drivers. Specifically, lower economic status, unmarried status, less contacts with relatives and friends, living in the city, taking medication, weaker muscle strength, older age, female, non-working status were significant risk factors for driving cessation. Practical implications in light of study findings were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide marital information that premarital preparation education program is to actively help families happiness, to be reinforced by the developmental service and the protective service. The premarital education program to help unmarried or premarital couples to begin initial adaptation for successful marriage. This program is to enrich the marital relationship provided with the wholesome, potent marital system as center of a family. and further to development preserve. enhance a healthy, genial family relationship. Particularly the elevated marital relationship. The data were collected for 122 collage students. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency percentage.   • This study is to analyze the social symbolism of the dress described in the traditional Korean folktale focusing on the Chosen Dynasty. As references, An outline of the Korean oral literature: 82 volumes in total and written Korean narrative:7 volumes in total written by Kim Hyen Ryong were selected. As regards method of study, first, the social symbolism of the dress described in the traditional folktale has been extracted: afterwards, those were classified and summarized according to theme of a clothing, hairstyle, and belt, etc. And the social symbolism of the dress has been analyzed based on the theory of symbolism. As a result of the analysis, following conclusion has been obtained. First, political relationship and ideology represented through costumes. Second, old customary clothing behaviour represented. Third, sex and age symbolism were represented through protagonists. Fourth, married or unmarried symbolim represented.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of financial behaviors and subjective economic well-being in personal financial education through research targeted at adults. The results indicated by the research can be summarized as follows. First, there was a significant difference found in the changes of financial behaviors in accordance with the types of financial education programs, the time period, and the methods of financial education. Second, financial behaviors were higher when participating in profit financial education programs or in workplace financial education programs. Additionally, the increase was higher when participating in long-term programs. Third, the positive effects on subjective economic well-being were financial behaviors, participation in profitable financial education programs, unmarried and income level.

So, this study is examined family restaurant choice attributor of women customer depends on status of marriage, scale of household and age. It will be contributed to Family restaurant industry to segment of their women customer by neo-demographic variables be reflected with social variations.
