지속 가능 패션 디자인의 이미지 요소에 관한 연구 - 업사이클링 가방 상품 중심으로 - (A Study on the Image Elements of Sustainable Fashion Design - Focusing on up-cycling bags products -)

  • Due to the current seriousness of environmental pollution and the eco-friendly movement of the fashion industry, research on sustainable fashion design is being actively conducted. In this study, consumer perception of upcycling products, are divided into image, function, and meaning; and image is further divided into shape, color, and material. It was redefined as pattern, and image recognition was evaluated among men and women in their 20s and 30s, and men and women in their 40s and 50s used as subjects. First, factors that determine each image were extracted based on qualitative analysis of the precedent cases of upcycling bags, and quantitative analysis of the subjects was induced through a questionnaire. As a result of the analysis of evaluation items related to image association, the average frequency analysis of all subjects for each stimuli and the cognitive variance of the frequency analysis by generation by gender were found to be similar. However, awareness of some stimuli by generation showed a significant difference. Overall, in the three stimuli with high overall preference, common features, such as the basic box-shaped symmetrical structure, the monochromatic color of the Munsell system, solid and practical texture, and appropriate use of patterns were identified. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a difference with factors such as femininity, simplicity, touch, and splendor in the measurement factors. In conclusion, it is considered that the main significance of this study is that it excluded the recognition and meaning of upcycling products and explored the original design and image elements of products. Therefore, it is expected that this study will be used as a basic data for responding to the gender image of each generation as an alternative method of sustainable fashion design, and it will be an opportunity to expand the scope of the study to a detailed study beyond the biased topic.

  • As national income increases, consumers began to place a great deal of weight on products or quality of their life. They would like to have products which are more convenient to use and could meet their emotional desire in addition to its basic functional requirements. An automobile is one of the transportation system for human beings and the factor such as safety or environmentaly-friendly is regarded as important things resulting from it's popularization. In fact, domestic design technology leaves much to be desired compared with excellent manufacturing techniques. For this reason, some problems, like lowering of usage, could be caused by introducing technological data as it is from overseas. A survey of domestic car users has found that the most preferred condition (step height) is 460~495cm when they get in and out of their car. Men use their visual information and then get in the car, taking motion fit for each condition when automobile condition is changed. In other words, men get in cars actively within the range of conditions used for this study. These results were found from a motion study, when getting in a car, and checking the possibility of getting injury in accordance with the change of condition as well.

MZ세대의 윤리적 소비성향이 사회적 기업의 패션상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Ethical Consumption Tendency of Millennials and Members of Generation Z on the Purchase Intention of Social Enterprise Fashion Products)

  • Generation MZ, a generic term for millennials and members of Generation Z, is an innovation-leading consumer group in the current market. This study aimed to examine the impact of the ethical consumption tendencies of millennials and Generation Z on the purchase intention of social enterprise fashion products. Data were collected from Generation MZ (15-40 years old) by quota sampling based on the demographic variables of gender, age, and region, respectively. Eight hundred responses were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and regressions using SPSS software. Three value factors (egoistic, altruistic, and biospheric) and three ethical consumption tendency factors (resource saving tendency, eco-friendly tendency, and consciousness of corporate responsibility) were determined by factor analyses. The results confirmed that women, who showed a higher ethical consumption tendency in all three factors, were more altruistic and biospheric than men. Furthermore, women portrayed a more favorable attitude and purchase intention towards fashion products of social enterprises. The results demonstrated that members of Generation Z were more altruistic and biospheric than millennials. Additionally, the attitude, purchase intention, and willingness to pay premium prices were higher in Generation Z members. It was confirmed that higher biospheric values correlated with greater values for the three ethical consumption tendency factors. The altruistic value affected both the resource saving tendency and eco-friendly trend, while the egoistic value had an effect on the resource saving tendency. Both attitude and purchase intention were positively influenced by all three of the ethical consumption tendency factors, and affected the willingness to pay premium prices. This was subsequently influenced by the resource saving tendency and consciousness of corporate responsibility. The results of this study contribute to understanding Generation MZ as a consumer group, and the establishment of marketing strategies for fashion companies.

가족친화적 조직문화, 사내기업가정신 및 혁신행동의 관계 : 성별의 조절효과 (The Relationships between Family-Friendly Organizational Culture, Corporate Entrepreneurship, and Innovative Behavior: Moderating Effects of Gender)

  • 본 연구는 제조산업에 재직 중인 노동자를 대상으로 가족친화적 조직문화, 사내기업가정신 및 혁신행동의 인과관계를 규명하였다. 또한 가족친화적 조직문화와 혁신행동의 관계에서 사내기업가정신의 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 가족친화적 조직문화와 사내기업가정신의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과를 실증하였다. 전국 제조산업의 노동자 1,037명을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족친화적 조직문화는 구성원들의 사내기업가정신에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 가족친화적 조직문화는 구성원들의 혁신행동에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 가족친화적 조직문화와 혁신행동의 관계에서 사내기업가정신은 부분매개역할을20200907 하였다. 즉, 가족친화적 조직문화는 혁신행동에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만 사내기업가정신을 거쳐 간접적으로 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 가족친화적 조직문화와 사내기업가정신의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과를 규명하였다. 즉, 여성은 남성에 비해, 가족친화적 조직문화가 높을수록 사내기업가정신이 더욱 강화되었다. 마지막으로 사내기업가정신과 혁신행동 강화에 대한 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 본 연구를 토대로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

주거내 알레르기성 질환 발생현황 및 거주자 의식 조사연구 (A Study on the Residents' Awareness on the Occurrence of Allergic Diseases in Residential Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of allergic diseases associated with the housing environment and the psychological attitude of residents towards relevant risk factors. This study surveyed 1,200 people. In the first round, 200 participants were questioned through direct survey methods, while 1,000 participants filled out an online survey in the second round. Selected study subjects consisted of allergic diseases known to be closely related to housing environment factors. With advice from medical experts, the analysis included the examination of the prevalence status regarding five types of allergy-related diseases-allergic conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatitis, asthma and headache-with the range of disease incidence set within the past ten years. The survey was conducted on all age groups except those nine years old and younger, and the findings are as follows. Allergic diseases were found to be more prevalent among women than men. Residents identified effective methods for the alleviation and treatment of allergic diseases as ventilation, use of environmentally-friendly finishing materials, maintenance of a clean living space through cleaning or washing, and sunlight exposure. Residents' understanding of allergic diseases varied depending on their experience with such diseases and residential characteristics.

저류지 생태공원 설계모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Design Model of Ecological Park as Stormwater Storage Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop design model of ecological park as stormwater storage facilities. The results are as follows : First, the design model of ecological park as stormwater storage facilities consider ecological and landscape characteristics such as high efficiency of land use, function as disaster prevention, ecological water purification, formation of habitat for flora and fauna. Second, this study demonstrates two types of plane structure and eight types of designed section. They can be combined and designed depending on conditions of each site. The facilities of stormwater storage conduct disaster prevention system and ecological park. Retention pond in stormwater storage facilities for ecological park also should be made for ecological restoration in the site. Third, the ecological park provide the basis for ecological network from in-site to out-site. Therefore its conservation and restoration plan consider the ecosystems of the site. Fourth, the most important factor for maintenance and management for retention pond is keeping water quality. Sustainable Structured wetland Biotop system is suggested for ecological water purification system in the retention pond which is one of the constructed wetland system using multi-celled aquatic plant and pond. This system can also provide habitat for animals and plants, water friendly park for men, and beautiful landscape.

전주 한옥마을의 이미지를 활용한 패션문화상품 디자인 개발 - 디지털 프린팅 넥타이를 중심으로 - (A study on developments of fashion and culture products using Jeonju Hanok Village image - Centered on digital printing neckties -)

  • This research is implemented to shed new light on the essence of Korean sentiments, aesthetic sense and restructure it in modern ways. In particular, applying the current images of traditional Korean village in Jeonju to neckties is focused on the purpose of globalizing the industrialization of Korean traditional sceneries and Korean image products. Adobe Photoshop CS program was used to develop necktie designs containing the images of the traditional Korean village. To make artworks, the Digital Textile Printing System that is an environment-friendly printing method was used. Moreover, Hanji yarn fabric was adopted for them so as to use Korean materials. The total number of developed designs is eight and neckties for men were made by altering images of the traditional Korean village in modern ways. According to the research results, required are more investment and self-development for proper understandings on our traditional cultural images and their development from now on. Moreover, in my view, customers' desires must be met by comprehending public consciousness, trends and environments to meet customer's desires. Furthermore, higher value-added products must be created by using Hanji yarn and images of traditional Korean villages by distributing high quality designs that will satisfy customers' desires and psychology, producing small quantities of products with various designs and colors.

부산광역시 초저출산의 가족학적 요인 및 가족친화환경 조성을 위한 정책적 제안 (Factors associated with Lowest Low Fertility and Strategies for the Policy of Family-friendly Environments for Fertility Increase in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 인구조사 통계자료를 이용하여 개인적, 가족적, 사회적 요인들이 부산광역시의 지속적인 낮은 출산율과 어떻게 관련되어 있는지 살펴보며, 출산율을 높이기 위한 가족친화환경조성에 관한 정책들도 제시하고자 하였다. 최근 몇 년간 부산광역시의 출산율은 전국의 광역시도 중 가장 최저로 나타났으며 부산지역의 특징을 보여주고 있다. 출산율은 만혼 및 임신의 고령화, 혼인율 감소, 높은 이혼율, 미혼여성들의 결혼기피현상, 남성들의 전통적 성역할태도, 맞벌이 남성들의 저조한 가사분담참여, 낮은 결혼만족도와 가족생활만족도, 높은 낙태율과 같은 복합적인 가족학적 요인들과 가족정책, 자녀양육시설의 이용가능성, 교육비 및 사회와 기업의 가족친화 수준과 같은 보다 광의의 특성들 때문에 낮게 나타난다. 부산 여성들은 전통적 성역할 규범과 관습이 유지되는 사회 환경에서 맞벌이를 하는 경우에도 과중한 가사노동을 수행하고 있었고, 부부의 결혼만족도도 전국평균보다 낮았는데 부인의 결혼만족도는 남편에 비해 전국평균보다 더욱 낮게 나타났다. 부산광역시의 출산율 향상을 위하여 이 요인들의 시사점들과 가족 친화적 정책제안들도 8가지 측면에서 논의되었다.

일-가족 시간배분에 따른 가구유형과 변화 - 퍼지셋 이상형 분석의 적용 - (Household Types and Changes of Work-Family Time Allocation - Adapting Fuzzy-set Ideal Type Analysis -)

  • 본 연구는 생활시간조사자료를 활용하여 가구 내에서 배분되는 일-가족시간에 대한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 부부의 유급노동시간과 가족시간에서 차지하는 남성의 비중을 근거로 일-가족 시간 배분을 4개의 모형(전통적 남성생계부양, 이중노동부담, 협조적 적응, 가족친화적 남성생계부양)으로 유형화하였으며, 퍼지셋이상형분석을 통해 각 유형에 소속되어 있는 정도를 점수화한 후, 각 모형의 소속점수에 대한 중다회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 지난 10년간 이중노동부담의 비중이 감소하고 협조적 적응 유형이 증가한 것으로 나타나고 있으나, 여전히 전체적인 모형별 분포를 보면 전통적인 성분업에 고착된 구조를 보여주고 있었다. 4개의 시간배분 모형에 대한 회귀분석 결과 역시 각 모형별 분석의 유용성을 보여주었으며, 무엇보다 성분업 의식의 역할은 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 가족정책의 논의에 있어 가구내의 미시적 성분업 구조와 일-가족시간의 배분과 관련된 역동성을 좀 더 면밀히 파악할 필요가 있다는 점과, 방법론적 함의로 미시자료를 이용한 양적연구에서도 퍼지셋 활용이 방법론적 다양성을 제공해 줄 수 있다는 점을 논의하였다.

두 번의 경제위기와 실업, 노동빈곤, 그리고 젠더: 한국 자살 위험양식의 역동적 변화에 대한 시론 (Two Economic Crises, Unemployment, Working Poor, and Gender: Explaining the Dynamics of the Risk Patterns of Suicide in South Korea)

  • 이 글은 정부의 자살예방을 위한 노력이 효과적으로 작동하지 않은 것은 변화하는 자살의 위험양식과 그 메커니즘을 포착하지 못했기 때문이라는 판단 하에 한국 사회의 자살위험 발생 양식의 역동적 변화를 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 자살율이 급증한 1997-1998년과 2008-2009년 두 경제위기 시기 자살 위험양식의 차이를 젠더 관점에서 살펴봄으로써 다음과 같은 세 가지 주요 논의를 제공한다. 첫째, 두 경제위기 시기 자살률이 증가한 기전이 서로 달랐다. 1997년 외환위기는 대기업 상용직 중심의 실업이, 2008년 금융위기는 비정규직 중심의 노동빈곤이 자살을 증가시키는 핵심 메커니즘으로 작동했다. 둘째, 따라서 각 시기별 남성과 여성의 자살위험 양식이 다르다. 다시 말해 1997년 외환위기의 효과는 대기업 상용직으로 주로 일하던 남성에게, 2008년 금융위기의 효과는 노동빈곤의 처지에 주로 있는 여성에게 상대적으로 더 크게 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 두 시기 발견되는 자살 위험양식과 메커니즘의 젠더 차이는 여성차별적 노동시장구조와 남성주도적 사회정책의 결과로 이해 가능하다. 즉, 여성을 사회적 보호가 미치지 못하는 노동시장의 주변부에 위치시킴과 동시에, 오히려 이들을 위기 시기 완충요소로 활용한 결과이다. 결론적으로 자살의 원인은 노동시장과 사회정책이라는 근본적이고 사회적인 지점에 있으며, 이러한 위험이 젠더와 결합하면서 또 다른 차별로 결과한다는 점을 알 수 있다. 따라서 한국의 자살예방을 위한 정책적 전략은 젠더 관점으로 접근하는 것이 바람직하며, 인구집단 건강 관점에서 자살의 사회적 원인에 그 중심을 둘 것을 제안한다.
