There are a lot of effort to improve medical service quality and medical trust in Korean Medicine. However, in spite of importance of personalized medicine, there are still few research about it. Thus, the purpose of this study is to grope ways to improve medical service quality and medical trust by sympathy module group and personalized trust. People over 19 were participated in investigation. We divided respondents into 4 groups depending on sympathy module group and 2 groups depending on speed of trust. Questionnaire was consisted of questions about sympathy module group, speed of trust, medical service quality, medical trust, satisfaction and happiness. This questionnaires were conducted through personal interviews. Total 220 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. Rational type had the highest proportion. At Medical service quality scale, Prevention focus group had most highest figure on Confidence. Promotion focus group and Rational Group had most highest figure on Sympathy. At Medical trust scale, Medical team had the highest proportion at all group. Prevention focus group put more emphasis on sense of sanitation, At Satisfaction and Happiness scale, Satisfaction and Happiness was most affected by Trust in Sincerity and Ability. This study can be very useful for composing kit of treatment of personalized medicine. But this study has also some limits such as respondent selection, disease selection etc. So, more detailed and comprehensive survey is needed.
Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between professor trust and learning flow in allied health students and to provide the basic data for the improvement of curriculum and teaching method. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 263 allied health students. The questionnaire consisted of 27 questions of professor trust by Likert 5 scale and 29 questions of learning flow by Likert 6 scale. Cronbach's alpha in this study was 0.97 in professor trust, 0.96 in learning flow. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and stepwise multiple regressions. Results: The score was 3.72 in professor trust and 3.46 in learning flow. There were positive correlations between learning flow and professor trust including intimacy, professional, teaching skills and leadership. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that learning flow was related with professor trust. Conclusions: The learning flow depends on professor trust. Based on the research, improvement directions that put strong emphasis on low section of professor trust and learning flow must be placed.
Objective : This study was designed to health-Care services recognition comparison of patient between Korean Medicine 00 Hospital and Seoul 00 Health Center. Methods : 277 subjects were participated in this study. After a treatment, we analyzed a patient type by using a questionnaire. After all treatment, we conducted a survey about Medical Trust Scale, Medical Happiness Index Scale, Service Quality Scale. To evaluate a satisfaction degree, we analyzed results of survey statistically. Results : The results of the analysis, Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group got a higher score than Seoul 00 Health Center group statistical significantly on Medical Trust Scale, Medical Happiness Index Scale, Service Quality Scale. Conclusion : Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group got a higher score than Seoul 00 Health Center group. It was more effective in Korean Medicine 00 Hospital group than Seoul 00 Health Center group.
This study examines the formation and change of relational trust among Korean adolescents using indigenous psychological perspective. Among adolescents, we examine the basis of trust of their parents, friends and teacher and also their trust in people and institutions. A total of 968 adolescents (227 elementary, 284 middle school, 213 high school, and 244 university students) completed a questionnaire that contains the Relational Trust Scale developed by Kim and Park (2004a), Generalized Trust Scale developed by Yamagishi (1998) and a scale measuring trust of people and institutions (Kim, Helgesen & Ahn, 2002). The results are as follows. First, adolescents trust their parents due to their sacrifice, followed by their counsel and advice, dependability, consanguinity and respects. They trust their teachers due to their counsel and advice, followed by respect, sacrifice, and mutual trust. They trust their friends due to their advice, followed by empathy, mutual trust, dependability, friendship and sacrifice. Second, trust of their parents are highest among the elementary school students and lowest for the middle school students and lower for older age groups. The trust in teachers are highest among the elementary school students and lowest among the middle school and university students. In contrast, trust in friends increase from elementary school students to older age groups. Third, among trust in people and institutions, they are highest for parents and family and lowest for politicians and political parties. Except for trust in friends, trust of significant others and institutions (family, teachers, neighbors, company executives and politicians) is highest among the youngest age group and it decreases with older age group. Fourth, Yamagishi's generalized trust was highest among the older age groups (high school and university students). The patterns of results for relational trust and generalized trust is different and it points to the importance of understanding trust from the indigenous psychological perspective.
Lack of trust is major reason for many company to take a cautions stance towards business-to-business electronic commerce. Especially innovative business models such as online business-to-business marketplaces face the lack of not only having to give their members and partners faith own capabilities and reliability, but also to ensure that the respective parties interacting through them have trust in each other. This paper is empirical study on the trust factors affecting the repurchase intentions in a B2B e-Marketplace by survey instrument based on Likert-style 5 point measurement scale. The objective of this paper is evaluation of relationship between repurchase intentions and trust. The focus of this paper is the antecedents and consequences of buyer trust in a B2B e-Marketplace, not trust intermediaries or in third parties that might mediate between the buyer and e-Marketplace. The findings of this study are expected to increase the awareness of B2B e-Commerce adopter and implementers about the importance of trust in e-commerce participation.

This descriptive study was conducted to investigate the relationship between clinical learning environment, professor trust, and academic engagement in nursing students. The findings of the study provide the basis for nursing education improvement related to academic engagement in nursing students. Data were collected from 120 nursing students at a university. Measurement parameters consisted of clinical learning environment (CLE, Clinical Learning Environment) 19 items, professor trust (PTS, Professor Trust Scale) 27 items, and academic engagement (UWES-S, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Students) 13 items. The general characteristics of respondents were as follows: average age 21.91 years, females 87.4%, third grade 50.5%, fourth grade 49.5%, and an academic score just before the semester of high 16.2%, middle high 35.1%, middle low 36.9%, or low 11.5%. Academic engagement showed a statistically significant correlation between clinical learning environment and professor trust. Regression analysis showed that clinical learning environment (CLE), professor trust (PTS), and academic score just before the semester affected academic engagement. Results of this study suggest that clinical learning environment should be improved, and professor's efforts to give students credibility should be followed for academic engagement of nursing students.
In this study, the relationship between trust and purchase intention, which is an outcome variable, was empirically verified by discovering the trust-forming factors of anti-aging products and developing measurement variables. In addition to the existing trust-forming factors such as perceived quality, perceived reputation, brand recognition, and customization, a newly discovered factor is 'accredited certification'. Since the anti-aging industry in Korea is an industry that directly affects consumer health, it was determined that the existing trust-forming factors had limitations in building consumer trust, and a new measure was discovered. This study conducted a survey on anti-aging product consumers and analyzed the solidity and relationship of the questions. As a result of the analysis, it was found that perceived quality, brand recognition, customization, and accredited certification among the anti-aging product trust-forming factors had a positive (+) effect on trust, and perceived reputation had a negative (-) effect on trust. appeared to affect It was found that there was a positive (+) effect between trust and purchase intention, which are the trailing variables. This study proved the meaningful relationship between trust-forming factors and trust by strategically developing and empirically and practically examining meaningful and effective trust-forming factors and measurement items. At the same time, this study is expected to significantly contribute to the establishment of marketing strategies related to anti-aging products in the future by discovering key factors for forming trust that are important for marketing in the anti-aging industry.

Background: Trust is a key component for the good relationship between patients and healthcare professionals but trust for community pharmacists has not been studied much. Objectives: This study aimed to measure public trust in community pharmacists and to investigate variables that affect trust level in South Korea. Methods: A total of 25 questions, including 13-items for three dimensions of trust (pharmacists' behavior/attitude, technical competence, communication skills) and 1-item for overall trust were developed. The survey was conducted online and the data from 416 respondents were analyzed with a t-test, an ANOVA and a multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The average scores (mean ± standard deviation) for the three dimensions of trust in community pharmacists were 3.47±1.05 (out of 5 points) for pharmacists' behavior/attitude, 3.67 ± 0.99 for technical competence, and 3.66±0.99 for communication skills. The average of the 13 items incorporating all parameters was 3.56±1.02 and the overall trust level was 7.16±1.62 (out of 10 points). The total sum of the 13 items differed significantly by age group (p=0.02) and frequency of pharmacy visits (p=0.04). Each dimension had an independent impact on the trust level, and pharmacists' behavior/attitude had the greatest impact on trust levels. Conclusions: This study showed that pharmacists' behavior/attitude had the most significant impact on the trust level. However, the level of trust in pharmacists' behavior/attitude is not yet sufficiently satisfactory, and further improvements are required to increase trust in community pharmacists.
Trust is an essential factor in human relations, as it enables man to accept and also disclose self. Today's health care demands nursing personnel with high level of trust . This study was designed and carried out in May through June, 1976 to measure the level of trust on nurses through the trust scale of Nurses (75- N) made by Kenneth et al. and the Parent Inventory made by Rake and to provide data for management of nursing personnel. 150 junior nursing students, 164 professional nurses from 5 universities and their medical centers and 55 nurse- educators from 8 baccalaureate nursing programs in Seoul were randomly sampled. Results are as follows : 1. The rank order of the level of trust revealed that nurse educators the highest and nursing students the lowest. 2. The level of trust revealed to be influenced by the relationship with parents at the early stages of life ; Group who appeared to have shared intimacy with their parents were the highest. 3. Factors such as ; number of siblings and birth order among them, religious affiliation, parental presence revealed to have had no influence on the level of trust in all three group. 4. No significant difference were revealed between the group who had put their names down on the questionnaire and the others. 5. Clinical specialities of practice revealed to have no signigicant influence on trust in nurses. 6. Marital status revealed to have significant influence : in nurses and nurse- educators, the mastered re vented to have significantly higher level of trust. (difference by Recommendations : 1.
