중소벤처기업의 품질경영활동과 조직원 신뢰 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Management Activities and Employee Trusts in Small Venture Companies)

  • 본 연구에서 기존의 품질경영 모형에서 발굴된 모형을 가설로 설정하여 이용한 연구모형으로 커뮤니케이션, 프로세스 경영, 정책 및 제도, 표준화, 조직원 신뢰 그리고 조직원 만족을 연구가설로 채택하여 변수간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 프로세스 경영, 정책 및 제도, 커뮤니케이션, 표준화 등과 같은 품질경영활동은 조직원 신뢰에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치고, 조직원 신뢰는 조직원 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 조직관리를 위한 함축적 의미는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직원들의 조직에 대한 만족을 위해서 상사, 회사, 업무처리, 기록 등과 같은 조직원들의 신뢰 향상의 매우 중요하다. 둘째, 경영 정책 및 제도, 프로세스경영뿐만 아니라 조직원들의 신뢰 향상을 위해서는 조직원, 고객, 쉬운 용어사용 등과 같은 커뮤니케이션 향상과 개선 프로세스, 문제수정, 측정기준 확립과 성과유지를 위한 개선혁신성의 향상이 매우 중요한 것으로 연구 조사되었다.

병원행정직원의 조직공정성, 조직신뢰와 조직시민행동의 관계 -병원 규모의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Organizational Justice, Organizational Trust, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hospital Office Workers, Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Hospital Scales)

  • Objectives : This study examines the voluntary participation of the members of an organization who maintain cordial and friendly relationships with their colleagues, so that the human resources department within a hospital can be used efficiently. Methods : A total of 600 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 524 copies were returned (88%). Of these, 518 copies were used to verify statistic results using IBM SPSS and AMOS Ver. 22.0, including factor analysis, path analysis, mediating effects, and moderating effects. Results : The effect of organizational trust on organizational citizenship behavior has shown that OCBI (Interpersonal) is highly affected at large hospitals. However, the effect of organizational trust on OCBO (Organizational) is highly affected at small hospitals. Conclusions : The results of a gap analysis indicated that among the different aspects of organizational justice, distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive effect on organizational trust in small hospitals. The results also revealed that organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in small hospitals are more strongly affected than they are in large hospitals. As a result, job efficiency is improved in smaller hospitals.

정서적 애착을 고려한 전통 의료서비스의 이미지개선 및 신뢰구축 (Image Improvement and Trust Building of Traditional Medical Service Considered Emotional Attachment)

  • Purpose: This study intends to offer strategic implications that can be used in Korean medicine hospitals through analysis of causal relationship among factors focusing on image improvement and trust building. Methods: Differential model was introduced to test causal relationship. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Results: Medical service has effects on image, trust, and CS. CS has an effect on trustworthiness, and trustworthiness has positive effect on loyalty intention and has negative effect on switching intention. Emotional attachment has moderating functions between trust and loyalty intention and between trust and switching intention. Conclusion: This study offers practical implications to relevant managers, at the same time it has limitations that omits relevant study of inducing factor for emotional attachment.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 구전과 보증이 신뢰에 미치는 영향 : 제품평가 용이성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Word-of-Mouth and Assurance on Trust in the Internet Shopping Mall Environments: The Moderation Effect of Ease of Product Evaluation)

  • Purchasing through Internet shopping mall has more uncertainty compared with offline shopping mall. Previous studies have presented that trust plays a role of reducing uncertainty and increasing purchasing intention. In this study, we suggest that third-party assurance and word-of-mouth contribute to the formation of trust. In addition, we also propose that ease of product evaluation plays moderating roles in the relationships between third-party assurance, word-of-mouth and trust. For this study, we collected sample data from two groups consisting of online shoppers purchasing the search goods and experience goods categorized by type of ease of product evaluation. Empirical results show that word-of-mouth and third-party assurance have different effects on trust in two groups. The third-party assurance has a stronger impact on trust in online shopping group of the search goods than in the experience goods, while word-of-mouth in the online community has a stronger impact on trust in online shopping group of the experience goods than in the search goods. We expect that this result will provide researchers and managers who are interested in trust formation factors in online shopping mall with useful theoretical and practical implications.

  • This study was aimed to demonstrate how the analysis of the impact on confidence in the safety-conscious organizations target the clothing distribution center employees and organizational commitment. Safety awareness of employees of the clothing distribution center safety rules, safety education, road safety interests, divided into risk handling and trusted organization with the emotional trust and cognitive trust, organizational commitment was divided into affective, cognitive and normative commitment. Data collection was surveyed 185 people clothing distribution center workers, tested the hypothesis through regression analysis. The results are safety conscious exerts a positive effect on organizational trust, organizational trust was found to have a positive impact on organizational commitment.

Dynamic Cloud Resource Reservation Model Based on Trust

  • Aiming at the problem of service reliability in resource reservation in cloud computing environments, a model of dynamic cloud resource reservation based on trust is proposed. A domain-specific cloud management architecture is designed in which resources are divided into different management domains according to the types of service for easier management. A dynamic resource reservation mechanism (DRRM) is used to test users' reservation requests and reserve resources for users. According to user preference, several resources are chosen to be candidate resources by fuzzy cluster analysis. The fuzzy evaluation method and a two-way trust evaluation mechanism are adopted to improve the availability and credibility of the model. An analysis and simulation experiments show that this model can increase the flexibility of resource reservation and improve user satisfaction.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of attributes of personal media content and influencers on the cognitive and emotional trust of platform users. In addition, the structural relationships among cognitive trust, emotional trust, viewing commitment, and purchase intention were examined. Design/methodology/approach - For the empirical analysis of the study, a survey was conducted on 192 consumers who have recently experienced using personal media content. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the Structure Equation Model (SEM) were hired in order to analyze the survey data. Findings - Findings of this study are 1) informativeness and expertise had a significant effect on cognitive and emotional trust. However, entertainment had no significant effect on both cognitive and emotional trust; 2) interactivity had a significant effect on emotional trust, but not on cognitive trust; 3) cognitive and emotional trust had a positive effect on the viewing commitment of the content; 4)content users' viewing commitment had a positive effect on their intention to purchase recommended products. Research implications or Originality - The theoretical and practical implications were discussed through the above empirical research results, and the limitations of the study and the direction of follow-up studies were presented.

The Impact of Government Regulations on Consumers Behaviour during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • The purpose of the research is to examine whether government regulation on Covid 19 pandemic has had a significant impact in economic sectors, particularly on consumer behavior. Thus there are three hypotheses, 1) viral marketing has an effect on online trust during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, 2) viral marketing has an effect on impulse buying during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, and 3) Viral marketing has an effect on impulse buying in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era through online trust. To test the hypotheses, questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents, however, only 110 were selected due to incomplete data. There are 3 variables, namely viral marketing, online trust, and impulse buying, where online trust is also a mediating variable. Once the assumption test is completed, the researcher employs path analysis to test the hypotheses. The results are 1) there is an effect of viral marketing on online trust in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, 2) There is no effect of viral marketing on impulse buying in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, and 3) Viral marketing has an effect on impulse buying in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era through online trust. This means online trust succeed in mediating viral marketing-impulse buying relationship. The findings emphasized that the credibility of online trust enforce consumers in making buying decisions.

온라인 커뮤니티의 상호작용성 구성요인이 관계품질과 고객총성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Components of Interactivity on Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment and Loyalty in Online Community)

  • This study was to investigate the structural relationships between component of interactivity, satisfaction, trust, commitment and loyalty in online community. For these purpose, the author developed several hypotheses and collected the data from 241 users of online community. The results was as follows. First, Interactivity had a significantly positive direct effect on satisfaction. Second, Interactivity had a positive indirect effect on trust. Third, Satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on trust and trust had a significantly positive effect on commitment. Finally, Satisfaction and trust had a significantly positive effect on loyalty. At the end of this paper, the managerial and theoretical implications, limitations and further research directions were suggested.

분산 무선 네트워크 환경에서 트러스트 모델 기반의 작업 할당 스케줄링 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (An Analysis on the Scheduling Algorithm of Job Allocation Based on the Trust Model in Wireless Distributed Network)

  • This paper presents a new scheduling scheme in wireless distributed network. To overcome the limited information about unfamiliar mobile nodes and to reduce the required system performance, we propose a scheduling algorithm of job allocation based on the trust model. The suggested scheduler evaluate an unfamiliar mobile node's trust and make reference to the trust value of neighboring scheduler. This scheduling algorithm can avoid malicious or selfish mobile nodes by assigning low trust values. We also present a trust evaluation metric and show the efficiency of suggested scheduling algorithm by performance evaluation.
