건강가정사 역량강화 코칭 교육프로그램 개발 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Development of a Coaching Education Program Enhancing the Capability Training of a Healthy Family Specialist)

  • Healthy family specialists, who must be equipped with comprehensive and specific knowledge on the health of families with an extensive span of duty, should receive continued education for enhancing their capabilities. In this context, this study will focus on a coaching program that brings excellent result in helping healthy family specialists to set up a vision, exercising leadership and improve their personal relations, etc. with a focus on the potential and possibility of persons and organizations. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the present condition of the existing reeducation program for healthy family specialists conducted by the Central Healthy Family Support Center was grasped. This was done through an analysis on the educational programs for nurturing professional coaches executed by many educational institutions in an effort to propose the coaching education program for enhancing the capabilities of healthy family specialists. The contents related to instruction, time, qualifications, etc. proposed in the model developed through the considered educational program could be used in the future for the education of healthy family specialists so that they may enhance their capabilities.

  • 육 해 공군 부사관은 군을 유지 발전시키고 이끌어가는 근간이므로 인력획득업무는 매우 중요하다. 현재 부사관의 모집업무는 각 군이 양성기관별로 중복 운영하면서 지원자의 진로에 대한 궁금증을 효과적으로 해소해 주지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 부사관 선발제도는 군 고유성유지와 획득전문가 활용 및 법령개정 측면에서는 유리하였지만 홍보, 선발효율성, 국민편익증진, 예산절감 등에서 미흡하다고 보여진다. 따라서 각 군별 모집에 대한 일원화를 모병업무 전담기관인 병무청에서 운영한다면 각 군의 노력과 자원을 절감하면서 우수한 간부인력을 획득할 수 있으며, 부사관 지원자들이 적시에 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 편리한 시설과 시스템을 통한 향상된 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정보기술의 평가모형 개발 : K기업의 사례연구 (The Development of an IT Evaluation Framework: A Case Study on Firm K)

  • In the past decade, considerable effort has been devoted unsuccessfully to the development of information technology (IT) evaluation frameworks in the information systems area. Based on the literature review in this area and the decision analysis field, two competing evaluation frameworks are developed in this study: the direct evaluation framework and the indirect evaluation framework. A case study on Firm K shows that the latter is more practically efficient and theoretically appropriate but requires the adequate training for practitioners in order not to get confused the weight of an evaluation variable with the product of this weight and the score of the variable. Another finding is that Weill's conversion effectiveness is neither possible nor necessary to measure in the process of evaluating an IT although it is in theory an important concept.

Seismic demand estimation of RC frame buildings based on simplified and nonlinear dynamic analyses

  • Vulnerability studies on the existing building stock require that a large number of buildings is analyzed to obtain statistically significant evaluations of the seismic performance. Therefore, analytical evaluation methods need to be based on simplified methodologies of analysis which can afford the treatment of a large building population with a reasonable computational effort. Simplified Pushover-Based Earthquake Loss Assessment approach (SP-BELA), where a simplified methodology to identify the structural capacity of the building through the definition of a pushover curve is adopted, was developed on these bases. Main objective of the research work presented in this paper is to validate the simplified methodology implemented in SP-BELA against the results of more sophisticated nonlinear dynamic analyses (NLDAs). The comparison is performed for RC buildings designed only to vertical loads, representative of the "as built" in Italy and in Mediterranean countries with a building stock very similar to the Italian one. In NLDAs the non linear and degrading behaviour, typical of the structures under consideration when subjected to high seismic loads, is evaluated using models able to capture, with adequate accuracy, the non linear behaviour of RC structural elements taking into account stiffness degradation, strength deterioration, and pinching effect. Results show when simplified analyses are in good agreement with NLDAs. As a consequence, unsatisfactory results from simplified analysis are pointed out to address their current applicability limits.

Minimization of differential column shortening and sequential analysis of RC 3D-frames using ANN

  • In the preliminary design stage of an RC 3D-frame, repeated sequential analyses to determine optimal members' sizes and the investigation of the parameters required to minimize the differential column shortening are computational effort consuming, especially when considering various types of loads such as dead load, temperature action, time dependent effects, construction and live loads. Because the desired accuracy at this stage does not justify such luxury, two backpropagation feedforward artificial neural networks have been proposed in order to approximate this information. Instead of using a commercial software package, many references providing advanced principles have been considered to code a program and generate these neural networks. The first one predicts the typical amount of time between two phases, needed to achieve the minimum maximorum differential column shortening. The other network aims to prognosticate sequential analysis results from those of the simultaneous analysis. After the training stages, testing procedures have been carried out in order to ensure the generalization ability of these respective systems. Numerical cases are studied in order to find out how good these ANN match with the sequential finite element analysis. Comparison reveals an acceptable fit, enabling these systems to be safely used in the preliminary design stage.

  • 사람의 감정은 다양한 요소에 의해서 드러난다. 말, 행동, 표정, 옷차림 등등. 하지만 사람은 자신의 감정을 숨길 줄 안다. 따라서 어느 한 가지만으로는 쉽게 그 감성을 짐작할 수 없다. 우리는 이러한 문제를 해결하고 보다 진솔한 사람의 감성을 파악하기 위해 행동과 표정에 주의를 기울이기로 하였다. 행동과 표정은 부단한 노력과 훈련이 없으면 쉽게 감출 수 없기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 방법을 통해 적은 데이터를 가지고 점진적으로 사람의 행동과 표정을 학습하여 두 가지 결과의 조합을 통해 사람의 감성을 추측하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘을 통해 우리는 보다 종합적으로 사람의 감성을 파악할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 기술 인력들의 공동과제를 놓고 산학협동을 통해 문제를 해결하는 체험적 학습을 기반으로 하는 산학협동모델을 제안하고, 이를 위한 가이드라인을 구성하여 현장에 적용한 사례연구이다. 대상 기업인 (주)서림에 6시그마 방법론과 창의적 문제해결이론인 TRIZ를 연계시킴으로써 효과적인 문제 진단 및 해결 관련 교육을 실시 및 적용하였고 품질 관리 및 개선에 대한 지침을 제공하였다. 또한, 기업 내 관리 및 생산 부서 사원의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 성과를 평가 및 분석하였다.

Neural network based approach for rapid prediction of deflections in RC beams considering cracking

  • Maximum deflection in a beam is a serviceability design criterion and occurs generally at or close to the mid-span. This paper presents a methodology using neural networks for rapid prediction of mid-span deflections in reinforced concrete beams subjected to service load. The closed form expressions are further obtained from the trained neural networks. The closed form expressions take into account cracking in concrete at in-span and at near the interior supports and tension stiffening effect. The expressions predict the inelastic deflections (incorporating the concrete cracking) from the elastic moments and the elastic deflections (neglecting the concrete cracking). Five separate neural networks are trained since these have been postulated to represent all beams having any number of spans. The training, validating, and testing data sets for the neural networks are generated using an analytical-numerical procedure of analysis. The proposed expressions have been verified by comparison with the experimental results reported elsewhere and also by comparison with the finite element method (FEM). The proposed expressions, at minimal input data and minimal computation effort, yield results that are close to FEM results. The expressions can be used in every day design since the errors are found to be small.

입체 영상을 이용한 가상 모의 면접 시스템 (Cyber Interview System using Stereoscopic Images)

  • 이 연구에서는 입체 영상 기술을 사용한 모의 면접 시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발 및 구축하였다. 이 연구에서는 문항별로 제작된 입체 영상을 매끄러운 재생 기법을 사용하여 재생함으로써 실제감을 높였으며, 면접관의 실사 영상을 사용하여 면접자의 신뢰감을 향상시켰다. 또한 문제은행 형식의 실시간 면접 문항 구성 기능을 구현하여 다양한 면접 상황에 대한 훈련이 가능하도록 하였다. 개발된 시스템은 모의 면접 실시에 따른 인력과 시간, 장소, 그리고 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 각종 인력 관리 서비스 및 공공 기관에서의 활용과 향후 어학 분야 등 다양한 아이템으로 이용이 가능하다.

지하철 안전사고 방지를 위한 기관사의 적성관리 연구 (Study on aptitude test on engineers for preventing subway safety accidents)

  • The total number of passengers for Line $1{\sim}4$ operated by Seoul Metro among subways that act as foot of Seoul residents was 1.43116 billion passengers in 2006 and average of 3.921 million passengers per day. The results of analysis on safety accidents that occurred recently in subways show that various complaints on subways were reduced through the expansion of safety related facilities and training but accidents caused by negligent handling by employees including engineers are increasing on the contrary. At present time where various man-made accidents break out such as wrong handling and habits of engineers in charge of driving trains and momentary mistakes, there needs effort for active management and improvement to prevent and minimize accidents. Therefore, this study has drawn out problems through surveys on aptitude test system to engineers and compared with case studies in overseas. Thus, it attempted to minimize safety accidents in subways, and derived methods for improving safety management by focusing on improving the current aptitude test system for nurturing engineers suitable to handle railway driving in the future.
