가우시안빔에 대한 공간파수여과기 성능평가 (Assessment of Spatial Filter for Gaussian Beam)

  • Spatial filters were designed for 1 TW high power phosphate glass laser development. Laser beam should be expanded from 1 mm diameter to 200mm diameter. Pin hole size should be determined and most of incident energy should be transmitted through out to final spatial filter. Each pin hole size is determined by calculating encircled energy for Gaussian beam from the oscillator. The optical tube length of each spatial filter is corrected to have the best collimating quality by scew raytracing through the total system.

타공작업이 이동겸자의 건조시간, Wet Pack율, 린넨 세탁비용 및 오염여부에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Forceps Jars with Holes on the Drying Time, Rate of Wet Pack, Cost of Rewashing Linen and Maintenance of Sterilization)

  • Objectives : This study aims to design a method for drying forceps jars. As part of the process, holes were made in the forceps jars. Drying time, rate of wet pack, and cost of rewashing linen were then determined. Moreover, the study looked into the bacteria incidence rate in the forceps jars. This study suggests a practical way for preventing infection in a hospital through a surgical device. Methods : This study investigated the effect of forceps jars with holes on reducing drying time, rate of wet pack, and cost of rewashing linen. It also looked into the bacteria incidence rate in the forceps jars through a parallel design. Data was collected and analyzed using SPSS version 21. Results : The drying time of a forceps jars was remarkably reduced from $18.44{\pm}0.2$ minutes(non-hole forceps jars) to $0.58{\pm}0.02$ minutes(4-hole forceps jars). The rate of wet pack of non-hole forceps jars was 51.4%. However, the rate of 4-hole forceps jars reached 4.6%. The cost of rewashing linen saw a decline from 38,073 won to 3,381 won. In addition, no bacteria and virus were detected from the 24-hours usage of forceps jars even though the jars had holes. Conclusions : The 4-hole forceps jars greatly increased work efficiency as a result of the reduced drying time, rate of wet-pack and cost of rewashing linen. The 4-hole forceps jars did not influence their sterilizing effect.

원형 또는 사각 단면을 가지는 알루미늄 곡관 튜브제품의 열간금속압출굽힘가공 (Hot Metal Extru-Bending Process for Curved Aluminum Tube Products with Circular or Rectangular Sections)

  • The bending phenomenon has been known to be occurred by the difference of velocity at the die exit. The difference of velocity at the die exit section can be obtained by the different velocity of billets through the multi-hole container. The difference of velocity at the die exit can be controlled by the two variables, the one of them is the different velocity of extrusion punch through the multi-hole container, the other is the difference of hole diameter of muliti-hole container. In this paper the difference of hole diameter is applied. So it can bend during extruding products because of the different amount of two billets when billets would be bonded in the porthole dies cavity. And the bending curvature can be controlled by the size of holes. The experiments with aluminum material for the curved tube product had been done for circular or rectangular curved tube section. The results of the experiments show that the curved tube product can be formed by the extru-bending process without the defects such as distortion of section and thickness change of wall of tube and folding and wrinkling. The curvature of product can be controlled by shape of cross section and the difference of billet diameters. And it is known that the bonding and extruding and bending process can be done simultaneously in the die cavity by the experiments that rectangular hollow curved tubes could be extruded by porthole dies with four different size billets made of aluminum material. And it shows that bending phenomenon can happen during extruding with for different billets from the analysis by DEFORM-3D.

홀이 있는 WSN 환경에서 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜 (Energy Efficient Routing Protocol in Wireless Sensor Networks with Hole)

  • 다양한 환경에 배치된 센서 노드(Sensor Node)로부터 획득한 정보들을 무선으로 수집하여 감시 및 제어 등의 용도로 활용되고 있는 무선 센서 네트워크에서 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜은 중요한 과제이다. 이에 대한 다양한 라우팅 기법이 연구가 되었으나, 특정 상황과 조건이 있는 WSN 환경에 대한 고려 또한 필요하다. 특히, 지형적 특성이나 특정 장애물로 인해 센서 노드가 배치되어 있지 않은 장소(Hole)는 대다수의 WSN 환경에서 존재할 수 있고 이는 비효율적인 라우팅 또는 라우팅 실패가 있을 수 있다. 이 경우 GPS 기능을 활용한 지리적 라우팅 기반의 홀 우회 라우팅 방식이 가장 효율적인 경로를 형성하겠지만 GPS 기능을 가지고 있는 센서는 비용이 많이 들고 에너지 소모가 크다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 최소한의 센서 기능을 통해 홀이 있는 WSN 환경에서 홀의 경계 노드를 찾아 경계선 형성을 통한 홀 우회 라우팅을 제안하고자 한다.

청과물상자의 통기공 및 상자적재방법이 정압강하에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Air Vent Holes and Stacking Methods of Fruits and Vegetables Boxes on Static Pressure Drop in Pressure Cooling System)

  • The effect of air vent holes, stacking methods of boxes and clearance between boxes on static pressure drop, were measured to design of pressure cooling system. Static pressure drops in air vent hole of carton box were measured for different hole opening ratio from 1% to 5%. Static pressure drop was expressed as a function of superficial velocity as second-degree polynomial. At given static pressure in plenum chamber, static pressure drop in boxes was shown as second-degree polynomial of the number of carton box in series stacking method, as first-degree polynomial in height and parallel stacking method. In pressure cooling of 24 boxes of Tsugaru apple, air flow rates through clearance between the boxes were shown 1.27 and 1.65 times than those of through the inside of boxes at the plenum pressure of 10mmAq and 20mmAq, respectively.

  • The Blandford-Znajek process, which extracts the rotational energy of the supermassive black hole at the center of an active galactic nucleus, is now well explained and educated through the electronic circuit analysis established by Macdonald and Thorne. The Macdonald-Thorne circuits consist of the batteries and resistances of the central black hole and the astrophysical region around the accretion disk. In this letter we will consider the possibility whether we can connect coils and condensers in such circuits or not. If possible, that may explain a sudden corona-phenomenon in an active galactic nucleus. We conclude that a flash of order $\~5\times10^{40}\;ergs\;s^{-1}$ can occur around a $\~10^9M_\bigodot$ black hole through this process.

  • In the present study, the IDI-type constant volume chamber, which utilizes the indirect injection stratified charge method, is used to solve several problems including misfires and cycle-variations caused by unstable initial ignitions. A subchamber has been used to make an ignitable mixture under the low mean equivalence ratio. After burned in the subchamber, the flame jet getting through the passage hode enters the main chamber and burns the lean charge. There are many factors which affect the combustion characteristics of the indirect injection stratified engine. The passage hole angle is the most important since it determines the direction of flame flows into the main chamber. In the present study, we measured the combustion pressure, and the wall temperature, and computed the heat flux through the cylinder wall in order to understand the combustion characteristics depending on passage hole angle and the equivalence ratio.

다공판 시스템의 흡음성능에 관통유동이 미치는 효과 (Effect of the through-flow on the absorption performance of a perforated plate system)

  • This paper is to experimentally investigate the effect of the through-flow on the absorption performance of a perforated plate system. The experiment is performed through the systematic change of the through-flow velocity, incident sound pressure level, and the geometrical parameters such as the porosity and hole diameter. From the experimental results, it is found that fur the nonlinear relationship between the acoustic resistance and incident sound pressure level there is no influence of the through-flow on the absorption performance, but for the linear relationship between them there is a strong dependence of the absorption performance on the through-flow velocity. It is also shown that the absorption performance is controllable by changing the porosity and hole-diameter in size.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how tools, guide bush type and the change of cutting speed have effects on the diameter of cutting hole, surface roughness of workpiece and roundness during the deep hole machining of SM55C with solid BTA drill by using BTA drilling system through experiment. Conclusion reached is as follows. (1) The diameter was expanded for 25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ at the first section and then was reduced 0${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 15${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ respectively at the 10m and 20m section comparing to the diameter of tool with respect to the variation of cutting length. (2) It was proved that roughness was below 12S for the whole section of cutting length. (3) The roundness has been below 12${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. Regarding the polygon phenomenon, it has bee proved that not only uneven number of angle but also even number (quadrilateral, elliptical) of angle were made. (4) Variation of diameter, surface roughness of workpiece and roundness turned out to ve the best at 70m/min of cutting speed, 0.15mm/rev of feed.

방패연의 방구멍 효과에 대한 분석 (The Analysis of Wind Hole Effect for The Bangpae Kite)

  • 우리 민족 고유의 전통 문화유산인 방패연은 안정적인 장방형 표면에 다양한 그림과 글씨로 예술성을 표현하고 있으며 가운데 방구멍이 있음으로 해서 우수한 비행성능을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는, 방구멍이 연의 성능에 미치는 공기역학적인 효과를 분석하기 위해 다양한 비율의 방패연 모델에 대한 공력 측정과 방구멍을 관통하는 공기흐름을 가시화하는 실험을 수행하였으며 이를 분석한 결과 방구멍은 경계층 분리를 제어하는 날개 고양력 장치의 슬롯 시스템과 유사한 기능을 발휘한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 우리 조상들이 서양의 비행기 발명 이전에 고양력장치의 원리를 이해하여 연의 비행 성능 개선에 효과적으로 적용하여 왔다는 것을 증명한다.
