고등학교 육상선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리의 관계 (Relationships between achievement goal orientation and self-management in high school track & field athletes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 육상선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리의 관계가 성별, 세부종목별, 그리고 운동경력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명하는 것이다. 체육고등학교에 재학 중인 229명의 육상선수들이 설문에 참여하였으며, 설문자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 남학생들의 성취목표성향은 여학생들에 비해 과제목표지향적이었으며(p<0.05), 자기관리의 세부영역 중에서도 대인관리, 정신관리, 그리고 몸 관리에서 여학생들보다 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 세부종목에 따른 결과를 살펴보면, 도약 선수들이 투척선수들에 비해 정신관리가 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 다른 자기관리의 세부영역에서는 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 성취목표성향과 자기관리는 고등학교 육상선수들의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 볼 수 있지만 현장에서 적용하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 보다 세심한 주의가 필요하다.

Markov Chain of Active Tracking in a Radar System and Its Application to Quantitative Analysis on Track Formation Range

  • Markov chains for active tracking which assigns additional track illuminations evenly between search illuminations for a radar system are presented in this article. And some quantitative analyses on track formation range are discussed by using them. Compared with track-while-search (TWS) tracking that uses scan-to-scan correlation at search illuminations for tracking of a target, active tracking has shown the maximum improvement in track formation range of about 27.6%. It is also shown that the number and detection probability of additional track beams have impact on the track formation range. For the consideration of radar resource management at the preliminary radar system design stage, the presented analysis method can be used easily without the need of Monte Carlo simulation.

  • KTX trains which began passenger service between Seoul and Busan in April 2004 have gained very high evaluation for their safe operation. Track is one of the most important means to keep KTX safety, it has not been a fail of safe structure. The track failure during operation may lead to a severe accident. So, it is to be verified the confidence of track maintenance management on the high speed line. This paper would like to find a track deformation trend through a comparative analysis on actual measurement data at these times. It discusses the effect of cyclic dynamic load at welding part. KTX dynamic impact load was measured in accordance with a rail surface irregularity and analyzed some track irregularities according to the condition of rail profile at welding part in the Gyeongbu high speed line.

K대학병원 병동부 이중복도형의 개선을 위한 사용자 요구 조사연구 (A Study on the User Needs for Renovation of Race Track Type of Nursing Units in K University Hospital)

  • Purpose: General hospital in korea is getting large-scaled, specialized and upgraded. So, nursing unit of race track type has been advanced along with a spatial organization, building equipment and environmental approach. This study is to search the guidelines for renovation of nursing unit with race track type in the case of K university hospital in Daejeon. Methods: 9 cases of recently opened general hospital has been analyzed for spatial and environmental design solution. Questionnaires and interviews about user needs of nursing staff, patient and visitors, have been conducted for a nursing care system and facility of nursing units in K university hospital. Results: The user needs are represented as followings. Center core public zone in each floor plan and center core nursing station and supporting areas in nursing unit are good for an adjacency and separation of spatial organization. Toilet of group patient room is necessary to equip for easy, safe and infective aspects, and so toilet install will decrease the patient number and increase the nursing care service. Hall type of station front is good for visibility and observation. It is appropriate to renovate into south facing group patient room for privacy, enough space for nursing care facility and supporting area, enough width of door to move portable medical equipment, room for medical doctor and practical student, noise absorbing of day room. Implications: Upgrading the nursing care service and facility equipment is necessary to reflect the user needs and cooperate with hospital management.

경부고속철도 콘크리트궤도 토공 및 원지반 침하 (I) (Settlement of Embankment and Foundation for Concrete Track of Gyungbu High Speed Railroad)

  • An application of concrete track is being actively processed for the construction of Korean railroad. The concrete track has an advantage to decrease the maintenance ire, but is very difficult system to maintain after earthwork settlement occurred. Therefore, the management and control of embankment and foundation settlement is very important for the successful concrete track construction. We expect that the main part of the settlement of the concrete track is the one of embankment and foundation supporting it. Settlements vulnerable to the concrete track among the causes of lots of settlements are primary consolidation and secondary compression settlement of foundation, creep settlement of embankment, settlement caused by train load, and unequal settlement resulting from the difference of embankment material and construction process. This paper investigated the settlement causes to make badly effects on the concrete track and also evaluated the settlement with field tests and numerical analysis.

  • This study is in a part of requirements validation plan for korean rubber-tired AGT system on test track. The AGT system is consisted subsystems as vehicle, signalling, communication, power distribution and infrastructure for rubber tire running on track. The subsystems will be installed and integrated on test track till next year for test and evaluation. This paper shows overview for test and evaluation in terms of system requirements and its validation classification, test track configuration, measuring system requirements and its configuration. The whole process of system integration and its validation will be controlled by means of KMS including documentation.

  • In this paper, the objective is an evaluation of economics using Life Cycle Cost(LCC) analysis for the ballasted track and the concrete track. However, since the absence of reliable data on maintenance activities, the degree of a reliability about the results of the LCC analysis is insufficient yet. In order to remedy the problems, we surveyed a professional research group for an approximate estimation which can be represented a degree of maintenance through a application of examples. Hereby we found that it is possible to expect the retrenchment of cost using preventive maintenance management. Moreover we proposed appropriate and economical restrictions between track structures.

철도 운행선로 작업자와 열차 접촉사고 위험도 평가에 관한 연구 (Risk Estimation Study on Railway Track Worker Hit by Train)

  • The accident fatality rate has decreased by more than 90% compared to 2006, due to the safety management and safety investment based on the Rail Safety Act. Most railway safety indicators, including fatality rates, have improved significantly from 60% to 80%, reaching the level of developed countries in terms of most railway safety indicators. However, the only staff fatality rate at work is not improved, and it is 3 to 5 times higher than that of developed countries. Most of the fatality occurred during employee's work recently occurred due to accidents hit by train while track work. In principle, when operating track need to check or maintenance, the operation of the train should be stopped and the work carried out. However, in Korea, due to the highest passenger density and train operating density in the world, it is caused by a structural problem that requires workers to enter the track while the train is running and perform various tasks such as maintenance and inspection. In this study, we analyzed the risk of accidents caused by hit by trains on the track, which is the biggest cause of staff fatality, using the main statistics of the last 10 years. In detail, the scenarios of the main causes of hit by trains and workers were formed to suggest the effectiveness of the current preventive measures and supplementary.
