경북 영상관광의 현황과 발전방안 (Boosting Film-Induced Tourism in Gyeongbuk)

  • 경북뿐만 아니라 우리나라의 영상관광은 다양한 유형들 중 "야외촬영지", "일회성 이벤트", "일부 시간을 투자하는 유형"에 집중되고 있다. 경북의 영상관광은 문경의 KBS왕건세트장 건립을 시작으로 활성화되기 시작하였다. 이후 세트장이 영상관광 활성화에 끼치는 영향으로 인해 근래 많은 지자체에서 세트장을 앞다투어 건립하였으나, 촬영 완료 후의 세트장 운영에 대해서는 상대적으로 관심이 미비하여 여러 문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 부정적 문제를 최소화하면서 영상관광을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 경북 영상관광이 발전하기 위해서는 첫째, 기존 야외촬영지의 특성을 분석하여 각 야외촬영지별 차별성을 가질 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 한다. 둘째, 영상물 관련 이벤트 개최 및 로케이션지에 관광객을 유인할 수 있는 영상물 관련시설 건립 등의 영상관광유형 다양화를 통해 신규관광지를 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 영화, 드라마, 소설, 애니메이션, 게임 등 콘텐츠와 연관된 관광자원을 조사하고 이들간을 연계함으로써 새로운 관광상품을 개발해야 한다. 그러나 무엇보다도 콘텐츠에 대한 비전을 공감하면서 실행으로 옮길 수 있는 추진주체의 확립이 필요하다. 따라서 영상관련 관광상품 개발 및 보완을 전담할 수 있는 기관의 정립(경북영상위원회의 역할 확대)이 우선되어야 할 것이다.

다문화사회의 관광정보 웹 콘텐츠 개선 방안 (Improvement of Tourism Information Web Contents in Multicultural Society)

  • 1990년 이후 외국인 노동자의 이주를 시작으로 최근 우리 사회는 다문화사회에 직면하고 있다. 아울러 한국에서 결혼이민자도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 이주민과의 공존이 사회적 화두가 되고 있지만, 이들에 대한 사회적 서비스는 미비한 실정이다. 최근 문화체육관광부의 이주민 문화향수실태조사에 의하면, 이주민이 가장 희망하는 여가 활동은 '여행'으로 나타났다. 이러한 사회적 추세를 고려하여 이 연구는 이주민의 한국 여행에 대한 정보요구에 부응할 수 있도록 관광정보 웹 콘텐츠의 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 구체적으로 기존 관광 웹 콘텐츠의 현황을 분석하고 웹사이트 '부산 문화관광'을 주요 사례로 분석하였다. 특히, 여행관련 웹 콘텐츠 중 VOD영상에 대한 분석을 시도하고 구체적인 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이 연구를 위하여 이주민들과의 인터뷰를 거침으로써 이주민의 눈높이에 맞춘 웹사이트 평가를 시도하였다. 평가결과, 콘텐츠품질에서 가장 불만족으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 서비스, 인터페이스 순으로 불만족한 것으로 조사되었다.

  • In rapidly changing environments of Foodservice Industry, it would be leading companies have made constant efforts to establish efficient management through active involvement in management accounting. Especially the foodservice business in Korea needs more critical managerial environment to grow and develope as a going business, these management environment is changed according to deepening of the competition between foodservice companies and customer's wants. In order to succeed in this change of management environment, a new managerial policy is required which the economic environment, estimates the level and the direction of change and makes efficient use of various resources through internal control.

지역 농특산물을 활용한 농업공원 공간기본계획 -청송군 '청송사과'를 활용하여- (Space Planning of Agricultural Park with Local Special Products: Case Study on 'Cheongsong Apple Park', Cheongsong-gun)

  • Rural tourism is primarily a domestic tourism activity with visitors traveling to non-urban area. Therefore, local agricultural and special products as one of rural amenity resources have been used revisitation carriers of rural tourism. For these purpose, this study selected Cheongsong-gun in Gyeongsang province, which has been famous for Cheongsong apple and planned space program on that sites as on-farm research. The sites are divided into 6 districts, agricultural production, leisure, cultural space, events or festival, green space, infrastructure for local residents and tourists. Above all, this study led local government to develop related policies using local agricultural and special products, which can be an example to plan for regional development.

  • The financial performance over the twenty four-year period (1968-1991) was analyzed with respect to six performance measures : current ratio, net sales to working capital for liquidity, total liabilities to net worth for solvency, asset turnover for activity, return on assets for profitability, and cost of operations for operating. Interesting enough, small size hotel companies have enjoyed great profitability while relatively big hotel companies have fallen under the average. Further, after a certain level of firm size, the costs of operations increase, not decrease, as plant size increase. This results lead to a conclusion that getting bigger is not always good financial decision.

그린투어리즘에 대한 대구 시민의 태도 및 의식조사 연구 (Attitudes & Cognition of Daegu City Residents towards Green Tourism)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate city residents' attitudes and cognition of Daegu City toward Green Tourism. A Questionnaire survey was conducted in september, 2006. The sum of 515 copies was analyzed. City residents recognized the problems of leisure activities as 'burden of expense', 'lack of program diversity' and the advantages of this as 'withdrawal of stress and increase of vitality', 'promotion of health for themselves and their family'. Among theme experiential activities, they preferred 'health/leports experience' 'traditional food experience', 'traditional culture experience', 'nature-ecological experience', respectively. By the result of cross-table analysis, there are many differences between groups by gender & age. Therefore, further development of specific experiencing activity programs and marketing techniques, are required.

기후변화가 야외 물놀이 활동에 미치는 영향 : 한강시민공원 수영장을 대상으로 (Effects of Climate Change on Outdoor Water Activity : The Case of Hangang Park Swimming Pool in Seoul)

  • The aim of this study is to find preferred climate condition for outdoor water activity and to estimate future change of preferred season for the activity following the climate change. We chose urban public swimming pools, Hangang park swimming pools, which do not have any attractions except pools and allow people to make decision to visit pools in the morning solely based on the weather conditions as study sites. We identified the preferred climate conditions by analyzing the relationship between number of visitors and temperature, wind chill temperature and discomfort indexes. According to the result, the preferred temperature range was from $23.51^{\circ}C$ to $37.56^{\circ}C$, the wind chill temperature range was from $25.90^{\circ}C$ to $39.43^{\circ}C$, the discomfort index range was from 71.61 to 88.98 and the precipitation range was below 22.8 mm per day. When the temperature range is applied as the preferred season, in present, the length of the season is 127 days, from end of May to end of September. However, if temperature increase resulting from lower emission scenario (RCP 6.0), the season would be extended to 162 days, from early May to middle of October. If temperature is increasing under high emission scenario (RCP 8.5), the length of the season would be extended to 173 days from early May to end of October. In addition, the period of between end of July and early August, which is currently the most preferred season, would not be favored anymore due to high temperature. The result of this study further suggests the necessity of climate change adaptation activities.

관광산업에서의 지식경영활동과 지식경영효율성 향상에 관한 실증연구 (Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Tourism Industry Knowledge Management Activities on Knowledge Management Efficiency)

  • Recent trends in business are characterized by recognition of the importance of knowledge assets. Especially, this phenomenon is receiving more momentum as our society goes digital rapidly. The concept of Knowledge Management has long been used as an effective way of restructuring the management process of a firm. In literature regarding knowledge management, a number of successful cases were reported, where knowledge-based management activities could dramatically enhance a firm's strategic performance for years. However, there exists very little research investigating the effect of knowledge management on corporate competitiveness. Researchers as well as practitioners need more rigorous results about such issues, especially how much the knowledge management strategic initiatives may have an influence on the firm's competitiveness. In this sense, we need an empirical study adopting statistical approaches due to the existence of abundant knowledge management case studies. To fill this research void, this study proposes a research model testing whether knowledge management activities could improve corporate competitiveness. We collected 321 valid questionnaires from participants in knowledge management activities in the tourism industry and applied a structural equation model. Empirical results showed that knowledge management activities have a positive impact on knowledge management efficiency and finally corporate competitiveness. We hope that this study will shed light on further rigorous studies considering tourism industry as a major strategic activity.

농촌관광에 있어 체험활동 선호도 및 행동의도 - 대구광역시 초등학생 학부모 집단을 대상으로 - (Preference of Experiential Activities and Behavioral Intention on Rural Tourism - On parents group of elementary students in Daegu city -)

  • This study is to analyze the preference of experiential activities and behavioral intention on rural tourism, with special focus on parents group of elementary students. The result can be utilized as basic data for demanding aspect of rural experiencing tourism. Two-step questionnaire survey was conducted, during May to July, 2915. Sample group was selected at 4 elementary school in Daegu city. 347 valid responses were analyzed with SPSS. Major results are as follows. Firstly, suggested model for 23 experiential activities in 7 types, were verified as valid by verifying factor analysis. Factor 1 was verified and named as 'Rual Life Experience', Factor 2 was verified and named as 'Health/Healing Experience', Factor 3, as 'Agricultural Product Experience', Factor 4, as 'Eco-Cultural Experience', Factor 5, as 'Leisure/Sports Experience', Factor 6, as 'Traditional Wellbeing Food Experience', and Factor 7, as 'Traditional Culture Experience'. All 7 factors explained 75.39% of total variance. Secondly, mean score of preference by each activity showed high in 'Health-care experience', 'Traditional food experience' and comparatively low in 'Collecting experience', 'Agricultural experience'. Thirdly, all 7 types(factors) of experience showed significant affecting relation to satisfaction, intention to participation and recommendation. Specially, 'Eco-Cultural Experience' and 'Rural Life Experience' showed high affecting relation. This could be the characteristics of parents group of elementary students.
