The purpose of this study was to identify the difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the type of time management behavior in clinical nurses. Total 208 nurses were recruited from clinical settings where located in Seoul and Daejeon, South Korea. Data were collected using self-administered method with structured questionnaire between August 2012 and January 2013. Descriptive statistics, K-mean cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA were performed for data analysis. As results, the type of time management behavior were classified into four types such as unconcern type, accomplishment type, urgency type and selection & concentration type. Among four types, nurses who belonged to be accomplishment and selection & concentration type were tend to have positive behaviors in terms of time managements as they had high scores in job satisfaction. Therefore, further study on whether types of time management are related with organizational culture including commitment and effectiveness should be explored.
In horse management, the alarm system with sensors in the foaling period enables the breeder can appropriately prepare the time of the parturition. It is important to prevent losses by unpredictable parturition because there are several high risks such as dystocia and the death of foals and mares during foaling. However, unlike analysis in the alarm system that detects specific motions has been widely performed, analysis of classification following specific behavior patterns or number needs to be more organized. Thus, the objective of this study is to classify signs of the specific behaviors of the mares for the prediction of pre-foaling behaviors. Five Thoroughbred mares (9-20 yrs) were randomly selected for observation of the pre-foaling behaviors. The behaviors were monitored for 90 min that was divided into three different periods as 1) from -90 to -60 min, 2) from -60 to -30 min, 3) from -30 min to the time for the discharge of the amniotic fluid, respectively. The behaviors were divided into two different categories as state and frequent behaviors and each specific behavioral pattern for classification was individually described. In the state behaviors, the number of mares in the standing of the foaling group (3.17 ± 0.18b) at period 3 was significantly higher than the control group (1.67 ± 0.46a). In contrast, the number of the mares in the eating of the foaling group (1.17 ± 0.34b) at period 3 was significantly lower than the control group (3.33 ± 0.46a). In the frequent behaviors, the weaving of the foaling group was significantly higher than the control group, and looking at the belly of the foaling group was significantly lower than the control group. In period 2, defecation, weaving, and lowering the head of the foaling group were significantly higher than the control group, respectively. In period 3, sitting down and standing up, pawing, weaving, and lowering the head in the foaling group were also significantly higher than the control group. In conclusion, the behavior is significantly different in foaling periods, and the prediction of foaling may be feasible by the detection of the pre-foaling behaviors in the mares.

Sustainability continues to gain traction in all industry sectors as people become aware of the advantages of green products. The voluntary use of green products in buildings in the United States continues to grow due to long-term cost saving and the ecological benefit to nature. The voluntary installation of green products is associated with end-users' expectations and perceptions including cost saving, sustainable behavior, and social responsibility. Although involuntary use of green products has similar expectations and perceptions, the installation decision is not based on the goodwill from end-users. This paper surveys college students to capture current experience levels, expectations, and perceptions in regard to green products and/or sustainability and to understand their attitudes about involuntary use of a green product. The installation of low water pressure showerheads in a dormitory provides data to support perception, expectation, and future direction of adoption of green products in public buildings. This information may be used to facilitate sustainable behaviors among involuntary groups regarding to the adoption of green products. The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the college students' perception of a green product, particularly when the students are involuntarily exposed to the green products. As a secondary objective, the paper also attempts to address the college students' general understanding on sustainability and green products. The findings of this study could support the growing importance of sustainable behavior among higher education beyond social responsibility and provide a benchmark against which to improve future change while fostering sustainable behaviors over time among the public.
This study was undertaken to investigate the current meal management situation and behaviors of the housewives in Seoul during the period January in 1933. The aim of this study was to improve meal managenment in 1980. This study has been performed by questionnaire about kitchen forms, cooking machines. foodstuffs buying forms, plan of the price in meal and meal management behaviors. 1. 85% of the housewives had stand-up fashioned kitchen forms, and they were equipped with variety of cooking machines and high possession percentage that. 2. 66.7% of the housewives spent the price of meal under plan, 3.1% of them purchased foodstuffs daily. 3. The time spent in preparing the table of breakfast and lunch was about 60 minutes and dinner was about 90 minutes. the time spent in clearing the table of breakfast and lunch was about 20 minutes and dinner was about 40 minutes. 4. The numbers of daily cooking rice was the higher percentage twice a day than once a day, but increased higher percentage once a day than 1980's. 5. In preparing kimchi most of housewives were making it in their homes and number of making kimchi once a 15day and a month was high percentage. 6. When they prepared meals they gave higher percentage to the tastes of families than nutrition. The number of preparing a side dish in breakfast and lunch was 3~4, and dinner was 5~6. 7. In most cases housewives cooked for themselves, and the number of husbands who help their wives for kitchen work was increased in group of younger housewives than older. 8. The environment of kitchen work is improved to many facility but not to be desired facility, and meal management behavior is changing gradually into more convenience but not to be changing into more scientific forms.

According to the accident statistics published by the National Police Agency in 2006, it can be recognized that drivers' characteristics and driving behaviors are the most causational factors on the traffic accidents. At present, although many recording tools such as digital speedometer or black box are distributed in the market to meet social requests of decreasing traffic accidents and increasing safe driving behaviors, it is also true that it still lacks in obvious categories for dangerous driving types and then, the efficiency of the categories to be studied has been low. In this study, dangerous driving types are redefined. They are grouped into 7 classifications in the first level, and the seven classifications are regrouped into 16 in more detail. To verify the redefined dangerous driving types, a Data-logger is developed to receive and analyze the data that occur from the driving behaviors of the test vehicle. The developed Data-logger can be used to construct a real time warning system and safe driving management system with dangerous driving patterns based on acceleration, deceleration, Yaw rate, image data, etc.
The purpose of this study was to examine whether any differences can be found in body comparison, body satisfaction, and appearance management behaviors according to the MBTI's typology among male and female adolescents in Gwangju and South Jeolla province, South Korea. It was conducted by a self-report survey of 534 male and female high school students in Gwangju and South Jeolla province. The collected survey data were analyzed by Means, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Factor analysis, and t-test using the SPSS/PC WIN 19.0 statistical program. The results were as follows: Introversion Type(I) teens tend to think a thinner body is closer to the ideal when compared to Extroversion type(E) students. They spend less time comparing their bodies with their peers. However, they usually have lower levels of body satisfaction and are more likely to be concerned about acne. Intuition Type(N) students tend to have a body figure that is a little plumper than Sensing Type(S) teens. They are inclined to try and lose weight and are concerned about acne. Sensing Type(S) students are more likely to compare their bodies with their peers than Intuition Type(N) teens. However, they are generally less satisfied with their bodies. Feeling Type(F) teens are more concerned with harmony and personal hygiene the Thinking Type(T) students. Judging Type (J) students generally want to be thinner than their current body type when compared with Perceiving Type(P) teens. When Judging Type(J) teens decide they need to be on a diet, they do their best to lose weight even if it means exercising and forgoing their favorite foods. These results indicate that it would be more effective to offer guidance to teens while taking into consideration their differences in terms of appearance management behaviors based on the MBTI Topology of Adolescents.
IT companies make a lot of efforts for sharing and utilizing of experiences of their members and transforming them into the organizational knowledge as a competitive core. But they face a dilemma that they have to spend time and financial resource to perform activities around knowledge management for the long-term gains, while carrying field-works for making short-term profits. As an initial attempt to tackle this managerial problem, this paper try to investigate the mechanism of knowledge management in a small IT company in Korea with a synthetic view-point using system dynamics simulation model. It depicts the dynamic behaviors of knowledge management and presents some findings of political leverage. Although it has to be replenished further, the scheme for the dynamism of knowledge management and the findings presented in the paper could be useful for the decision makers particularly of knowledge-intensive organizations
The purpose of this study was to identify egonomy tendency on their self-makeup and appearance management behavior of university women in Jeonbuk province. A self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection. Frequency analyses, reliability analyses, cross-tabulations and multiple regression analyses were used. Factors of university women's egonomy tendency were individuality, value, luxury good, style, design, appearance, and economic feasibility. University women were classified into the egonomy retarde group(G1), the value pursuing group(G2), the economic feasibility pursuing group(G3), and the highly egonomy pursuing group(G4). G1 were indifferent to their makeup methods and appearance management, had the least experience in buying recommended cosmetics or idea cosmetics. G2 invested time and efforts in makeup and managed their appearance with cosmetics or folk remedies, had less experience in buying artist brand cosmetics. G3 performed makeup frequently, were not much interested in appearances while showing the most frequent appearance management behaviors using cosmetics of folk remedies, and spent small amount of money to buy cosmetics. G4 showed high frequencies of all factors of self-makeup and appearance management behaviors, had the most experience in buying artist brand cosmetics and spent much amounts of money to buy cosmetics. Self-makeup behavior was affected by their tendencies to pursue individuality, values, appearance and appearance management behavior was affected by their tendencies to pursue luxury goods, appearance, and economic feasibility.
In this study, we analyzed consumers' choices of various broadcasting and telecommunication convergence services and time consumption for chosen services by using survey data. A multivariate probit model was used to model consumers' choices of various broadcasting and telecommunication convergence services, and an ordered probit model was used to model consumers' time consumption for chosen services. Factors affecting consumers' choices and time-consumption behavior were identified, and simulation results of market competition and substitution were obtained. Based on these results, it was found that for the time being, consumers are highly locked into existing broadcasting services and are likely to become more price-sensitive to the new broadcasting and telecommunication convergence services. Also, the ways in which individual characteristics affect choices and time consumption were found to be very diverse service by service.
Since its birth in 1993, fuzzy time series have seen different classes of models designed and applied, such as fuzzy logic relation and rule-based models. These models have both advantages and disadvantages. The major drawbacks with these two classes of models are the difficulties encountered in identification and analysis of the model. Therefore, there is a strong need to explore new alternatives and this is the objective of this paper. By transforming a fuzzy number to a real number via integrating the inverse of the membership function, new autoregressive models can be developed to fit the observation values of a fuzzy time series. With the new models, the issues of model identification and parameter estimation can be addressed; and trends, seasonalities and multivariate fuzzy time series could also be modeled with ease. In addition, asymptotic behaviors of fuzzy time series can be inspected by means of characteristic equations.
