  • In this paper, voltage control strategy for maximum torque operation of stator flux-oriented induction machine drive in the field-weakening region is proposed. In a conventional stator flux-oriented (SFO) induction machine drive system of the maximum torque capability cannot be obtained. The field-weakening method is used to vary the stator-flux reference in proportion to the inverse of the rotor speed. The proposed algorithm, based on the voltage control strategy, ensures the maximum torque operation over the field-weakening region. The proposed algorithm, voltage control strategy for maximum torque operation of capability, which is insensitive to the variation of machine parameters In the field-weakening region. The proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.

  • In this paper a new dynamoelectric winch system is introduced which is widely applied in shipping. building, architecture and so on. Generally in the winch system the squirrel cage induction motor is used as prime mover and line voltage is directly applied to the induction motor during operation. So it is difficult to obtain the smoothing revolution. because of variation of the weight of cargo and system operating method. Based on above reasons, the switched reluctance motor (SRM) is proposed to replace the induction motor because of more reliable mechanical structure, better traction characteristic and higher efficiency compared to induction motor. And in order to solve smoothing revolution problem, instantaneous torque control method based on torque sharing function (TSF) is used. Finally the validity of the proposed method is verified through the simulation and experimental results.

  • This paper presents neural load disturbance observer that used to deadbeat load torque observer and regulation of the compensation gain by parameter estimator. As a result, the response of PMSM follows that of the nominal plant. The load torque compensation method is compose of a neural deadbeat observer. To reduce of the noise effect, the post-filter, which is implemented by MA process, is proposed. The parameter compensator with RLSM (recursive least square method) parameter estimator is suggested to increase the performance of the load torque observer and main controller. The proposed estimator is combined with a high performance neural torque observer to resolve the problems. As a result, the proposed control system becomes a robust and precise system against the load torque and the parameter variation. A stability and usefulness, through the verified computer simulation, are shown in this paper.

  • The torque of SRM depends on phase current and the derivative of inductance. But the inductance of SRM is nonlinearly changed according to rotor position angle and phase current because of saturation in magnetic circuit. Therefore this has a concern in torque ripple and speed variation, and it is difficult to control the desired torque The torque of SRM depends on phase current and the derivative of inductance. This paper proposes an optimization control scheme by adjusting both the turn-on and turn-off angle according to high efficiency points which are simulated by GA-Neural Network, which is used to simulate the reasonable switching angle which is nonlinearly varied with rotor speed and load.

  • We propose a torque and pitch control scheme for variable speed wind turbines with permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG). A torque controller is designed to maximize the power below the rated wind speed and a pitch controller is designed to regulate the output power above the rated wind speed. The controllers exploit the sliding mode control scheme considering the variation of wind speed. Since the aerodynamic torque and rotor acceleration are difficult to measure in practice, a finite time convergent observer is designed which estimates them. In order to verify the proposed control strategy, we present stability analysis as well as simulation results.

  • This paper presents neural load torque observer that is used to deadbeat load torque observer and gain compensation by parameter estimator As a result, the response of the PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) follows that nominal plant. The load torque compensation method is composed of a neural deadbeat observer To reduce the noise effect, the post-filter implemented by MA(moving average) process, is adopted. The parameter compensator with RLSM (recursive least square method) parameter estimator is adopted to increase the performance of the load torque observer and main controller The parameter estimator is combined with a high performance neural load torque observer to resolve the problems. The neural network is trained in on-line phases and it is composed by a feed forward recall and error back-propagation training. During the normal operation, the input-output response is sampled and the weighting value is trained multi-times by error back-propagation method at each sample period to accommodate the possible variations in the parameters or load torque. As a result, the proposed control system has a robust and precise system against the load torque and the Parameter variation. A stability and usefulness are verified by computer simulation and experiment.

  • 유도전동기의 직접 토크 제어방식은 구조가 간단하여 구현이 용이하고, 빠른 토크 응답성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 견인용 유도전동기의 추동시스템 등에 그 응용분야를 넓혀가고 있다. 그러나 히스테리시스 제어기를 사용하여 출력전압을 결정하는 기존의 직접 토크 제어방식에서는 인버터의 스위칭 주파수가 히스테리시스 밴드 폭과 운전조건에 따라 가변하고 토크맥동이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인버터의 스위칭 주파수를 일정하게 유지하고 저속 및 고속 운전영역에서 전동기의 토크 및 고정자 전류 맥등을 저감하기 위한 목적으로 고정자 자속 제어개념과 공간전압벡터 P%에 의한 새로운 직접 토크 제어방식을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • This paper presents a damper system design in torque converter to minimize the vibration in powertrain of automatic transmission vehicle. The lock-up clutch in torque converter makes engine and transmission connected directly. When the lock-up clutch is engaged the torque fluctuation of engine is attenuated by the damper system. This function decides the vehicle power-train dynamic characteristics. At first, the dynamic hysteresis effect with any self and surface to surface contact problems of the damper springs in the damper system for torque converter is analyzed by using FEM. It is shown that these simulation results have a good design reference to energy dissipation operating by damper system in torque converter. And, to calculate dynamic characteristics, the vehicle model is structured by using $AMESim^{(R)}$?? that is a common use program. The vehicle model shows the frequency response of vehicle by changing the stiffness of damper spring, and these results lead the most suitable stiffness of spring. Also, new damper system is analyzed resonance frequency variation and is compared with prior damper.

  • 본 논문에서는 유도탄 해치시스템의 스플라인 백래시에 의한 토크 외란에 대하여 실험을 통한 분석을 다룬다. 유도탄 해치시스템은 무거운 해치를 수직으로 상승시키기 위하여 스플라인과 기어열을 사용하고 있다. 해치의 회전축에 적용된 스플라인은 일반적으로 큰 동력전달을 위한 자동차의 구동 부품으로 사용된다. 스플라인은 각도 백래시를 갖고 있으며, 저크를 발생시킨다. 또한 해치 스플라인의 백래시는 해치의 흔들림 발생에 영향을 준다. 스플라인 백래시와 해치의 흔들림은 해치 회전각 및 해치의가속도를 측정함으로써 실험적으로 분석된다. 해치의 흔들림은 짧은 시간동안 육안으로 관찰되며, 회전각의 변화 및 해치 가속도에 의해 측정된다. 해치의 각 변화에 대한 변동형태 및 지속시간은 토크와 유사하며, 백래시에 의한 해치의 흔들림은 토크 외란을 발생시킴을 보여준다.

  • 본 논문은 자기적 비선형성과 상간의 토오크중첩을 고려하여 맥동토오크를 최소화시킬 수 있는 제어기법을 제시하고 이를 DSP를 이용하여 구현한 SRM의 구동시스템에 대하여 기술하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 몇 단계의 상전류 크기에 대한 회전자 위치별 인덕턴스값과 발생토오크의 크기를 실측한 후 이들 대표값으로부터 신경회로망을 사용하여 제어에 필요한 충분히 정밀한 값들을 추론한다. 또한 각 상간의 토오크중첩을 고려하여 총합 발생토오크의 맥동성분의 최소화되도록 상별 지령토오크 파형을 설정한다. 회전자위치와 상전류를 검출하고, 이 검출값과 추론된 토오크데이터를 이용하여 구한 토오크 값이 지령토오크를 추종하도록 델타변조기법에 의한 제어기를 구성한다. 이러한 제어방식을 실시간으로 처리하고, 제어기의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 DSP를 사용하였다.
