실시간 표적인식을 위한 ACJTC 시스템 (ACJTC System for real-time target recognition)

  • The optical JTC system has the advantage of being applied to the real-time correlation system, but it has some difficulties that its amplitude and phase signals cannot be separately processed. Recently to solve those problems the BPEJTC and HPEJTC systemshaving the same characteristics of that of the POC and POF have been proposed. But there is no quantitive analysis how much the amplitude and phase signals are contributed to the correlation outputs respectively. In this paper, a new ACJTC system based on the conventional ACMF is proposed and discussed through the mathematical analysis. The good correlation discrimination of the proposed system is also analyzed by changing the relative contributions of the phase and amplitude signals for some similar targets. From the successful computer simulation results on the scenario where three same targets are periodically located on the natural backgrround, the possibility of the high performance real-time correlation system based on the optical ACJTC is suggested.

장기 노출 $SO_2$ 간이 샘플러 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of long time exposure $SO_2$ sampler)

  • The concentrations of $SO_2$ and $SO_3$ were measured to estimate a new developed long time exposure $SO_2$ sampler at Onsan industrial area considering the meteorological factors from June to October, 1992. The mean concentration of $SO_3$ by $PbO_2$ method was 0.924 mg $SO_3 / 10cm^2$ $PbO_2$/day and their high values were shown in the center of the industrial area, which show potential pollution due to the increase of industrial activities and micrometeorological factors in and around the sites. As a result of statistical correlation between $SO_2$ concentration by new sampling method and $SO_3$ concentration by $PbO_2$ method in July and August, 1992, correlation coefficients were high (r=0.87, 0.91) and shown more than 0.83 value in the high concentration data set, which was arbitrarily divided into 7~10${\mu}l$$SO_2$ concentration in an attempt to further investigate these relationships. Therefore, use of new developed long time exposure TEX>$SO_2$ sampler is good for TEX>$SO_2$ measurement and valuable for estimation of air quality in the urban and industrial area. A Study on Characterization and Modeling of Shallow Trench Isolation in Oxide Chemical Mechanical Polishing

  • The end point of oxide chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) have determined by polishing time calculated from removal rate and target thickness of oxide. This study is about control of oxide removal amounts on the shallow trench isolation (STI) patterned wafers using removal rate and thickness of blanket (non-patterned) wafers. At first, it was investigated the removal properties of PETEOS blanket wafers, and then it was compared with the removal properties and the planarization (step height) as a function of polishing time of the specific STI patterned wafers. We found that there is a relationship between the oxide removal amounts of blanket and patterned wafers. We analyzed this relationship, and the post CMP thickness of patterned wafers could be controlled by removal rate and removal target thickness of blanket wafers. As the result of correlation analysis, we confirmed that there was the strong correlation between patterned and blanket wafer (correlation factor: 0.7109). So, we could confirm the repeatability as applying for STI CMP process from the obtained linear formula. As the result of repeatability test, the differences of calculated polishing time and actual polishing time was about 3.48 seconds. If this time is converted into the thickness, then it is from 104 $\AA$ to 167 $\AA$. It is possible to be ignored because process margin is about 1800 $\AA$.

약침제재별 여과속도와 약침 시술시 느끼는 통증의 상관성 분석 (Analysis the Correlation of Filtration Rate of Herbal-acupunctures and Pain Score of Herbal Acupuncture Stimulation)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to find out correlation of filtration rate of herbal-acupunctures and pain score of herbal acupuncture stimulation. Methods : Filtration rate of Hwangryunhaedoktang herbal acupuncture, Kidney yang deficiency number two herbal acupuncture, Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture, Cervus Elaphus herbal acupuncture, BUM herbal acupuncture and Carthami Flos herbal acupuncture were measured at the korean institute of herbal acupuncture. And Hwangryunhaedoktang herbal acupuncture, Kidney yang deficiency number two herbal acupuncture, Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture, Cervus Elaphus herbal acupuncture, BUM herbal acupuncture and Carthami Flos herbal acupuncture were injected at Xie points of the subjects. Results : Ranking of herbal acupunctures filtration rates is the same as ranking of pain score and duration time of herbal acupuncture. Correlation analysis result of herbal acupunctures filtration rates and herbal acupuncture VAS with a simple linear regression analysis is that correlation coefficient of Hwangryunhaedoktang herbal acupuncture, Kidney Yang Deficiency Number Two herbal acupuncture, Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture, Cervus elaphus herbal acupuncture, BUM herbal acupuncture. Carthami Flos herbal acupuncture is 0.44, 0.53, 0.58, 0.76, 0.47 and 0.54. Correlation analysis result of herbal acupuncture's filtration rates and herbal acupuncture stimulation's duration time is that correlation coefficient of Hwangryunhaedoktang herbal acupuncture, Kidney Yang Deficiency Number Two herbal acupuncture, Hominis Placenta herbal acupuncture, Cervus Elaphus herbal acupuncture, BUM herbal acupuncture, Carthami Flos herbal acupuncture is -0.09, 0.11, -0.07, 0.28, -0.11 and -0.09. Conclusion : We found the correlation of filtration rate of herbal-acupunctures and pain score of herbal-acupuncture stimulation. This study help to control pain amount and pain duration time of herbal acupuncture treatment. And this study improve acupuncture theory of herbal acupuncture.

뇌졸중 환자에서 Figure-of-8 walk test의 신뢰도와 타당도 (The Reliability and Validity of Figure-of-8 Walk Test in Patients with Stroke)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to establish intra-rater, inter-rater, test-retest reliability, and concurrent validity of figure-of-8 walk test in people with stroke. Methods : The subjects of this study were 17 patients who were diagnosed with a stroke. Subjects were tested twice by the same raters, with 1 day between tests. Subjects were assessed by two physical therapists. Test-retest reliability was calculated using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). The concurrent validity was demonstrated by spearman correlation of F8WT with 10m walking test (10MWT), timed up and go test (TUG), Berg balance scale (BBS), dynamic gait index (DGI) and four square step test (FSST). Results : Intra-rater, inter-rater, test- retest of F8WT time, showed high reliability. Intra-rater, inter-rater, test-retest of F8WT steps demonstrated high reliability. Intra-rater, inter-rater, test-retest of F8WT total smoothness score showed below moderate reliability. There was a significant positive correlation of F8WT time with 10MWT, TUG, FSST. There was a significant negative correlation of F8WT time with DGI, BBS. There was a significant positive correlation of F8WT steps with 10MWT, TUG, FSST. There was a significant negative correlation of F8WT steps with DGI. There was a significant positive correlation of F8WT test total smoothness score with BBS. Conclusion : The time, and number of steps in F8WT show high inter, intra-rater, test-retest reliability. The F8WT smoothness shows below moderate reliability. The F8WT shows high concurrent validity with other comparable balance, and walking tests. The F8WT is a valid and reliable measure for assessing walking function in patients with a stroke.

  • The dynamic properties near (and at) a stable steady state are discussed, when a chemical system relaxes from the unstable steady state. The time-dependent correlation length for the fluctuating variable near a stable steady state is explicitly obtained by introducing the probability average for the variable satisfying the rate equation. The study is carried out about the effect of nonlinearity on the correlation length near (and at) a stable steady state.

  • A real time and adaptive method for obtaining Volterra kernels of a nonlinear system by use of pseudorandom M-sequences and correlation technique is proposed. The Volterra kernels are calculated real time and the obtained Volterra kernels becomes more accurate as time goes on. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this method for identifying time-varying nonlinear system.

Quantitative Assessment of Infrared Analysis of Concrete Admixtures

  • This study investigates quantitative methods for assessment of infrared analysis of concrete admixtures using correlation coefficients by performing IR scans following the ASTM C494/C494M-11 specifications. In order to achieve this goal, numerous IR scans were performed on specimens supplied by the manufacturer from different batches to ensure uniformity and equivalency. These scans were then analyzed to create correlation coefficients for each admixture. The correlation coefficients were used to quantitatively evaluate and interpret IR Scans of job samples. The study focused on 23 most commonly used concrete admixtures by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). They include air-entrainers, accelerators, retarders, water reducers, and other combinations of these admixtures. Their correlation coefficients were established by analyzing a total of 12 scans of each admixture from three different batches supplied by the manufacturer at different time intervals. In order to validate the obtained correlation coefficients and establish a target correlation, job samples were tested and compared to the obtained correlations. The study also evaluated the effects of drying time and using different types of KBr on correlation coefficients.

  • 다시점 자료 연구에서 일반화추정방정식은 가상관행렬을 잘못 가정하더라도 모수의 일치추정량을 도출하므로 많이 이용된다. 하지만, 결측 체계가 완전임의결측이 아닌 경우에는 편의추정량을 제공하고, 시간-종속적 공변량이 포함된 경우에는 가상관행렬에 따라 회귀계수 추정값이 다르게 도출될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 결측 체계가 임의결측인 경우에 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 가중 방법과 다중대체 방법을 사용하는 것이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 시간-종속적 공변량이 포함된 이분형 반복측정자료를 GEE를 이용하여 분석할 때 다양한 결측 체계에서 일반화추정방정식 방법, 가중 방법, 다중대체 방법의 회귀계수 추정에 대한 로버스트성과 정확성을 모의실험을 통하여 비교해 보았다. 세 가지 방법 모두에서 시간-종속적 공변량의 회귀계수가 시간-독립적 공변량의 회귀계수에 비해 가상관행렬에 따라 추정값의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 다른 두 방법에 비해 다중대체 방법이 가상관행렬의 형태에 대해 더 로버스트하고 편의도 작은 추정치를 도출하였다.

조정 응답 파워 방법과 결합된 generalized cross correlation with phase transform 음원 위치 추정 (Generalized cross correlation with phase transform sound source localization combined with steered response power method)

  • 본 논문에서는 잔향과 잡음이 존재하는 실제 환경을 모델링하여 두 개의 마이크로폰을 이용한 음원 위치추정의 정확성을 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 입력신호에 VAD(Voice Activity Detection)를 적용하여 묵음 구간을 제외한 음성 구간만을 사용하였고, 샘플링 주파수의 제한으로 인한 측정 범위를 벗어나는 프레임은 업샘플링(up-sampling)을 통해 지연시간을 다시 추정하였다. 여기서 계산된 도착 지연 시간은 Time-table을 참조해 주변 후보위치의 지연 값들과의 비교로 최대 파워 값을 갖는 지연 시간을 선택하여 음원 위치의 정확도를 높였다. 또한 프레임간의 상관성을 이용하여 연속된 음성 프레임의 경우 큰 추정 차가 발생하는 곳을 찾아 주변 프레임의 평균값으로 대체함으로써 음원의 위치 추정 성능을 향상시켰다.
