The purpose of this study is to find out how middle and high school girls show their clothing attitudes and their life-style. clothing behavior. use their ornaments according to demographic variables. The subject of this study consists o 345 middle and high school girls living in Chung-Nam Province and Taejon Metropolitan City. SPSS/PC+ program was utilized to calculate frequency(N) mean value(M) and standard deviation (SD) for statistical analysis. Differences among the populations are examined through t-test. F-test and X2-test. The results of this study are as follow : 1. Correlation between the life style and demographic variables. Especially. life-style has significant difference(p<. 05) according to type of school. middle school girls have high tendency in the type of modern and fashion. Life-style has significant difference(p< .01) according to level of achievement studying, high level girls has high tendency in the type of practical and secure. 2. Correlation between the clothing behavior and demographic variables. According to type of school. middle school girls showed higher than high school girls in clothing conformity and clothing aesthetics. According to level of achievement studying, high level girls have high tendency in clothing conformity and clothing modesty. 3. Correlation between the use their ornaments and demographic variables. Buying the ornaments, higher-level achievement studying girl’s get information in show window. but lower-level achievement studying girl’s get information in TV or radio. The use of ornaments according to the site of school, most of school girls who live in small city or town use the ornaments as usual school life but school girls who live in big city use the ornaments to look good on their clothes. Following suggestions can be made based on the discussions above: It is necessary for us to have correct understanding about the correlation between the ornaments and clothing of school girls in order to lead them to have appropriate clothing behavior. Furthermore. it is required to construct a bridge linking a course of study to rational habits guidance which will provide us more appropriate tools for clothing behavior guidance.
Aims: To identify the psychosocial adjustment of Turkish patients with breast cancer and the effects of perceived social support on their adjustment. Materials and Methods: The sample comprised 100 volunteering patients diagnosed with breast cancer in the last six months reporting to the Outpatient Chemotherapy Unit at the Medical Faculty Hospital in northern Turkey. The data for the study were collected through the Descriptive Information Form, the Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale-Self-reflection (PAIS-SR) and the Cancer-Specific Social Support Scale and analyzed via SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Descriptive statistics, Chi square test, ANOVA and correlation were used to evaluate data. Results: There was a negative significant correlation between mean scores in the sub-scales of the social support scale and the ones in the sub-scales of the psychosocial adjustment to illness scale (p<0.05). Similarly, there was a negative significant correlation between confidence support and health care orientation as well as adjustment to social environment. Likewise, emotional support was in a negative significant correlation with health care orientation, adjustment to domestic environment, extended family relationships and adjustment to social environment. Conclusions: It was concluded that social support for patients with breast cancer had an influence on their psychosocial adjustment to illness. Holistic care should be given to breast cancer patients by oncology nurses especially in the first six months of treatment. It could be concluded that patients should be accompanied by their family/relatives in treatment and care following their diagnosis with breast cancer, that their family should be made more aware of the fact that the patient should be physically and psychologically supported, that patients with breast cancer should be provided with domiciliary care, and that they should be encouraged to participate in social support groups.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the self-esteem of health science college students and their empathy for others. Methods : A survey was administered to 448 students from the five departments of health science (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Dental Hygienics, Nursing, and Medical Administration) at a college located in Busan, South Korea, between September 28 and November 2, 2017. To measure their self-esteem and empathy for others, the Self-esteem Scale and the Korean Empathy Quotient (K-EQ) Scale were used. Results : There were statistically significant differences in social skills as a sub-item of empathy skills based on age and department, as well as in emotion as a sub-item of empathy skills based on sex. Self-esteem and all the items of empathy showed meaningful differences based on monthly expenses, while self-esteem and cognition as a sub-item of empathy skills displayed significant differences based on source of monthly income. Noteworthy differences were also found in self-esteem and emotion as a sub-item of empathy skills based on satisfaction with current school life. Self-esteem and empathy skills were shown to have a positive correlation. Conclusion : According to the results of this study, self-esteem and empathy skills had a statistically significant correlation. Further research is needed to investigate how health science college students can improve their understanding of themselves and their empathy for others.

'Adolescence' is a critical period in the process of growing and aging but important in that an adolescent becomes aware of and begins to look about him or her self. Especially with girls in their late teens (15$\~$18), they pay more attention to their looks and clothes than the boys do, which affects to some extent the formation of their personality and their behavior. From this point .of view. it is significant to establish the standard size of high-school girls' clothes. This study aims to measure high-school girls in size and to establish the standard size of their clothes; furthermore. to enable them to lead a satisfactory living with more appropriate size of clothes. The results, analyzed by two different representing items which resulted in little difference, are as belows: 1) Stature had a significant correlation with posterior waist height; bust girth had the most significant correlation with weight. and also some considerable correlation with other representing items; 2) The F-test result showed significant difference on $1\%$ level over all the items between the measured (Y) and the estimated (Y); the correlation among the representing items was considerable also; 3) When the measurement increases in stature by 4cm, bust girth by 4cm. and posterior shoulder width by 2cm respectively, the increase or decrease in other items are as shown on Table 4. Since this study was carried out in girls' high-schools in Seoul, it is expected to extend its further study throughout the nation. thus contributing to comprehending the whole truth of people's body-size and promoting the fabrication and modelling of the original clothes for the nation by the strict standard size up to making ready-made clothes with no difficulty in setting the standard and model size.
The purposes of this study was to examine the college students'value and the status of their clothing purchasing behavior, and to compare the correlation between both of them. The questions were centered on 511 students who are attending the universities in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows. First, most students have higher value on politics, economy, and theory in the order listed. Male-students were interested in theory, while female-students were more interested in politics. Second, when they purchase their clothes, the factor of decision was based on design and their observation was another important factor. As for selecting shops, they considered the product as the most important factor and then the service & transportation. Third, I inspected the correlation between their value & the status of their clothing purchasing behavior. The students with lower theoretical value considered the quality as a purchasing factor, and the service as a purchasing factor, common shop as a purchasing shop, adn the convenient transportation system as a factor of selecting a shop.

This paper categorized Korean small and medium businesses' global capabilities based on the preceding studies about the global capabilities and then, examined how their global capabilities would affect their competitive advantages and business management performances. As a result of testing the research model, it was found that the small and medium businesses' global capabilities had some significant effects on their competitive advantage (p<.001). On the other hand, the global capabilities had some positive effects on the business management performances and the mediating effects were significant (p>.05), which means that the competitive advantage has some mediating effects on the correlation between the global capabilities and the business management performances. Accordingly it was possible to analyze the correlation between global capabilities of small and medium businesses and their competitive advantage and thereby, provide for an opportunity to shift the paradigm of the global competition strategies.

This study was designed to investigate whether applying mind mapping in a biology class had an effect on students' creativity. Participants of this study were 165 1st grade middle school students. The pretest-post test control group design was employed. A control group was instructed with a traditional method and an exerimental group was instructed using the mind-map applied method. The units "Digestion and Circulation" and "Respiration and Excretion" were selected for this study, and each group was treated for 24 class hours. To measure student creativity, the TTCT test was used. For assessing students' level of logical thinking, the compact version of GALT was used. Test results were analyzed by ANCOVA and correlation analysis by SPSS 12.0. The creativity of students in experimental group was significantly improved than the control group (p< .01). Fluency, flexibility, and originality of students in experimental group were improved (p< .01). Students did not show any differences on creativity according to their academic achievement level or gender (p> .05) in the experimental group. Students did not show any differences on creativity according to their logical thinking level (p> .05), either. However, the students of logical thinking level in the experimental group improved their flexibility (p< .05). There was no correlation between students' creativity and their achievement (p> .05), but the creativity shows a lower correlation to performance evaluation (p< .05).
In this paper, the performance of simulation model in mobile to mobile Rayleigh and Rician fading channel is analyzed and simulation results are compared. The auto-correlation and cross-correlation functions of Rayleigh fading channels not only based on received signals of Clarke's fading model and but also based on received signals of phase shifted Clarke's fading model are derived and their simulation results are found. The two models are also applied to mobile to mobile Rician fading channel models and their numerical results of auto-correlation functions of complex envelop received signals shows the statistical properties match the theoretical values very well and rapidly converge with the small number such as N=8.
Purpose: This study examined the correlations among family support, morale, and quality of life in the elderly. Methods: Descriptive correlational study design was used. The subjects were 131 elderly people 65 and older who have lived in Seoul and other three cities. The data were analyzed with mean, SD, t-test, ANOVA, and pearson's correlation by using the SPSS 11.0 program. Results: First, the mean of family support was 3.71, morale 3.25, and quality of life 3.02 respectively. Second, the correlation between quality of life and family support was statistically significant(r=.264, p=.00), the correlation between quality of life and morale was also statistically significant(r=.484, p=.00), and the correlation between family support and morale was also statistically significant(r=.430, p=.00). Conclusion: Family support for the elderly in the study was confirmed as the primary important concept which can positively maintain and promote the quality of their life. Also, the correlation between morale and family support was verified as significant. Further study is needed to develop a nursing intervention program for morale improvement with a network of family support with their children, ultimately for quality of life among the elderly.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between children's attributional style and their self-perceived competence. The subjects of this study were 301 third and sixth grades. For data analysis, two-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were used. Results indicated that there was significant correlation between children's attributional style and their self-perceived competence. Children who attributed good events to intemal, stable, or global causes and bad events to extemal, unstable, or specific causes perceived themselves more competent.
