동기식 온라인창업교육의 학습자만족 모델 개발 (A Study on Developing the Model of Learner Satisfaction in Synchronous Online Entrepreneurship Education)

  • Owing to pandemic (COVID-19), the traditional face-to-face education method has been changed to the non-face-to-face real-time online education methods. Using a real time-based video conference system, synchronous education can be adopted by face-to-face class easily. Specially, it is very important to minimize the difference in learning effects between face-to-face and non-face-to-face in Entrepreneurship education. In this study, in order to derive the factors that affect the satisfaction of learners in synchronous online education, authors collected data from learners taking a synchronous entrepreneurship course. Through previous research, learned the reality of education and the composition of lessons. Spatiotemporal effectiveness, mentor ability, and educational environment influence learning satisfaction. PLS-SEM results revealed that it was confirmed that only spatiotemporal effects affect learner satisfaction. However, the education environment (fluent operation and convenience of function use of real-time based online conference system) effect teaching presence, class structure, and spatiotemporal effects. Through this research, we hope to provide theoretical and practical support for developing effective teacher activities, proper lesson structure, convenient function of the conference system, and learner-centered online learning environment when developing synchronous online classes.

국방분야 지식관리시스템의 활용도와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilization and Satisfaction of Knowledge Management System in the Defense Sector)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze how both the quality of KMS (Knowledge Management System) and its organizational factors have effect on the utilization and user satisfaction in the defense sector. This study has verified the effects and identified the main factors affecting KMS performance measures. The nature of KMS quality and its organizational characteristics were deduced from previous research results, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 250 KMS users in the defense sector on the performance of KMS based on the time spent on KMS and the overall satisfaction through which the hypothesis was verified. This study has made several contributions in the fact that it had provided the opportunity to analyze which factors have impact on knowledge management performance in the defense sector and the utilization and users' satisfaction of KMS reflecting the viewpoint of the organizational characteristics of the military, while studying the factors which can affect the performance for knowledge management.

S-NS 다이어그램으로 강의 만족도 개선 사례 연구 (Case Study for Improving Lecture Satisfaction using S-NS Diagram)

  • Purpose: This paper proposes S-NS diagram. S-NS diagram helps us find core factors which improve customer satisfaction. Methods: S-NS diagram draws a scatter diagram based on marks obtained from surveys consisting of several questions on satisfaction and non-satisfaction at the same time. S-NS diagram is divided into the 4 regions. We focused on region B which is High satisfaction and high non-satisfaction shown in S-NS diagram. Region B is the areas for needs to improve. Results: S-NS diagram can find few important factors which affect customer satisfaction. We improve Lecture Satisfaction using S-NS Diagram. Conclusion: S-NS diagram has been proven to be an effective method for improving customer satisfaction with a lecture satisfaction improvement example. We know S-NS diagram can use many fields including manufacture and service areas.

비정규직 호텔조리사의 직무환경과 조직 몰입이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Part-time Hotel Cuisiniers' Labor Environment and Organizational Commitment on Their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is that problems caused by labor environment of cuisiniers in hotels need to be considered and studies regarding a part-time cuisinier in a special-grade hotel need to be conducted. This study analyzes the influence of labor conditions and organizational commitment of a part-time hotel cuisinier on duty satisfaction. It consists of two parts: a research based on the review of the literature and empirical study methods. The method of human resource management in hotels such as treatment of a part-time cuisinier in a special-grade hotel and the way of management as a result of an empirical study are proposed. First, as a result of conducting research on duty satisfaction to part-time cuisinier, most of them are highly satisfied with their duty regardless of their age and academic backgrounds. Second, men hold a majority; woman staffs tent to have a had time working overtime considering the situation that hotels run for 24 hours. That is the main reason why less woman staffs work in hotels than man staffs do. Part-time staffs would like to work consistently after they get upgraded to a regular worker. Forth, it is considered to break down into detailed sectors and speciality is highly demanded.

모바일 과학학습 성과에 대한 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미의 예측력 검증 (Predictability of M-Learning Outcomes by Time management, Usefulness, and Interest in Science Education)

  • 본 연구는 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미가 모바일 과학학습 성과를 예측하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A여자 고등학교 2학년 학생 144명을 대상으로 약 5주 동안 모바일 기기를 활용하여 과학수업을 진행하였다. 수업 후, 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미, 만족도, 성취도, 학습지속의향에 관한 설문 결과를 수집하여, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시간관리, 유용성, 흥미가 학습성과 중 만족도, 학습지속의향을 예측하였고, 시간관리, 유용성은 인지된 성취도를 유의미하게 예측하였다. 이는 모바일 과학수업에서 학습성과를 높이기 위해서는 시간관리전략에 대한 교육프로그램 제공과, 모바일학습에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 함양할 수 있도록 하는 교육이 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

이탈리안 레스토랑의 적절한 Meal Duration 선정에 관한 연구 (Study of Appropriate Meal Duration at an Italian Restaurant)

  • This study examined the different meal duration expectations and dining characteristics of customers each stage of service (order, cook, check), and investigated the impact of perceived meal duration on customers' satisfaction. The procedures consisted of four phases. During the first phase, the different meal duration expectations and dining characteristics of customers of an Italian restaurant in Seoul were examined by survey at each stage of service. The second phase investigated the impact of perceived meal duration on customer' satisfaction. The third phase compared perceived meal duration and actual meal duration. The last phase suggested appropriate meal duration for maximization of customer' satisfaction. We also examined the effects of meal time (lunch or dinner) on meal duration preferences. Customer satisfaction was decreased with longer perceived meal duration for the order and check stages and too short perceived meal duration for the cook stage. To determine appropriate meal duration for each service stage, the relationship between perceived and actual meal durations was examined. This study confirms that customers dining at restaurants preferred a longer cook time and that a shorter meal duration at dinner decreased satisfaction ratings more when compared to lunch.

노인의 여가참여유형에 따른 생활만족도의 (Differences in Life Satisfaction by Leisure Participation Types of the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a typology of leisure participation, investigate determinants of leisure participation types, and analyze differences in life satisfaction by the types of leisure participation of the elderly. The data source for this research was the 2014 Time Use Survey conducted by the Korea National Statistical office (KNSO). The statistical methods for the analysis were mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, Duncan test, cluster analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Leisure participation were classified into five types based on five categories; social activities, religious activities, media, sports, time-spending activity. The five types were named "general", "insufficient", "religious oriented", "media oriented", and sports oriented" type. Gender, health condition were identified as important determinants for the types. Life satisfaction was different according to leisure participation type of the elderly. Religious oriented type showed the highest score of life satisfaction and media oriented type showed the lowest.

공동주택의 관리활동에 대한 거주자 의식 연구 - 에너지절약 의식 및 태도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Residents' Opinion to the Management of Apartment)

  • Managing apartments is critical not only to handling the physical deterioration over time, but also to the quality of community life, social environment and ultimately residents' satisfaction with the housing environment. Therefore, this study aims at understanding residents' awareness of apartment management, and finding the relationship between management activities and residents' satisfaction and participation by comparing an apartment with active management and an apartment without it. This study examines 1) management activities of two subject apartment complexes, and 2) how management activities affect residents' participation and satisfaction. Surveys were conducted of the residents, and SPSS statistics package was utilized to analyze the survey data. This study found that management activities of apartment complex have positive influence on residents' participation and satisfaction with their housing environment. The results of this study can be utilized as basic materials to develop effective guidelines and manual from the perspective of environmental management of apartment houses, in order to improve the participation of the residents in the apartment management.

운영방식과 고용형태에 따른 공공도서관 사서의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Public Librarians' Job Satisfaction by Management and Employment Styles: Focused on Public Libraries in Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시 소재 공공도서관 사서들을 대상으로 직무만족도를 측정하고 이를 운영방식과 고용형태에 따라 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이론적 배경으로 공공도서관의 운영방식과 직무만족의 개념 및 변인을 논하고, 이를 바탕으로 직무만족도 측정을 위한 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무, 임금, 복지, 고용 등 7가지 직무만족 변인을 선정하여 설문을 실시하였다. 응답자 전체 평균으로 나타난 만족도를 보았을 때, 직무자체, 동료, 상사, 업무 등 4가지 변인에서 긍정적인 만족감을 표한 반면, 임금, 복지, 고용의 3가지 변인에서는 낮은 만족감을 나타냈다. 운영방식에 따른 직무만족 분석에서 주목할 것은 지자체 위탁도서관과 타 직영도서관 간의 차이였다. 지자체 위탁도서관은 고용불안감에 대한 체감 정도에서 정규직과 비정규직이 거의 동일한 수치를 보였다. 정규직과 비정규직이라는 고용형태에 따른 분석에서 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 것은 업무결정 참여도와 업무 재량권 측면이었고, 이들 간 차이는 임금, 복지, 고용 측면에서 더욱 확연히 드러났다.

외식 자원 구성 요인이 여가 만족도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Dining-out Resource on Leisure Satisfaction and Quality of Life)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in satisfaction of leisure life and quality of life using standardized evaluation tools developed by WHO. Resource availability when dining out was measured by objective index(time of dining out, dining out expense) and subjective index(perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense). In this study, 500 questionnaires(male & female adults) located in Seoul and the metropolitan area were sampled by convenience sampling and gather in 433 sheets of questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS Win 12.0. As a result there was high positive correlation between time of dining out, dining out expense and perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense. Moreover, dining out resources impact on leisure life satisfaction and quality of life. Leisure life satisfaction had fairly high effects on quality of life. Since there is an increase in leisure time the desire to improve quality of life while enjoying dining out as a part of leisure life is increasing and as various forms of consumption takes place, it suggests that segmentation of dining out market is necessary and marketing strategy should be established.
