벤처 대기업 상생의 진수를 제대로 맛보고 싶다면 SK텔레콤 사례를 눈여겨보자. SK텔레콤은 협력업체와 개방적 협업 시스템인 오픈투유(Open2U)를 구축해 지속적인 동반성장을 이뤄나가고 있다. 그 좋은 사례가 지난 8월 협력업체를 대상으로 개최한 혁신 아이디어 공모전 'Open $Idea^+$ Festival'이다. 여기에 채택된 우수 아이디어에 대한 시상식이 12월10일 열렸다. 그 현장을 소개한다.

The proposed converter has a merit of simple controlled circuit because the input current control discontinuously. And it is improve to input power factor that the snubber capacitor's energy regenerate to the AC source side. Specially using the discontinuous current mode in the reactor. This topology is reduced a current /voltage stresses of resonant devices in addition to a partial resonant strategy. The result of simulations of the proposed topology included in this paper.

본 연구는 무리행동과 인지적 유용성을 중심으로, e-learning 컨텐츠 구매에 미치는 영향을 e-learning 수강경험자 집단과 경험하지 못한 잠재구매자 집단의 차이점을 경험적인 측면에서 밝히고자 시도하였다. 전체 528명의 표본을 경험자(395명)와 비경험자(133명)로 나누어 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 통하여 분석한 결과 e-learning 구매 경험자는 인지적 유용성이 구매의도에 주는 영향이 무리행동의 영향보다 큰 것으로 나타났고, 잠재 구매자는 무리행동이 구매의도에 주는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

Temporal dual gamma drive technology employing the 120Hz refresh rate was developed to enhance the off-axis viewing quality in patterned vertical alignment mode. The color shift ${\Delta}u'v'$ from on-axis to off-axis (60 deg.) for pale orange color, (R,G,B) = (196,124,96), was below 0.01, and the power exponent of gamma curve for off-axis viewing angle (60 deg.) was about 1.8, when the gamma curve for on-axis was set with power exponent of 2.4. The off-axis image distortion index was below 0.180 in contrast to the normal case ${\sim}0.23$. To elevate the response speed of liquid crystal in the intra-frame, the voltage below threshold voltage of liquid crystals was used.

Needs of automation and computerization in the construction industry has been recognized but the implementation of e-business solutions with project management systems has not been fully explored. In order to cope with different management practices in home office and project sites, integration of two popular systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management System (PMS) is essential. The objective of this study is to find ways to functionally and systematically integrate ERP and PMS. With the integration of ERP and PMS, a project will be managed much more efficiently and effectively. It is expected that this study will benefit system integrators and help them to understand construction management processes and integrate the solutions with minimized programming work.

In this paper, we propose a framework for multi-focus image fusion called PATN. In our approach, by aggregating deep features extracted based on the U-type Transformer mechanism and shallow features extracted using the PSA module, we make PATN feed both long-range image texture information and focus on local detail information of the image. Meanwhile, the edge-preserving information value of the fused image is enhanced using a dense residual block containing the Sobel gradient operator, and three loss functions are introduced to retain more source image texture information. PATN is compared with 17 more advanced MFIF methods on three datasets to verify the effectiveness and robustness of PATN.

In this paper, XML form generator is designed and implemented on the basis of e-business's DTD (Document Type Definition) document. Rapid evolving for internet services and information infrastructure give many impacts on the e-business, it need to make a new kinds of web-based or electronic-based document formats for e-business transaction trading. In current situations, there are many kinds of document formats on conventional business documents for each companies. And, it has many problems on the aspects of the document reusability and cost to support interoperability between documents for the trading partners. To solve this interoperability of documents, the constructed XML form generator is changing XML form document into HTML (HyperText Markup Language) based web document by XSLT. And it also generates XML business message validating for e-Business DTD by user Inputs.

Objectives : The study was to examine the empirical evidence concerning the effects of massage intervention for the laboring women and to investigate the effect sizes related to the characteristics of intervention. Methods : Meta analysis was performed. A total of 11 trials related to massage intervention between 2000 and 2007 were reviewed. Results : Massage intervention showed a beneficial effect on length of labor(1st stage : U=46.75, p=0.00, 2nd stage : U=6.13, p=0.01), perception of childbirth experience(U=12.57, p=0.00), intensity of uterine contraction at the active(U=6.34, p=0.01) and the transition phases(U=24.83, p=0.00), and interval of uterine contraction at the active phase(U=4.83, p=0.03). Massage decreased systolic(U=10.81, p=0.00) and diastolic blood pressure at the transition phase(U=10.60, p=0.00). However, massage had no effect on subjective and objective labor pain and anxiety. No differences were found in effectiveness of massage according to characteristics of intervention(massage material, massager, and massage site) except for anxiety(QB=4.82, p=0.03) and diastolic blood pressure at the active phase by massage site(QB=4.52, p=0.03). Conclusions :We found that massage intervention for the laboring women had an empirical evidence on improving perception of childbirth experience and shortening length of labor. These results should be interpreted with caution due to the lack of studies. More full-scale randomized clinical trials with reliable designs are recommended to further warrant the effectiveness of massage.

This research dealt with the methodological procedures of ubiquitous sensor networks, applying to urban ground facilities. Recently Korean government established a guide, "u-City IT Infra guide v1.0" when promoting u-City implement projects. This guide conceptually included general processes about u-City mainframe in overall, but its guidance could not lead the detailed procedures and methods for specific ground facility. Therefore, this research proposed the details of the procedure for the intelligence of facilities after reviewing the existing procedures for ubiquitous city. Newly proposed procedure for the intelligence of facilities was consisted of selection of facility and sensors for intelligence, setting a level for intelligence, and suggestion of service model for the selected facility.

Telematics is spotlighted as the future industry and anticipated the rapid growth. But it is not showing the expected development because of technical and economical blocks. So that there would happen a setback in setting the u-Transportation strategy which is the advanced national transportation system by the year 2020. In this paper, the stat of arts about related technology are introduced, which could give a solution in the technical and economical demerits and design the revitalization in ITS based on Telematics. And also the present application condition in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) which would be the Blue Ocean in the Ubiquitous construction industry is researched and the commercialization scheme is studied.
