서양복식에 나타난 양적과장의 미의식에 관한 연구(I) -고대부터 근대복식을 중심으로- (The Aesthtic Consciousness of Voluminous Enlargement in the Western Costume - From Ancient to the Modern Times -)

  • Opposed to following the contours of the human body, the voluminous enlargement in costume, which characterizes the distinguished enlargement in space rather than the contour of human body, mean the enlargement aspect involving the vertical protrusion and the expansion of shape and volume as well as the extension of length. The costume enlargement as a different method of expression is a symbol showing a meaning of something and an aesthetic expression containing man's will. This voluminous enlargement of costume, as an aesthetic expression, has different formative characteristicsand immanent meanings according to ideals and thoughts as well as social and cultural background of each age Accordingly, the aesthetic consciousness also differaccording to the change of the times. To study the aesthetic consciousness of costume's voluminous enlargement, focous had been given to milieus that show comparatively conspicuous voluminous enlargement Periods that have been subjected to this study include costumes of the ancient Egypt, the Gothic period in the Middle age, the Renaissance, the Baroque Rococo of the recent times, and the modern era (Empire, Romantic, Art Nouveau. etc) With focus given to the principle of design obtained through this study were used to analyze the aesthetic characteristics, Futhermore, based on the spirit of the times and the socio-cultural symbolism, research on immanent meanings, as supported by objectivity and universal validity, was also made, the enlargement beauty of costume had been placed under the aesthetic category and, by interpreting the analogies of presented in aesthetic consciousness, the true nature of the voluminous enlargement in costume had been traced. To Conclude, the aesthetic consciousness of the voluminous enlargement of the costumes in history was found to have following characteristics: (l) Metaphorical (2) Unlooked-for irregularity (3) feeling of satisfaction driven by self-enlargement (4) Dignified sublimity (5) Symbol of wealth and class (6) Ceremonial dignity (7) Tradition of the nobility (8) Aesthetic ornament (9) Ideal contour of the body

패션 컬렉션과 예술에 나타난 허무주의 표현 분석 (Analysis of Expressions on Nietzsche's Nihilism in Fashion Collection & Arts)

  • Based on a concept of Nietzschean nihilism, this study aimed at interpreting the nihilism in arts and its expressions, also analyzing the modern fashion collection from the same angle. The research was centered on arts after 1980, when post-modern formal destruction expanded in earnest and on the fashion collection after the 20th century, easily accessible to data. Particularly, it set 1994 nihilism collection by Alexander McQueen, a representative nihilist fashion designer as a starting point. Nietzsche mentioned that true arts may be achieved when Apollonian characteristics including a bodily sensory system and an idealization process and Dionysian characteristics including every human feeling are integrated. Besides, he emphasized the importance of an artist being represented as an image of ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$. The ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image, reflected in arts and artistic nihilism, represents themes of violence/death, realistic/unrealistic expressions, human body/inhuman aversion materials and the transmutation of a form. Fashion collection expressions, owing to the special characteristic of the show form unlike other arts, were segmented as a realistic ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ image using a model in a theme, expression, material and form. The theme of violence/death was divided into the death of human and a society. Human life/death was expressed as destruction of human weakness and self-identity, sexual objectification and violence, and social death as destruction and conflict of a class, nation, culture and nature. As for the expression, it was divided into the realistic expression of the primitive/natural and directing of an unrealistic atmosphere using a show.

차문화치료 프로그램을 통한 지적장애인의 불안감소 효과 (Anxiety Reduction Effect of Tea-Culture Therapy Program for Mentally Retarded People)

  • 지적장애인들이 성인으로 새로운 환경에 사회적응하기 위해 내재되어 있는 불안을 감소해 줄 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 정서적으로 안정되어있는 차문화의 분위기 속에서 불안을 자연스럽게 감소하여 자신을 이해하고 존중하며 사랑할 수 있게 도와주는 차문화치료 프로그램을 구성하고 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 프로그램 참가를 지원한 P시 지역의 장애인 복지관에 소속된 장애인 1-3등급(사회적응반 소속) 22명(실험군 11명, 대조군 11명)으로 하였다. 연구결과, 실험군의 불안 척도 점수는 사전검사에서 평균 46.82(표준편차 2.32) 였으며, 사후검사에서는 평균 34.55(표준편차 2.98)로 나타나 12.27점이 낮아졌다. 차문화치료 프로그램에 참여한 지적장애인들의 불안 척도 점수는 프로그램 이후 통계적으로 유의하게 감소된 것으로 나타났다.

  • $H_{2n+1}^+$ (n=1~6) cluster들에 대하여 높은 수준의 순 이론적(ab initio) 양자역학적 방법을 사용하여 분자 구조, 진동 주파수(vibrational frequency), 그리고 해리 에너지 등을 계산하였다. 분자구조는 $H^+_g$까지는 TZ2P+ d CCSD(T) 수준에서 그리고 $H_{11}^+$$H_{13}^+$에 대해서는 TZ2P CCSD(T) 수준까지 최적화하였다. 진동 주파수는 여러 basis set에서 SCF 방법으로 계산하였으며, 본 연구에서 최적화된 모든 분자구조들이 local minimum 구조임을 확인하였다. $H_{2n+1}^+$로부터 $H_2$ 의 해리 에너지($D_e$)는 각각의 최적화된 분자구조에서의 에너지 차로부터 계산하였으며, 영점 진동에너지(ZPVE)를 고려하여, 지금까지의 이론 및 실험결과($D_0$)와 비교하였다.

시대와 함께하는 신화 -피그말리온의 귀환- (Myth with the Times -Return of Pygmalion-)

  • 희랍 신화속의 조각가 피그말리온은 미적으로 완벽한 조화를 갖춘 조각상을 완성한 후, 자신이 만든 조각상과 사랑에 빠져 비너스에게 그것을 인간으로 변신시켜 달라고 기도한다. 인간으로 변한 조각상과 그는 결혼한다. 버나드 쇼의 영화 <피그말리온>에서 언어학자 히긴스는 런던 길거리에서 꽃 파는 여인 일라이자를 데려와서 그녀의 말투와 태도를 상류층 여성의 그것으로 바꾸어 놓는다. 히긴스는 신화의 피그말리온과 달리 피조물의 겉모습뿐만 아니라 내면까지도 변화시켜 놓아 그녀는 주체성을 회복한 '신여성'으로 변모한다. 영화 <어글리 트루스>의 애비는 철저한 계획성과 지식을 요구하는 방송국 피디로서 성공한 삶을 살고 있는 것 같지만, 그녀의 삶은 진정한 인간에 대한 이해와 애정을 바탕으로 한 이상적 관계를 부정하고 있다. 애비와는 달리 마이크는 본능과 감성을 매우 중요시 여기는 삶을 살고 있으며 마이크의 이러한 태도는 차가운 조각상 같은 애비를 따뜻한 피가 흐르는 인간으로 서서히 바꾸어 놓는다. 두 편의 영화에서 피그말리온들은 결함이 많은 여성을 외적으로 뿐만 아니라 내적으로도 바꾸어 놓아 그들과의 진정한 소통을 가능하게 하고 있다.

  • Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) is inclined to become popular topics in EE related debates, almost similar to populism, with declaration of UNESCO's Decade OF ESD (DESD). However we can't avoid that development in ESD practically means economic linear progress. Basically UN's declaration is to accomplish worldly task on human civilization, social & environmental problems, including ESSD. ESD is also important means for practicing ESSD, which has proved to be failure since Brutrant Report, owing to uncertain recognition of sustainability which should be something figured out by their surrounding circumstance or the conditions following its community culture, all same around the world. In this circumstance, we need certain identification on ESD globally recognized, no matter with the developing level of economy. But sustainability is usually managed or controlled by economically powered countries, by improving relatively under-development countries's economic conditions for equity. They believe under-development countries's env. problems can't be resolved without securing of economic equity. Under-development countries's economic equity can be come true ? even by another economic super powers. It really means just controlling or management by them. These all controlling process can't secure under-development countries's sustainability. Because it is not something just controlled, characterized as growing up by self-supporting system of ethnic or regional communities. So identification of sustainability in here is , not . Following its identification, we should discuss ESD, and furthermore for real ESD, there is powerful need to change it into ESE (Education for Sustainability & its Economy) to reflect this co-conceptional approach to ESD. And also we need to distinguish the educational contents boundaries among ESD and EE for this. Basically existing EE has been dealing with pollution-oriented or its related social comprehensive subjects, so it seems that EE is not familiar and harmony with ESD contents, however in alternative case I propose in this paper, changing into ESE, it could include almost all of ESD subjects, furthermore practically EE might be same with ESE.

Examination of Implicit Interactivity in Wiki-based Learning in University

  • The arrival of the Web 2.0 age, which is characterized by such key words as participation, sharing and openness, provides a learning environment in which both instructors and students can experience interactivity. In the educational area, we are particularly witnessing a growing interest in the social software like Wiki as one of the communication tools that reflects the characteristics of Web 2.0 and focuses on the interactivity with others. Based on this background, this study aims to examine into the meanings of interactivity inherent in the Wiki-based learning by studying such cases where Wiki is being used as a learning tool. For the purpose of our study, we practiced the Wiki-based learning method on the study subjects of the 17 junior students from U- University and 18 junior students from K- University during their 2009 fall semester teacher training courses. Through a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaires, interviews, Interactivity Measurement Diagram, examinations on the Wiki uses, Daily Self-reflection Records, and any other materials collected throughout the program, we could garner the following results: First, most of the students acknowledged that the use of Wiki was a useful communication means and helped promote their interactivity during their learning activities. Second, the interactivity of the Wiki-based learning was found to be more dynamic in the team-based projects or the community-based Wiki uses than in the instructor-oriented cases. Third, the Wiki-based learning is judged effective in expanding the scope of thinking and improving the learning capabilities through the collaborative knowledge-building process. The educational employment of the social software like Wiki in this web 2.0 age has great potentials for the true establishment of the learner-oriented learning environment, which has long remained at a standstill.

속도경쟁사회에서 여가회복을 위한 성찰 (Recovery of Leisure in Competitive Speed Society)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 무엇이 여가다운 여가인가를 되짚어 보고, 속도경쟁 사회에서 우리에게 진정으로 필요한 여가는 무엇인가에 대한 성찰의 기회를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 주요 여가개념을 분석하여 이 개념 안에 함축된 우리 사회의 가치판단을 읽어내고, 여가 본연의 가치를 회복하기 위해 필요한 논의를 전개하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다: 첫째, 자기계발과 사회통합 등 사회 순기능적 효과를 가져 오는 진지한 여가의 상대적 우월성을 강조하다보니 일상적 여가가 지닌 본연의 가치는 하향 평가되는 오류를 범하였다. 일상적 여가는 그 자체를 수행함으로써 삶의 균형을 이루려는 인간 본연의 욕구를 충족시켜줄 뿐 아니라 신체적, 심리적으로도 긍정적인 효과를 동반한다는 점을 간과하지 말아야 한다. 둘째, 진지한 일상적 여가의 이분법적 구조의 오류를 극복하기 위해 여가행위의 재연방식으로 정의한 빠른 느린 여가 개념에 대한 이론적 검토가 좀 더 세밀히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 우리가 구태의연하고 생산적이지 못하다고 배척해온 삶의 방식도 그 자체를 구현함으로써 충분히 의미가 있다는 의식의 전환이 필요하다.

그림 동화책 읽기 프로그램을 통한 다문화 여성의 자신감 분석 (The Analysis on Confidence of Multi-cultural Women Through a Picture Story Reading Program)

  • 본 연구는 다문화 결혼 이주여성에게 14주 동안 동화읽기 프로그램을 제공하여 그 효과를 자신감 측면에서 분석하였다. 연구결과 본 독서 프로그램은 (1) 다문화 여성들에게 독서능력 자신감의 향상은 가져왔으나 (2) 자기 개념적 자신감에 유의미한 변화는 없었다. (3) 동화읽기 프로그램은 이들이 한국생활에서 자신감을 가질 수 있는 많은 요인들을 제공하고 있었다. (4) 이들은 꿈은 있었지만 자신의 가능성을 펼 수 있는 자신감과 정보는 부족했다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 논문은 결혼이주 여성들이 한국에서 자신감을 가지고 살아갈 수 있도록 도서관에서 동화를 활용한 독서치료 프로그램, 다문화 커뮤니티 그룹, 다문화 주부교실을 운영하고, 그림 활용 정보이용 교육 실시가 필요하다는 근거를 제공하였다.

감정노동, 감성지능이 종업원의 감정고갈에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Emotion Labor and Emotional Exhaustion : The Role of Emotional Intelligence)

  • A new research paradigm is emerging within organizational behavior, in both theory and empiricism, based on the increasing recognition of the importance of emotions to organizational life. This paper suggest that emotion intelligence play a moderate variables in relationship of emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. More specifically, it is proposed that emotional intelligence, the ability to understand and manage emotions in the employee self and others, contribute to effective emotions management in organizations. Four major aspects of emotion labor, appraisal and expression of emotion in oneself, appraisal and recognition of emotion in others, regulation of emotion in oneself and use of emotion to facilitate performance, are described. Also, the emotional intelligence are consists of four aspects, frequency of appropriate emotional display, attentiveness to required displayed rules, variety of emotions to be displayed and emotional dissonance. Then I propose how emotional intelligence contributes to of relations the emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of emotion labor to employee's emotional exhaustion to explore the moderating effects of the emotional intelligence between the emotion labor and emotional exhaustion. To complete the research the data were collected through a questionnaire from 147 employees from service company. After multi-hierarchical regression analysis, the outcomes of this study are the employee's emotional exhaustion are affected negatively by the three factors: major aspects of emotion labor, regulation of emotion in oneself, use of emotion to facilitate performance, make the moderation effect between emotion labor and emotional intelligence. These results indicate that instilling in others an appreciation of the importance of work activities: encouraging of true expression individual emotions, generating and maintaining well emotional climate and cooperation situations, and managing a meaningful environment for an organizational life.
