  • 본 연구는 AHP를 이용한 항만국 통제 표적점검 평가법을 제안한다. 기존 항만국통제 TFV(Target Factor Values)는 단순한 평가법이기 때문에 보다 합리적이고 객관적인 평가법인 AHP법을 이용하였다. 그러나 AHP법은 상대평가법이기 때문에 대체안 추가시 가중치 재산정해야 한다. 따라서 이러한 해결을 위해 절대평가법을 이용하였다. 또한 최근 IMO에서 해양사고율을 항만국 통제 TFV에 포함하려고 추진중이기 때문에 해양사고 항목을 평가에 포함하였다. 마지막으로 몇척의 선박을 대상사례로 평가를 수행하였다.

RCP 시나리오 기반 Dyna-CLUE 모형을 이용한 황구지천 유역의 토지이용변화 분석 (Analysis of Land Use Change Using RCP-Based Dyna-CLUE Model in the Hwangguji River Watershed)

  • The objective of this study was to predict land use change based on the land use change scenarios for the Hwangguji river watershed, South Korea. The land use change scenario was derived from the representative concentration pathways (RCP) 4.5 and 8.5 scenarios. The CLUE (conversion of land use and its effects) model was used to simulate the land use change. The CLUE is the modeling framework to simulate land use change considering empirically quantified relations between land use types and socioeconomic and biophysical driving factors through dynamical modeling. The Hwangguji river watershed, South Korea was selected as study area. Future land use changes in 2040, 2070, and 2100 were analyzed relative to baseline (2010) under the RCP4.5 and 8.5 scenarios. Binary logistic regressions were carried out to identify the relation between land uses and its driving factors. CN (Curve number) and impervious area based on the RCP4.5 and 8.5 scenarios were calculated and analyzed using the results of future land use changes. The land use change simulation of the RCP4.5 scenario resulted that the area of urban was forecast to increase by 12% and the area of forest was estimated to decrease by 16% between 2010 and 2100. The land use change simulation of the RCP8.5 scenario resulted that the area of urban was forecast to increase by 16% and the area of forest was estimated to decrease by 18% between 2010 and 2100. The values of Kappa and multiple resolution procedure were calculated as 0.61 and 74.03%. CN (III) and impervious area were increased by 0-1 and 0-8% from 2010 to 2100, respectively. The study findings may provide a useful tool for estimating the future land use change, which is an important factor for the future extreme flood.

비파괴시험기법을 이용한 토량환산계수 산정 방법 제시 (Estimation of Soil Volume Conversion Factors using Nondestructive Testing Methods)

  • Soil volume conversion factors are used for estimation of an excavated the soil volume which will be removed or added in levelling the ground surface of a construction site. An accurate evaluation method will help us reduce a construction cost and time consuming. In this study, we performed the laboratory tests, including grain size measurement, water content, specific gravity, porosity, density and XRD tests, to suggest reliable soil volume conversion factors and weathering indices in field using nondestructive methods. The weathering index and soil volume conversion factor L are obtained for different types of soils. At results, the CIW index is the best method measuring the weathering index and the factor L is relative to natural porosity, void ratio, density and dry density.

3변수를 이용한 지적공부의 세계측지계 변환 연구 (A Study on the World Geodetic System Transformation of Cadastral Record Using by Three parameters)

  • 지적공부의 세계측지계 변환은 토지소유자의 재산권 보호와 직접적인 관련이 있기 때문에 좌표변환에 따른 공부상의 경계와 면적변화를 최소화할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 하지만 일반적으로 수학적인 변환식을 이용한 좌표변환은 지적도면의 형상을 변환 전 후에 정확하게 유지하기는 매우 어렵다. 현재 지적재조사 사업의 좌표변환 모델은 Helmert 변환방식에 의한 4개 변수를 이용하고 있으며 이중 축척계수는 동일 필지내에 경계점 간 상대적인 위치의 변화와 면적변동에 가장 민감한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 경계점 좌표등록지역 지적공부의 세계측지계 좌표변환 시 토지소유권과 관련이 있는 경계점에 대한 오차를 공차 범위 내에 유지시키면서 면적의 변화가 없도록 축척계수를 고정할 수 있도록 Helmert 변환식을 응용한 3변수변환 방법을 제시하였다.

Duration-Related Variations in Archaeal Communities after a Change from Upland Fields to Paddy Fields

  • Archaea substantially contribute to global geochemical cycling and energy cycling and are impacted by land-use change. However, the response of archaeal communities to a change from upland field to paddy field has been poorly characterized. Here, soil samples were collected at two depths (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm) from one upland field and six paddy fields that were established on former upland fields at different times (1, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 years before the study). Barcoded pyrosequencing was employed to assess the archaeal communities from the samples at taxonomic resolutions from phylum to genus levels. The total archaeal operational taxonomic unit (OTU) richness showed a significant positive correlation with the land-use change duration. Two phyla, Euryarchaeota and Crenarchaeota, were recorded throughout the study. Both the relative abundance and OTU richness of Euryarchaeota increased at both depths but increased more steadily at the subsurface rather than at the surface. However, these data of Crenarchaeota were the opposite. Additionally, the archaeal composition exhibited a significant relationship with C/N ratios, total phosphorus, soil pH, Olsen phosphorus, and the land-use change duration at several taxonomic resolutions. Our results emphasize that after a change from upland fields to paddy fields, the archaeal diversity and composition changed, and the duration is an important factor in addition to the soil chemical properties.

세립분 함유량에 따른 새만금준설토의 액상화 특성에 관한 연구

  • A lot of dredging and reclaming projects are recently under way in Korea for the efficient use of limiting land space. Saemanguem area is special case of reclaiming by dredged soil. In case of a confined disposal of dredged soils by a pump dredger, generally coarse grained soils are separated from fines with dropping at the near part of the pump dredger. This kind of seperation of fine contents could be a factor of liquefaction by earthquake. In Korea, recently, earthquakes with magnitude of 3.0 or higher are distinctively increasing in 1990. In this study, cyclic shear characterics of Saemanguem Dredged sand depending on fine content were analyzed. A series of undrained cyclic triaxial test with cyclic stress ratio ($\sigma_d/{2\sigma_{{\upsilon}c}}'$) were performed on both isotropic consolidated specimen and sand with fine contents of 0%, 5%, 15%, 30%, 40% under the effective vertical stress of 100kPa and 50% and 60%, 70% of relative density for fine content of 0%, respectively. In the test results, cyclic shear strength increased by increasing of cyclic stress ratio($\sigma_d/{2\sigma_{{\upsilon}c}}'$) with increasing the relative density at the same number of cyclic under the effective confining pressure of 100kPa. It is almost highest the double amplitude(DA) 1%, 3%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% at fine content of 15% between Cyclic stress ratio($\sigma_d/{2\sigma_{{\upsilon}c}}'$) value at cyclic number five and fine content. Number of cyclic is 30 under the effective vertical stress of 100kPa, 70% of relative density for fine content of 15%. when the cyclic stress ratio at each relative density was compared at cyclic number five, the double amplitude(DA) 1%, 3%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%, and the pore-pressure ratio (${\Delta}u/{\sigma'}_c$) 0.95 value were compared; under the relative density of 70% and the effective confining pressure of 100kPa. The pore-pressure ratio (${\Delta}u/{\sigma'}_c$) 0.95 value showed a similar trend to the double amplitude (DA) 5% line.

An Analysis of the Decision Factors on Mokpo Port by Multinomial Logit Model

  • Relative importance of maritime transport that takes charge of main current of freight in country' economy is very large. Especially, port and facility carry out important role which treats freight of import and export smoothly and improves international trade as turning point, to achieve key role on connection and association between sea and land. For such reason, enlargement of port facilities or development of port needs to grasp exactly the utilization of port, attributes and selective factors of shipper. On the other hand, the amounts of physical distribution on Mokpo port located in Korean west coast are increasing, with fast economic growth of East Asian including China. This study uses discrete choice model that is measuring to analyze attribute and characteristic of Mokpo port, and analyzes port selection by decision factors of shipper. This paper composed a questionnaire using the result of preceding research, to decide port selection factor among competitive ports. Through factor analysis on a basis of the questionnaire' result, five principal components were extracted. These are resorted out by Logit model, to grasp competitive elements of port. This research fin present direction which raises competitive power of ports in west coast of Korea, especially on alternative and concentration of middle-class port as Mokpo may be useful.

공간분석(空間分析)모델링에 의한 산지(山地)의 토사붕괴방재기능(土砂崩壞防災機能) 적합도(適合度) 평가(評價) (Application of Spatial Analysis Modeling to Evaluating Functional Suitability of Forest Lands against Land Slide Hazards)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 토사붕괴산지재해에 대한 산지의 기능적합도 평가를 위한 공간분석모델링기법을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 기능적합도는 산지의 토사붕괴 가능성에 따라 상, 중, 하의 3단계로 구분되었다. 토사붕괴의 가능성온 경사, 모암, 토심, 경사형태, 임상 및 임목의 직경급과 같은 7개의 입지인자들에 대한 측정치를 이용하여 추정되었고, 이 과정에 토사붕괴 발생 요인으로서 각 인자들의 상대적 가중치는 AHP기법에 의해 결정되었다. 공간분석모델링은 7개 입지인자들에 대한 $25m{\times}25m$ grid 분석 혹은 TIN 분석을 통해 기초 layer 작성에서 시작된다. 이를 토대로 재분류 및 점수화 과정을 거쳐 토사붕괴 가능성 추정에 필요한 인자들의 속성 값을 지니는 새로운 layer를 형성한다. 이러한 속성 값에 가중치를 적용하고 지도대수분석을 통해 $25m{\times}25m$ cell 단위의 기능평가도를 작성하고, 마지막으로 cell-grouping을 통해 보다 실무적인 기능도를 작성하게 된다. 이 논문은 이러한 일련의 공간분석모델링 과정을 방법론적 관점에서 제시한다.

Feasibility Study of Docetaxel and Cyclophosphamide Six- Cycle Therapy as Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Japanese Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Negative Breast Cancer Patients

  • Background: We compared treatment completion rates and safety of docetaxel and cyclophosphamide sixcycle therapy (TC6) with docetaxel followed by 5FU, epirubicin and cyclophosphamide (T-FEC) therapy in Japanese patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer. Materials and Methods: We administered TC6 q3w or T-FEC q3w to HER2-negative breast cancer patients. The primary endpoint of this trial was toxicity. As second endpoints, the treatment completion rate and relative dose intensity were evaluated. Results: The TC6 and T-FEC group consisted of 22 and 21 patients, respectively. Concerning hematological toxicity, grade 3 or higher adverse reactions included neutropenia and febrile neutropenia. As non-hematological adverse events, exanthema and peripheral neuropathy were frequently reported in the TC6 group, whereas more patients of the T-FEC group reported nausea and vomiting. In TC6, the treatment completion rate was 86.4% and the relative dose intensity of docetaxel was 93.2%. In T-FEC, the values were 95.2% and 98.9%, respectively. Conclusions: These results suggest that TC6 is tolerable in Japanese, and that this regimen can also be performed in outpatient clinics. However, with the TC6 regimen, the compliance was slightly lower than with the T-FEC regimen, and supportive therapy needs to be managed appropriately.

교통소통과 안전 특성을 결합한 교통상황 모니터링 지표 개발 (Development of Traffic Situation Integrated Monitoring Indicators Combining Traffic and Safety Characteristics)

  • 교통관리에서 교통상황을 판단하는 판단지표의 중요성과 필요성은 계속해서 높아지고 있다. 기존 교통상황 판단지표들은 속도, 교통량, 밀도 기반으로 각각의 특성에 맞춰 개발되었지만, 속성별 가지는 문제점과 종합적인 상황을 보여줄 수 없어 모니터링 지표로는 적합하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로 소통상황과 안전도를 판단하는 지표들을 통합하여 모니터링에 적합한 통합지표 개발을 목표로 하였다. 교통상황의 변화를 판단할 수 있고 안전도를 판단할 수 있는 지표들을 검토하고 실시간 ITS 데이터를 적용할 수 있도록 지표를 재정립하였다. 요인분석을 통해 지표 간 관계성을 분석하여 가중치를 도출한 뒤 하나의 통합지표를 개발하였다. 통합지표는 교통상황의 변화와 안전도의 변화를 보여줄 수 있는 지표로 향후 교통정보센터에 적용하여 종합적인 교통상황을 모니터링할 수 있는 교통환경으로의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
