전과정평가를 이용한 바이모달 저상굴절 차량의 환경성 진단에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Environmental Evaluation of Bimodal Tram using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA))

  • Bimodal tram is a new public transportation to improve the existing traffic system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the environmental characteristics of the developed bimodal tram through its life cycle. The used tool was life cycle assessment (LCA), which could evaluate environmental loads quantitatively for a product. Based on bill of material (BOM), the environmental impacts of bimodal tram was calculated from manufacturing to operating phase. Among impact categories, photochemical oxidant creation potential (POCP) was the highest, which was resulted from the manufacturing and the combustion of CNG used as a fuel of bimodal tram. In the future, the application of LCA results can enhance increasingly the environment of bimodal tram as an environmental-friendly transportation.

  • Bimodal tram is able to run both general and special road. It has also the advantages of both public bus and subway which have the charateristics of easiness to approach and punctuality respectively. These advantages are accomplished by the cooperative communication between the control center and bimodal tram which is running with the fleet. This paper have investigated the requirement analysis and designing of the car operating computer system which have the functions of communication, broadcasting and display. car operating computer system communicates between bimodal tram and control center with wireless antenna. It can also transmit the location and status information of bimodal tram to control center for managing the bimodal tram fleet on road efficiently and economically.

복부 지방흡입술을 시행받은 환자에서 횡복직근피판술을 이용한 유방재건 치험 2례 (Breast Reconstruction with Pedicled TRAM Flap in Patients Having History of Abdominal Liposuction: Report of 2 Cases)

  • Purpose: TRAM flap reconstruction has settled down as a common method for breast reconstruction after mastectomy. There are a few surgical contraindication in TRAM flap surgery. Previous abdominal liposuction has been a relative contraindication in TRAM flap surgery. The authors present 2 patients of successful breast reconstruction using pedicled TRAM flaps, who previously underwent abdominal liposuction. Methods: Case 1: A 48-year-old woman with a right breast cancer visited for mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Her past surgical history was notable for abdominal liposuction 15 years ago. Skin sparing mastectomy and breast reconstruction with a pedicled TRAM flap was performed. Case 2: A 45-year-old woman with a left breast cancer visited us for mastectomy and autologous breast reconstruction. 3 years ago, she had an abdominal liposuction and augmentation mammaplasty in other hospital. Nipple sparing mastectomy and breast reconstruction was done using pedicled TRAM flap. Results: One year after the reconstruction, partial fat necrosis was developed in one case but there was no skin necrosis or donor site complication in both patients. Conclusion: As aesthetic surgery becomes more popular, increasing numbers of patients who have a prior abdominal liposuction history want for autologous tissue breast reconstruction. In these patients, TRAM flap surgery will be also used for breast reconstruction. But, the warning of fat necrosis and the use of preoperative Doppler tracing to evaluate the abdominal perforator may be beneficial to patients who had abdominal liposuction recently.

겨울철 융설을 대비한 바이모달 트램 재해관리 시스템의 SWMM 모형 적용성 평가 (Evaluation of SWMM Model Adjustment for Rubber-tired Tram Disaster Management System against the Snow-melt during the Winter)

  • Increasing urban sprawl and climate changes have been causing unexpected high-intensity rainfall events. Thus there are needs to enhance conventional disaster management system for comprehensive actions to secure safety. Therefore long-term and comprehensive flood management plans need to be well established. Recently torrential snowfall are occurring frequently, causing have snow traffic jams on the road. To secure safety and on-time operation of the Bi-modal tram system, well-structured disaster management system capable of analyzing the urban flash flooding and snow pack melt/freezing due to unexpected rainfall event and snowfall are needed. To secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system due to torrential snowfall, the snow melt simulation capability was investigated. The snow accumulation and snow melt were measured to validate the SWMM snow melt component. It showed that there was a good agreement between measured snow melt data and the simulated ones. Therefore, the Bi-modal tram disaster management system will be able to predict snow melt reasonably well to secure safety of the Bi-modal tram system during the winter. The Bi-modal tram disaster management system can be used to identify top priority area for snow removal within the tram route in case of torrential snowfall to secure on-time operation of the tram. Also it can be used for detour route in the tram networks based on the disaster management system predicted data.

LPWA 기반 트램 노면의 무선통신망 안전관리 시스템 (Wireless Network Safety Management System on LPWA-based Tram Roads)

  • 도시철도 중 하나인 트램 건설시 노면의 상태를 지속적으로 모니터링 하여 도로의 노면 침화, 싱크 홀, 교량 붕괴 위험, 트램역 주변 온 습도 등 환경정보를 수집과 분석을 통해 재난을 예방하는 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무가선 트램의 노면, 교량 및 트램역의 위험요인을 사전에 인지하고 위험을 예방할 수 있는 저전력 장거리 통신망(LPWA) 기반 트램 노면의 무선통신망 안전관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 트램 노면의 상태를 감지하는 센서 노드와 센서의 정보를 수집하는 게이트웨이 그리고 트램 노면의 안전 및 환경상황을 모니터링 하는 안전관리 시스템으로 구성되며, 저전력 장거리 통신 기술(LoRa)을 적용하였다. 현장 시험에 제안한 시스템과 LTE를 적용한 시스템을 비교 분석한 결과 모니터링 시스템에서 센서 정보 값과 위험신호 임계값 이상 시 위험 알람 상태에 큰 차이가 없음을 확인하였다.

  • 일반적인 대중교통이라고 불리는 버스, 지하철, 택시 등은 다양한 광고물이 부착되어 있다. 각각의 대중교통은 환경과 특징에 맞도록 홍보, 광고를 한다. 하지만 현재 대중교통은 무분별하게 광고가 부착되고 있다. 이 같은 상황에서 국내 대중교통으로 1호 노면전차 사업이 들어섰다. 노면전차는 기존의 대중교통과 달리 철도를 이용하여도 속도가 빠르지 않고 일반도로와 연결성이 많아 다양한 방식으로 광고, 홍보물이 적용될 수 있다. 발생가능한 문제점을 최소화하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 대중교통으로 노면전차가 발전한 중부유럽 노면전차 광고물의 내, 외관 부착 방식을 조사하였다. 조사한 부착 방식은 국내 노면전차 이용의 특징과 환경, 등을 고려하여 수정함으로써 국내 노면전차 광고 부착에 대한 디자인 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 제작한 가이드라인은 부산시민 3명의 인터뷰를 통해 평가하였다.

유리 횡복직근 근피판술에 의한 한국여성의 유방재건술 (Breast Reconstruction Using Free TRAM Flap in Korean Women)

  • The female breast is a potent symbol of maternity, sexuality, and feminity. Unfortunately, the frequency of breast cancer and mastectomy are increasing in Korea, so the reconstruction of breast becomes a important surgical procedure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of breast reconstruction using free TRAM flap and to suggest the operative techniques for more successful results. This study is based on a series of 39 cases of breast reconstruction using free TRAM flap in mastectomized patients. Among these cases, 21 patients underwent immediate reconstruction and 18 patients underwent delayed reconstruction. 2 patients underwent immediate bilateral reconstruction. The postoperative courses of these cases are uneventful. Breast reconstruction following mastectomy is one of the most challenging problems in plastic surgery. Nowadays the free TRAM flap is accepted as an excellent method of autogenous tissue breast reconstruction. We conclude that this technique has advantages as follows. The free TRAM flap has not associated with the complications of implant-based reconstruction. It provides sufficient volume for ptotic and natural breast, easily concealed donor site, and secondary aesthetic benefit of abdominoplasty. Unlike conventional pedicled TRAM flap, it has superiority in blood supply, and can make liberal setting of flap and sparing of rectus muscle. So it can provide more satisfaction about the final result of breast reconstruction.

바이모달 트램의 추진장치 성능 모의 (A Simulation Study of the Performance of a Propulsion Equipment for Bimodal Tram)

  • 바이모달 수송시스템 연구단에서 개발중인 트램은 자동운전이 가능하고 일반도로와 전용구간을 주행할 수 있는 고무차륜방식의 저상굴절 바이모달 트램으로서, 압축천연가스 엔진과 리튬폴리머 배터리를 사용하는 직렬형 하이 브리드 추진계로 구동된다. 본 논문에서는 바이모달 트램의 직렬형 하이브리드 추진장치의 요구사양을 제시하고 하이브리드 추진제어방식에 관해 설명한다. 하이브리드 차량 시뮬레이션 툴인 ADVISOR를 사용하여 기준 주행사이클과 일본의 10-15 mode에 대한 바이모달 트램의 주행을 모의하고, CNG 하이브리드 추진계에 대한 성능을 분석한다.

  • 바이모달트램은 '저탄소 녹생성장' 이라는 국가 교통정책 패러다임에 따라 향후 대중교통체계에서 중요한 교통수단으로 기대된다. 최근 바이모달트램을 도입하기 위해 여러 지자체에서 검토가 이루어지고 있으나 바이모달트램 서비스 수준에 따른 시설 및 운영요건에 대한 도입 매뉴얼이 없는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 바이모달트램의 도입수준은 저급, 중급, 고급의 3가지로 구분을 하였으며 시설수준과 운영수준을 기준으로 하여 세부요소별 정의를 하였다. 본 연구는 신교통 수단인 바이모달트램을 도입하려는 지자체에 바이모달트램 도입수준에 따른 시설 및 운영요건을 고려하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

횡복직근피판술을 이용한 즉시 유방재건과 동시 혹은 후에 시행한 복강 내 수술 (Concomitant or Delayed Intra-abdominal Operation in Immediate Breast Reconstruction with TRAM Flap)

  • Purpose: As patients who take immediate breast reconstructions with TRAM flap have increased, concomitant or delayed other elective intra-abdominal operations in these patients also have increased. There are few reports of concomitant or delayed intra-abdominal operation in TRAM flap patients. We report our experiences and outcomes of these operations which is safe and feasible. Methods: We reviewed the charts and postoperative follow-up results of 11 patients among 471 consecutive patients who took immediate breast reconstruction with TRAM flap from December of 2002 to September of 2006. Four patients took concomitant intra-abdominal operation and 7 patients took delayed intra-abdominal operation between 1 to 52 months after TRAM flap Results: There were no significant postoperative abdominal and systemic complications. One patient who took concomitant intra-abdominal operation presented partial skin necrosis of abdomen, but recovered completely with conservative treatments. Two patients took transfusion in peri-operative periods. Conclusion: Concomitant or delayed intra-abdominal operation in immediate breast reconstruction with TRAM flap could be performed safely and feasibly when it is necessary. Furthermore, it could be helpful to patients and surgeons.
