액체 재료 직접주사방식 SFF에서 노즐 위치에 따른 적층 특성 (Characteristics of Surface Lamination according to Nozzle Position in Liquid Direct Writing SFF)

  • Direct writing(DW) is a method of patterning materials to a substrate directly, without a mask. It can use a variety of materials and be applied to various fields. Among DW systems, the flow-based type, using a syringe pump and nozzle, is simpler than other types. Furthermore, the range of materials is exceptionally wide. In additive processes, a three dimensional structure is made of stacking layer. Each layer is made of several lines. In this regard, good surface roughness of fabricated layers is essential to three dimensional fabrication. The surface roughness of any fabricated layer tends to change with the dispensing pattern. When multiple layers fabricated by a nozzle dispensing system are stacked, control of the nozzle position from the substrate is important in order to avoid interference between the nozzle and the fabricated layer. In this study, a fluid direct writing system for three dimensional structure fabrication was developed. Experimentsto control the position of the nozzle from substrate were conducted in order to examine the characteristics of the material used in this system.

  • A macro model for Savtchenko switching mode MRAM (toggling MRAM) cells which can be utilized to develop the core architecture and the peripheral circuitry is proposed, and a writing scheme suitable to the toggling characteristic is developed. The sensing and writing operations of the toggling MRAM adopting the macro model are verified by Spectre simulations.

Continuing Marxist-Leninist Perspectives of Literature in Vietnam: Social Criticism in Vietnamese Ecocriticism

  • Many publications of ecocritical research papers and translations of ecocriticism occur in Vietnam in recent years. This paper examines ecocritical scholarly writing in Vietnam, understanding how it corresponds to-reflects and attends to-contemporary Vietnamese society and politics. Specifically, this paper contextualizes Vietnamese ecocriticism in contemporary social and political concerns-embodied in journalistic and administrative documents-about the modernity-oriented postcolonial nation-building of Vietnam. In revealing critiques of political and social degenerations implied in ecocritical writings in Vietnam, this paper suggests that the emergence of ecocriticism in present-day Vietnam indicates a recent "political turn." More importantly, such emergence reflects and engages with the continuing Marxist perspective of literature as an instrument for social criticism and cultural revolution in Vietnam. Vietnamese ecocritics bear the mission of prophets of the time, public educators, and soul engineers, writing is an act of engaging with and influencing reality. Writing (literary and scholarly) still forms an idealized ideological instrument in the struggles for national homogeneity and sovereignty and social democracy in present-day Vietnam.

휴대형 정보기기의 한글 및 영숫자 필기 입력 방안 (The input method of the Hangul and Alphanumeric characters for the PDAs)

  • 본 논문에서는 키보드를 사용하지 않는 PDA 등 휴대형 컴퓨터에서 입력의 수단으로 사용하는 온-라인 문자 인식기를 위한 문자 필기글꼴을 제안하였다. 제안된 필기글꼴은 키보드를 통하여 입력 가능한 수준의 한글 자소와 영숫자이며, 필기글꼴의 정의를 위하여 한글의 풀어쓰기 글꼴과 영문자의 PDA용 필기 패턴인 그래피티 문자를 분석하여, 한글과 영숫자 입력 모드 전환이나 필기 영역의 구분 없이 연속 필기하여도 인식 가능하도록 중복되는 글꼴을 갖지 않도록 하면서 최대한 원형을 유지하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 필기글꼴의 타당성을 고찰하기 위하여 그래피티 문자를 알고 있는 PDA 사용자 그룹과 일반인들을 대상으로 인지도와 만족도를 조사하였다. 두 피실험 그룹의 영숫자 및 한글의 자음의 인지도 및 만족도는 98% 이상이었고 한글 모음의 경우 95% 이상의 긍정적인 반응을 얻었다.

  • Communication is for making a passage to communicate with various modern narratives or various people. Therefore, it needs to be reorganized by these changes and demands. Especially in case of country students learning natural science and engineering are appreciating the necessity of speaking education. So a program which contains both speaking and writing should be organized. In this writing writer used flipped learning and strategic text to fulfill evaluation items that engineering authentication requires. Also writer suggested how to lecture and planned to make a integration textbook which can foster literacy and liberal arts knowledge.

  • This paper is about the Micro Accelerometer Sensor that collect the human's writing patterns so as to process its signals. Finally, we pursue the accuracy of digital data about the writing pattern and hope to discuss the possibility of the Micro Accelerometer Sensor Besides, we researched the compensation of signal distortion due to tiIt and analyzed the noise error in order to improve its accuracy.

  • As for the Elect-CAD, it was developed a design of the electricity equipment which did manually, a quotation, all kinds of bill writing in the program that Package anger became. Elect-CAD can easily write an estimate back by all kinds of bill writing and estimatic with a design at the same time, and maximization gets an efficiency of work done and can efficiently manage project, and it is a revolutionary program in a management plane.

Measurements of Developed Patterns by Direct writing of Electron Beam on Different Materials underneath PMMA

  • The developed patterns by direct writing of electron beam are measured by AFM, FESEM and optical profiler of WYKO NT3300. From different measurement methods, the measured linewidths of the patterns are shown a little bit wider than designed pattern size due to electrons scattering effect during direct writing of electron beam. The optimized conditions of these experiments are suggested and explained for the forming of structures below 0.1 ㎛ dimension size. Because of electron scattering effects from the different under layers such as Si, Si$_3$N$_4$ and aluminum, the developed pattern size is also influenced by the accelerated energy of electrons, dose, resist and soft and hard bake conditions in PMMA. The distributions of electron beam and calculations of backscattering coefficient are demonstrated by Monte Carlo simulation. From the measured results, the developed linewidth of PMMA/Al /silicon is shown a little bit wider than that of PMMA/Si$_3$N$_4$/silicon structure due to the backscattering effects.

  • 본 논문은 기계학습을 기반으로 하는 중등수준의 단문형 영어작문 자동채점시스템에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 기계학습을 이용한 영어 자동채점의 전반적인 수행 방법과 시스템의 구성 및 동작방식, 채점자질의 고려사항에 대해 논한다. 학생 답안의 내용 완성도를 평가하기 위하여 문서의 내용을 요약한 "개념답안"을 제안하여 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 여러 개의 기계학습 알고리즘을 사용하여 자동평가를 수행한다. 자동평가의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 여러 개의 기계학습 알고리즘의 결과를 최적으로 결합하여 하나의 최종 결과를 도출할 수 있는 "최적조합" 결정과정을 제안한다. 실제 학생들의 작문 데이터를 이용하여 시스템을 구축하고 자동채점 시스템의 성능 평가를 수행하였다.

  • Fe가 0.015wt.% 도핑된 $LinbO_3$ 결정에서 형성된 홀로그래픽 부피격자 필터의 각 선택성 및 역다중화 특성을 이용하여 WDM 통신 시스템에 적용하기 위한 새로운 광굴절 역다중화기를 제안하였다. 결정에 입사되는 두 기록빔의 교차각, 판독빔의 입사각 및 기록빔의 크기에 따른 광굴절 필터의 파장 선택 특성을 해석하고 실험하였으며, 동일한 회절효율을 갖는 다중-노출 필터 기록을 위한 다중화 기법을 적용하여 DMUX 소자로 활용하기 위한 예비 실험 결과를 제시했다.
