스마트 홈은 유비쿼터스 환경의 각종 센서와 정보가전에서 얻어지는 데이터에서 사용자의 Context를 추출하여 사용자에게 적응적인 서비스를 제공한다 지금까지의 Context는 사용자가 한 명일 경우를 가정하였지만 실제 집이라는 공간은 가족이라는 구성원이 함께 생활하는 공간으로 동시에 여러 개의 Context가 존재하며 이러한 Context는 서로 충돌할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 집에서 여러 Context들 간에 충돌이 일어났을 때 이를 해결하는 방법을 제안한다. 집은 여러 사용자가 공유하고 있지만 각 구성원의 침실이나 화장실처럼 한 개인의 영역이 존재한다 또한 침실은 쉬는 곳, 주방은 요리를 하고 음식을 먹는 곳, 거실은 가족끼리의 모임을 갖거나 TV 시청, 음악감상 등의 여가를 즐기는 곳 등 공간마다 나름의 용도를 가지고 있다 본 논문은 Context들간의 충돌을 조정을 위해 이러한 공간의 특성을 이용할 것을 제안한다.

This paper proposes a new concept of IDSP(Intelligent Digital Switchgear Panel) which can solve the problem of the safety, the reliability and the convenience to correspond to the requirement of the general electric customer or electric power company under the ubiquitous-based home automation environments. By analyzing their requirement functions, a 32-bit micro processor is adopted as main controller to support the designed functions efficiently. The DSP-based single phase power management device is utilized to collect the electric power information and the ethernet convertor to communicate through internet among the IDSPs and the remote computer system. In the proposed IDSP, the several functions are implemented such as the earth leakage level display and waveform transmission, the electric fee display, the voltage management, the load management and the load control function. Finally, the prototype of the IDSP is made experimently based on the designed results, and then the effectiveness is verified by testing its basic functions.

Most security solutions and middleware on home network consider internet users as approaching subject. It is unrealistic where the most subjects are mobile users who want to control home network devices. Therefore minor and fast certification structures are needed to control other devices with mobile device that has lower computing capacity. To solve the above problems, this paper wants to build safe certification frame work for internet and mobile users to control household devices safely. New certification structure is proposed to get out of heavy certification structure like PKI and to minimize encrypting and decrypting operation by compounding session key and public key.

The purpose of this study was to detect early children with hyperactivity which is one of the symptoms of Attention Deficit - Hyperactivity Disorder (:ADHD). For this Purpose, This study used two methods; K-CBCL and observation of children`s behavior. K-CBCL was done online by parents at home. For observation of children's behavior, the school asked children to wear a 3 - axis accelerometer on their wrists. The data from K - CBCL and 3 - axis accelerometer were analyzed and clustered to separate hypersensitive children from ordinary children.

Powerline communication is the data signal which is modulated by carrier frequency through the installed powerline at in-home or office is transmitted and received signals are separated into data signal with using band-pass filter which cent-frequency is carrier frequency. The home gateway, an equipment which works as an gateway for ubiquitous home network, relays all functions of a home network. The home gateway must always be connected in order to provide seamless services. However it gives unfavorable power consumption. Therefore the needs for working in maximum power saving mode while there is no data traffic and for invoking to the normal function when it is necessary. So, in this paper we survey the development of low power PLC modem monitoring of power consumption and breaking abnormal power in the home Network.

New paradigm of the 21st is 'Ubiquitous'. And great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. Also, our living environments are changing very rapidly. Because of rapid developments, we didn't have enough time to examine our current situation. So we had to look around the current living spaces. The main purpose of this research was to know about the home network service and environmental context in our living spaces and to explore the outlook in the forseeable future. To search them, four recent digital home exhibition houses were examined. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. And when we examined the environmental context, we found most of the instruments were installed fixed ones or integrated information appliances. Therefore, the plan of digital home needs to consider environmental context and the combination of residents and living spaces.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 발전하면서, 스마트 홈 환경에서 개인화 서비스의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음성인식을 이용한 상황정보 기반의 스마트 홈 개인화 서비스를 제안한다. 제안된 서비스에서는 OSGi 프레임워크 기반의 서비스 이동 관리자, 서비스 관리자, 음성인식 관리자, 위치 관리자로 구성된다. 스마트 홈 공간을 정의하고 정의된 공간에서 가장 많이 사용하는 유닛의 명령어 및 센서 정보, 사용자 정보를 상황정보로 구성하였다. 특히, 본 서비스는 음성인식의 훈련모델과 패턴매칭 분석을 통하여 RFID로 구별하기 어려운 동일한 공간의 사용자들을 구별하고 상황 및 개인 정보를 사용하여 스마트 홈 어플리케이션의 개인화 서비스를 지원한다. 실험 결과, 동일 공간에서 사용자 확인을 통한 OSGi 기반의 자동화되고 개인화 된 서비스가 가능함을 확인하였다.

최근, 유비쿼터스 홈에서는 유무선 통신 네트워크를 기반으로 가정 내의 다양한 가전기기 및 센서들이 네트워크로 상호 연결되어 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능하며 지능적이고 상황인식에 기반 한 상호 연동을 통하여 사용자의 편의를 극대화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 환경을 기존의 아파트에 도입하여 지능형 주차장과 의료시스템을 연계한 u-아파트를 설계하였다. 지능형 주차장은 주차공간의 효율성 향상을 위한 구체적인 구조도를 설계하였고 의료시스템은 미래의 건강 관리에 대한 설계를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 RFID시스템을 이용하여 주차장, 의료시설을 통합한 u-아파트 설계를 제안한다.

This paper presents a robotic agent design and application in the ubiquitous intelligent space. We set up an experimental environment with Bluetooth host, Bluetooth client, furniture and home appliance, and robotic agents. First, the agents basically performed patrol guard to detect unexpected penetration, and to keep home safely from gas-leakage, electric leakage, and so on. They were out to patrol fur a robbery while navigating in a living room and a private room. In this task, we used an area-based action making and a hexagon-based Q-learning to control the agents. Second, the agents communicate with Bluetooth host device to access and control a home appliance. The Bluetooth host offers a manual control to person by inquiring a client robot when one would like to check some place especially. In this exercise, we organize asynchronous connection less (ACL) between the host and the client robots and control the robot maneuver by Bluetooth host controller interface (HCI).
