This paper describes a on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system designed for the automation of a medium-size concrete plant. The system is based on the structure of a hardware system of data acquisition and a personal computer. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the system operation. It applies the preconstructed rules to the plant data for the diagnosis of weighing processes.

본 연구의 목적은 역사적으로 한국언론에 나타난 교육위기담론의 의미구성방식과 주체 구성방식을 분석함으로써 한국사회의 진보-보수 언론이 갖는 대립적 입장과 이데올로기적 특성들을 드러내는 데 있다. 이를 위해 미셀 페쇠의 담론이론에서 제시된 언어체계의 선택과 조합방식들-선구성과 절합 메커니즘-, 그리고 이데올로기의 주체구성 방식을 이론적으로 검토한 후, 실제 사례분석에 들어가고자 한다. 사례분석의 대상은 조선일보와 한겨레신문이고, 두 신문의 진보와 보수라는 상징적 적대성을 근거로 선정했다. 이와 함께 "교실붕괴"나 "학교붕괴" 등의 교육위기 담론을 현장진술, 원인과 책임규명 그리고 사후대책의 범주 속에서 분석하고자 한다.

This paper presents an on-line monitoring and control system designed for the automation of a Concrete plant. The system is based on the combined structure composed of a general purpose PLC (Plogrammable Logic Controller) and a personal computer. Simulation results are ahem to illustrate the system operation. Preconstructed rules are applied to the plant data for the diagnosis of the weighing process in the simulation.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 전자상거래에서 실시간성과 추천의 정확도를 높이는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대부분의 기존 추천기법들은 프로파일 방식의 문제로 고객의 관심도나 고객성향을 분석하기에는 많은 어려움과 비용의 문제가 있으며 고객은 여전히 만족하지 못하고 있다. 이는 구성되어있는 데이터베이스들의 문제가 아니라 기존 자료를 분석하기 위한 평가 자료인 신규로 프로파일을 생성하거나 다양한 프로파일을 생성하는데 문제가 있다. 또한 기존 추천기법에서는 다양한 특성을 가진 각 사용자 계층별로 차별화된 개인화 추천이 어렵다. 따라서 이 논문에서 기존의 평가 자료 방식과 다르게 구매로 인해 발생되어진 자료를 기반으로 사용자에게 번거로운 질의 응답 과정이 없이 묵시적인 방법을 이용하였다. 다양한 개인화 성향과 정확한 고객성향의 내용 분석이 가능한 FRAT 기법을 적용하였다.

본 논문에서는 설계자가 원하는 주파수 특성을 갖는 FSS(Frequency Selective Surface)를 자동으로 설계해주는 시스템을 개발하고 실제 적용한 예를 기술한다. 설계 시스템은 전자파 산란 해석이론, 실제 제작한 FSS들의 특성을 측정하여 구축된 DB, 그리고 유전 알고리즘을 이용해서 설계자가 기대하는 특성을 가진 FSS의 설계 요소들을 제시한다. 설계 시스템은 첫 단계로 설계자가 요구한 특성과 가장 유사한 특성을 갖는 FSS 파라미터들을 DB로부터 구하고, 두 번째 단계로 이 파라미터들로부터 초기 개체들을 구성하여 유전학적 진화를 통해 설계자가 요구한 특성을 갖는 FSS 설계 파라미터가 출력되도록 개발되었다. 유전 알고리즘 내에서 사용되는 FSS 해석이론은 실제 제작된 FSS 샘플을 혼 안테나를 사용하여 실제로 측정한 데이터와 비교 분석하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 아울러 FSS를 제작하는 과정도 간단히 소개하였다.

The aim of the present study is to investigate whether an ethanol extract of Acorus gramineus Soland (EAG) augments penile erection in vitro and in vivo experiment. Preconstructed with phenylephrine (PE) in isolated endothelium-intact rabbit corpus cavernosum, EAG relaxed penile smooth muscle in a dose-dependent manner, which was inhibited by pretreatment with NG-nitro-L-argininemethylester (L-NAME), a nitricoxide synthase inhibitor, and 1H-[1,2,4]-oxadiazole-[4,3-${\alpha}$]-quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ), a soluble guanylylcyclase (sGC) inhibitor, respectively. EAG-induced relaxation was significantly attenuated by pretreatment with tetraethylammonium (TEA), a nonselective $K^+$ channel blocker. EAG increased cGMP levels of the rabbit corpus cavernosum in a concentration-dependent manner without changes in cAMP levels. In addition, EAG caused increase of peak intracavernous pressure (ICP), ICP/MAP ratio and area under the carve (AUC) in SD rats. Taken together, these results suggest that EAG augments penile erection via NO-cGMP system and $K^+$ channels in corpus cavernosum.
