  • With the fast increment of smart phone users and extension of wireless internet the number of SNS user is also increasing. Twitter among lots of SNS takes the lead in SNS market. Twiter users express their thinking and feelings. In this paper, by analyzing twitts near the distribution enterprise using opinion mining. And by analyzing concern degree using the number of twitts and positive, neutral, negative degree we deliver marketing message to marketer. As the result, we propose that marketing and management of this distribution enterprise can reflect the demand of customer who is near there.

  • In this paper, we propose an intelligent marketing service system that can provide custom advertisements and events to both businesses and customers by identifying the location and contents using the ultrasonic signals and feature information in voice signals. We also develop the encoding and decoding algorithm of ultrasonic signals for this system and analyze the performance evaluation results. With the development of the hyper-connected society, the on-line marketing has been activated and is growing in size. Existing store marketing applications have disadvantages that customers have to find out events or promotional materials that the headquarters or stores throughusing the corresponding applications whenever they visit them. To solve these problems, there are attempts to create intelligent marketing tools using GPS technology and voice recognition technology. However, this approach has difficulties in technology development due to accuracy of location and speed of comparison and retrieval of voice recognition technology, and marketing services for customer relation are also much simplified.

Consumption Value, Consumer Innovativeness and New Product Adoption: Empirical Evidence from Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to employ the theory of consumption value and consumers' innovative personality characteristics to explain the adoption of new personal electronics devices in Vietnamese market. This study adapts a quantitative survey-based approach to test hypotheses about relationship between consumption value, product specific innovativeness and new product adoption. The study uses a quantitative data set of 915 consumers who owned one mobile electronic device at least in Ho Chi Minh city, one of the biggest cities of Vietnam. The data was collected through personal interview and convenient sampling method. The conceptual model was tested using PLS structural equation model. The findings of this study suggest that both consumption value and product specific innovativeness influence the adoption of new electronic products. The results also reveal that product specific innovativeness mediates the relationship between consumption value and new product adoption. The study further identified that consumption value was taken as a second-order multidimensions construct with five components, namely functional value, epistemic value, economic value, social value and emotional value. As a result, the research suggests some implications to enhance marketers' capabilities to develop strategies for launching new hi-tech products in an emerging market as Vietnam.

  • This study put its major concern in consumer behavior during a purchase of fashion products through the Internet marketing channels. Therefore, it investigated the Internet shopping and tried to find the reasons why clothes shopping through the Internet marketing channels is not popular enough. Then, alternative marketing strategies would be suggested which is accessible from the relationship marketing approach. The study adopted a qualitative research method to implement those purposes. In-depth interviews were conducted with the interviewees who had an experience of buying a fashion merchandise through the Internet or who had such an intention. And the information on stages of decision-making process and actual purchase was obtained by participating in and observing the process. The results revealed stages of decision-making in purchasing a fashion product through the Internet channels, the process of relationship development, and the elements of relationship marketing which affect purchase intention. The elements of relationship marketing to promote a purchase of a clothing product via the Internet marketing channels included convenience; communication and socal experience; sensual information; risk acknowledgement and pursuit for safety; and usage of complexed marketing channels. Based on these, a few strategic points such as remote reality, database of communication basis, strengthening individualized services, and development of complex marketing channels were suggested.

Use of Emoji as a Marketing Tool: An Exploratory Content Analysis

  • The purpose of this exploratory study was to enhance the understanding of how brands tilize emojis in their marketing practices. A content analysis was conducted utilizing Google News as a search tool to access articles containing information pertaining to the use of emojis by brands. The combination of keywords used for the search were "emoji", "business", and "marketing". The search was narrowed down to the period of January $1^{st}$, 2014 - November $29^{th}$, 2017. This method generated a total of 604 trade publications with 55 of them providing information pertaining to specific brands and their use of emojis in their marketing strategies. A content analysis of trade publications has revealed that a variety of marketers have utilized emojis in their brand marketing practices. The entertainment, service, and food/drink industries have predominantly utilized emojis in their marketing practices, and their primary purpose for using emojis was to increase consumer engagement. Brands applied most of these emoji marketing strategies to an online or digital setting, whether it was social media pages, mobile applications, or any other form of computer-based marketing. Although there are limitations to this exploratory research in terms of its methodology, the findings of this study provide interesting insights into the potential of emojis as a marketing tool.

A Globalization-Focused Human Resource Development Program in Fashion Marketing Area -Comparison of Korean and U.S. Graduate School's Fashion Marketing Curricula- (글로벌 패션마케팅 전문인력 양성 방안 모색을 위한 연구 -한.미 대학원의 교과과정 비교분석-)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide a suggestion for the globalization-focused in fashion marketing area through an analysis of curricula related to fashion marketing of Korean and USA graduate schools. This study analyzed the curricula of 34 Korean graduate schools and 18 USA graduate schools. As a result, it was revealed that the curricula of Korean schools were different from those of USA graduate schools. The average number of the fashion marketing classes of the Korean schools was 10.7, while the average of the USA was 10.4. However, when examined the percentages of fashion marketing classes among total number of classes, the average of Koreans was much lower(16.1%) than Americans(50.3%). It means that the schools of USA has higher percentage of curricula related to fashion marketing than those of Korea. The percentage of USA research method courses was higher than those of Korean. Based on the results, this study suggests that more diverse curricula related to fashion marketing and research methods in Korea need to be developed in order to produce global human resource development in fashion marketing area.

  • With the greater importance of lifestyle shops and experience marketing, research is needed for the effective experience marketing of lifestyle shops by fashion product type. This study establishes effective and differentiated experience marketing strategies for fashion lifestyle shops by examining the effect of the experience marketing satisfaction with lifestyle shops on purchase intention and loyalty. This study categorizes lifestyle shops by fashion product types into a suit-oriented lifestyle shop, a casual/leisure/sportswear-oriented lifestyle shop and a home fashion lifestyle shop, Then a survey was conducted on participants who had visited lifestyle shop. As an analysis method, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were conducted. In this study, we identified the experience marketing factors of fashion lifestyle shops. This study found that the satisfaction from experience marketing factors of fashion lifestyle shops by fashion product types affected purchase intention and loyalty differently. Considering the results of this study, it will be able to increase not only purchase intention and loyalty but also brand sustainability by establishing, applying, and executing a differentiated strategy considering the detailed factors of experience marketing for each fashion product type when planning and operating a fashion lifestyle shop. Through this study, effective marketing of fashion lifestyle shops by fashion product type will be implemented.

  • The research aims to test the impact of marketing culture and rational decisions in academic entrepreneurship during entrepreneurial marketing by focusing on the main problem and the challenges that Iraqi private universities face. The most important of these challenges is probably the inability of the private universities to keep pace with the development and the environmental challenges. The researcher chose 26 private Iraqi universities/colleges for the study. The sample was taken from deans, assistant deans, and heads of departments, with 310 people distributed among the various colleges. The researcher used the electronic questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. Data analysis was based on the (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. The researchers arrived at many conclusions. The most important finding was the impact on both the marketing culture and rational decision on academic entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial marketing. The higher administration in the Iraqi private universities/colleges always strive to adhere to the marketing values, norms and traditions through a commitment to rational decisions to achieve academic entrepreneurship. The higher administrators increase their commitment and adherence to this influence by adhering to marketing entrepreneurship.

Measurement and Impact of Virtual and Digital Marketing as a Distribution Channel in Business

  • Purpose: Marketing and especially distribution channels has proved challenging for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide due to its exorbitant cost. The objective of this study is to access the role and impact of digital marketing as a new distribution channel in companies located in Kosovo. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objective of the research, data was collected from 64 respondents/participants working in different organizations and sectors. Results: The result of the data collected showed that digital marketing plays a huge role and an effective medium in distribution of products and services, and helps in boosting sales of companies. The results showed that this form of marketing helps with retention of customers and cost effectiveness. Conclusions: The managerial implication of this study is that it is believed that customers in the topical conversation region are impacted by Kosovo businesses and their online marketing initiatives. The results of this study suggest that marketers and managers should take advantage of social media in order to accomplish the study's main objective. However, for enhanced productivity and high-level effectiveness of Digital marketing in Kosovo, there should be proper sensitization on the available digital marketing options and how it can be done.

The Effects of Fashion Brands' Retro Marketing Types on Retro Characteristics Perception and Nostalgia Emotions (패션 브랜드의 레트로 마케팅 유형이 레트로 특성 지각과 노스탤지어 감정에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the types of retro marketing of fashion brands and explored the difference in retro characteristics and nostalgic emotions. Additionally, the effects of retro characteristics on nostalgic emotions and the influence of nostalgic emotions on brand attitude were examined. A total of 33 fashion brands, including eight designer brands, 10 sports and outdoor brands, 11 casual brands, and four SPA brands were investigated to categorize the retro marketing types. An online survey was also conducted of respondents in their 20s to 50s, and a total of 363 responses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The results were as follows. First, the retro marketing of fashion brands was categorized into four types including brand heritage marketing, retro design marketing, retro emotional experience-oriented marketing, and brand collaboration marketing. The four retro marketing types showed differences in retro characteristics and nostalgic emotions. Second, the retro characteristics consisted of four dimensions including familiarity, attractiveness, uniqueness, and historicity. Nostalgic emotions consisted of four dimensions including sadness, longingness, comfort, and pleasure. Third, the results showed that familiarity and attractiveness had significant effects on comfort and pleasure, while uniqueness and historicity had significant effects on longingness. Fourth, the results showed that longingness, comfort, and pleasure had positive effects on brand attitude, whereas sadness had a negative effect on brand attitude.
