In this research aimed to deduce internal marketing factors, purpose, and their practical application by analyzing preceding researches on internal marketing of Korean medical service organization and investigating the recent trend of its research. Subjects of research are ten preceding researches that have been published in KCI records for the last five years from 2011 to 2016. Summarize result of researches, first, internal factors that were most frequently used were internal communication, compensation system, and education and training, which were used by 8(.8). Second, occupations that had most interest in the internal marketing research appeared to be nursing(.9) and administration(.3). Third, the practical application of the internal marketing appeared to be job satisfaction(.8), followed by customer orientation(.6), and organizational commitment(.4). Suggestion do, necessary to develop subordinate factors regarding the realistic internal marketing, such as both-sided internal communication enhancement, education and training, compensation system differentiated by individuals and teams, fairness in performance rating, work environment improvement, delegation of authority, career development, shared organizational vision in order to maximize job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational commitment of employees as internal customers, before establishing strategies to satisfy patients and guardians who are external customers.

The R&D investment of Korean government has been concentrated into 6T areas-IT(Information Technology), BT(Bio-Technology), NT(Nano Technology), ET(Environment & Energy Technology), ST(Space Technology) and CT(Culture & Contents Technology) - for a couple of years. By this selection and concentration strategy, patent applications are on an increasing trend in these areas. This paper examined the trends of patent application in 6T areas. To do this, this paper classified each technology area into the detail technology area with the valid number of patent applications. According to the result, the analysis data will be used to make R&D budget appropriation of the government.

As the concrete pouring work relies on manual work, there is a lot of room for automated equipment development. In this study, as a basic study on the development of an automated system for pouring concrete, the trend of patent applications by year, country and detailed technology was investigated. Related technologies were classified into screed automation, CPB automation, and concrete pouring integrated system to analyze patent application trends. As a result, since 1999, patent applications have been steadily in progress, repeating increases and decreases in Japan, Korea, the United States, and Europe. In addition, the growth stage of the market is in the early stages of maturity, and patent applications for related technologies are expected to continue. In the future, based on the patent application trend analyzed in this study, the development direction of the automated concrete pouring system will be reviewed and the redundancy of similar technologies will be reviewed.

Forcasting the future is a very important task in design situation analysis. To do this, the reduction of life style, the tendency of product differentiation and individuality should be considered along with such changes as cultural, economical and social trends. At the moment, industrial structure is being reorganized from centering around the manufacturing industry to the distribution industry and consumers. Consumers show the attitude of expressing their individualities on the basis of various tastes rather than standardization. The flow of information also has been changing rapidly from the former types of information provided by producers to the age when consumers pursue the objective and model of information. Therefore, we are able to say that picking up the trends around the streets becomes more important than ever. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to establish a system which is able to effectively carry out the trend analysis by a town watching method, the construction of a database with collected data, and its practical application on the web.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on the development and application of parent education programs and suggest the direction of future studies by analyzing the trends of research articles related to parent education programs. For this, the articles on 'parent education programs' written in Korea from 2004 to 2014 were collected and analyzed. The number of articles analyzed is 202 in total: 41 doctoral theses, 88 master's theses, and 73 academic theses. Firstly, the basic trend of research of parent education program was examined per object and subject. Secondly, the trend of research of the development and implementation of parent education programs was examined by dividing the programs on the basis of the ground for development, object of application, subject, type of program designing, the number and hours of the program, method of conducting the program, program educator, program effects. etc. The results of the analysis of the data made it possible to find out the process of development and implementation of parent education programs conducted in Korea. Such research results were summarized according to the research problems and suggestions for follow-up studies were made on its basis.

With a purpose of finding out the effects of cattle slurry application on thc nutrient contents of herbages and energy productivity in grassland, a field experiment was conducted with two times and five levels of cattle slurry application. The experimental field was designed in a split-plot with threc replications, and lasted from September, 1986 to October, 1990 at the Livestock Experiment Station in Suweon, The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The net energy(NEL, StE and TDN) contents of grasses in the plots with cattle slurry application just after cutting were slightly higher when compared to manuring 15 days after cutting. but DCP content has reverse trend. 2. Average net energy(NEL. StE and TDN) and DCP production of the plot with cattle slurry application 15 days after cutting were insignificantly increased by 26 % than those of manuring just after cutting. The energy and DCP yields in the plot with cattle slurry and with slurry + mineral fertilizer were decreased by 21 -27 % and 8- 11 %, respectively than those of the plot with single dressing of mineral fertilizer. 3. Mineral contents of grasses were not significant difference among the treatments of cattle slurry. but considering nutrient balance of animals, application of cattle slurry of 30-$60m^3$/ha with mineral fertilizer was profitable as compared to the other treatments.

Gaussian process regression (GPR) is proposed as a tool of long-term groundwater quality predictions. The major advantage of GPR is that both prediction and the prediction related uncertainty are provided simultaneously. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed tool, GPR and a conventional non-parametric trend analysis tool are comparatively applied to synthetic examples. From the application, it has been found that GPR shows better performance compared to the conventional method, especially when the groundwater quality data shows typical non-linear trend. The GPR model is further employed to the long-term groundwater quality predictions based on the data from two domestically operated groundwater monitoring stations. From the applications, it has been shown that the model can make reasonable predictions for the majority of the linear trend cases with a few exceptions of severely non-Gaussian data. Furthermore, for the data shows non-linear trend, GPR with mean of second order equation is successfully applied.

Traditional korean medicine which has long history and many clinical experiments stands out in bold relief because the medicine's point of view has been changed from medical treatment to disease protection and the wellbeing life through health care and complementary alternative medicine has been emerged for the incurable disease. Many traditional korean medical research has been conducted in the fields of preventive medical application, leading material drawing and medical service upgrade through eastern and western medical treatment and the more advanced project are being studied as time goes by. But because we have the hardship of manifesting traditional korean medicine's knowledge into detailed data and information in the field of analytical science and we don't have well arranged research trend data of it, researchers are using much time to survey the preceding research and planners needing more accurate research trend data to protect duplication and raise efficiency. So we have studied the traditional korean medicine's research trend to solve this problems by the method of bibliography applied for the preceding project results. Through the analysis of traditional korean medicine's 370 project reports we came to a conclusion that the R&D investment is concentrated on the university and research institute, the utilization projects are lower than basic and applied research, regional snobbism is excessive than the whole nation's R&D and advanced project has been started since 2006.

O2O service that combine online with offline service has been rapidly increasing and O2O service is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional markets in various fields. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of University Student's Perceived O2O application characteristics on O2O services satisfaction and continuous use intention. For this purpose, questionnaires including O2O application characteristics scale, customer perceived O2O satisfaction scale and O2O use intention scale were administered to 241 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that O2O application Characteristics showed influences of O2O service satisfaction. The O2O application charac*teristics showed influences of continuous use of intention of O2O services, O2O services satisfaction showed partial influence continuous use intention of O2O service. The result of this study is expected to provide implication as an initial study O2O service which is spreading with the growth of mobile ICT. Ultimately, the results of this study provide a number of theoretical and practical implications.

Technological innovations over the years have accentuated the workings in corporate- connected organizations and different application platforms. Hence, a unified management information system (MIS) that can utilize the Web and propel programming developments is required. Software agents, the latest developments in computer software technology, can be utilized to rapidly and effortlessly build integrated information systems. Consequently, 59 research papers on the use of software agents in MIS were identified from top 40 MIS journals published between 2007 and 2017. Then, we reviewed and classified all the research papers according to two categories: application fields and application categories. The application fields consisted of eight sub-groups: manufacturing, telecommunication systems, traffic and transportation management, information filtering and gathering, electronic commerce, business process management, entertainment, and medical care; whereas the application categories consisted of three sub-groups: multi-agent systems, personal assistants, and multi-agent simulation. The research papers were further divided into journal and year of publication, and journal and application field. The objective of our research was to understand the trend of the use software agent technology in MIS by examining the published research paper beside to add knowledge and content to the information system academic discipline.
