  • This study for Customer Satisfaction(Customer Focus) by Profit security' in the field Process improvement activity and man-power upgrade in the learning of organization activity or upgrading ability of each peoples. This thesis study on the focus of KAPEC which introduce Toyota system can apply to VM, 3jeong, Right Box and Right Position), 5S, JIT(Just In Time), KAlZEN, KANBAN System, CIM, ERP, DAS an output of Factory. For strategic changes to take place in industry 3 key important factors need to be included ; integration of tasks functions and process, decentralization of information and responsibility and finally simplification of products and product structures. These describes how CIM can be implemented using these factors. This study for (1)System Integration, (2) Help Logistic Problems, (3) Partly facilitated growth. (4) Improved production planning (5) Real-time management. (6) Fast reporting (7) Productivity. Quality. Delivery Up, Cost reduction and Autonomy management, FMS in the Plant etc.

  • As the result of enhancement of CAD, Design Automation and manufacturing technology, it's on the increasing complexity, integration ratio, data signals, and pin count to IC chips. This brings about difficulties of testing, and incresing test time. Now One of the most cost-consuming procedure as integration ratio increases is the testing step. In this paper, we propose a new method, “Efficient TP(test point) assignment algorithm” using “input grouping”, This is helpful method to reducing test length without losing fault coverage. Experimental results show that proposed method reduces test length remarkably and doesn't miss fault coverage, with low hardware overhead Increasing.

  • 공정과 공사비는 건설사업의 관리에 매우 중요한 두 가지 축으로써, 이들을 통합 관리하려는 많은 노력이 진행중이나, 많은 어려움을 겪고있는 상황이다 내역체계의 특성으로 인해, 국내의 경우는 내역과 공정체계의 두 가지 축을 중심으로 건설사업정보를 통합 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사를 중심으로 내역체계와 공정체계를 연계 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 위해, 위해 도로공사 현장 사례를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 통합건설정보분류체계를 기반으로 시설물별 공통WBS와 부위별 수량산출서를 작성하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방안은공정과 내역의 연계활용뿐만 아니라, 타 정보와의 연계 활용의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

Hydro-forming 공정을 위한 동적-외연적 유한요소해석 (A Dynamic-explicit Finite Element Analysis for Hydro-forming Process)

  • In this paper, a finite element formulation using dynamic-explicit time integration scheme is used for numerical analysis of Hydro-forming processes. The lumping scheme is employed for the diagonal mass matrix and dynamic explicit formulation. Hydro-forming process for auto-body panel forming is analyzed by using dynamic-explicit finite element method. Further, the simulated results of the Hydro-forming processes are shown and discussed. Its application is being increased especially in the automotive industrial area for the cost reduction, weight saving, and improvement of strength.

  • In the present work a finite element formulation using dynamic-explicit time integration scheme is used for numerical analysis of auto-body panel stamping processes. The lumping scheme is employed for the diagonal mass matrix and dynamic explicit formulation. Analyzed auto-body panel stomping process correction of forming using software called Dynaform using dynamic extensive method. Further, the simulated results for the auto-body panel stamping processes are shown and discussed. Its application is being increased especially in the automotive industrial area for the cost reduction, weight saving, and improvement of strength.

  • This study explored the integration-support paradigm for transnational marriages and families as a well-grounded service model supporting a transnational family of immigrants in Korea at a time when Korean society showed increased interest in interracial marriages. The research mainly focused on the Dongdaemun-gu Transnational Marriage and Family Support Center, utilizing the relative actual practice at the center and the secondary data of previous studies. The findings were as follows: The integration-support paradigm for transnational marriage and family comprised of the following elements : the institutionalization of welfare and medical services; the systematization of legal institution and execution the settlement of mid- and long-term policies and the practical programs of the government proper approaches to the formation of a healthy marital couple and family relations; total services related to rearing and educating children properly including education cost support to family incomehousing for the stabilization of family life support for socio-cultural exchanges within the family : as well as the radical conversion of social recognition of a transnational family. This paradigm is expected to be a well-grounded service for the integration-support of transnational families.

  • Naval ships are complex weapon systems which play the integrated performance by system integration of many kinds of weapon systems and their leading ships are usually not disposed after test and evaluation but militarised. Then, strict project management is required for naval ship building projects by identifying problems early and by taking prefer measures in time against unexpected situations encountered in the process of the projects. EVMS is a project management system which can manage the schedule and the budget of a project concurrently and estimate the project's time duration and the cost at project completion. In this paper, the applicability and usefulness of WMS is studied for a assumed navai ship building project, in the environment of monetary fluctuations such as price index, wage increase rate and exchange rate.

  • The purpose of this study is to design and implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. The designed web-based quality cost management system which is also known as WQCMS (Web-based Q-Cost Management System) utilized newly classified objective performance indicator items to measure quality related activities. Well-classified performance measurement Indicator item lists which are played key role in the system was researched and standardized according to size and business categories of enterprise. Its code standards are based from fundamental PAF Model. Developed WQCMS have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsofi's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information Integration and economical efficiency.
