Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages.

The market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. But the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations and it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. We emphasize that 4PL(Fourth party Logistics) is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages. At the end, we verify the u-4PL air cargo logistics system by simulation tool.

Die vorliegende Arbeit setzte sich zum Ziel, deutsche verbale Phraseolexeme(vPL) auf der Grundlage einer Mehrebenenbeschreibung syntaktisch sowie semantisch zu untersuchen. Dabei $st\"{u}tzten$ wir uns vor allem auf die Valenz- und Kasustheorie sowie das 6-Stufen-Modell von G. Helbig(1983) und das Mehrebenenmodell $f\"{u}r$ vPL von B. Wotjak(1992), das seinerseits vom methodischen Ansatz her in engem Zusammenhang zu dem Beschreibungsansatz steht. Aber Wir modifizierten teilweise das Modell yon B. Wotjak(1992) und stellten einige vPL exemplarisch dar. Dieser Untersuchung lag eine verbozentrische Auffassung des Satzes zugrunde: Das Verb bildet das organisierende Zentrum des Satzes und ist fur die Grundstruktur des Satzes verantwortlich. Das Verb als $Valenztr\"{a}ger\;er\"{o}ffnet$ um sich herum bestimmte Leerstellen, deren Zahl und Art letztlich von der Verbbedeutung her determiniert sind. Auch vPL kann als $Valenztr\"{a}ger$ - wie das Verb - das strukturelle Zentrum des Satzes darstellen, d.h. vPL bildet als Ganzes das $Pr\"{a}dikat$, das wendungsextern eine bestimmte Zahl von Leerstellen $er\"{o}ffnet$ und determiniert im Satz mit seinen $inh\"{a}renten$ semantischen Merkmalen seine semantische und syntaktische Umgebung. Bei der Analyse von vPL gingen wir von der Auffassung von B. Wotjak aus, $da\ss$ Modelle zur Beschreibung von Verben prinzipiell auch auf die Beschreibung von verbalen PL anwendbar sind. In dieser Untersuchung verwendeten wir - in Anlehnung an B. Wotjak(1996:4f.) - den Terminus 'Phraseologismus' als Oberbegriff, der a) Kollokationen, $b)\;Funktionsverbgef\"{u}ge\;(FVG)$, c) Wortidiome (wortwertige idiomatische Redewendungen oder Phraseolexeme), d) Satzidiome(satzwertige idiomatische Redewendungen bzw. kommunikative Formeln/ Routineformeln), e) $Sprichw\"{o}rter\;umfa{\ss}t$. Wir $beschr\"{a}nkten$ uns den Gegenstand unserer Untersuchung auf verbale Phraseolexeme(vPL), d.h. wie oben genannte Wortidiome. VPL lassen sich $prim\"{a}r$ in bezug auf das wendungsexterne ($\"{a}u{\ss}ere$) Aktantenpotential(PLe) und $sekund\"{a}r$ in bezug auf die interne Kom­ponentenstruktur des PL(PLi) klassifizieren. Unsere Studie soil nicht nur Hintergrundwissen $f\"{u}r$ Lexikonein­tragungen vertiefen helfen, sondern auch $f\"{u}r$ den Fremdsprachen­unterricht von Nutzen sein.

This paper's object is to study the Advanced Foreign's Third Party Logistics Trend & View at Global Logistics Times. So, I analysed the Advanced Foreign U.S. & EU and the results are as follows: First, a growth in the number of outsourcing relationships has contributed to the development of more flexible organizations, based on core competencies and mutually beneficial longer-term relationships. So, the development of logistics relationships has brought mixed results. Across many industries, logistics outsourcing is a rapidly expanding source of cost savings, competitive advantage, and customer service improvements. Thus, it appears that Third Party Logistics(TPL) concepts could be useful in meeting the goals of the 1ogistics function. Second, the field of logistics and supply chain management is becoming strategically important. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly complex because of the rapid advances in management methods, e-commerce, technology, and enabling information systems. However, Third Party Logistics provider, many a times, lack broad set of skills, integrating technologies, strategies and global reach. So, Fourth Party Logistics(4PL) is the next significant evolution in supply chain outsourcing. 4PL delivers a comprehensive supply chain solution, and delivers value through the ability to impact the entire supply chain. The 4PL industry is likely to grow as more companies use e-commerce at Global Logistics Times.

Adsorption of the pesticides (phosphamidon, fenitrothion, triadimefon and diniconazole) in natural zeolite (CL $I_{N}$) and several synthetic zeolites was incestigated. The pesticides were not adsorbed on zeolites (Na-Pl, SOD, ANA, JBW and CAN) synthesized from Jeju scoria. The distribution coefficient ( $K_{D}$) and the Freundlich constant ( $K_{F}$) decreased in the following sequences. FC $C_{W}$ (waste catalytic cracking catalyst)>FA $U_{F}$ (FAU Synthesized from coal fly ash)>(FAU+Na-Pl)$_{SF}$ (the mixture of FAU and Na-Pl synthesized from the ratio of Jeju scoria 6 to coal fly ash 4 by weight)>CL $I_{N}$ among the zeolites; diniconazole>fenitrothion> triadimefon>phosphamidon. As the temperature was increased, the amount of pesticide adsorbed per unit mass of zeolite increased for FC $C_{W}$, FA $U_{F}$ and (FAU+Na-Pl)$_{SF}$ but it decreased for CL $I_{N}$, for all the pesticides used in this study. It was independent of pH for phosphamidon, fenitrothion and triadimefon, but decresed as pH was increased for all the zeolites used in this study.y.udy.y.y.y.y.y.y.

이 글의 목적은 독일어 신체어휘 관련 관용구들 가운데 ${\lceil}$Duden Band 11${\rfloor}$에 수록된 108개의 $\lceil$손$\rfloor$ 관련 관용구를 대상으로 이들의 형태$\cdot$통사구조를 파악하고, 그들을 모형화하는 것이다. 우리는 연구 대상을 문장에서 결합가 보유어로서 술어의 기능을 하는 관용구에 한정했다. 우리는 $\lceil$손$\rfloor$ 관련 관용구를 보충어의 수와 형태에 따라 크게 세 가지 부류, 즉 1가, 2가, 3가의 관용구로 구분하였다 보충어의 형태는 명사구(Sn, Sd, Sa)와 전치사구(pS)에 한정했으며 문장형태의 보충어, 예를 들어 부문장(NS)과 부정사문(Inf) 형태는 고려하지 않았다. 이들이 보충어로 간주될 수 있는지의 여부는 아직 더 많은 연구를 필요로 하기 때문에 다음 과제로 남겨두었다. 일차적으로 외적 결합가($\"{a}u{\beta}ere\;Valenz)$에 따라, 이차적으로는 내적 결합가(innere Valenz)에 따라 108개의 $\lceil$손$\rfloor$ 관련 관용구를 분석한 결과 우리는 다음과 같은 형태$\cdot$통사적 문형을 얻을 수 있었다. $\cdot$ 1가 동사 관용구: 1) PL-Sn : (1) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn (2) PL(VPL - pS) - Sn (3) PL[VPL - Sa - pS] - Sn (4) PL[VPL - pS - pS] - Sn Sondergruppen: PL[VPL - Sa - Inf] - Sn PL[VPL - pS - Inf] - Sn 2) PL - Sd: (1) PL[VPL - Sn] - Sd (2) PL[VPL - Sn(es) - pS] - Sd $\cdot$ 2가 동사 관용구1) PL - Sn - Sd: (1) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn - Sd (2) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - Sd (3) PL[VPL - Sa - pS) - Sn - Sd 2) PL - Sn - pS: (1) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn - pS (2) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - pS (3) PL(VPL - Sa - pS) - Sn - pS 3) PL[VPL - pS) - Sn -Sa $\cdot$ 3가 동사 관용구: (1) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - Sd - Sa (2) PL[VPL - pS] - Sn - Sa - pS (3) PL[VPL - Sa] - Sn - Sd - pS 이러한 분류가 보여주듯이, 독일어에는 1가, 2가, 3가의 관용구가 있으며, 구조 외적으로 동일한 통사적 결합가를 갖는다 하더라도 구조 내적 성분구조가 다르다는 것을 알 수 있다. 우리는 이 글이 외국어로서의 독일어를 배우는 이들에게 독일어의 관용구를 보다 올바르게 이해할 수 있는 방법론적인 토대를 제공함은 물론, (관용어) 사전에서 외국인 학습자를 고려하여 관용구를 알기 쉽게 기술하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있기를 바란다.

In this article, we present the effects of Ag doping and after-growth thermal annealing on the photoluminescence (PL) and thermoluminescence (TL) behaviors of $SnO_2$ nanoparticles. $SnO_2$ nanoparticles of 4-7 nm size range containing different Ag contents were synthesized by hydrothermal process. It has been observed that the after-growth thermal annealing process enhances the crystallite size and stabilizes the TL emissions of $SnO_2$ nanostructures. Incorporated Ag probably occupies the interstitial sites of the $SnO_2$ lattice, affecting drastically their emission behaviors on thermal annealing. Both the TL response and dose-linearity of the $SnO_2$ nanoparticles improve on 1.0% Ag doping, and subsequent thermal annealing. However, a higher Ag content causes the formation of Ag clusters, reducing both the TL and PL responses of the nanoparticles.

Room-temperature photoluminescent porous Si has been formed by etching Si wafer u-ith the solution of $HF:HNO_{3}: H_{2}O$=l : 5 : 10. We have observed photoluminescence(PL) spectra similar to those reported recently for porous-Si films formed by anodic etching with HF solutions. We have also investigated the dependence of PI, spectra on the etching time which was varied from 1 to 10 minutes. We found that 5-minute etching gave us the strongest PL intensity. We also found by atomic force microscopy( AFM) measurements that the surface fearure size became smaller for longer etching time and the average feature size of the etched Si wafer for 5-minute was about 1, 500~2, 000$\AA$. This indicates that the surface feature of the etched porous Si affects the PL intensity of the sample.
