Two reactive disperse dyes having $\alpha$-bromoacrylamide or acrylamide group were synthesized and their dyeing properties were compared with a disperse dye. Dyeing properties of reactive disperse dyes were strongly influenced by the chemical structure of reactive group. The amount of absorbed reactive disperse dye containing $\alpha$-bromoacrylamide group on polyester fiber was less than the disperse dye, and that on nylon fiber was much higher. When polyester and nylon fiber were simultaneously dyed in a dye pot, nylon fiber absorbed the reactive disperse dye more than polyester fiber. The reactive disperse dye having acrylamide group could reduces difference in color depth to a large extent, but the application of carrier or variation of dyebath pH were not sufficient for giving the same color depth to both fibers. The N/P union fabric could be dyed with the reactive disperse dye and its wash fastness were good to excellent.

In the Previous studies, we reported about the synthesis of poly[3-methylence-3-methylenesodiumbisulfite-bis(4-hydroxypheny)sulfone] (PMSBPS) and their effect on the staining of direct dye on nylon in the dyeing of nylon/cotton union. The results showed that PMSBPS have good staining resist effect on nylon in the dyeing of nylon/cotton union. In this study, the staining resist effects of PMSBPS in varied dyeing process and method were investigated, and the fastness to washing, light, and rubbing of the deed N/C unions was tested. The results are as follows ; 1. In the two bath two step method, the staining of direct dye on nylon was decreased with the concentration of PMSBPS, and the fastness to washing, light, and rubbing of the dyed N/C unions were increased by addition of PMSBPS. 2. In the one bath two step method, optimun concentration of PMSBPS was 4% 0.w.f..

We study the conditions under which a given intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup of a given group can or can not be realized as a union of two proper intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups. Moreover, we provide a simple necessary and sufficient condition for the union of an arbitrary family of intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups to be an intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup. Also we formulate the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup generated by a given intuitionistic fuzzy set by level subgroups. Furthermore we give characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy conjugate subgroups and intuitionistic fuzzy characteristic subgroups by their level subgroups. Also we investigate the level subgroups of the homomorphic image of a given intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup.

A empirical study about dual commitment of members of labor union for logistics companies based around the capital for their companies and union was carried out. This paper reviewed the effects of job security, organizational justice and social capital on dual commitment, and the mediating effect of social capital between job security and organizational justice, and dual commitment. Also, by establishing the social capital as a mediating variable, whether the effects of job security and organization justice to dual commitment exhibit mediating effects was identified.

The purpose of this paper is to survey existing literature and empirical studies about the effect of unions on productivity and productivity growth in US and British. Evidence regarding union effects on productivity is incomplete in the studies surveyed in this paper. Unions have a positive effect on productivity in US, but the most of studies in British show that unions have a negative effect. But the direction and magnitude of union effects on productivity growth cannot be predicted from economic theory. It may be that there is no unitary relationship between unions and productivity growth. The comprehensive conclusion about the effects of unions on productivity growth cannot be drawn from the studies surveyed in this paper. The question of whether unions have a positive effect or negative effect on productivity and productivity growth is an empirical issue.

In this study, we propose several simultaneous tests to detect the difference between means and variances for the two-sample problem when the underlying distribution is normal. For this, we apply the likelihood ratio principle and propose a likelihood ratio test. We then consider a union-intersection test after identifying the likelihood statistic, a product of two individual likelihood statistics, to test the individual sub-null hypotheses. By noting that the union-intersection test can be considered a simultaneous test with combination function, also we propose simultaneous tests with combination functions to combine individual tests for each sub-null hypothesis. We apply the permutation principle to obtain the null distributions. We then provide an example to illustrate our proposed procedure and compare the efficiency among the proposed tests through a simulation study. We discuss some interesting features related to the simultaneous test as concluding remarks. Finally we show the expression of the likelihood ratio statistic with a product of two individual likelihood ratio statistics.

This paper offers a comprehensive view of international risk sharing and of related policy issues from the perspective of the European Union. The traditional analyses contemplate three risk-sharing channels: the capital markets channel (through cross border portfolio investments), international transfers and the credit markets channel (via savings). Comparative analyses reveal that, on average, about 80% of the shock remains unsmoothed in Europe while only about 18% of the shock is transmitted to consumers within the US. From aggregated figures, there is space for improving, particularly, the cross-border investments channel in Europe. In this sense, the completion of the Banking and Capital Markets Union are expected to boost risk sharing across European member states. We also review new additional issues usually not contemplated by the traditional literature as depreciation, migration and the role of sovereigns and two new additional channels recently considered in the literature: government consumption and the real exchange rate. Finally, we also examine recent analysis related to the geographic distribution of risk sharing.

It has been proved that if $\mathbb{X}^{(s,s)}$ is the union of two linear star-configurations in $\mathbb{P}^2$ of type $s{\times}s$, then $(I_{\mathbb{X}^{(s,s)}})_s{\neq}\{0\}$ for s = 3, 4, 5, and $(I_{\mathbb{X}^{(s,s)}})_s=\{0\}$ for $s{\geq}6$. We extend $\mathbb{P}^2$ to $\mathbb{P}^n$ and show that if $\mathbb{X}^{(s,s)}$ is the union of two linear star-configurations in $\mathbb{P}^n$, then $(I_{\mathbb{X}^{(s,s)}})_s=\{0\}$ for $n{\geq}3$ and $s{\geq}3$. Using this generalization, we also prove that the secant variety $Sec_1(Split_s(\mathbb{P}^n))$ has the expected dimension 2ns + 1 for $n{\geq}3$ and $s{\geq}3$.
