4차 산업 기술 패션 서비스 체험마케팅 요인이 소비자 수용과 이용에 미치는 영향 : 3D프린팅, 사물인터넷, 혁신성을 중심으로 (The effect of experiential marketing factors of fashion service applying 4th industrial revolution technology on customer acceptance and use : focusing on 3D printing, internet of things, and innovation)

  • This study analyzed the influence of experiential marketing factors of 3D printing and Internet services on technology acceptance factors and usage intention. Furthermore, we analyzed how the user's innovativeness shows the effect on the intention to use. Data acquired from a total of 518 college students was used for the final analysis, which was perfromed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. We analyzed the influence of the experiential marketing factors of fashion service utilizing the 3D printing and the Internet of Things on the acceptance of technology and intention to use these technologies. As for 3D printing, first, sensory and behavioral factors are positively related to the acceptance of technology. Second, emotional and cognitive factors have negative effects on all technology acceptance. Third, relational factors did not show a significant influence on several conditions of technology acceptance. Fourth, the effects of technology acceptance on the willingness to use have a positive effect on several conditions factors, except the effort expectation. As for the result concerning the Internet of Things first, behavioral factors have a positive effect on all technology acceptance. Second, emotional factors have a negative effect on all technology acceptance. Third, cognitive factors did not have a significant effect on various conditions and showed negative effects on several factors. Fourth, sensory and relational factors did not affect the acceptance of technology. Fifth, the effects of technology acceptance on the intention to use are affected by several conditions, except for effort expectation. As a result of analyzing the moderating effects of user's innovativeness on the willingness to use, 3D printing did not show any significant effect on innovation. However, the Internet of Things has a significant influence on the user acceptance of technology acceptance.

Use of 3D Printing Technology to Create Personal Fashion: UTAUT and Need for Uniqueness

  • This study investigated the perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of potential consumers toward using 3D printers to create their personal clothes. An online survey and a series of Welch's t-tests and ANOVA were conducted to investigate the differences in demographic characteristics, prior experiences in 3D printing, and levels of need for uniqueness among the sub-groups. A multiple linear regression analysis was performed to test the relationships among variables of the modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). There were significant differences in gender and prior experiences regarding the UTAUT of personal 3D printing. The need for uniqueness has a positive effect on consumers' intention to use 3D printing technology for designing personal clothes and perception of the price of the 3D printer used to create individual clothes is important. Positive relationships were found between UTAUT variables as well as the use and purchase intentions. This study analyzed the potential for popularization of 3D printing technology to create fashion items and explore consumer willingness to embrace and use personal fashion designs. The results of this study are expected to assist consumers, designers, retailers and marketers, and experts in 3D printing technology by providing insight into consumer awareness and acceptance of personalized 3D-printed fashion and products.

비자발적 환경하에서 사용자의 심리적 몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 회계정보시스템 사용자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Turnover Intention by Psychological Commitments in Mandatory Environments : Focused on the Accounting Information Systems' Users)

  • This paper presents and tests a conceptual model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that explains perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, organizational commitment and turnover intention in terms of psychological commitments in mandatory environments. The model focuses on the psychological commitments (Kelman's internalization, Identification, compliance) as the primary predictors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and organizational commitment. We discuss our current understanding of technology acceptance as well as the notion of mandated use. The results are as fellows that organizational commitment is negatively related to turnover intention : perceived usefulness is positively related to organizational commitment : psychological commitments are positively related to organizational commitment, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use : perceived ease of use is positively related to perceived usefulness in mandatory environments. Through this research, psychological commitments are the strong determinants of technology acceptance in mandatory environments. These findings advance theory and contribution to the foundation for future research aimed at Improving our understanding of user adoption behavior in mandatory environments.

An In-depth Investigation into the Influence of Chatbot Usability and Age on Continuous Intention to Use: A Comprehensive Study

  • This study aims to assess the impact of chatbot usability and demographics on continuous intention to use across different sectors. The research employed Braun's Bot Usability Scale (BUS11) to measure chatbot usability, focusing on accessibility, quality, conversation quality, privacy risk, and response time. A total of 187 participants completed a survey as part of this study. Variance-based SEM was utilized to examine relationships and test hypotheses. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on chatbot adoption and user behaviour. It enhances the understanding of chatbot usability, highlighting the role of age in continued intention to use chatbots. The findings suggest that different age groups may possess specific preferences and expectations regarding chatbot usability. These differing preferences can influence their intention to continue using this technology. The study reveals that chatbot usability significantly impacts continuous intention to use and that age moderates the relationship between perceived conversation quality, information, privacy, security, and continuous intention to use. Based on the study's results, it is recommended that chatbot designers enhance usability to promote long-term adoption and usage.

협력학습에서 SNS 사용의도와 관련변인간의 예측력 규명 (Identification of the Predictability of SNS Intention to Use and Related Variables in Collaborative Learning)

  • 본 연구는 협력과제 수행에서 학습자의 SNS에 대한 사용의도와 관련변인간의 관계를 규명함으로써 협력학습에서의 SNS 활용에 대한 새로운 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 기술준비도와 수용모형을 토대로 학습자의 개인적 성향, 사회적 요인, 인지적 요인으로서 기술준비도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측할 것이라고 가정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 E대학교 '나눔리더십' 수강생 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 낙관성, 혁신성, 불편감, 주관적 규범이 지각된 사용용이성을 예측하였다. 둘째, 낙관성, 불안정성, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 유용성을 예측하였다. 마지막으로, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측하였다. 긍정적 기술준비도가 부정적 기술준비도보다 인지적 요인을 더 크게 예측하고, 교수자와 또래 학습자의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

음악치료에서의 음악테크놀로지 활용 (Use of Music Technology in Music Therapy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사의 컴퓨터를 기반으로 음악테크놀로지 활용 현황과 인식을 조사하기 위한 것이다. 조사를 위해 전문 자격증을 소지한 음악치료사 367명에게 온 오프라인으로 설문지를 배부하였으며 이 중 101부가 회수되었고 미완성되거나 대상자 기준에 맞지 않는 50부를 제외한 61부를 최종 분석 하였다. 설문 문항은 컴퓨터를 기반으로 한 음악테크놀로지 활용에 관한 현황, 인식, 치료사의 의견으로 구성되었다. 음악치료에서 음악테크놀로지의 활용현황에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 응답자 중 65.6%(40명)가 세션 내 음악테크놀로지를 활용한 경험이 있으며, 활용비율이 높은 음악테크놀로지의 종류는 피날레, 가라지밴드, 큐베이스 순으로 조사 되었다. 음악테크놀로지의 적용 현황을 살펴보면 음악 혹은 정서영역에서 청소년을 대상으로 주로 사용하며, 음악 자원으로 적용하는 형태가 가장 많이 나타났다. 대부분의 음악치료사들이 음악 긍정적으로 인식하고 있으며, 기술 습득에 대한 필요성이 확인 되었다. 이 외에도 음악테크놀로지 활용에 관한 다양한 의견이 취합되었다. 이러한 결과는 음악치료 임상현장에서 음악테크놀로지를 활용하는 현황과 이에 대한 인식에 관한 정보를 제공하고, 보다 효과적인 음악테크놀로지 활용에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 의의를 갖는다.

인공지능 기반 기술에 대한 공공도서관 사서의 사용의도 연구 (A Study on the Intention of Public Library Librarians to Use Artificial Intelligence-Based Technology)

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 활용하여 기술준비도와 기술수용요인이 인공지능 기반 기술에 대한 공공도서관 사서의 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 202명의 설문 데이터를 통계 분석에 활용하였다. 가설검증 결과 첫째, 지각된 유용성에 낙관성은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 불편함은 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 용이성에 낙관성과 혁신성은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 불편함은 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성은 모두 사용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사용의도에 낙관성은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 불안감은 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인공지능 기반 기술에 대한 공공도서관 사서의 인식을 실증적으로 분석하여 향후 인공지능 기술의 도서관 활용에 대한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the intention of consumer acceptance of technology in agricultural production by applying the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to smart farm. In particular, this study analyzed the intention to accept the technology of agricultural students, farmers, start-up farmers, returning farmers, and returnees in the general manufacturing industry and high-tech industries, and in agricultural sectors corresponding to primary industries. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, IT development level, and reliability had a significant influence on the intention to use smart farm technology. However, effort expectancy and price value were rejected because no significant impact on use intention was tested. In addition, the influences of the variables showing their influence were reliability (β=.569) > IT development level (β=.252) > social influence (β=.235) > performance expectancy (β=.182) > facilitating conditions (β=.134).

디지털융합서비스의 수용, 사용, 확산에 관한 연구 : 혁신확산에 관한 수용-확산 및 사용-확산의 통합적 접근 (Innovative Converged Service and It's Adoption, Use and Diffusion : A Holistic Approach to Diffusion of Innovations, Combining Adoption-Diffusion and Use Diffusion Paradigms)

  • This study takes a holistic approach to understand the diffusion of IPTV services by combining the adoption-diffusion model and the use-diffusion model of innovation. IPTV service, a leading digital converged application coupling media content with telecommunications, has been recently launched commercially in Korea. We created a structural model of adoption-diffusion, using the perceived easeof-use and usefulness of TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as mediating variables, and a structural model of use-diffusion, with the rate of use and the variety of use as mediating variables. To empirically analyze these models, non-users of IPTV were surveyed using the adoption-diffusion model to identify factors influencing their intention to subscribe to the service. Meanwhile, users of IPTV were surveyed using the use-diffusion model to determine the factors that influence their satisfaction with the service and their intention to re-use it. Under the adoption-diffusion model, we found that trialability, household innovativeness and perceived risk were the determinants of user satisfaction with IPTV, and perceived ease-of-use, the mediating factors. Under the use-diffusion model, complementarity and communication were shown to be the determinants of users' satisfaction with IPTV, and variety of use, the mediating factor. We also found that consumers' intention to re-use IPTV was strongly influenced by its relative advantage and perceived risk.

A Study on Technology Acceptance of Elderly living Alone in Smart City Environment: Based on AI Speaker

  • Purpose: This study is to examine the intention of the elderly who live alone in the customized AI speaker for the elderly living alone to improve the quality of life service for the elderly living alone in the smart city environment. Based on the quality of life model of the elderly, this study is applied to the technology acceptance model to investigate the relationship between perceived usefulness and ease of use on the sustained use intention. Research design, data and methodology: Residents in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, selected as candidate local governments for the Smart City Challenge Project of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in June 2019 to measure the perceived technology acceptance of potential users for the AI technology for the elderly living alone as part of the smart city technology. In order to evaluate the intention of using AI speaker, which is the target system of this study, a video of a chatbot using experience of elderly people living alone was produced. Results: First of all, in order for the elderly living alone to have an attitude to use AI-based speakers, there should be a perceived usefulness of the quality of life of the elderly. However, ease of use did not show any significant causal relationship to attitude toward use. In addition, the attitude toward use weakly influenced the intention to use. In other words, elderly people living alone were not likely to have a significant effect on their attitude toward use. However, feeling that AI speakers are easy to use will help to improve the quality of life, which in turn led to the attitude toward using AI speakers, which could lead to indirect effects. Finally, the perceived usefulness of quality of life was found to have a weak effect on direct use intentions. Conclusions: This study conducted a study on the technology acceptance of service environment to improve the quality of life for the specific user group who live alone in the smart seat environment. In this study, we examined the effects of AI speaker on the elderly living alone to improve the quality of life for the elderly living alone.
