변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 임파워먼트와 창의성에 미치는 영향 관계 - 창의적 품질을 위한제품/서비스 조직의 새로운 리더십 패러다임 탐색 - (Effects of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Followers' Empowerment and Creativity)

  • This research uses measures of transformational and transactional leadership to examine its impact on subordinate psychological empowerment and on his/her creativity in 3 resort complexes. For a total of 462 respondents, followers' sense of increased empowerment and creativity are significantly and positively related to the transformational leadership behaviors of their immediate superior, including charismatic attributes and behaviors, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation. Two of the three transactional leadership measures, including contingent reward and management-by-exception(active), correlate positively with the followers' perceived empowerment and creativity, but the rest one, management-by-exception(passive), negatively with them. The impact of all of the three measures of transformational leadership and the two of transactional leadership(i.e., contingent reward and active management-by-exception) on subordinate creativity is partially mediated by the subordinate empowerment.

축구지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 정서지능, 선수만족의 인과관계 탐색 (An Exploration of the Causal Relationship among Transactional Leadership, Coaches' Emotional Intelligence, and Athlete Satisfaction in Soccer Teams)

  • 이 연구는 축구선수들이 지각하는 변혁적 리더십과 정서지능, 선수만족의 인과적 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구대상으로는 고등학교, 대학교, 실업 축구선수 495명이었고, 그들은 유층집락무선표본추출법에 추출되었으며, 직접배포와 수거법에 의해 3종류의 설문지(변혁적 리더십, 정서지능, 선수만족)에 응답하였다. 결과분석은 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하기 위하여 구조방정식모형이 적용되었다. 도출된 결과로는 변혁적 리더십은 정서지능에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 변혁적 리더십은 선수만족에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서지능 또한 선수만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어 정서 지능은 변혁적 리더십과 선수만족의 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 축구지도자들의 정서지능과 리더십 함양은 선수만족과 직결된다는 인식의 필요성을 강조하였으며, 정서지능과 변혁적 리더십 함양을 위한 교육프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언하였다.

  • 이 논문은 대학도서관 상사의 변혁적 거래적 리더십이 사서직원의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향력을 조사,분석하여 임파워먼트 향상을 위한 리더십의 개발방향을 제시한 것이다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 변혁적 거래적 리더십은 사서직원의 임파워먼트에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치고 있고, 임파워먼트에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변혁적 리더십의 요소는 '개별적 고려'로, 거래적 리더십의 요소는 '조건적 보상'으로 나타났으며, 상대적 영향력은 거래적 리더십보다 변혁적 리더십이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

  • 이 연구는 거래적 리더십이 직무 성과와 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하며, 특히 직무 열의의 매개 효과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 변혁적 리더십에 비해 상대적으로 덜 주목받았던 거래적 리더십의 역할을 재조명함으로써, 리더십 연구에 있어서의 이론적 균형을 모색하고자 한다. 이 연구는 설문조사를 통한 실증 분석을 바탕으로, 거래적 리더십이 직원의 직무 열의를 향상시킴으로써 직무 성과(팀 성과)와 직무 만족도를 증진시키는 경로를 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 업적에 따른 보상과 예외 관리의 두 거래적 리더십 요소가 직무 열의를 통해 직무 성과와 직무 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 리더십이 단일 스타일에 국한되지 않고 다양한 접근 방식을 통합할 때 더 큰 효과를 발휘할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 조직이 리더십 스타일을 조정하고 직무 열의를 촉진시키는 전략을 개발함으로써, 최종적으로 조직의 성과와 직원의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

리더십유형이 병원 조직구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Type of Leadership on Hospital Organizational Members' Job Satisfaction, Organizational commitment, and Turnover Intentions)

  • It is important how the leader leads the organizational members with leadership appropriate to environment changes as the leader has great influence on the management of hospital organization. These data were collected from the questionnaire surveyed, from February 14 through February 28, 2003, to 218 people among those in the field of doctorship, management administration, nursing, technology, medical engineering, management engineering, and general affairs, working for three hospitals under S medical foundation in Pusan. The principal findings of this research are as below : 1. Type of leadership and job satisfaction had positive correlation in terms of both transformational and transactional leadership, with former having more relation than the latter. 2. Type of leadership and organizational commitment had positive correlation in terms of intellectual stimulus and situational rewards, having little relation statistically. 3. Type of leadership and turnover intentions had negative correlation only in individual consideration, situational rewards, and exceptional management, showing that transactional leadership had more relation than transformational leadership. 4. In terms of leadership and its effect on the organizational performance and turnover intentions, transformational leadership had more correlation than transactional leadership. But transactional leadership also turned out to have effect on organizational performance. When transformational leadership used, turnover intentions were lower than when transactional leadership used. However, both transformational and transactional leadership had negative correlation to turnover intentions. 5. Effect that type of leadership according to job classification, status, age, and academic career has on organizational performance and turnover intentions was differed by those factors; especially, in the occupation of doctor, both transformational and transactional leadership had positive correlation to turnover intentions. 6. Regression analysis on the factors of organizational performance and turnover intentions showed that higher age had positive correlation to the organizational performance in terms of socio-demographical features and that the more leadership was used for charismatic and situational rewards and the less leadership was used for intellectual stimuli, the higher organizational performance was likely. In short, hospital operators and managers should examine each manager's qualification, type, and style of leadership in the hospital organization, and they must develop lasting programs for effective education and training for developing characteristics of leadership are in needed to have managers with appropriate managerial mind to respective post and status. It should be kept in mind that manager's leadership especially has great effect on members' goal-setting, goal-achievement, organizational performance, and turnover intentions as it is a decisive factor of organizational members' attitude and motivation.

교류분석과 사이코드라마의 통합적인 적용 - 드라마 삼각모형을 중심으로 - (Transactional Analysis and integrated application of Psychodrama: Focusing on drama triangle)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마 전문가의 다양한 실험적 시도와 역량강화를 돕기 위해 교류분석과 사이코드라마의 통합적 적용모형을 보여주기 위함이다. 카프만이 개발한 게임 모형인 드라마 삼각형은 사이코드라마의 행위화를 통해 잘 설명될 수 있다. 린다 콘돈(2014)은 역기능의 회복을 위한 모형을 통해 사이코드라마에서 행위화를 돕는 역할교대, 거울보기, 보조자아 이중자아의 기법을 소개하였다. 사이코드라마의 행위화는 교류분석에서 제시할 수 없는 정서적 체험과 경험을 제공한다. 사이코드라마의 코우칭 기법을 통해 희생자, 박해자, 구원자의 위치에서 심리 게임을 하는 사람들에게 그들의 상황을 정확하게 알려줄 수 있다. 또한 해결을 위한 역할 훈련을 실시할 수 있다. 교류분석의 자아상태에 대한 개념은 디렉터가 주인공의 언어와 태도를 이해하고 장면을 설정하는 데에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 교류분석의 개념인 드라마 삼각게임의 행위화를 통해 교류분석 접근과 사이코드라마의 통합 적용의 예를 보여주며 이를 근거로 본 저자가 개발한 역할의 순환관계 틀을 제안하는 것에 의의가 있다.

A Global Graph-based Approach for Transaction and QoS-aware Service Composition

  • In Web Service Composition (WSC) area, services selection aims at selecting an appropriate candidate from a set of functionally-equivalent services to execute the function of each task in an abstract WSC according to their different QoS values. In despite of many related works, few of previous studies consider transactional constraints in QoS-aware WSC, which guarantee reliable execution of Composite Web Service (CWS) that is composed by a number of unpredictable web services. In this paper, we propose a novel global selection-optimal approach in WSC by considering both transactional constraints and end-to-end QoS constraints. With this approach, we firstly identify building rules and the reduction method to build layer-based Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) model which can model transactional relationships among candidate services. As such, the problem of solving global optimal QoS utility with transactional constraints in WSC can be regarded as a problem of solving single-source shortest path in DAG. After that, we present Graph-building algorithms and an optimal selection algorithm to explain the specific execution procedures. Finally, comprehensive experiments are conducted based on a real-world web service QoS dataset. The experimental results show that our approach has better performance over other competing selection approaches on success ratio and efficiency.

항공사 종사원의 리더십이 리더십 유효성에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Cabin Crew's Leadership on Leadership Effectiveness)

  • The purpose of this study is to describe upon the most effective leadership stlyes for Airlines based on the transformational and transactional leadership that Bernard M.Bass proposed. The outcome of leadership treated here will be employee's extra efforts, employee's satisfaction with the leader, the effectiveness of the leader, involvement by employees in the organization, and management outcomes perceived by employees. The result of correlation showed that transformational leadership factors had positive impacts on the outcomes of leadership, but the transactional leadership had a negative impact on outcomes of leadership. According to results of multiple regression analyses, transformational leadership had a grater positive impact on outcomes of leadership than did transactional leadership. Transformational leadership is expected to promote and enhance the effectiveness of the hotel leaders, as well as the airline employee's extra effort, their satisfaction with the leader, involvement in the organization, and their perception of management outcomes. It is imperative that the airline industry continues to develop transformational leader.

  • Purpose: This study is to analyze the relationship between leadership, empowerment, organizational commitment, and nursing performance. Method: The method of the study is the establishment of the analytical framework of the theoretical model and the hypotheses for the empirical survey, analysis of the data collected by the empirical survey, and the provision of a revised model explaining more clearly the causal relationship between variables. Result: Transformational leadership has greater influence on empowerment and nursing performance than transactional leadership. Self determination and impact of empowerment factors greatly influence on organizational commitment, competence and impact significantly influence on nursing performance, and organizational commitment is closely related to the general nursing affair, the human relationship, and the job as an organizational member. Transactional and transformational leadership, in provision of the revised model by verification of goodness-of-fit of the hypothetical model, affects all parts of nursing performance by intervening competence and self determination of empowerment factors. Especially, transactional leadership directly influences on nursing performance without intervening the empowerment factor. Conclusion: The conclusion of the study is transformational leadership exerts a more positive influence on empowerment, organizational commitment, and nursing performance than transactional leadership.

간호관리자의 변혁적${\cdot}$거래적 리더십과 간호사의 창의적 활동간의 관계 (Relationships of Nurse Manager's Transformational & Transactional Leaderships to Nurses' Creative Activity)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed at examining the relationships of transformational and transactional leaderships that nurse managers demonstrate to creative activity that nurses excercise at caring for patients. Method: Using 11 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index and 18 items of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Form, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 425 nurses working more than six months at nursingcare units in a university hospital of Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis methods. Result: Creative activity had positive relationships to transformational leadership and transactional leadership(p<.01). The factor influencing on creative activity was not transactional leadership(p>.05), but transformational leadership(10.7%, p<.001). Intellectual stimulation accounted for 9.7% of information building-activity and 1.1% of idea creating & communicating idea. About 5.8% of the variance in idea validating-activity was explained by inspirational motivation, and 1.2% by contingent reward. Conclusion: For support for nurses' creative activity at work, leadership training programs would be needed to build up nurse manager's transformational leadership.
