Several species classified to the genus Ulva are primarily responsible for causing green tides all over the world. For almost two decades, green tides have been resulted in numerous ecological problems along the eastern coast of Jeju Island, Korea. In order to characterize the species of Ulva responsible for causing the massive blooms on Jeju Island, we conducted DNA barcoding of tufA and rbcL sequences on 183 specimens of Ulva from eight sites on Jeju Island. The concatenated analysis identified five bloom-forming species: U. australis, U. lactuca, U. laetevirens, U. ohnoi and a novel species, U. pseudo-ohnoi sp. nov. Among them, U. australis, U. lactuca, and U. laetevirens caused to the blooms coming mainly from the substratum. U. ohnoi and U. pseudo-ohnoi sp. nov. were causative the free-floating blooms. Four species, except U. australis, are characterized by marginal teeth. A novel species, U. pseudo-ohnoi sp. nov., is clearly diverged from the U. lactuca, U. laetevirens, and U. ohnoi clade in the concatenated maximum likelihood analysis. Accurate species delimitation will contribute to a management of massive Ulva blooms based on this more comprehensive knowledge.

유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경은 기존의 e-비즈니스, m-비즈니스와는 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 이는 u-비즈니스 모델을 개발할 때 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 특성과 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경을 고려해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 패러다임의 핵심인 가치의 공동 창출 경험에 초점을 맞춘 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크를 제시했다. 본 논문의 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 8단계로 구성되어 있고 각 단계별 세부 절차를 구체적으로 제시했다. 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임 하에서 성공적인 비즈니스 모델을 발굴하고 수행하고자 하는 기업들에게 본 논문에서 제안한 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 유용한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The concept of ubiquitous is being applied on diverse industry fields as a new growth engine in Korea. With constructing u-City, new services which are called 'ubiquitous services' are developed actively. Even though there are active movement to develop u-service, there is no clear definition of what service can be defined as ubiquitous service. Given that this study proposes a u-service value classification framework focusing on services' characteristics. We conducted experts' group interviews to analyze new operating or developing services whether it can be ubiquitous. Study results show that some services are hard to be defined as u-service, so this study offers possible improvement alternative. The u-service value classification which offers clear definition of u-service can be used for the practitioners offering measurement framework of u-service level.

본 연구에서는 U-City 전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 U-City산업을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 U-City산업의 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 고용 및 취업유발계수, 영향력계수, 감응력 계수를 도출하였다. 이러한 계수들을 통해 U-City 산업의 전반적 특성과 파급효과를 확인하였다. U-City 산업은 전 산업 평균에 비해 부가가치유발효과, 고용유발효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 전방연쇄효과가 큰 산업이라는 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 U-City산업에 대한 합리적 정의와 다양한 파급효과를 도출하여 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

최근 u-City에 대한 각급 정부의 관심이 증대되고 있으며, 신도시 및 도시재개발에 있어서 u-City를 표방하고 있다. 그러나 근본적으로 u-City의 공간개념이나 공간계획에 대한 고민이 미흡한 가운데 단순히 첨단기술의 집합체로써 u-City에 대한 계획 및 건설이 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 u-City를 단순히 첨단기술의 집합체로써만이 아닌 시민의 생활을 담아내는 공간이며 기초적 도시의 환경으로써 정의하고, u-City에 대한 관점과 최근 동향을 검토하였다. 이를 기초로, 본 연구는 바람직한 u-City 건설을 위한 공간계획적 접근 방안으로써 계획단계, 건설단계, 관리운영단계를 제시하고, 끝으로 각 단계 및 공간위계에서 필요로 되는 구성주체의 역할을 제시하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 도시의 시공간 변화를 분석할 수 있는 시스템 다이내믹스 모형(System Dynamics Model)을 구현하고, SD 모형을 기반으로 부산시 U-City 계획에의 적용가능성을 모색하여 올바른 U-City계획 수립의 정책방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 U-City 이슈와 관련된 다양한 선행연구를 검토하여 이전연구와의 차별성을 도모하였다. 그리고 도시의 시계열적 변화를 모의할 수 있는 SD 모형을 설계 및 구현하여 부산광역시를 대상으로 사례분석을 수행하였다. 마지막으로 U-City 계획측면에서 사례분석을 통해 도출된 문제점을 해소할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시하였다. 결론적인 U-City 계획의 정책방향으로 U-City 기술과 산업을 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 모델의 제시 필요성, 구도시와 신도시를 연계 통합할 수 있는 U-City 모델 구축과 사회 및 인구구조의 변화를 반영한 실효성 있는 U-City 서비스 모델 발굴 등을 들 수 있다.

Si-rich-layer-coated U-7 wt%Mo plates were prepared in order to evaluate the diffusion barrier performance of the Si-rich layer in U-Mo vs. Al interdiffusion. Pure Si powder was used for coating the U-Mo plates by annealing at $900^{\circ}C$ for 1 h under vacuum of approximately 1 Pa. Si-rich layers containing more than 60 at% of Si were formed on U-7 wt%Mo plates. Diffusion couple tests were conducted in a muffle furnace at $560-600^{\circ}C$ under vacuum using Si-rich-layer-coated U-Mo plates and pure Al plates. Diffusion couple tests using uncoated U-Mo plates and Al-(0, 2 or 5 wt%)Si plates were also conducted for comparison. Si-rich-layer coatings were more effective in suppressing the interaction during diffusion couple tests between coated U-Mo plate and Al, when compared with U-Mo vs. Al-Si diffusion couples, since only small amounts of Al in the coating could be found after the diffusion couple tests. Si-rich-layer-coated U-7wt%Mo particles were also prepared using the same technique for U-7 wt%Mo plates to observe the microsturctures of the coated particles.

u-Healthcare 활성화의 필요성이 꾸준히 제시되어 왔으나, 아직까지 이해자들의 공감대를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 개념정립 및 분류체계가 미비한 실정이다. 새로운 서비스 영역인 u-Healthcare 분야 산업 발전을 위해서는 정책적 전략과 제도적 정비 등의 기반조성이 필요하며, 이에 앞서 명확한 개념 정의와 영역 범주화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous computing 속성에 대한 이해를 통해 u-Health 환경과 u-Healthcare를 정의하며, 보건의료적 접근에 의한 분류를 통해 보건의료서비스에의 적용가능 분야를 제시하고자 한다.
