본 연구는 권리의 개념과 유형을 살펴보고, 인권 및 시민권 논의를 통해 복지권의 구성내용과 성격을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 복지권의 구성 내용으로는 (1) 사회적 권리로서 사회보장권, 사회복지서비스권, 건강권, 교육권, 주거권을 (2) 경제적 권리로서 노동권, 노동시장 개입권 및 직업안정권, 자본통제권을 (3) 문화적 환경적 권리로서 문화권, 환경권을 포함한다. 그리고 복지권은 현대 시민사회에서 시민, 그리고 더 나아가서는 인간에게 부여되는 당연한 권리로서 자유권, 정치권 등 다른 권리와 동등한 가치를 지니며, 객관적으로 존재한다기보다는 구축되는 것으로 보아야 한다. 또한 복지권에는 동시에 의무도 수반되지만 그 의무는 비조건적인 성격이 강하며, 복지권에 따른 복지의 수준은 사회성원으로서 완전한 참여와 통합을 지향하는 목표로서 불평등의 지속성을 방지할 수 있는 적정수준이어야 한다.

본 연구는 영화 <아가씨>에서 변형된 시공간과 캐릭터를 통해 흥행 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 원작 소설이 있는 영화는 소설의 내러티브를 기초로 영화의 경험재적 특성을 감소시켜 관람 욕구를 유도한다. 본 영화는 소설의 배경인 빅토리아 시대와 다른 일제강점기를 선택하여 식민주의 남성성의 특징을 구현하는 캐릭터를 만들고, 남성에게 억압받는 여성들이 계급성을 초월하여 탈주하는 내용으로 변형하였다. 이를 통해 원작소설의 동성애 요소가 여성의 성장과 연대로 치환되어 부정적 요소를 감소시켰다. 또한 영화 개봉 시기 발생한 여성 대상 범죄의 젠더 담론은 캐릭터들의 공감 요소를 증대시키고 영화의 주제와 부합하였다. 그외 감독과 배우의 스타시스템과 영화 예고편의 효과적 공개 마케팅, 영화제 진출작 선정을 흥행 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 영화는 소설의 각색을 통해 다원적인 창작 역량을 증대하고 관객의 공감 요인을 확대한다. 흥행하는 각색 영화의 차별성은 변형된 내용이 창의적이면서도 시공간을 초월하는 보편적 인식과 상응할 수 있는 주제를 내포하고 매체적 특성을 효과적으로 표현하는 데 있다.

Literature had been at center-stage in the traditional grammar-translation-focused English classrooms up to the mid-twentieth century. As the Audiolingual Method and the Communicative Language Teaching have gained popularity in the English classrooms, however, literature has receded into the background of English education. The main reasons for using literary texts in the English classrooms for communication-focused English instruction need to be examined. First of all, students can come in touch with the subtle and varied uses of language through literature-based teaching. They also feel close to certain characters in the literary work and share the emotional reponses with them. They get personally involved in the plot of the story. Universal human experience and cultural enrichment are two other merits which can be conferred on students by literary texts. Such linguistic and literary experiences can be significantly integrated into the literature-based instruction. More significantly, the four language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) can be combined with one another and integrated into a literature-focused curriculum for English education. The value of literary texts in the English classrooms can be clearly demonstrated by effective ways of using such texts as Charlotte's Web for integrated instruction. The full array of benefits that literature can bring to English instruction, however, has yet to be fully realized. These potentials need to be materialized into classroom practice.

20세기에 재배되었던 우리나라 벼 품종 중에서 육성년대별로 비교적 널리 보급되었던 15개 품종에 대하여 수량구성요소를 분석하고 수량의 연차간 안정성을 검정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 수량구성요소 가운데 연차간 변이가 가장 작은 품종은 주당수수에서 다산벼, 수당립수에서 조동지, 등숙비율에서 용문벼, 천립중에서 낙동벼, 수량에서 다산벼였다. 2. Stroike and Johnson의 모델을 이용한 분석결과 자포니카에서 일품벼, 화성벼, 동진벼 통일형에서 안다벼, 다산벼가 평균 이상의 연차간 안정성을 보였다. 3. Grafius의 모델을 이용한 분석에서 universal variety의 만족조건을 충족시키는 품종으로는 자포니카에서 일품벼, 동진벼, 화성벼, 낙동벼, 조동지 등이었고, 통일형에서 다산벼와 삼강벼 등이었다. 4. Finlay and Wilkinson의 모델을 이용하여 안정성을 검정한 결과 자포니카에서 다마금. 동진벼, 화성벼, 일품벼 통일형에서 다산벼와 용문벼가 연차간 환경변이에 대하여 적응성이 높았다. 5. 이상의 3가지 검정방법으로 연차간 수량과 안정성을 추정하여 볼 때 공시품종 중에 최근 육성 품종들이 높은 안정성과 수량성을 보이는 것으로 평가되었다.

Recently, multiple metropolitan counties and local authorities have been actively working on improving their local existence with various methods and strategies. Such change cannot be observed when local authorities were chosen by the government. Also, the public administration has recently emphasized important factors of public design which seeks better lifestyle and outward beauty from quantitative growth and policy of strongly considering outward form due to the compressive modernization. Public design intends to complete aesthetic factor and improve the quality of life as the efficiency as the value of public administration. The purpose of this study is to discuss how public school has been evolved as public space and how to create local user-centered interaction. The study retrieve the communication which the essential publicness in the school public design and the self-management which is the original value in terms of sociology. The method in which the characters of the public design of the publicness have been changed will be concentrated on in public area. In addition, the study has been focused on the efforts of the reflection of the development in public design are the challenges for the aim of the design of the publicness.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the present fashion phenomenon by considering the types of Hiphop that shows the origination background and special feature. Popular music plays the most significant role in this 'age of culture' by its musical and visual methods through mass media. A fashion reflects and represents the culture of it's era. From the early 1990's a new fashion style called 'Hiphop' has become a universal hit among teenagers and even among those in 20s and 30s. As we can see from these points Hiphop fashion has the characteristics of being sporty borderless and genderless. In other words fashion represents individal's unique characters and their culture. This is why the study of fashion trends such as Hiphop is important; becanuse they can give us a series of fascinating insights into all sorts and conditions of men and women in our time : how they view theselves and how they choose to relate to other people whether of their own age or otherwise.

21st century has different characters from 20th century which was an era of machine and rationality based on the industrial revolution. With the advent of the digital revolution, it became an era of pluralism, culture, and emotion. The digital technology made it possible to connect the whole world together in real time and brought about the entirely new notion of time and space. It also dramatically altered the world view. Now we have a different set of social and cultural values from the past. This paper researched the influences of these social and cultural changes on public designs. The leading trends of public designs were analyzed and the successful cases were studied. The main research methodologies were the document review and the instrumental case study. The major social & cultural paradigms of a present era were classified as 'pluralism', 'digital & information revolution', 'human-centered value (against machine-centered value of 20th century)', and 'organic world view'. Each of the classified paradigms was analyzed more to find out the influences on the various trends of public designs. 'Pluralism' has influence on 'experiential public design', 'community art', and 'public design of local values'. 'Digital & information revolution' has influence on 'content-centered public design', 'smart public design', 'immaterial public design', and 'performance in public design'. 'Human-centered value' has influence on 'universal design approach in public design', and 'emotional public design'. 'Organic world view' has influence on 'sustainable public design', and 'ecological public design'.

지브리 스튜디오의 대표작에 속하는 <센과 치히로의 행방불명>과 <하울의 움직이는 성>은 캐릭터와 사건 등에 내재된 상징성으로 인해 그간 신화적 차원이나 심리학적 차원에서 많은 분석과 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 작품에서 드러나는 사랑의 유형에 대해서는 심층적인 연구가 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 이 두 작품에서 캐릭터 간에 연출되는 사랑의 유형이 플라톤의 에로스론을 형성하는 사랑의 개념과 대응됨에 주목하고자 한다. <센과 치히로의 행방불명>에서는 기억과 회복에 대한 열망이, <하울의 움직이는 성>에서는 외모 변화에 연계된 단계별 지향이 엿보인다. 이는 플라톤이 "파이드로스"와 "향연"에서 소크라테스의 입을 빌려 개진한 에로스의 기능과 목적을 지시한다. 플라톤은 궁극적으로 에로스를 이데아의 세계로 인도하는 정령으로 정의하고 에로스에 임하는 인간의 태도와 궁극적인 목적에 준거하여 사랑의 단계를 5단계로 나누어 제시하였다. <센과 치히로의 행방불명>과 <하울의 움직이는 성>에 등장하는 캐릭터의 인식영역 및 외모의 변이, 그리고 공간의 위계는 그러한 에로스론의 핵심 개념을 드러낸다. 이처럼 서구의 가장 보편적인 사상적 원류와 맞닿아 있는 이 두 작품은 매우 중요하게 취급되어야 한다. 폐쇄적이고 내밀한 민족정서를 다루면서도 서구적 인식론을 반영하고 있다는 점에서, 이들 애니메이션은 우리에게 큰 시사점을 제시해 주기 때문이다.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 할리우드에서 영적 주제를 다루는 영화가 크게 증가하는 현상에 주목하여 이런 주제가 등장하게 된 배경과 맥락을 밝히고, 이러한 새로운 흐름이 함의하는 바를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 종교와 문화, 그리고 예술의 관계를 탐구한 신학자 틸리히와 종교현상학자 반 데르 레우후의 연구를 이론적 틀로 차용하였으며 이들의 관점을 근거로 영화매체에 나타나는 영적 주제의 의미를 풀어내고자 한다. 2010년대 이후 제작된 할리우드 영화 중에서 다각도로 영적 주제를 다루고 있는 작품들을 추려보면 이들을 아우르는 몇 가지 공유점을 찾아낼 수 있다. 이 작품들은 관객에게 친숙한 대중적인 내러티브를 통해 본질적인 문제에 대한 보편적인 접근을 시도하고 있으며, 실존인물 혹은 실화 같은 리얼리티를 영화 속에 재현함으로써 '역사적 진실성과 신빙성'을 강조하고 있다. 또한 주인공들은 할리우드 수퍼 히어로의 전형성에서 탈피한 '승리한 패자'로 그려지며, 끊임없이 절대자에게 '질문하는' 인간의 모습이 반복적으로 보여진다. 이런 특징을 분석해보면 할리우드에서 영적 주제를 다루고 있는 최근 작품들이 선교나 신앙을 넘어선 보편적인 신념과 가치의 문제를 형상화하면서 기존 종교 영화와의 차별화에 성공하고 있으며 관객과의 공감대를 확장해가고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본고는 이런 분석을 통해 현대 과학과 지식의 진보에도 불구하고 대중은 여전히 영적회복과 인간구원에 대한 갈망이 있으며 영화매체는 관객의 이런 욕구를 표출할 수 있는 잠재적인 원천으로 기능하고 있다는 점을 보여준다.
