AHP를 이용한 미래유망기술 투자의 우선순위 설정 - 농촌개발 및 자원분야를 중심으로 - (Priority Setting for Future Core Technologies using the AHP - With Major Fields in Rural Development and Resources -)

  • The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in rural development and resources using AHP. The technologies were derived by Delphi method. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'market oriented', and 'public concerns' by council. The future core technologies were divided as four groups by importance and R&D level. Technologies in upper two groups were considered in the study. Group I had high importance and high R&D level. Group II had high importance and lower R&D level. Questionnaires were given to 9 specialists in agricultural resources. As the results, 'public concerns' was decided as a most important evaluation criterion. The most important technologies are "technology developing for animal feces and urine treatment, and restoration it to farm land" in group I, and "technology developing for agricultural by-products as energy source" in group II.

Field Bus로서의 BITBUS Network에 대한 성능 연구 (A Study on the Performance of BITBUS Network as a Field Bus)

  • With the increasing complexity of cabling at sensory level in process control and manufacturing automation, field buses were introduced to replace the traditional point to point links from each sensor or acruator to its controlling equipments by a single link on which all information is transmitted seriall and multiplexed in time. In this papr, we introduce the BITBUS network as a field bus. For the service discipline of the BITBUS network, two service strategies are proposed to obtain the performance of the network. They are the equal priority cyclic service strategy and the non-equal priority cyclic service strategy. The former assigns equal priority to each node for polling and the latter assumes non-equal priority. The BITBUS network was modeled as a cyclic queueing model and it is analyzed by two methods: the Kuehn's and the Boxma's. Computer simulation was also done for the cyclic queueing model and simulation results were compared with those. Under mathematically non-analyzable environment, only the computer simulation was done. From the simulation result, in order to meet the response time requirement of 5 msec imposed by International Electrotechnical Commission when each node has the average traffic of 5000 messages/sec in manufacturing automation the number of slave nodes should be smaller than 10 at the transmission rate of 2.5 Mbps.

  • Cognitive Radio(CR) is the technology that allocates the frequency by using dynamic spectrum access. We proposed a model to calculate the optimal level of the cognitive radiotelegraph, where secondary users opportunistically share the spectrum with primary users through the spectrum sensing. When secondary user with cognitive radio detects the arrival of a primary user in its current channel, the secondary user moves to the idle channel or be placed in the virtual queue. We assume that the primary users have finite buffers and the population of secondary users is finite. Using a two-dimensional Makov model with preemptive priority queueing, we could derive the blocking and waiting probability as well as the optimal level of cognitive radiotelegraph under a various range of parameter circumstances.

뇌졸중 환자의 가정간호요구 (Need Assessment for Home Nursing of Stroke Patients)

  • Since patients with strokes occupy a high priority among patients for home nursing, the development of guidelines for such nursing is required and the needs of these patients should be reflected in the guidelines. Therefore, this study was done to identify the content and levels of home nursing for patients with strokes and to utilize the data in developing the most effective home nursing guidelines for these patients. The level of A, D. L. and the ability to control upper extremities were measured, and through a questionnaire. the needs for home nursing and related variables were also evaluated. The subjects for the study were 121 patients, 58 inpatients and 63 home care patients who had had a Stroke. Data collection was done from September 1996 to January 1997. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SPSS /PC, and the results are as follows : 1. Home nursing need of inpatients The priority order of home nursing needs for inpatients was : "Training in emergency treatments and how to cope with a stroke"(2.28+1.06), next, "Explanation of diets as limited or recommended", and last, "Nursing care for sleeping Problems". 2. Home nursing need home of patients The priority order of home nursing needs for home patients was : "Care for the paralyzed side" (2, 89+.34), next, "Maintenance of right posture and how to change position" (2.87+.34), and last, "Counseling on sex". 3. Comparison of the levels of home nursing needs between in patients and home patients The results of analyses of home nursing needs according to causes were grouped into seven categories : and t-tests of the seven categories showed significant differences between the two groups in all categories, that is, the level of home nursing needs were significantly higher for home patients than for inpatients in all categories of home nursing. 4. Level of home nursing needs by characteristics The variables that have affected the level of home nursing needs for these patients were sex, profession, level of education, accompanying diseases, paralyzed position. A.D.L. levels and ability levels in coordinating upper extremities. There variables, displayed a reverse correlation with the level of home nursing needs, and the degree of correlation was high. In conclusion, the above results, show there were differences in the priority order of home nursing needs between inpatients and home patients : but the content of home nursing needs wanted by these patients was similar. Meanwhile, the levels of demand for home nursing was exceptionally higher on the part of home patients than inpatients. Although it is realized that nursing guidelines for home nursing needs in all items need to be developed, there is also a necessity to guidelines in accordance with priority orders, and with consideration of the factors that affect the level of home nursing needs. of the factors that affect the level of home nursing needs.

네트워크 분석적 의사결정방법(ANP)을 이용한 서울시 한강르네상스 정책의 전략적 관리방안 (Strategic Management of the Policy for Seoul City's Hangang Renaissance)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 한강르네상스 정책이 나가야 할 방향과 전략적 관리 방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구방법으로는 첫째, 정책단계별 수준선정을, 둘째, 수준별 중요도를 측정하고, 셋째, 이상의 결과를 네트워크 분석적 의사결정모형을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 한강 르네상스 개발계획의 기조인 회복, 창조의 중요도는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, 제2단계 정책수준에서는 도시공간 재편, 자연성 회복, 이용성 증진 순으로 정책의 중요성을 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 제3단계 정책수준에서는 테마가 있는 한강공원 조성, 한강 중심의 도시공간구조 개편, 한강 중심의 Eco-Network 구축 등의 순서로 중요도를 보였다. 특히, 제3수준의 세부계획인 4정책수준의 중요도는 도시공간재편의 경우 수변도시의 유형별 개발 및 토지이용 다양화, 워터프런트 타운 조성의 경우 수변공간을 공공 및 복합용도로 활용, 그리고 한강변 경관개선의 경우 건축물의 종합적인 관리방안 수립, 테마가 있는 한강공원 조성은 통합디자인 계획 등이 주요 정책지표로 부각되었다. 중요도 분석결과를 통해 향후 한강르네상스 프로젝트의 전략적 정책 방향은 통합디자인 계획을 통한 테마가 있는 한강공원 조성과 함께 도시공간구조를 재편하는 정책을 선도적으로 추진하면서 다른 정책계획들과 연계성을 확보해 나가야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영역기반 초저속 부호화를 위한 인간 시각 체계에 기반한 계층적 영상 분할 (Hierarchical Image Segmentation Based on HVS Characteristic for Region-Based Very Low Bit Rate Coding)

  • 본 논문에서는 인간 시각 체계에 기반하여 주관적 화질의 열화없이 전송 정보량을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있고, 또한 전송 정보량을 조절할 수 있는 영역기반 초적속 부호화에 적합한 새로운 계층적 영상 분할 알고리즘을 제한한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 각 단계에서 수리 형태학에 기반한 영상 분할과 인간 시각 체계를 고려한 영역 볍합 고조로 이루어져 있다. 영상분할은 3단계의 계층적 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 영역 병합은 각 단계에서 인간 시각 체계에 기반하여 인간 시각이 구분할 수 없는 두 인접 영역의 쌍들을 추출한 후 영역 병합을 수행한다. 이때 인간 시각 체계에 기반하여 병합할 영역을 추출하고 제안한 병합을 우선 순위 함수에 의한 병합 우선 순위에 따른 영역 볍합ㅇ르 차례로 수행하여 영역의 수를 효과적으로 줄임으로써 영역기반 초저속 부호화시 과다한 윤곽선 정보로 인한 병목현상을 개선할 수 있다. 그리고 각 단계에서의 영역 병합시 정보량 조절 요소 값에 따라 전송 정보량을 조절할 수 있어 기존의 방법보다 유연한 분할 구조를 나타낸다. 실험을 통하여 제안한 방법은 기존의 방법보다 PSNR 및 주관적 화질은 유사하나, 전송할 윤곽선 정보는 상당히 줄일 수 있어 영역기반 초적속 부호화를 위한 효율적 영상 분할 알고리즘임을 알 수 있다.

  • The study focused on setting priority among the future core technologies that were derived by Delphi in agricultural management & information using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Items for setting priority were decided as ‘technology’, ‘market’, and ‘public concerns’by council. The future core technologies were divided into four parts by importance and R&D level. Technologies which consisted of upper two parts having higher importance were considered in the study. Questionnaires were given to 9 specialists in biosystems engineering. As the results, ‘market’ was decided as a most important item. The most important technologies were ‘Developing technology and system of post harvest processing for higher quality rice’ in group I, and ‘Developing sensor technology to evaluate quality and safety for agricultural products’ in group II.

  • 교량구조물은 설계당시에 설계기준에서 요구하는 구조적 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 설계 및 가설된다. 그러나 시간이 지날수록 중차량이나 교통환경변화 등 여러 원인에 의해 손상을 받게되고 문제가 있는 교량은 결국에는 교체 또는 개선이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존 연구자료를 검토하여 교량의 유지관리조치를 수행하기 위한 의사결정과정에 영향을 미치는 인자를 파악하였고, 이를 이용하여 우선순위 산정 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

국민임대주택 주거환경 개선을 위한 친환경사업의 타당성 분석 - 광주광역시를 대상으로 - (Feasibility Study on Environment-friendly Project to Improve Habitability in National Rental Apartment - focused on Gwangju City -)

  • In case of national rental apartment, habitability is generally evaluated low comparing with typical apartments. So, researches and investment are required to increase the residential environment. In this point of view, present study aims to suggest the basic data for improvement of homeless masses' dwelling level through economic feasibility analysis. Firstly national rental apartment, which habitability is considered to be low in the point of environment-friendly, welfare, and convenience, is chosen as objective. Secondly environment-friendly project items including project flow were set up, and then basic model was formed to evaluate economic feasibility through priority survey to residents. In result, priority for two items among six different proposals were higher than the others. This result could be useful when trying to increase the dwelling level of national rental apartment being planned to construct in future.

최적화 기법을 이용한 에너지 효율 프로그램의 지원금 수준 산정 (Estimation of Rebate Level for Energy Efficiency Programs Using Optimization Technique)

  • This paper presents the evaluation procedures and the estimation method for the estimation of optimal rebate level for EE(Energy Efficiency) programs. The penetration amount of each appliance is estimated by applying price function to preferred diffusion model resulted from model compatibility test. To estimate the optimal rebate level, two objective functions which express the maximum energy saving and operation benefit are introduced and by multi-objective function which can simultaneously consider two objective functions the optimal rebate level of each appliance is estimated. And then, using the decided rebate level and each penetration amount, the priority order for reasonable investment of each high-efficiency appliance is estimated compared to the results of conventional method. Finally, using a benefit/cost analysis based on California standard practice manual, the economic analysis is implemented for the four perspectives such as participant, ratepayer impact measure, program administrator cost and total resource cost.
