It is possible to use many parts such as USN combined smart dust and sensor network to protect friend unit as well as to watch enemy's deep area by unmanned reconnaissance, wearable computer upgrading soldier's operational ability and combat power dramatically, RFID which can be used material management as well as on time support. Especially, unmanned watch system using USN is core part to transit network centric military service and to get national defense efficiency which overcome the dilemma of national defense person resource reducing, and upgrade guard quality level, and improve combat power by normalizing guardian's bio rhythm. According to the test result of sensor network unmanned watch system, it needs more effort and time to stabilize because of low USN technology maturity and using maturity. In the future, USN unmanned watch system project must be decided the application scope such as application area and starting point by evaluating technology maturity and using maturity. And when you decide application scope, you must consider not only short period goal as cost reduction, soldier decrease and guard power upgrade but also long period goal as advanced defense ability strength. You must build basic infra in advance such as light cable network, frequency allocation and power facility etc. First of all, it must get budget guarantee and driving force for USN unmanned watch system project related to defense policy. You must forwarded the USN project assuming posses of operation skill as procedure, system, standard, training in advance. The study aims to find the strategies to support the successful settlement of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" which was established as a new subject based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum in order to assist high school students to explore career choices. For the research purpose accomplished, the study was performed to compare high school administrators' perception with teachers' regarding how they differently perceive the introduction and utilization of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" in the educational environment of high schools. The survey tool was developed through the content investigation of two experts in the field of invention education. Questionnaires were administered to 115 participants in a training course run by KIPA(Korea Invention Promotion Association) for high school administrators and teachers, which lasted for one month, December in the year of 2016. However, 95 questionnaires were analyzed for the research. SPSS 22.K was utilized for data analysis with the 5% significance level. The study findings are as follow: First, both administrators' group and teachers' showed the moderate level of perception according to the necessity of the subject as well as the curriculum content of "Introduction to Intellectual Property". Second, the two groups presented the above-average of preception according to the utilization of the subject, and the high level of perception regarding the necessity of strategies for the successful settlement in high schools. Third, teachers' perception on the curriculum of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" was higher than administrators' within the statistically significant level. Moreover, the two groups showed the significant difference only in the effort to facilitate intramural activities based on the subject regarding perceiving the necessity of the subject.
Based on the status of which the research is not active and the analysis is not progressed, the purpose of this study life up pride, value and professional ethic of private security guard. Also, through this research, it offers the effect on professional ethic, organizational trust and job satisfaction. The data collection and survey are taken by the private security business members who work staff member or manager. They are surveyed with convenience sampling that among 500 data, 46 data which are thought to be answered insincerely or lack are excluded, so the total of 454 answered data are included in the final analysis. After coding and input process, the data is analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using window SPSS 19.0 version. Significance level is 0.05. The conclusion that has been made based on the statistical analysis results are the followings. Professional ethic has a positive impact on organizational trust, job satisfaction. The educational training of the company is connected job satisfaction resultantly. Also the professional ethics education will improve the ability of the individual. Finally, the professional ethics raises a job satisfaction. Also, Organizational trust has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This the while to agree with a research result about the other type of business worker who is researched. In order raising the job satisfaction, the effort for raising a organizational trust is necessary.

Entrepreneurship of a founder and psychological characteristics are very important factors for the start-up success. To understand the importance like this, this study investigated effect relationships of the entrepreneurship and psychological characteristics on the start-up success. For this, 122 copies of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed for the youth entrepreneurs who entered the youth founder academy which is founded and managed by the Small and Medium Business Corporation. According to results of analysis, both the entrepreneurship consisting of proactivenss, risk taking and autonomy, and the internal locus of control, the psychological characteristics were found to have positive effects on the start-up success. Therefore, this study suggested theoretical and practical implications, as below, according to the results. Firstly, we must be aware of the importance of the entrepreneurship from the perspective of a successful establishment, and, prospective entrepreneurs, who are planning to the start-up, have to judge their entrepreneurship and, only then, make a decision. Secondly, we have to put our best efforts into developing more effective education on start-up, which deals with improving youth founder's entrepreneurship. Therefore, education institutions for start-up are needed in order to develop educational programs such as "Entrepreneurship Training Programs". Thirdly, we must recognize that the role of family is important because most entrepreneurship and psychological characteristics are formed in a person's childhood. Forth, the entrepreneur, themselves, must realize that they has to make an effort to improve their entrepreneurship. Lastly, youth founder's internal locus of control has to be enhanced. Thus, greater attention is required from both the entrepreneur themselves, and educational institutions for start-up.
Background and Aim : Lately the age of competition has come among the medical service area. At the same time disputes over the medical practice related to the medical person's territory tend to increase. In part it is due to the increased medical persons but in part it is because the medical practice is not defined clearly in the Medical Service Act for the practice of each medical person. So the legal definition of medical practice will be discussed here. Materials and Method : The cases from the court have been confirmed the difference between the two medical persons regarding the actual events. Legal aspects of medical practice in Korean medicine and the related cases will be reviewed and analysed. Results : The form of medical practice consists of administrating Korean medicine treatment and providing guidance for health based on Korean medicine. For medical doctors the practice includes medical treatment and guidance for health. Circular definition in the Medical Service Act over the medical practice, medical person and medical instruments makes it difficult to understand the whole idea. Therefore, the court has a tendency to decide the medical practice of medical doctor of Korean medicine from the some reliable points which is: 1) it is based on the principle of traditional Korean Medicine, 2) it is practiced by the medical doctor of Korean Medicine, 3) it can do harm to the patient without proper involvement of the medical doctor of Korean Medicine. Now the Act on the promotion of Korean Medicine and Pharmaceuticals makes it include the concept of "scientifically applied and developed" medical practice of Korean Medicine. Conclusions : With the essential change in the Act on the promotion of Korean Medicine and Pharmaceuticals, it is expected that even slight change can be seen in the court cases. However, still the concept of medical practice in the Medical Service Act remains the same. Modernisation of Korean Medicine, enhancement of textbooks and clinical practice training and the effort to amend the law to clearly define the medical practice of Korean Medicine will contribute to the clinical and academic environment. Evidence based Korean Medicine and even the unification of east-west medicine could be considered for the situation.
The issue presented in this paper are as follows: 1. Legislative actions of welfare-related law for the exceptional children. The legislative base for the evolution has been yet weak and ambigous at best for a formalization of what should be considered accepted practice and effective action in providing handicapped child and their parents educational rights and equal protection of the law. And they are under remote control of partial factor subject to social welfare law for children, and public law for education, promotion law for the exceptional child education, protection law for public aids. 2. Organization of government for the welfare services for the exceptional children. There is no sing of a push toward consolidation of effort for the welfare service of the exceptional children in this country that seeks to recapture a sense of unity, of coherence, of completeness from a reality made up of discontinuous fragments of humanitarian effora This presently that. as for the education of the exceptional child, by the section of the exceptional education in MOE (Ministry of Education), and/or as for welfare services and promotion actions, by the section of child welfare in MHSA (Ministry of Health and Social Affairs). One door type operation rooted in the specialization, and limited resources to evolve multi-purpose agencies that undertake to provide a broad range of tangible and concrete services, as well as supportive counselling and assessment, under a single management which plans and directs the allocations of resources, should be followed. 3. Facilities and recruitment of teachers for the exceptional children. In this country there are 54 facilities for special services, 56 schools for the exceptional education, and 3 colleges and equavalents that provide teacher training services leading to certification with IIO annual graduates. However, curriculum for exceptional children should be rearranged and reconstructed. These days open source softwares are being introduced and applied in many countries in the world. Especially, both government and private companies tend to become an spearhead in vitalizing the open source software. In this paper we try to check the degree of vitalizations in open source GIS software and to draw implications in vitalizing ecosystem of open source GIS software. Key players of open source GIS software ecosystem are government, private companies, academic and research institutes, and nonprofit foundations. Government does not have very little policies related to the investment and the support of open source GIS software. Private companies related to the open source GIS software are very few in the number and do not have any clear business model to make a profit. Academic and research institutes are weak in using the open source GIS software, which can be an major obstacle to cultivate software developers. OSGeo Korean branch, established in 2009, is the only nonprofit foundation in Korea which makes an effort to vitalize the open source GIS software, but its results are not very strong up to now in view of both quality and invigoration. In order to vitalize the open source GIS software ecosystem, lots of efforts of key players are needed. Especially, government efforts are very important because it can provide a trigger in vitalizing the open source GIS software ecosystem. The tasks that government should propel are R&D investment, test bed projects in the area of public sector, professional manpower training, and international cooperation and marketing.

Those hypotheses has been supported by the study of many scholars. Nevertheless the reliability in the results is not to be enough for certain conclusion. Therefore this study investigated the influence of organizational support and leader support(as a independent variable) on commitment(as a mediating variable) and citizenship(as a dependent variable). The result indicated that employees who perceive a high degree of organization and leader support show a high committment to organization in affection and positive OCB. Also the result showed that high committment to organization in affection enhance the relation between organizational support, leader's support and OCB(organization citizenship behavior) Implications for managers in organizations are suggested.
The purpose of this study is to find out the right strategies for social welfare education and the efficient human resource management of public social workers. Not to make any flaws when looking for the appropriate strategies, this report studies how outcomes of social welfare education influences the performances of public social workers and how the empowerment is connected to the relationship between the social welfare education and the performances of public social workers. For clearer study, a survey was conducted for 396 public social workers and the Structural Equation Model by AMOS was used to analyze the outcome. According to the result, the Fitness Index of the Casual Model, proposed by this study, was similarly matched with that of theological model. The Casual Model proved that it explains the connection between social welfare education, job performance and empowerment. Hence, to improve performance of public social workers, various education and training policies for human resources management are needed and basically associates related social welfare education should do their effort. Also to enhance empowerment of public social workers, various measures are needed.
The purpose of this study is to suggest a development method of current Korean security system by analyzing the problems shown in the performance of security work in relation to the terrorism, which is enlarging in the word, from various aspects. In order to perform the study, the researcher considered the basic theory concerned to current Korean law concerned to security, principle and methodology of security, terror and new terrorism. The researcher performed the study by selecting qualitative case study focused on Park Geun-Hye case. Through the study, the methods to develop Korean security system are as follows. First, from the legal aspect, it is necessary to establish the law concerned to terrorism prevention and important person security. Moreover, it is necessary to search for the development of private security by revising Security Industry Act, which is a legal ground of private security. Second, it is necessary to improve and reinforce education & training program, which is not still divided in detail from the aspect of private security cultivation. Moreover, it is necessary to activate personal protection work and enlarge market through Security Industry Act and make an effort to change social recognition over security, which is devaluated in the society. From the viewpoint, national license about private security shall be adopted. The department of president security, which is a representative of official security, shall transfer the advanced technology to private security organization. Third, from the aspect of operation, the operation of security based on SCE principle, human shield principle, the nearest person's protection principle, body extension principle, linear protection principle and evacuation priority principle is required. Therefore, the priority shall be given to preventive security and thorough security plan shall be made for the operation.
