관광서비스시스템 변화에 따른 시간 빈곤감이 관광의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 고찰 (An Exploratory Study on the Effect of Time Poverty on the Quality of Tourism due to Changes in the Tourism Service System)

  • 본 연구는 최근 급속한 관광서비스시스템이 변화하여 관광객이 겪는 시간 빈곤감이 관광의 질에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 최근 '시간 빈곤감(time poverty)'에 우울하다는 호소가 많다. 예를 들면 시간 빈곤의 느낌이 삶의 만족감, 긍정성, 그리고 마음 건강에 부정적 영향을 준다는 연구결과가 있다. 더불어 창의성, 업무 능력, 그리고 인간관계의 질마저 떨어뜨린다는 결과도 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 관광서비스시스템 변화에 따른 시간 빈곤감이 관광객의 만족도를 떨어뜨려 관광의 질(Quality)에까지 영향을 미치는 것에 집중하여 문헌 고찰을 하였다. 그 결과, 관광객의 소득수준에 따른 시간 빈곤감 및 이와 관련한 관광의 질 향상 정책을 시행하기 위해서는 소득계층별로 나누어 정부정책과 사업을 세밀하게 기획하고 고려할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 정부가 추진하는 근로자의 휴가지원정책에 다양한 시사점을 제공하였다.

공동주택 거주자의 주거환경 만족도 및 개선요구를 통한 공동주택 장기수선 계획 연구 (A study on the Residential Satisfaction and Demands for the Comprehensive Apartment Improvement Planning)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to provide the managerial guidelines for the comprehensive apartment improvement planning. This plan will consider the time-serial apartment management plan. Through a questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and demands on apartment units, apartment building and site amenities were investigated. Based on the statistical analysis, residents' demands were assessed. The resident groups were categorized into the three groups considering the apartments' life span where they were living. The results from the statistical analysis were finally compared with the long-term apartment management plan demonstrated in the Housing Code of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, residential satisfaction on the equipments in apartment units was higher than that on the unit plans. Residents' satisfaction on the communal facilities in apartment sites was lower than that on the other factors. Thus, apartment unit plans and communal facilities in sites need to be improved. Second, though we had the three residents' groups, for the results of the residential satisfaction, the groups were divided into two groups: 'less than 10 years group'and 'over than 10 years group'. Considering the residents' demands for the apartment improvement according to the life span of apartment complexes, the habitability factor was demanded by 'the less than 10 years group' and the safety factor by 'the over than 10 years group'. Compared the residents' demands for apartment improvements with the long-term apartment management plan demonstrated in the Housing Code, the improvement cycles demanded by residents were shorter than those in the code. Thus, the management plan in the code should be reconsidered.

소화기 내시경실 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 직무 만족도 (Job Stress and Job Satisfaction among Nurses in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Units)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate job stress and job satisfaction among nurses in gastrointestinal endoscopy units, and factors related to their job stress and job satisfaction. Methods: The study participants were 153 nurses working in gastrointestinal endoscopy units at eleven general hospitals. Job stress and job satisfaction were measured using nurses's job stress scale and the index of work satisfaction respectively. Results: The average job stress was 3.67 (range 1~5) and job satisfaction was 2.90 (range 1~5). Gastrointestinal endoscopy unit nurses, who were full time worker, having more than 7 years of clinical experiences, having higher incomes, having high subjective work-intensity, and having an intention to change their working units, showed greater job stresses than those of the others. There were significant differences in job satisfaction according to subjective health status, the types of employment, subjective work-intensity, subjective aptitude, intention to change working units, major nursing tasks, and the numbers of major nursing tasks. Also, the subjects's job stress showed a negative correlation with job satisfaction. Conclusion: Findings suggest that management strategies should be developed to increase job satisfaction focusing on general and job characteristics associated with job stress.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate communication style & communication in the family and marital satisfaction. This study focuses on the following aspects: 1) to find out which variables of background variables(oe, sociodemographic variables & communication styles) have effect on communica-tion and marital satisfaction in the family. 2) to find out the relationships between communication in the family and marital satisfaction. 3) to find out the independent influence of background variables on marital satisfaction. In order to clarify the above problems the data were obtained from questionaires with 72 items. The selected sample is composed of 365 housewives in chong Joo city. SAS pc program was used for th statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency percentage mean F-test Duncan's multiple range test regression analysis path analysis pearson's correlation coefficient. Major findings are as follows: first age of couples education of couples durati n of marriage family life cycle number of children income were variables to have influence on communication in the family, And communication styles were variables to have influence on communication in the family. Second age of couple education of couple duration of marriage family life cycle number of children were variables to have influence on marital satisfaction. And communication styles were variables to have influence on marital satisfaction. Third there were positive relation between communication in the family and marital satisfaction. The higher communication about clothing food housing skill health affection money, time and infstitutional facilities the higher marital satisfaction. Fourth influential variables related to marital satisfaction were communication about clothing affection & money and communication styles(ie, random style, morphogenic style, mophostatic style)

대형병원과의 협력관계를 맺고 있는 병.의원 경영자의 협력만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 수도권소재 3개 대학과 협력관계를 맺고 있는 병의원을 중심으로 - (The Study on Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Clinic and Hospital CEOs on Affiliation with Large Size Hospitals)

  • The purpose of the study is 1) to explore clinic and hospital CEOs' satisfaction and expectation level on the affiliation with the larger size teaching hospitals, 2) to find the factors influencing the satisfaction and expectation level on the affiliation with the large hospitals. Data for analysis was collected to use self-administrative structured questionnaire on 335 CEOs of small or middle sized clinics and hospitals affiliated with large sized teaching hospitals located in Seoul and Kyung Ki Province. For the study, the researchers develop the constructs for questions on the satisfaction and the expectation of the affiliation, the attitude, knowledge on the affiliation, previous relationship of the affiliation, and selection guideline of the affiliation with exploratory factor analysis and reliability test. Through the confirmative factor analysis using AMOS 4, the researchers develop constructs based on exact relationship between constructs and questions. CEOs' expressive and unexpressive satisfaction level are 2.54 of 5 point(38.5 of 100) and 2.78 of 5 point(44.5 of 100), and the expressive and unexpressive expectation level are 2.77 of 5 point(44.3) and 3.16 of 5 point(54.0). These levels are relatively row for importance of affiliation. Expectation levels do not influence satisfaction levels. Attitude of affiliation influences expressive expectation and unexpressive satisfaction, reason for affiliation unexpressive satisfaction, and previous relationship to affiliated hospitals influence both of expressive and unexpressive satisfaction. The expressive expectation level and the expressive satisfaction level influence unexpressive expectation and unexpressive satisfaction, respectively. There is cognitive dissonance between expectation and satisfaction, therefore numbers of affiliation might be smaller or weaker in the future than present time. Many CEOs feel environmental press such as competition and the press of health insurance, but they might not think affiliation is best solution. Therefore, large hospitals try to give affiliated clinics and hospitals practical benefits to increase satisfaction and expectation levels, and they need to new affiliation form such as joint venture and joint ownership. The expectation and the satisfaction level was influenced by CEOs' gender, type of health service facilities, distances between the affiliated facility and the large mother hospital, and reason for affiliation.

The Effect of Airport Self-Service Characteristics on Passengers' Technology Acceptance and Behavioral Intention

  • Purpose - This paper analyzes the effects of the SST characteristics at airports on behavioral intention through technology acceptance and customer satisfaction, and presents a strategic plan for introducing SSTs to airports providing differentiated services. Research design, data, and methodology - We examine the role of airport self-service characteristics and access the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on both customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions towards SSTs. To do this, a survey is conducted with passengers having used self-service technologies(SSTs) at Incheon International Airport. A total of 400 questionnaires are then analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results - According to the results, of the self-service characteristics, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention were affected by optimism through perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment and by innovativeness and insecurity through perceived ease of use. Conclusions - According to the results of the study, the purpose of using TBSS in the airport is to save time and convenience. Therefore, it is necessary to closely analyze the differences in technology acceptance by age and generation, increase user self-efficacy, increasing satisfaction through effective management of cognitive and emotional waiting time will have a positive impact on behavioral intentions.

프랜차이즈 조직에 있어서 교육훈련의 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Training Programs at Franchise Organization)

  • 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 조직에 있어서 교육훈련 프로그램 운영에 따른 만족/ 불만족이 신협조직의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 교육훈련 프로그램변수에는 동기유발, 역할지각, 고객지향성을 독립변수로 하고, 만족/불만족을 매개변수로 하였으며, 종속변수로 설정한 성과에는 영업능력향상, 직무만족, 장기근무의지를 지정하여 SPSS/PC+ 통계프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 그 결과 교육훈련 프로그램의 만족이 장기근속에 가장 큰 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 우리사회에서 생활편의를 제공하는 프랜차이즈의 장기적 성장을 위해서는 알차고 내용이 충실한 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하고 지속적으로 실행함이 무엇보다 중요하다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 얻기 위한 논문의 체계는 I장 서론에서 문제의 제기와 연구의 목적을 들었고, II장 이론적 고찰에서는 교육훈련 프로그램의 내용 및 기대요인 즉, 동기유발, 역할지각, 고객지향성을 살펴보았고, III장에서는 연구의 방법으로 연구의 모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 또한 실증조사의 설계와 자료분석방법을 제시하였다. IV장에서는 실증분석으로 측정도구의 검증과 상관관계분석, 신뢰성 검증을 실시하였으며, 가설을 검증한 후 V장에서 결론을 맺었다.

The Study of the Cycle Time Improvement by Work-In-Process Statistical Process Control Method for IC Foundry Manufacturing

  • The definition of cycle time is the time from the wafer start to the wafer output. It usually takes one or two months to get the product since customer decides to produce it. The cycle time is a critical factor for customer satisfaction because it represents the response time to the market. Long cycle time reflects the ineffective investment for the capital. The cycle time is very important for foundry because long cycle time will cause customer unsatisfied and the order loss. Consequently, all of the foundries put lots of human source in the cycle time improvement. Usually, we make decisions based on the experience in the cycle time management. We have no mechanism or theory for cycle time management. We do work-in-process (WIP) management based on turn rate and standard WIP (STD WIP) set by experiences. But the experience didn't mean the optimal solution, when the situation changed, the cycle time or the standard WIP will also be changed. The experience will not always be applicable. If we only have the experience and no mechanism, management will not be work out. After interview several foundry fab managers, all of the fab can't reflect the situation. That is, all of them will have an impact period after product mix or utilization varied. In this study, we want to develop a formula for standard WIP and use statistical process control (SPC) concept to set WIP upper/lower limit level. When WIP exceed the limit level, it will trigger action plans to compensate WIP Profile. If WIP Profile balances, we don't need too much WIP. So WIP level could be reduced and cycle time also could be reduced.

노인의 자산과 우울 및 삶의 만족 간의 종단적 인과관계: 자기회귀교차지연모형의 적용 (A Longitudinal Causal Rrelationship Study on the Elderly's Assets, Depression and Llife Satisfaction: : The Application of Autoregressive Cross-lagged Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 자산과 우울 및 삶의 만족 간의 자기회귀효과를 분석하고, 노인의 삶에 영향을 미치는 자산과 우울의 영향력을 종단적 관점으로 접근하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 제9차년도(2014년), 제11차년도(2016년), 제13차년도(2018년) 가구원용 데이터를 이용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 분석대상 기간에 걸쳐 이전 시점의 자산, 우울 및 삶의 만족은 이후 시점의 자산(B=.694, B=.725, p<.001), 우울(B=.258, B=.331, p<.001) 및 삶의 만족(B=.264, B=.265, p<.001)에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교차회귀계수를 통해 분석대상 기간에 걸쳐 노인의 자산과 우울 및 삶의 만족 간의 관계가 상호간 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인한 결과, 이전 시점의 노인의 자산은 이후 시점의 우울(B=.010, B=.011, p<.001), 이전 시점의 노인의 자산은 이후 시점의 삶의 만족(B=.128, B=.124, p<.001)에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 노인의 자산관리서비스와 지속적인 자산활용 교육 등의 우울 예방서비스 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

취업여성의 부모역할 경험이 직업만족과 심리적 복지에 미치는 영향: 부부관계스트레스의 중재효과 (Effects of Parenting Experiences on Job Satisfaction and Psychological Well-being in Employed Women: Moderating Effects of Marital Strews)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of parenting on job satisfaction and psychological well-being in employed women, with moderating effects of marital stress. The present study was based on a sample of 258 full-time employed women aged 30-49 in dual-earner families. The effects of parenting experiences on job satisfaction and psychological well-being were examined separately for women with low and high marital stress. Both parenting rewards and costs were significantly associated with psychological well-being in women with high marital stress. For women with low marital stress, parenting rewards and costs did not predict psychological well-being. Among women with high marital stress, parenting rewards were positively associated with psychological well-being and parenting costs were negatively associated with psychological well-being. In contrast, only parenting costs were a good predictor of job satisfaction for women with high marital stress. In conclusion, the effects of parenting experiences on job satisfaction and psychological well-being were mediated by the level of marital stress in employed women.
