가정간호 수가 중 교통비 분석 (An Analysis of Home Health Care Travel Cost)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate appropriateness of home health care travel cost. For the evaluation, investigated the operating costs of vehicles used by home care nurses and then were components of home care nurses's annual salaries. Travel costs were then calculated based on actual travel expenses of home health care service. Actual data of 23 hospital-based home care agencies between July, 2002 to December, 2002 were collected for the analysis of the travel costs. The results of this study are : 1) For home visit, 65% of home care agencies turned out to be using only hospital owned cars, and 17.1% be depending purely on home care nurses' cars. On average, 1.9 cars used for home visit. 2) Out of 89 agencies, 23 agencies responded to the travel cost survey. Total maintenance cost of a car per month was 381,457 won. 3) Average per visit personal expenses of home care nurses during travel time turned out to be 7,124won assuming 8 working hours per day, 4 visits per day, and 30 minuets of travel time for each visit. 4) Total home health care travel cost per visit was 12,069 won, which was the sum of actually paid travel cost of 4,945 won and personal expenses during travel time of 7,124. In conclusion. we reckon that current compensation price of home care nurses' travel is inappropriate because total home health care travel costs of 12,069 won per visit turned out to be 2.1 times of currently prevailing standard compensation price of 5,830 per visit.

  • This paper suggests improvements in travel cost function of transit assignment model by analysing existing model. Two types of travel cost function are widely used for congested public networks. The one is used for strictly restricting public transport capacity. Another is non-decreasing function such as BPR function. In this paper, we analyse two types of travel cost function in case of intercity rail. The characteristics of intercity rail are different from those of public transit in urban area. Therefore travel cost function must be differently applied in each case.

  • The aim of this paper is to evaluate users benefit values of theme park using Travel Cost Method with special reference to Woobang Tower Land in Taegu for the estimation of economic values. This research is mainly based on questionnaire survey of 100 users of the theme park. Socio-economic factors such as income, year of education, annual income, age and money(travel cost) are analysed from 5 residential areas of the respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used for the evaluation of annual number of park visitings based on the analysis. The regression model shows NV = $\alpha$+$\beta_1$TC+$\beta_2$INC+$\beta_3$EDU+$\beta_4$AGE (NV : Annual Number of Visitings, TC : Travel Cost, INC : Annual Income, EDU : Years of Education, AGE : Age). Regarding to visitors demand curve based on the equation showed that annual economic values of Woobang Tower Land was estimated as 50billion Korean Won.

국내 로터리의 회전교차로 전환에 따른 통행비용 분석 (Analysis of Travel Cost According to Transferring from Rotary to Roundabout in Korea)

  • PURPOSES : The goal of this study is to analyze the travel cost according to transferring from rotary to roundabout in Korea. METHODS : This study gives particular attentions to investigating the existing 48 rotaries in Korea and building the networks of before and after improvements using VISSIM, and analyzing their travel costs. RESULTS : The main results are as follows. First, from the field survey, the domestic rotaries were analyzed to need many improvements of geometric structure for the effective operation. Second, the difference of travel cost at 3-legged rotaries were evaluated to be less than other types of rotaries due to low traffic volume. Finally, the travel cost of 4-legged and multi-legged rotaries were analyzed to rapidly increase by increasing volume. CONCLUSIONS : This study analyzes the effects using both real and simulation data unlike the existing studies. Also, this study suggests the future research topics which compare and evaluate the relations between real data and simulation outputs.

  • 본 연구는 화원레저관광판지 개발에 따른 편익비용을 산출하였다. 편익비용 산출을 위해 본 연구에서는 개선된 여행자비용법과, 교통수단을 다양화하고, 설문응답자의 확신도 고려한 진전된 여행자비용법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 확신도 52%와 할인율 10%시 편익비용은 2928억 5백만원이고, GDP성장률 4%고려시 3045억 17백만원인 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the economic value of beaches which are the major part of the East Sea Coast. ITCM (Individual Travel Cost Method) is applied to estimate the economic value of its beaches using Poisson, negative binomial, truncated Poisson and truncated negative binomial models. The consumer surplus during length of stay per capita is 214,088 won in beaches overall on the East Sea Coast, 206,398 won in Gangwon-do beaches and 271,171 won in Gyeongbuk/Ulsan beaches. Annual total economic value of its beaches considering the number of visitors at beaches is 6,269 billion won (3,970 billion won in Kangwondo beaches, 2,299 billion won in Kyungbuk/Ulsan beaches).

시내버스 노선망 위계구조의 효율성 분석 (대전시 사례분석을 중심으로) (Efficiency of the Hierarchical Structure for a Bus Network)

  • 대전시를 사례로 위계수준을 달리한 4개의 노선망 대안(대안 1은 위계가 없는 노선망, 대안 2, 대안 3, 대안 4는 각각 초급, 중급, 상급 수준의 위계를 가진 노선망)을 작성하고, 평가지표(차내통행시간비용, 대기시간비용, 환승페널티비용)를 산출하여 대안간 비교를 통해 효율성을 분석하였다. 차내통행시간비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 감소하다가 위계가 매우 높아지면 다시 증가하는 것으로나타났다. 대기시간 비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 큰폭으로 감소하며, 환승페널티비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로 볼 때 총통행비용은 위계가 있는 노선망이 위계가 없는 노선망에 비하여 낮은 것으로 나타나 위계구조를 가진 노선망의 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 위계가 있는 노선망 중에서는 위계가 높을수록 총통행비용이 감소하다가 위계가 지나치게 높아지게 되면 오히려 증가하는 특성을 보임으로써 중급수준의 위계를 가진 노선망이 가장 효율성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 이 논문은 혼잡현상을 갖는 교통체계의 사회비용함수를 사회비용 최소화문제로부터 도출하여 분석하였다. 이 논문은 이 분야의 기존 연구에서 다루지 않았던 다음의 두 가지를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 하나는 이용자들의 시간가치가 다를 경우에 비용함수의 구조가 어떻게 달라지는지를 검토하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 사회비용함수를 구성하는 공급자 비용함수의 구조를 파악하는 것이었다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 한계사회비용은 특정한 시간가치를 가진 고객이 소비한 시간가치비용과 추가 고객의 처리에 수반되는 시스템 전체의 서비스시간 증가에 따른 한계혼잡비용으로 구성된다. 둘째, 한계혼잡비용은 공급자의 보상한계비용과 같은 바, 후자는 공급자가 추가의 고객을 가장 경제적으로 처리함에 필요한 용량의 변경에 의한 서비스시간의 변화 양에 대한 이용자 전체의 시간가치를 보상해준다는 전제아래서의 공급자 한계비용을 지칭한다. 셋째, 보상한계비용은 서비스시간함수가 산출과 용량에 대해 동차함수일 경우 한계용량비용에 시스템 이용률의 역수를 곱한 값과 같다.

  • In most cities, travel demand is distributed along long corridors and its destinations tend to concentrate in a central business district. For this kind of many-to-one or one-to-many travel demand pattern, a zonal operation of buses can be an efficient bus operation technique in which a long bus-demand corridor is divided into service zones and each service zone is provided with its own bus route connecting the service zone and single destination separately. This paper develops models of the total transportation costs for a single-zone operation and 2-zonal operation of buses for a long demand corridor with single destination in terms of various cost parameters, demand density, bus operation speeds, and location of the boundary between two service zones. In this study the total transportation cost is assumed to consist of the bus operation cost, passenger waiting cost and passenger travel time cost. It was proved that a zonal operation of buses can be more efficient than a single-zone operation for certain circumstances of the system and an boundary condition between two operation techniques was obtained. Also, several case studies were performed for various values of the cost parameters.

개별여행비용법을 이용한 바다 유어 낚시의 소비자 잉여추정 (Estimating Consumer Surplus for Recreational Sea Fishing using Individual Travel Cost Method)

  • This paper aims at estimating consumer surplus for recreational sea fishing in Tongyeong coastal area using individual travel cost method. A Poisson model (PM), a negative binomial model (NBM), a truncated Poisson model (TPM), and a truncated negative binomial model (TNBM) are applied for individual travel cost method in order to account characteristics of count data (non-negative discrete data.) The survey was conducted for 462 inshore anglers using personal interview method in Tongyeong during July and October 2007. Respondents were asked about how often they do fishing, travel costs, catch, income, and so on. Because of over-dispersion problem in PM and TPM, NBM and TNBM were considered to be more appropriate statistically. All parameters estimated are statistically significant and theoretically valid. As the results based on TNBM, consumer surplus per trip was estimated to be 183,486 won, total consumer surplus per person and per year 3,399,658 won, and the marginal effect of consumer surplus on % changes in catch rate is 185,372 won.
