The hardness property for the contents of hydrogen of DLC coating deposited by PECVD (PECVD를 이용하여 증착시킨 DLC 코팅의 수소함유량에 의한 경도 특성)

  • DLC(Diamond Like Carbon) 박막은 높은 경도, 낮은 마찰계수, 내화학성 등의 우수한 트라이볼로지적 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 다양한 산업분야에서 적용되고 있다. 이러한 DLC 박막은 합성기구나 구조의 관점에서 몇 가지 다른 이름으로 불려지기도 한다. 밀도와 경도가 높기 때문에 경질탄소(Hard Carbon)라고도 불려지며, 수소를 함유한 경우에는 수소함유 비정질 탄소(Hydrogenated Amorphous Carbon)이라는 이름이 사용되며, 고밀도 탄소(Dense Carbon) 또는 고밀도 탄화수소(Dense Hydrocarbon)라고 불리기도 한다. 이렇듯 DLC 박막은 합성방법에 따라 함유된 수소와 탄소의 결합구조의 차이가 있다. 수소 함유한 DLC 박막은 20~50%까지 수소를 함유하며, DLC막의 기계적, 광학적, 전기적 특성들이 수소함량과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 함유된 수소가 $300^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서는 쉽게 결합에서 이탈되면서 흑연화와 더불어 마찰마모시 코팅층의 파손이 발생한다고 보고되고 있고, 또한 수소량이 증가함에 따라 DLC 박막의 경도는 감소하게 되는데, 이는 수소에 의해 dangling bond가 Passivation되면 탄화수소의 3차원적인 Crosslinking은 그만큼 감소하게 되기 때문이라고 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 PECVD를 이용하여 여러 가지 공정에 따른 DLC 박막을 증착시켰으며, 수소함유량에 따른 DLC막의 구조와 그에 따른 경도 변화를 살펴보았다. FTIR(Furier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)과 Raman Spectroscopy을 이용하여 DLC막의 수소의 결합상태를 관찰하였으며, Nano Indentation을 사용하여 미소경도를 측정하였고, FE-SEM을 이용하여 표면과 단면을 관찰하였다. 막의 두께 측정에는 ${\alpha}$-Step을 사용하였으며, Ball-on-Disk 타입의 Tribo-meter을 이용하여, 모재의 경도에 따른 마찰계수 변화를 관찰하였다.

Effect of Annealing on the Electrical Property and Water Permeability of ZTO/GZO Double-layered TCO Films Deposited by DC, RF Magnetron Co-sputtering (DC, RF 마그네트론 코스퍼터링법으로 증착한 ZTO/GZO 투명전도성막의 열처리 조건이 박막의 물성에 미치는 영향)

  • ZTO/GZO double layered films were prepared on unheated non-alkali glass substrates. ZTO films were deposited by RF/DC hybrid magnetron co-sputtering using ZnO (RF) target and $SnO_2$ (DC) targets, and then GZO films were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering using an GZO ($Ga_2O_3$:5.57 wt%) target. These films were post-annealed at temperature of 200, $300^{\circ}C$ in air and vacuum ambient for 30 min. In the case of post-annealing in air, ZTO/GZO double layer showed relatively low resistivity change, compared to GZO single layer. Furthermore, ZTO/GZO double layer revealed low WVTR, compared to GZO single layer. Therefore, it can be confirmed that ZTO film doing a role with barrier for water or oxygen diffusion.

  • Elder-berries are economical plants and grown commercially in the United States. Most of the crop is sold to processors and made into natural colour, jellies, jam, port wine or elder berry wine, elder berry juice or used to manufacture of pie mixes. Processors are showing increasing interest in cultivation elder berries. In the present study was wish to find the effect of various factors and practical methods on the processing for the true fruit colour made from fresh elder berries juice as the clearing by the treated pectinase, added sugar, vaccum concentration, extraction of anthocyanosid powder and its property with used prospects. In this study obtained results can be summarized as follows. 1. Pectinase is useful and effected to make clear juice from fresh elder berry juice treated on the $34{\sim}45^{\circ}C$. 2. P.V.C. drum is most useful stored without unfading for clearing elderberry juice and its exposed redish dark purple colour. 3. Clearing elderberry juice stored in the stainless steel drum, changed colour from redish dark purple to dark violets during the stored at the room temperature. 4. Added sugar (Brix $48{\sim}53^{\circ}C$) to the fresh elderberry juice is useful and suitable prospects for to make home juice and wine. 5. The elderberry juice of vaccum concentration is change colour from dark purple to black brown colour during the stored at the room temperature. 6. Its possible to make anthocyanosid powder extracted made from fresh elderberry juice 7. Property of anthocyanosid is an follows. 1) The spectrum of elderberries juice is $523{\sim}530m{\mu}$ 2) The colouring stability is less than $pH_4$ 3) The colouring stability by the heating is less than $pH_4$, and then the more than $pH_4$ is changed colour from redish dark purple to dark brown. 4) By the light colouring stability is less than $pH_4$ 5) The colouring most stability in the pH is $pH_3$ 8. In the future, natural colour made from elderberry juice on the useful prospects is suitable used to make natural fruit juice, ice cream, candy, commercial and home wine, gum, and manufacture of jelly jam, pie maxes, ect.

Improved Original Entry Point Detection Method Based on PinDemonium (PinDemonium 기반 Original Entry Point 탐지 방법 개선)

  • Many malicious programs have been compressed or encrypted using various commercial packers to prevent reverse engineering, So malicious code analysts must decompress or decrypt them first. The OEP (Original Entry Point) is the address of the first instruction executed after returning the encrypted or compressed executable file back to the original binary state. Several unpackers, including PinDemonium, execute the packed file and keep tracks of the addresses until the OEP appears and find the OEP among the addresses. However, instead of finding exact one OEP, unpackers provide a relatively large set of OEP candidates and sometimes OEP is missing among candidates. In other words, existing unpackers have difficulty in finding the correct OEP. We have developed new tool which provides fewer OEP candidate sets by adding two methods based on the property of the OEP. In this paper, we propose two methods to provide fewer OEP candidate sets by using the property that the function call sequence and parameters are same between packed program and original program. First way is based on a function call. Programs written in the C/C++ language are compiled to translate languages into binary code. Compiler-specific system functions are added to the compiled program. After examining these functions, we have added a method that we suggest to PinDemonium to detect the unpacking work by matching the patterns of system functions that are called in packed programs and unpacked programs. Second way is based on parameters. The parameters include not only the user-entered inputs, but also the system inputs. We have added a method that we suggest to PinDemonium to find the OEP using the system parameters of a particular function in stack memory. OEP detection experiments were performed on sample programs packed by 16 commercial packers. We can reduce the OEP candidate by more than 40% on average compared to PinDemonium except 2 commercial packers which are can not be executed due to the anti-debugging technique.

Effects of Dietary Oils and Tocopherol Supplementation on Fatty acid, Amino acid, TBARS, VBN and Sensory Characteristics of Pork Meat (식이 오일과 토코페롤 급여가 돈육의 지방산, 아미노산, TBARS, VBN 및 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Subjective pork quality was determined on the six groups of the following treatments. Meat samples were obtained from pigs which had been fed with finishing pig diets containing 5% beef tallow(C), 3% beef tallow and 2% perillar seed oil(T1), 250ppm vitamin E($\alpha$-tocopheryl acetate) in T1(T2), 3% beef tallow and 2% squid viscera oil(T3), 250ppm vitamin E in T3(T4), 3% beef tallow and 2% CLA(Conjugated linoleic acid, T5). In the fatty acid composition, SFA(Saturated fatty acid) and EFA(Essential fatty acid) were higher in T5 than in the rest of three treatments such as C, T1, T3 groups, while UFA(Unsaturated fatty acid), MUFA(Monounsaturated fatty acid), UFA/SFA, MUFA/SFA were low. The total content of amino acid in the T3 were higher those for the rest of rest of C, T1, T5 the content for vitamin added treatment(T2, T4) groups higher than non treated one. T3 and T5 showed higher TBARS(Thiobarbituric acid reactive substance) values than the C and T1 groups VBN(Volatile basic nitrogen) values were higher in the order of T5>T3>T1>C. There was no difference in total plate counts, number of lactic acid bacteria and number of E. coli. In sensory property, the C and T1 showed a higher acceptance than the T3 and T5. In cooked meats, the T3 showed a lower hardness than that of control(C), T1 and, with a higher acceptance. In TBARS, VBN, total counts, lactic counts, and E. coli counts, sensory test of cooked meat and raw meat, there was no significant difference between vitamin supplement groups within each oil treatment.

Thermal Characteristics of Samarium-based Composite Cathode ($Sm_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta}/ Sm_{0.2}Ce_{0.8}O_{1.9}$) for Intermediate Temperature-operating Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (고체산화물 연료전지의 Samarium Oxide 혼합 공기극에 대한 열특성 분석)

  • Performance of single cell at solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) system is largely affected by electrocatalytic and thermal properties of cathode. Samarium-based perovskite oxide material is recently recognized as promising cathode material for intermediate temperature-operating SOFC due to its high electrocatalytic property. Perovskite structured $Sm_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta}$ and its composite material, $Sm_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta}/Sm_{0.2}Ce_{0.8}O_{1.9}$ were investigated in terms of area specific resistance (ASR), thermal expansion coefficient (TEC), thermal cycling and long term performance. $Sm_{0.2}Ce_{0.8}O_{1.9}$ was used as electrolyte material. Electrochemical ac impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and dilatometer were used to measure the cathodic properties. Composite cathode ($Sm_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_{3-\delta}$: $Sm_{0.2}Ce_{0.8}O_{1.9}$ = 6:4) showed a good ASR of 0.13${\Omega}$ $cm^2$ at 650$^{\circ}C$ and its TEC value was 12.3${\times}$10-6/K at 600$^{\circ}C$ which is similar to the value of ceria-based electrolyte of 11.9${\times}$10-6/K. Performance of composite cathode was maintained with no degradation even after 13 times thermal cycle test.

Compressive Strength Generation Properties of Concrete using a Large Amount of Industrial Byproduct (산업부산물을 다량 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도 발현 특성 검토)

  • In this study, it was investigated compressive strength generation of concrete using high volume mineral admixture obtaining fundamental data for the application of concrete structure in construction field. For this, it was evaluated compressive strength with unit binder contents($310{\sim}410kg/m^3$), replacement ratio of mineral admixture(70~90%), unit water contents($140{\sim}150kg/m^3$) and curing temperature in the normal strength range. Also, after producing mock-up structure, hydration heat and compressive strength generation was evaluated to examine properties in the concrete member. In case of concrete using a large amount of industrial byproducts which was reviewed in this study, it is possible to secure compressive strength more than 24MPa at age 28days with about $13^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature of curing condition and that is considered to be applied to structure at construction site.

Physicochemical Properties of Acetylated Rice Starch as Affected by Degree of Substitution (치환도가 초산 쌀전분의 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • Acetylated rice starches were prepared by reaction of rice starch with acetic anhydride, and their physicochemical properties as a function of degree of substitution (DS) were evaluated. The percentage of acetyl group and DS were $0{\sim}2.71%\;and\;0{\sim}0.104$, respectively. DS increased with increase in acetic anhydride content. DS increased swelling power and solubility of rice starch. Light transmittance (%) values of acetylated rice starches were much higher than that of native rice starch and increased with increase in DS. Rapid Visco Analyzer initial pasting temperature of acetylated rice starches decreased with increase in DS, while peak viscosity and breakdown values increased. Starch gets showed a significant decrease in syneresis (%) with the increase in DS.

Synthesis of Novel Polythiol for Plastic Optical Lens and its Ophthalmic Lens

  • Novel polythiol materials of urethane lens series for plastic optical lens were synthesized from polyol materials via thioisouronium of thiourea with c-HCl in refluxing aqueous solution, in which polythiol material was carried out from hydrolysis of thioisouronium by ammonia water. Their structure properties were identified by EA, EI-MS, FT-IR, $^1H\;and\;^{13}C$ NMR spectroscopies and TGA. Their ophthalmic lenses as polythiourethane material were prepared by thermal curing to an injected glass mold using the evenly solutions of diisocyanates series (TDI, XDI, HDI or IPDI) with polythiols. Polythiourethane shows that the strong stretching mode for SH group of polythiol disappeared in FT-IR spectra after thermosetting polymerization. Thermal deformation starting temperature of ophthalmic lenses was determined by TMA. Ophthalmic lenses made from characteristic polythiol and diisocyanate series have transparency, colorless and good impact strength, in which thermal resistance and impact strength of ophthalmic lenses were influenced by diisocyanate series. Physical properties of ophthalmic lens have contrast thermal resistance with impact strength. The property of thermal resistance and impact strength for respective ophthalmic lenses was examined by TMA and drop ball test.

Optimization on Preparation Conditions of Dried Citrus (건조 감귤의 제조조건 최적화)

  • The response surface methodology was peformed by central composite design based on drying temperature and time of Citrus, to monitor quality property change caused by drying and make dried products with a good overall palatability. In result, water activity, hardness and softness were affected by drying temperature; water activity decreased and hardness increased with increase of drying temperature. Softness was also high at low temperature and short time of drying. In the range of overall palatability having high score, hardness was shown in 2.01 ∼ 3.20${\times}$10$^{6}$ dyn/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and softness was 62.54 ∼ 146.37 cm/kg. Drying conditions satisfying this range were predicted as 66 ∼ 75$^{\circ}C$ of drying temperature and 8 ∼ 14 hr of drying time.
